I had asked some question from GDA under RTI after depositing Rs 10/- as RTI fee, but as I had received no reply then I again sent a letter to Appellettee officer, but again no result. I had also mailed the complaint of same to CIC, RTIU.P., Major News Papers ect, but no result. It indicated that how the govt. bodies are making fool the general public in the name of RTI. If anyone know about the RTI further please tell me.

I want some information of your various housing schemes under RTI act. I had deposited the required RTI fee through ……………………………………………………………………�...⇄
1. What are the statuses of yours various plot schemes launched in 2004 like Indirapuram (738), Indirapuram Prime, Madhuban- BapuDham?
2. Can An Authority like you, prelaunch the schemes without the availability of land bank for such scheme, even after the guidelines of Hon able Supreme Court? What was the status of land bank for those at the time of invitation of applications in those schemes?
3. How much amount was collected under these schemes (separately) by selling the broachers for those schemes?
4. How much money was collected under these schemes (Separately) through EMD? What was done of that Money?
5. How much interest GDA charged from an allottee for any delay of payment? How much was paid to Applicants of those Schemes?
6. What benefit was given to applicant of those scheme?
7. Is there any rule to extend the last date of any scheme? And how many times an authority can extend the last date? What is an advantage to applicants applied initially?
8. Is GDA a public service body or a profit earning body?

I had applied in Madhuban Yogna of GDA in May 2009. GDA had extended its last date twice and made draw of same in early Nov2009, but till date GDA had not refunded the money o[censored]nsuccessful applicants.
It was also came to noticed that the most of successful applicants was those, who had applied in last, this indicates that there were some malpractice in GDA, but no one is ready to tell about the same.
I had asked so many times for refund from P.S. Chaudhary-[protected], S.K.Kausik- [protected], M.P.Singh- [protected], but no one gave satisfactory answer. Mr P S Chaudhary had told last week that refund has been sent, but till date I had not received same.

i am ranjeet singh saini, lived at D-99 patel nagar II since 1988. i got this flat by draw system by GDA . because it is a corner side flat, at that time they give me the side land with my flat. at that time they made installments of this flat + extra land . i have paid all that installments. but at the time of registration , i got registry of my flat only not included that land. but i have paid for both. i have paid slips as a proof of that. you can compare the price of my flat and other flats having same size at that time.
now question is this if that land is GDA's land then how can they charge me that much extra in each installment?
i submitted so many applications regarding this registration mistake at GDA office. but i didn't get any answer from GDA.
Now they advertised this land for auctionon[protected] in newspaper.
now please suggest me what can i do?
how can i save my land immigiatly because today is[protected]?

I am writing on behalf of 5 Flats buld on Plot 101, sector 6 , vaishali, ghaziabad. There has been an Illegal construction on the third Floor with complete room, kitchen and bathroom.

We have submitted an application at GDA office 4 months back and have visited GDA office twice and have given application in person but till date no action has been taken and people are living in this illegal contrustion very peacefully. The bad affect is coming on our building as cracks have started developing in whole building .

GDA has not taken any action yet and I dont know how many people have been bribed by the wrong doer.

Kindly let us know what action can be taken further which is lawfull and forces GDA to take action.

This is regarding a draw in which my application is successfully selected. Sir GDA invited the application in Feb 2009 for filling the vacant flats in kaushambi apartment. I applied for this scheme (Scheme Code 774) by submitting 96,000 Rs as an application money for 1 room flat of 27 sq. meter. Total cost of flat will be 9,60,000.



As per the prospectus of this scheme GDA states that the flats are located at fully developed area and fully developed colonies. But exact apartment name was not mentioned on the prospectus. By relying on this statement of GDA I applied for this scheme.





After the eight months GDA announces the draw, on 31/Aug/09. I saw the result on internet. As per the result My application is selected for a flat at 9th floor in Gangotri Tower. So I decided to visit the location, I was really shocked to see the environment.

i) Illegal occupants are living there.

ii) Common Electricity has been cut out because GDA didn’t pay the payment to the electricity board.

iii) No provision for drainage for sewage water

iv) lifts are not working

v) Market rate of these flats are about half of the amount that GDA is charging to us.



That’s why I decide to cancel my draw. but when I talk to GDA officials they told me that my 10% (Rs 9600) amount will be deducted and also it takes 3 to 6 months to get back entire sum after deduction.



Sir kindly let me know that this is only week of draw, I didn’t received any reservation letter, allotment letter or any kind of information about the draw.

In this case can GDA deduct 10% amount from my application money?

Even it is mention on the prospectus that if one cancels his allotted flat within allotment date to 6 months after allotment date then 10% amount is deducted from the application money.

But in this case GDA doesn’t issue me any allotment letter.



