Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Dear Sir
We the resident of plot no. 13/II-A,Vaishali, Ghaziabad, hereby inform you that the owner/builder of the said plot M/s Manish Housing & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. have trespass the basement area which is made for the parking/storage purposes only.
At the outset, we would also like to bring to your kind consideration that the owner/builder of M/s Manish Housing & Construction Pvt. Ltd., have occupied the basement area and using it illegally for their own personal purposes.
Due to the act of the builder as above mentioned, we are facing lots of problem viz.
1. Parking of Vehicle.
2. Movement from one place to another
3. Security & Safety.
Henceforth, we would request you to kindly look into the matter on a serious note and take immediate appropriate action to demolish the illegal construction in the basement area of the above mentioned plot.

I, SANTOSH SHARMA, A RETIRED OFFICER FROM CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. AND RESIDING IN FLAT NO.709/102, SECTRO 5 VAISHALI(GZB) . . TWO MONTHS AGO, ONE BUILDING IS BEING CONSTURCTED BEHIND MY FLAT. NO SPACE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THIS UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. SO IT IS REQUESTED TO HAVE A VISIT TO THE SITE SO THAT IT MAY BE CLEARED, HOW SPACE SHOULD BE LEFT SIDE ACCORDING GDA LAWS.?I WOULD BE HIGFHLY OBLIZED IF YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THJE MATTER, SO THAT OUR BUILDING PEOPLE MAY TO HAVE THE RELIEF. OF SOME AIR, . IT IS REQUESTED TO INFORM HOW MUCH SPACE SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND AND FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
