I am Satish Chandra Gupta Co-ordinator of JANMANCH and Residence of Vaishali sec.2 plot no. 142, Sect. 2A, Vaishali (Ghaziabad), Here population is hevely dence, and builder contstructed illegal flats and shops in Parking area. Thease shop owners encroaching roads from both side, movement on road becomes so difficult. most of shops are rented out to third party. they are also cheating to govt. by not paying applicable taxes. moreever if any flat owner park there vehicle in front of building, shop owner or tenant objects and sometime also start missbehaving. Some of them errecting barricate which encroched area including road.
Can any one suggest where the Residence should go now, who came here to live calmfully without distervance and to avail facility of parking etc.

Why any action is not being taken against thease encroacher.
I like to rise this issue through your site. If any one agreed with us join us to fight together.

Sub. : Information for illegal construction at the basement area of plot no. 13/IIA,
Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

Dear Sir

We the resident of plot no. 13/II-A,Vaishali, Ghaziabad, hereby inform you that the owner/builder of the said plot M/s Manish Housing & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. have trespass the basement area which is made for the parking/storage purposes only.

At the outset, we would also like to bring to your kind consideration that the owner/builder of M/s Manish Housing & Construction Pvt. Ltd., have occupied the basement area and using it illegally for their own personal purposes.

Due to the act of the builder as above mentioned, we are facing lots of problem viz.
1. Parking of Vehicle.
2. Movement from one place to another
3. Security & Safety.

Henceforth, we would request you to kindly look into the matter on a serious note and take immediate appropriate action to demolish the illegal construction in the basement area of the above mentioned plot.

A shop located at Ground Floor, C-1, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad is being run under the name and style of M/s Jaika Corner. The said firm is engaged in manufacturing and sale of veg and non-veg cooked foods. The size of the shop taken on rent by the said firm is about 8'x5' but he is running his shop by totally encroaching the footpath as well as parking space. Several complaints have already been made with City Magistrate, Kavi Nagar...

We have been asking for the removal of the wastages lying on the road in our backyard,HRC Professional Hub Or in the front of Lotus Pond Society ,Indirapuram for past more than a months time but nothing has moved infact the senior officials are saying that we are incompetance to do the same ,please support us as these are creating lot Health Hazards.

GDA OFFICIALS ARE WROST IN PROVIDING INFORMATION.
THE WEBSITE IS THIRD CLASS. THEY MEANT FOR MONEY.
THEY CAN'T REFUND MONEY AFTER NON ALLOTMENT.

STATE GOVERNMENT SHOULD IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND THE IRRESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS.

I HAVE DEPOSITED 80,000 RS WITH GDA FORM (MADHUBAN BAPU DHAM YOJNA ) . LATER THE LOTTERY WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. NOW IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT GOT THE MONEY.

PLS SUGGEST TO WHOM TO APPROACH

Only one entrance/exit for vehicles to & from Ahimsa Khand-2 at Indirapuram. Results in choking during morning & evening.
Solutions:-
1. Reconstruct the road connecting Kanavani village to NH-24. It will divert most of the traffic from newly constructed societies of Ahimsa Khand-2.
2. Repair & widen the road towards DPS school.
3. Discourage car parkings in fornt of Jaipuria Mall. Although, No Parking signs have been displayed by police. But it does not have any effect. Once a while the pick-up lorry may be deployed to remove the worngly parked cars.
4. Traffic lights must be provided at the Shanti Gopal Hospital crossing.
5. Repair broke speed-breakers.
6. Check entry of heavy vehicles in residential area.

I have applied in madhuban-bapudham scheme - 788
Result declared in second week of june 2010.
I am surprised to see this authority got iso certificates like[protected] and 14001:2004. But web site and information system of gda is so poor that no person would like to see it again.

Web site is so poor if vice chairman of gda check it, he will feel shame.
If you want to check housing schemes, site is not able to respond.
If you open rti, you will feel shame to see it.

Gda officials are requested to build image of gda.

Hi,
Slums in Indirapuram is increasing day by day in residentials areas. This is causing insecure environment for the residents there. I live at Plot no: 21, Gyan Khand -1,Indirapuram. there are slums and increasing day by day..Recently there was car stolen from plot no 21, this creates very insecure environment and also those slums people misbehave with the residents.
We need some serious action should be taken against them so that society should be secure and residents will cover themselves in good and safe environment. Also we had observed that these slums people misuse the electricty and govt water supply very badly for which residents are paying and is effecting on their pockets.

