[Resolved]  Flat Of Gda — Authority is not listening and not concirned of Development

I am also residing in Indirapuram, in a flat by Arihant Builders. While buying the flat we were assured that Ganga water is going to come soon. But till date there is no supply of Ganga water either in our society also in neighbouring as Ashiana Greens & Tulips, GC, Niho. The GROUND WATER IS UNDRINKABLE SO MUCH SO THAT WE CANNOT EVEN BRUSH OUR TEETH WITH THAT. What effect is going to have on new borns, unborns, small kids, and human skin, hair, health. No one - absolutely no one - either in authority or builder is ready to do anything on it. And Indirapuram is touted as JEWEL of Ghaziabad.

This is to be inform to you; I am Jia Lal Koundal R/O 937 FF Shakti Khand -4 Indirapuram Ghaziabad, want to inform to you that I am life time member of RWA SK-4 also

In front of my house there is one GDA Park no -18, where all old lady / senior citizen and boy / girls are playing and walking in morning and evening time, but now a days a lot of problem we are facing as below

We month ago (Nov & Dec-2008) govt want to put a tube well to supply underground water to all Indirapuram public,

Contract person come over here to construct the tube well at one triangle corner side of the park, where no person sits and plays their games due to electric transformer.

But unfortunate they are not able to do the construction at that point due to one gentlemen / lady objections (after called force by same person the construction shifted to word park side at least 90M)

Now our concern is that we want tube well here as under condition, we all are agree on these

1. Tube well construction is going on, which is in favourable o[censored]s. We want this 100% at our end with out any loss as well as park space lose.

2. Tube well construction in made far away form corner, which is not in favourable of all house holder, who so ever reside near to this, now we will accept this.

3. Now other construction is going on to cover the tube well and put the electric motor over there, toward park side. Which is not acceptable by all o[censored]s, we want to change the same construction to corners side of the park, where we can save park space and to cover the electric transformer (to save the little child life)

We have no issues to prepare tube well and other electric equipments over there; but our issues is that to cover the minimum space of park and cover toward corner side, where no body walk / play the games

Please ask to your person who is the in charge of that site to prepare or cover minimum space of park and cover corner side.

I hope you will take intention to this.

We all thankful to you this activity

If this will not happen than we will stop current activity plan, which cover maximum park space

I was living at flat at 448B Nayay Kahand-3 Indrapuram GZB along with my wife and child for last4/5 years on rent.My wife started giving me metal as well physical tourcher upto extreme level and started makeing illegal physical relation with neighbours and other outsiders.She and her known persons(Gunde) (few some name are Adhikari, pappu, Raju property dealer), threatned me many times to kill. I feared brutely and even not made any registered legal complaints.From past 3 Years she had stopped sleeping with me and said she was not interested me at all and she is free to make illegal sex relation with anyone she wants.I started taking alchol some times and stated living in very-very panic atmosphere.
Utimately, last 6 months back during some family quarrels some of her friends came inside my residence and showed me a revolver and said me to leave the place or reday to kill.
I escaped from home just to live alive and gone to many temples in himanchal, Rajathan and uttranchal and servived by begging foods and selters.
Now, I question you that there are no human rights of myself??? Do I have no right to live alive???.Is there any justice ??? Or my wife being a women has all the rights.
She is still living at above Flat.That flat is owned by my younger Brother, But my wife also threating him of make flase case against him and me and register false police complaint.
Her name is Sangeeta and she is a teacher in JVM Public School 1044 NitiKhand-1 Indrapuram Ghaziabad.
If any one listning my voice... pls do Justice.. for God sake...else I will have to do a sucide and then only GOD will do the justice...

I was apply the the under scheme Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme code 758 and property code 41D but in the draw my name is not appeared and till date I am not received money back. My application form was 7839 and draft no.031744 dt.[protected], so tell my how I can get my money back.

sir, i am a resident of A 49 G1 chander nagar, gaziabad.
Here A 49, S2 number flat of the same building has made a 2 room house on the roof top .. where there are 3 number of floors. It is illigal to construct a house on the roof top. the builder has sold that roof also as a house.
Hence ita an illigal connstruction on the roof top..

Kindly take appropriate steps to satisfy us.. we cant use that common area ..

I have been forged by my Builder that the flat which he is selling is a GDA approved flat but when i checked the same with my bank he is saying that the it is not approved by the GDA.

Please suggest me what i can do in this situation.

I have given 40% amount at the time of aggreememt. Please suggest.
