Hi! I agree with you all this company is turning up to be the biggest online fraud company. My 6 orders have been cancelled by them on there own wimps and fancies. It is there wish what to deliver. In my account when ever there are multiple items in a single order they have to cancel and keep on delivering a single items and finally they cancel orders only with a pretext of quality. On the other side what they deliver has problems and those are not quality checked. This is a big scam. If you ask the owners or ceo mail id's they are not ready to share but always ask mails or complaints to be addressed at [protected]@fashionandyou.com which is only handled at lower levels. Why is it that the company before selling any product does not go back and scrutinise the vendor products before advertising. They opt for multiple qty availability and when you book the product from one company the same product is sold by some other online store at a higher price so the product is passed on to the company who has sold it at higher price that is why it is not delivered to the lower sold price client. I personally feel that one should never make payments in advance and should only opt for COD. I would honestly DE-SELL fashion and you.

A few weeks ago I ordered some crockery it was delivered to me in time but, in a horrible condition I mean it was packed in two boxes the initial one looked perfectly fine but, when I opened it the second box looked as if it was handled carelessly and also the handle of a cup was broken and the cups were of bad quality . When I wrote back to them they asked me to send snapshots I sent them around 4-5 snapshots of the bill, the broken cup, the box with the logo etc. but, those people replied to me that the product is under non returnable category (then why the hell would you ask me for snapshots in the first place) total waste of precious time...Also, I had ordered some tops and handbags around a year ago and they were delivered to me within 2-3 weeks. But the biggest issue occurred when I wanted to return a top because of size issues they made me send it back which cost me 350 bucks and they only redeemed some 100 odd. and when I redeemed the store credit I had to again pay 100 as delivery charges...all shopping websites suck no consideration for quality or service!!

I had purchased some products from Fashion and you.. They are marking up their products and reflecting the discount on their website. But when you get the product in hand, the MRP reflected on the tag and the discount that they provide are fake. The products are also extremely poor in quality and i am trying to exchange a product for the last two weeks, and I am yet to get a response from them.
I have purchased from almost all the online shopping sites, but this is the worst site that i have visited. Please do not buy from them...

I placed an order (ORDER NO :4035754) on July 20, 2014 . Never expect a response when you submit a query to this site ..
Never expect a proper response ... many times i called to track the status .. but i was assured that the product will be delivered me
but then on 24th August 2014 .. i got a msg that the order is cancelled ...
The reason i got, "Defect in product.. We are Sorry!!" .. This is heits ..!!

Horrible Service!!

This is the second time my order delivery is delayed and the customer service Personnel justifies this by giving vague answers like the max delivery period is 10 days. When they realized that it is the 11th day I have called on, they make excuses of rejection by quality control department. I should have recieved a call if it was a quality control issue. I recieved no information of delay.

I purchased the product for the purpose of gifting it to somebody tomorrow. The whole purpose is defeated now. I would never ever purchase from this site or recommend everyone to stay away from such horrible service. Not keeping up to the promise is the biggest service blunder.

I ordered a bag from Fashion and you on 17th August but i have not received it yet. Everytime I call them they say that it is delayed from the supplier side. This is my first order from Fashion and You and i am really disappointed. order no. 4122954

It is the worst shopping site. I ordered 6 products from them. They delivered in tit bits and that too after 3-4 weeks of order.
I didn't remember the price of each individual item. Checked the details of last two items delivered, To my surprise they have charged 50 EXTRA on each item. Then checked previous items also it was same story. Now they are not listening to it.Be AWARE of this site.

The most fraudulent company ever - the discount codes that they send out to customers are all very much a gimmick. It doesn't get added to the bill. I was passed around both by email and telephone to various customer service agents who didn't have a clue about customer service. Finally a supervisor by the name of Luvy Shrivastava came online and she was actually the worst of the lot, giving conflicting information. So, even though I was entitled to a 15% discount on the whole bill! they have refused to give it. Furthermore, no concrete date of when my goods will be delivered was not given.

I will never buy from this site again and would request the consumer forum takes some serious action against them.

I have Placed order in july 15th anarkali suit for 2600. It was delivered to me in august, as I dint like the quality and material I asked for a refund. I returned the courier to bluedart on 11th august. I haven't got my refund yet. I kept calling fashionandyou, everytime they will find some reasons like we haven't got in warehouse or We have escalated to further department. Looking at the cx service and response I have no hopes of my refund. Please dont buy any products through fashion and you. Late delivery, poor quality and no refund.

THey always do that..i've order for four tshirts and they send me one only...and after 20 days they say order cancelled.
it was pre paid ...WTH...this happened with me thrice.
they says quality check issue all the time.

I bought Crocs from Fashionandyou.com on 26th September and it was supposed to be an express sale. I was expecting that I will receive the package within a week but till now I haven't received it. Have called up on your customer care 5-6 times and they assured me that this will be escalated.

This is totally disgusting that you people are not able to deliver the products on time as promised during the sale. I have already paid the amount. COULD YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT CROCS ARE DELIVERED TO ME 'ASAP'????

Why is the shipment lying with redexpress??? I was at home and they claim that they tried to deliver it. This is total nonsense and unacceptable.

Product Code RT8704 - Pink colour saree with silver and cream dupion silk material blouse.

I got my product delivered to me on[protected] but the received saree was a different shade of pink and blouse colour golden and cream.

I received the wrong product.

I am very unhappy with the product received.

Returns and Exchange Policy mentioned in the site says " If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at the sole discretion of fashionandyou.com receive a refund."

But when I wrote to customer support team I got a reply from Mr. Prabhat Singh saying "we would like to inform you that according to our company's policy, we do not have any replacement or exchange policy (T & C applied)."

There is a mistake in dispatch I received the wrong product. I want my refund at the earliest.

Hi Everyone,

I ordered for two products on 15-Oct-2014. I haven't received the order till now. The tracking ID they have provided shows the status that 'C Nee has shifted from the given address' while no delivery has ever come to my delivery address. Looks like they are simply misguiding us with false tracking IDs. No one should ever buy anything from this site ever again. Such cracked up service.

Customer service is pathetic. You better get back to me with details and delivery my order at the earliest. I wonder how this site is still functioning with so many complaints against them??

Yes, I also ordered one dress.
I didn't get any conformation mail and it has been more than 1 week, the order is not delivered.
So don't believe this link.

I have placed 2 orders yesterday and day before yesterday. The order numbers are 4375775 and 4379355. I am still waiting for the confirmation mail for orders.

I also had a horrible experience with FashionandYou.com and after that I stopped buying anything from them. I bought two items (watch and handbag) from their over hyped sale (50-60% discount). It was priced 4000 Rs for watch and 2500 for handbag. But when we received them it is not at of worth 3000. Anybody can get them easily in market at 500-600 Rs. When I asked them to return they said there is no return policy in special sale program. I don't understand this. That's correct that FnY products were not at all of any quality. I tried two times on FnY and both times it turned out to be bad experience with quality of product (be it a belt or shoes). All the items I bought it from them were of extremely poor quality. I'ill never buy again from FashionandYou.com