So this is our request from GDA or any governing authority to take serious action against these slums...
If possible please provide us the name or email id of team or department who will take serious action against them....

Dear sir.
we are sorry to say that we are living in indraprashtha society from more than one year.But till today there is no electric and water supply in our soceity.
Sir.
we are more than 50 family residing in pocket D phase -i and suffering the basic problem like water , electric and sewerage problem.
Regarding this one news also flashed on 17th april on AMAR UJALA on page no 7.
But we are sorry to say that till now we are not getting any relief.

So please aging we are humbly request you to give us an environment where atleast a person can live

Can any one help me to draft a request mail asking my 3 months pending salary and other dues from x company

Hi,I joined retail company and i have been ask to leave from that company after successfully worked for 17 months with giving any prior notice

At the time of leaving,Vice President assured me ill get my all dues including salary, But that company
Now they have not yet released my salary & other dues (Pf)

I have been trying to get through HR department but hr is not responding from past no reply from his end from last Oct-10.

So can any one suggest me how to write a polite mail to my VP by requeting her to release my dues. can any one help me please?

I have purchased GDA 901 washing machine 28.01.2010, now it is under AMC
but have lodge a complaint 25th march under docket no 235919 , but
your service man come next day and take some parts and tole us within
2 or 3 days they complited their service , but nearabout 26 days gone they
not come.

Now I request you is it possible as like as your co ( 120 Years ) service
center in bogus condition.

Please reply and do the needful .

I had applied for indirapuram residential plot scheme in GDA .scheme code 716 and application no 2101 in Feb 2000 but till so far inspite of several visits and corrospondence I could not get my refund . Can anybody/authority can me help in this regard.

I had asked few information of GDA various housing schemes under RTI act on 7th Sept 2009 receipt no 220521 (Copy of application attached along with), but more than six month had passed I had received no reply from GDA PRO/ First Apellettee Officer which is violation of RTI. What should any one do?

This is to bring into your notice that GDA people ask for bribe. I have done all payments ontime and there is no delay from my end and no shortfall at my end. I had been alloted a plot in Indraprashtha phase -II. Once again this is to inform you that I have done all payments ontime.

My residential plot registration should have done two years ago but a person who has my file his name is Dinesh Sharma ([protected]) ask for hefty bribe and he is asking for Rs. 20000 as a bribe first. I am first allotee of the land. Dinesh says that he needs to share the bribe money with everyone as file travel from hand to hand. Every time I come with no results.

I want to get my registration done. Why shall I pay Bribe?

Can any one help me in this regard? I have one more question, who will take care of my this complaint?

I need to know how to fight against bribery? Is there anyone who can help me.

Dear Sir,

Vaishali has always been in problems. Problems with water, electricity, roads are well addressed. However, a drastic increase has been observed in slums from quite sometime now. It will be good if such an issue is addressed at a nascent stage, else, it will grow and become a big problem for government.

dear sir,
I hav complaints many times in GDA as well as in Nagar Nigam for the illegal construction near my house. My house is Govind puram in I block. I hav purchased it from the GDA in 1996, my house is in the right corner of the street. There is a illegal construction since 1997. Recently i was complaint in GDA with a mannual recieved copy having GDA stamp and Nagar Nigam stamp...but there is no solution is carry on...sir iam in...

I am living at H. No.-789, G-3 , Shalimar Garden, Ext-1 , Sahibabad Ghaziabad. Here in this apartment there are two illegal shops as these are not allowed in the residential complexes.
Also, in one of these the shopkeeper use to allow the hard-drink consumers to consume alcohol to earn more profit creating problem with the residents of the building.
Even also threatens the residents from parking their Cars in front of the building.
How can we get rid of these Shopkeepers and Illegal shops.

A 49 CHANDER NAGAR IS A BUILDER APPARTMENT. HERE THE BUILDER HAS SOLD THE PARKING AREA TO THE RESIDENTS. BUT LATER HE MADE A FLAT IN THAT COMMON AREA. SO .. THE RESERVED PARKING AREA IS COVERED BY BUILDERS FLATS.WHICH THE BUILDER IS ABOUT TO SELL.

PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS FOR THIS ISSUE.

I am a resident of A 49 G1 chander nagar, gaziabad.
Here A 49 , S2 number flat of the same building has made a 2 room house on the roof top .. where there are 3 number of floors. It is illigal to construct a house on the roof top. the builder has sold A PORTION OF that roof also as a house.
Hence its an illigal connstruction on the roof top..

Kindly take appropriate steps to satisfy us.. we cant use that common area ..
