i had ordered products(soup bowls) manufactured by a company called tricon(www.tricon.co.in)online from a shopping portal fashion and you.i received my products and when i opened the package my products were inside boxes presealed by tricon.i took off the plastic opened the boxes and when saw the soup bowls i was very dissapointed.the printing on the bowls was of improper finish and the handles seemed as if they had been damaged earlier and stuck using mseal or a similar adhesive.the soup bowls had a very bad finish.they were of a different colour as shown on the website and they were certainly not what i had paid for.
i had been cheated off my money.i complained to the company fashion and you but got no respond from them.i posted complaints on their facebook forum but they deleted my posts and blocked me instead of repsonding back.
i complained to tricon,they responded initially but then backed out.these people are cheaters ,they offer customers products at a discount and when they actually send the products..all they send is the dead stock lying with them or export rejects.
people do not ever shop from fashion and you or tricon.
