Pls note I had placed an order for Clothing goods over the Internet with the company "Fashion And You" who are located in Gurgaon, India.
Pls note other details as follows :-
Order Date - 31/Aug/2010
Value of Order - Rs.6792/-

My credit card was debited immdtly & they had promised delivery of max 2-3 weeks but till date (11/Oct/10) I've not rcvd the goods - I have sent them several mails & reminders, but regret have not rcvd any response. Also I've tried to contact them over phone but not been able to get thru at all.

@Vinish: We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As you have received part shipment of your order, we have dispatched the rest of the item yesterday vis Blue Dart courier services. You will be receiving your products soon.

Hi,

I placed the order no. 111404 and made the payment through my credit card no. ending with 1007. Transaction ID [protected] for a sum of Rs. 2745/- only.

On Saturday I received a call from the courier agency asking me for cash on delivery for the same. Once I clarified to them that I had already made the payment for the same, they said they would revert back, which they haven't till now.

Please look into this ASAP and revert to me urgently. I have written repeated to the website as well tried to call your call center as well as your head office but no one takes the calls.

In case you cannot make the delivery then please reimburse the payment.

sir I shipped my old & used house hold goods, a car and a bike through Spectrum Packways, gurgaon from delhi to burdwan west bengal. i have paid the amount they claimed along with transport insurance. they delivered a part of the items. afew are missing. now they are refusing to attend my call and had not send me the copy of the insurance to claim the missing articles. please help me in this regard. the mobile of Spectrum packways is [protected].

    i had ordered products(soup bowls) manufactured by a company called tricon(www.tricon.co.in)online from a shopping portal fashion and you.i received my products and when i opened the package my products were inside boxes presealed by tricon.i took off the plastic opened the boxes and when saw the soup bowls i was very dissapointed.the printing on the bowls was of improper finish and the handles seemed as if they had been damaged earlier and stuck using mseal or a similar adhesive.the soup bowls had a very bad finish.they were of a different colour as shown on the website and they were certainly not what i had paid for.

    i had been cheated off my money.i complained to the company fashion and you but got no respond from them.i posted complaints on their facebook forum but they deleted my posts and blocked me instead of repsonding back.

    i complained to tricon,they responded initially but then backed out.these people are cheaters ,they offer customers products at a discount and when they actually send the products..all they send is the dead stock lying with them or export rejects.

    people do not ever shop from fashion and you or tricon.

    Yeah they are top class cheaters and dont ever shop with them. I paid money for my tracks but still no reply. Please take appropriate action immediately

    absolutely ok. The customer had shown pictures of defective product. Fashionandyou should be taken to consumer forum and should be closed.

    I have also faced the same problem now. I have ordered a Sparkling Ear Ring, 3 weeks ago. Yesterday only i received the product. I am really very much disappointed with that product. Its actually made of stones but they delivered the ear ring and the stones separately. And i searched that website "FASHIONANDYOU" for returning the product, it has been said that they wont refund or return for damages in accessories.

    What the hell do they think of customers??? They have made us fool. I DO AGREE that "FASHIONANDYOU" is a BIG SCAM. People do not order anything in this website and do not feel for it later as i do now..

    I had ordered a "STYLE AND HOME - 5 PCS COOKWARE SET" (order no. 112804) from fashionandyou.com, they sent me a damaged item. I asked for a return of the full amount which has not been addressed for over a month now. All i get is an automated response with a ticket number LTK[protected]X. Terrible support, terrible service. I'd request all of you to stay away from dealing with this website.

    hey, indeed FNY is fraud
    I returned two products on November 17, Order#[protected] and Order No.[protected], Refund: Amount-1700/-. It is 28 today and I have not received any refund or any information regarding the reverse delivery. I inquired 100 times about this and the customer care executive always asks for some time to look into this but no resolution is provided. The reverse pick up has been done but the product has not yet reached the warehouse. I am greatly disappointed by the service provided. I placed this order on November 5. I received it late, I initiated return on November 16 and since then there is no update from Fashion and you. I keep calling the customer service. I am put on hold for 15-20 minutes. I am certainly not buying anything from Fashion and you ever again. Please stop fooling customers and take immediate action to refund my amount or else I'll have to think of a severe step. Irate customer

    i have placed a order id is[protected] on 31st december 2014 but till now i dont recieve any mail and now i want to cancel this order but there i cant fount any option for this process. so how it will be.