As per the prospectus GDA will issue the reservation letter to all the successful applicants. After that verification of submitted documents being process. GDA will issue the allotment letter. After 1 month of allotment allotters need to submit 20% of the cost of the flat.



Now GDA officials told me that meaning of Draw is they have allotted my the flat so either I have to buy it or I should agreed to deducted my 9600 Rs. Sir please let me know that whether allotment date and draw date is same

Last year I had applied for a flat in Pratap vihar LIG housing scheme. Few days back I got a letter from GDA saying that the draw has been cancelled and you may collect your cheques from vijaya bank, navyug market. There was no response from GDA on phone. I called up the bank and somebody replied that the cheques have been sent for the same amount and for further queries you need to visit the Bank or GDA office.

NOTE: my father applied for a flat in GDA and he received the same amount of Rs 300 (deposited amount) after 25 years

Q1- Is this a way of making money & raising funds for GDA?

Q2- While advertising is there no planning and estimation of flats/plots?

Q3- Is there no time limit for cancellation of the draw?

Q4- Why should the public pay Rs 500/1100 for the application meant for a scheme that gets cancelled?

Q5- Who will compensate for all the pains that applicants go through before applying i.e. taking leaves to submit the form / amount paid for DD / physical harrasment in visiting banks?

Q6- Should there be noone to pick the call and reply to the applicants? Theres no response
from GDA on phone. Why do we need to take leaves and visit GDA office in person for all queries.
There is no mail response.

Q7- I havent yet received any cheque from GDA?

Hi Just want to complaint against GDA employee which asking bribe from property owners in Indirapuram and Vasundhara area.

GDA employee Usman Khan mobile number ([protected]) asking money from property owners and abusing very badly.

This is to bring to your notice the miserable condition and management o[censored]nder pass on NH 24 between indirapuram Ghaziabad and noida sector-62.

Its really sad to see this condition of the underpass which is just over a year old and that too hardly serving the purpose for which it was constructed in the first place.

I am resident of indirapuram and have to travel to sector 62 daily morning for my office, which is a 5 mins drive(ideally). But most of the times it is really impossible to drive my car through the underpass at office hours and i have to take the highway to reach sector 62 which takes more than half an hour.

This is the plight of hundreds of commuters travelling to noida from Indirapuram.
The main problems :
1) No maintenance of the road leading to the tunnel, full of potholes.
Just a few months back major roads in noida were renovated, but the road leading to the tunnel was untouched. Why is that ? Noida authority had done their part and ghaziabad authority dint??

2) No traffic police to regulate the movement of vehicles.
Its a free for all in the office hours. No lanes. In a narrow tunnel like these where there should be only 2 lanes for the incoming/outgoing traffic its a total chaos with tens of lanes on one side itself with bikes, scooters, cars, trucks trying to squeeze in.
Tractors, trucks heavy vehicles also using the narrow tunnel.

The main purpose of this underpass was to de-congest the traffic on NH24. The initial proposal was to construct 3 underpasses : one near Shipra Mall, another at Kala Pathar and the third near the Indirapuram police station. The plan was shelved for god known reasons.

Now only 1 exists and i dont see what purpose it is solving??
Residents need more underpasses and proper maintenance and traffic management of the existing one, the least they can expect from the authorities.

I Live in Shalimar Garden C Block Ext-2, In front of my house there is a Chowk which is very busy and the space is also not enough, Now the matter is - Husband of Local parshad is tring to build Sochalaya at this Chowk to gain political status ignoring the Intrest of the people who are living near by as well the people crossing that chowk, It is a good locality here people doesn't require this type of facility which will create unnessary trouble. I request the GDA official to Look into the matter and do needfull to stop this.

It has been observed that ISO certified GDA is helpless in stopping of illegal builder flat construction and mobile tower on these flats due to unexplained reasons. What are those reasons? GDA is also unable to give such answer, Because it is an ISO certified body. It is also difficult to understand the criteria at those ISO provide its certification. Is the criteria to get ISO certification is more brustachar.

The entire area around Windsor Park Commercial Comlex remains littered by used plates, cups and bottles thrown away by the cosumers of eating joints and liquor shop.Stray dogs loiter and the entire area stinks in the morning. GDA officials must prevent misuse of public places by the culprits and ensure proper standard of cleanliness otherwise Indirapuram will soon become Dharavi!

Recently, it has been come to my knowledge that it is compulsory to apply in Madhuban Scheme 781, for those who had applied for Indirapuram 2004- 738, otherwise their application will be cancelled. It means that GDA is making fool the applicants and want to collect money again by solding the broucher @ Rs 1000/- again.
Instead of it, if GDA want to withdraw its Indirapuram Scheme-738, it should consider the applicants of that scheme for draw of 781 Scheme otherwise it should also return the Broucher amount of Rs 500/- with interest @ 12% which it charges from its allottee.
