Fashion And You — Complaint Against Fashion and You
I placed one order (No. 2051076 ) on 22/06/2012. They delivered wrong product then i called them to return product.After so many calls they collects the product from me.Now its more then two months , i am not getting refund.Please help................

Fashion and you completely the name of no solution and swindler, on 1st sep, 2012 i have ordered for 5 times from which i have received 4 rest 1 didn't received. when i talking to their costumer care executive than they just pass their queries next person, next person to next. mean no solution. i must say to all customers that if they want to buy online then any where they choose but never for this rubbish site. placed the order as mentioned below:

Fashion and YOU is a big fraud...One of my friends invited by me placed an order on 20th SEptmeber..He received the ordered items as well...After 5 escalations still I am not given the voucher of Rs 750. All their advertisements are fraud. And the customer service people are not aware about what is going on.

I ordered one apparel and it had some size issue so I returned the order (order number 2380963), the reverse pickup was done by Smiley Express (Fashion and You's courier delivery agent ) by 8th of October 2012. I was supposed to get a refund of 799/- INR (price of the product) in terms of store credit.
But, after calling multiple times also none of the customer care executives were able to give any satisfactory answer about the return and refund, some said the product is not reached to their warehouse, when some other was saying that the complain was conveyed to the upper layer, etc etc. every time they ware assisting me with some false answers and was transferring my call here and there. Worst customer service, worst quality of products and absolutely no support for returns. Forget about getting your hard earned money back, they will just give you lots and lots of fake excuses.
Online fraud, Fashion and You, it will be no where, there are lots of e retailers available now a days who just delivers the product within 2 days after ordering, with "no question return" policy.
Get lost Fashion and You . My 799 Rs is lost or may be I will think I have given it to some beggar.

I bought Carlton formal shoe online worth Rs. 2499 from fashionandyou.com on 4th November.
Order no 2579195
First issue:
1. The company shipped me wrong shoe
When i called them telling this is not the shoe i ordered, they took 7 working days to acknowledge that it was wrong shoe and tried to convince me to use the same shoe. When i refused, they said they will invoke return request.
Second issue:
2. Fashionandyou.com took 5 working days but no one responded so when i called the call center. They said they will raise a complaint why no one responded and get back after 3 working days. They never came back, when i called again they said that my house which is in Indiranagar Bangalore in middle of city is not in the purview of their reverse pick up so i need to courier.
Third issue
3. After i couriered the product they haven't acknowledged that they received the product although the courier status shows delivered.
I have raised this issue with their senior officials, they say they will act but nothing is happening. My money is stuck with them.

I placed an order in fashionandyou.com for 3 products on 16th January 2013. The order number is 2788217.
I got 2 products with wrong sizes which is a mistake of fashionandyou which I sent back to them as directed by their customer service via delhivery courier service for a refund. Since i did not get the refund in the stipulated time i called their customer support and sent emails.
Whenever i call they say that they have received the products through return shipment on 12 february but the refund status is supposedly not updated and asked me to wait for some more time. I have contacted the customer support more than 20 times later and sent several emails too. Each time they simply say status not updated. They simply dodge each time and have no proper response but ask me to wait indefinitely. Such fraudsters they are that their business should be completely thrown out from India. I could see in many forums that many customers are not getting the refund.
fashionandyou.com is number one fraud site.
The mistake is theirs, they even took the money, but is not refunding the money. Hope they need it to wipe their !
And iam not alone in this, check in google about fashionandyou's fraud. There are many customers who have lost their money. Lets bring them down before it turns into yet another fraud scam in India. Please join hands with me and lets shatter them soon...

Just received a used re-filled perfume, all over scratched re-sealed (not the real fragrance) this is awful!! them people are cheaters and for refund they ask for your personal ID details (how can u send your personal documents to these frauds!!) unprofessional staf!! no customer handling all they do just repeat some lines like a popat!! its just a bunch of frauds cheating ppl, they have no company no supervisor no CEO!

I have read most of the comments in this thread and want to share my experience with Fashion And You. (And No!!! I am not a representative of FnY but an IT engineer working in a reputed IT Infrastructure Services company).
Being a customer of FnY for over 4 years now, I never faced any issue regarding any order, credit or refund. I must say here that every site has a Terms and Condition section that states their policies about each aspect of order right from payment to return & refunds clearly. If you have expressed your perception on this site without checking these terms and conditions then I have to say that you are acting kiddishly.
The terms and conditions clearly state that refund will be in the form of store credits. But this policy is generally for those orders where customer wishes to cancel the order. If any issue is on the part of FnY or delivery team (courier company) then they happily credit the amount back. On 3 separate occasions I not only received the money back in my account but Rs.250 (x3) as "We are Sorry" credits.
I have been an employee of a BPO prior to this job and I tell you the behaviour of the customer care agent though builds up your perception about the company but it may not truly be the perception of the company. Might be just an off day for the agent who vented out his/her frustration on you. (Though there should be proper quality auditing procedures to give feedback to the agent).
So if you are facing any issue/dissatisfaction, email to FnY support. If you are not happy with their resolution, reply back with the reason of your dissatisfaction and they do address your concerns. But yes they cannot go above certain protocols. (For e.g. you saying that a watch that they sent you costs lesser on some other site. This is not their fault but your failure of judgement. Always search expert and customer reviews online about an unknown product you are purchasing for the first time on a neutral site. Amazon.com, Flipkart are some good examples where good reviews are available. And if you do not find any review, simply don't buy the product rather than complaining once you buy it.)
In last 4 years with FnY, I barely called or received calls from them and have always contacted them through email. Since it is a documented form of communication hence works the best.
Believe my in saying that they are much better from most of the e-commerce sites out there. (I have am a regular customer of over 17 e-commerce sites and spend average 4-5k every month shopping online on products ranging from cheap earphones to expensive shoes)
I with all your issues/concerns are addressed timely by FnY.

I placed this order on 15th June and I ahve still not recieved this order. Inspite of calling the customer care, i have not got the products or any resolution. Everytime i call they tell me the product has been delivered as per their records. I asked them to send me the proof of delivery on 18th July and till date i have not recieved it even after making mulitpole calls. After todays call they told me it will take another 10 days just to get the proof of delivery from courier company.

The order is still in the procurement stage and after calling the customer care I am just told that please wait, your order will be dispatched soon. We have escalated this. I had ordered this as a birthday gift for someone, and i had ordered this well ahead in time keeping fashionandyou's timeline in mind. What use is the order if they dont deliver on time and i dont even know when they will deliver because they keep telling me to wait and that they will inform once the order is dispatced (mind it, they dont have any timelines for this).
This is absolutely ridiculous and the lowest level of customer service I have seen. And when i ask for the escalation matrix for the customers, they dont have anything in existence. Their website does not have an option through which you can share your feedback or raise a complaint.This is the worst shooping website today and I would advise people not to use it unless they want to spend half their time complaining and following up with customer care. I have been a big fan of Fashionandyou but this is the last i ever shopped on the site. For me its in the blacklist now.

I completely agree with what you are saying, i HATE this website they are cheaters for sure and gave me a tough time i lost 1500 bucks because of them, i ordered an extremely wonderful looking dress on the website when i opened the packed it was disastorous the most horrible piece of clothing that anyone could ever make, so i call and talk to this girl who was yelling at the top of her voice and mentioned that the dress is a lingerie and cant be returned!! lol!! it was not a lingerie was dress they never returned my money &^%$#@$% like them!! these kinda websites need to be shut ... btw it was a new year dress that i had ordered last year, i still wonder how could that hv been a lingerie :/ and yes i had returned it too and paid for the courier as well ..
