[Resolved]  Fashion And You — online fraud

I have ordered for 4 different products from a website called as www.fashionandyou.com. I made the entire payment but initially received only one product(cheapest among those). Then after making not less than 30 calls I was told that the products will be dispatched soon and then i received a package. But I was shocked to see that there was only one product in it. Now after making not less than 50 attempts to reach them I was told that they do not have any stock with them. So when I asked for refund I was told that I will be getting my money only in the form of gift voucher forcing me shop with them again. Even after expressing my severe dis-interest in shopping with them they very arrogantly replied that thats the only option left for me. Even when I warned them of taking this issue to consumer forum the relpy was " No problem at all, please go ahead" and here I am seeking justice.

I should say that this is my most disappointing experience in my online shopping spree of 3 yrs.

To all those who are shopping with please stop doing it right away or some day or the other you are going to face the similar or even bigger problems. Its only because of such fraudulent companies many genuine websites are facing problem in India since people are losing their faith in online shopping.

So people please be careful about such websites

Pathetic service.

I purchased an item of 1800 bucks and after a month the product delivered totally different from what they showed. Fabric was just like cheapest piece of cloth available in the lower level market. No return policy. And bad customer care services.
It's advisable not to purchase any thing from this site.

My order# is[protected], I ordered 2 kurtis on 3rd Jan 2016 till now I have not heard anything about it. I am trying to reach out to Fashion and you customer care continuously (I would say pathetic customer care service). Every time I have received the same reply so far that they do not procure goods with them and they have already escalated my issue to the concerned department and they are looking into my order's delay issue on priority. I don't know what exactly going on with this site this is not the 1st time I am ordering something from them. This time I believe they are not taking any e-mail, reviews seriously and they do not have fear of loosing their reliable customers. I have already made the payment. Not sure if I will get my order or not. Literally pissed off from their customer support representatives who only believe in copy paste and do not even read, check customers responses and issue. Very illiterate staff.
I ordered a product on 25nov 2015..and after confirmation order got canceled without any information..still waiting to get my money back! I make hundred calls but again the response "we had a technical issues and we are trying to rectify it as soon as possible". Today is 25jan 2016 m still waiting they refund the amount !! I don't trust this site anymore..I hate it literally!!!

Please don't show at FashionandYou...their quality is really BAD. When we return the product, they neither give you a store credit NOR refund your money. Please don't fall a PREY to them.

Customer service is pathetic and when you write emails they behave like they don't understand English. Basically you are asking when you will receive a refund and they talk about something else. BIG FRAUD SITE
Fashionandyou is a big cheat company. Try to stay away from them. First they shipped defective product for my order:[protected] in dec last year. It was a pair of girls leggings having atleast 10-15 cuts all over and badly damaged. I don't know what kind of quality mechanism they have. I sent the product back and waiting for refund since last 3 months. Wrote several emails and made many phone calls and they always promise to refund in 2-3 days but it never happens.

I have lost my money to faishonandyou but want to advice everyone who reads this to stay away from rhis website.
Don't ever expect your refund back. They are fraud. I have returned my product 2.5 months back but didn't get my refund. First of all they told that refund was not generated for the product, then I have shown them that they themselves have generated the refund, then they started making story that you have not returned the product. I have shown them the return acknowledgement slip. After this they are not responding. I Had done 100s of mails, calls, msgs but all in vain. Worst service ever seen. There customer service is pathetic, they won't respond to the mails.
Fashion and You is a fraud site..They are master in forgery and sell fake products..I had ordered my product ..i found the quality is not good and returned the product and they dint give me cashback..they gave me credit ..i ordered product and they told its not available at the last moment and after chasing for more than 2 months they told they will refund money to my account ..they have not done yet after last 3 months follow up...I advise all please stay away from this fraudsters..I am filing a complaint in consumer court.
Hello. I have been shopping with fashion and you for a while now and apart from a few hiccups now and then, I quite happy with their products and service. The products I received were as the ones shown online, and the quality was also good. Only once have I faced the issue of a wrong product being sent. Other than that one time, I am happy with the service. Yes, when you call them, there is a long wait...hope this can be improved.
I hope the other customers have their grievances rectified and do give Fashion and you another chance.

I'm very dissapointed from F n Y service coz ive complained about my deffected product that the suit has many holes and is damaged but there s like no one has time to solve my issue. Ive call n mail them several times. They were just saying that the pickup will be done in 4 to 5 days..but No pickup no refund...nothing happend n Im still just waiting waiting n waiting for a long long time. What more can i do..???😢😢 Plzzz help...!!

don't expect them to refund your money after you return the product. They have not refunded me after 5 months. Fashionandyou.com is a fraud site. customers beware.

No refund provided so far. No customer care no. Was provided with broken wall shelves. They kept me on hold for over 10 minutes and no one replied. Just get auto response from customer support. And on asking about refund status there is no response.
