I live in Ashok Nagar A Block in Ghaziabad and very much disturbed due to stray dogs in my colony.My life is hell because of these dogs.Please help.Regards

Dear Sir,
I have complaints for illegal construction near my house and almost all the sector-3F vaishali.
As per GDA policy there should only 3 floor building is allowed without the basement.
But now day’s builder making the building with BASEMENT having 5th floor.
If there is no action taken place within the time then there loss to many family because the construction
Quality used by the builder is very bad it is not good for 3rd floor where they are constructing up to 5th floor.
Please take proper action within the time.

It has been noticed that the illegal encroachment is rapidly increasing day by day within the Niti Khand-III, Indirapuram by putting iron gates with iron messes in concrete around and in front the respective duplexes thereby making it next to impossible to drive in and parking vehicles.

We request the concerned authorties to kindly take the appropriate measures.

application no is 1986, flat no 901, flat size 1041 sq ft, i booked this flat
as a no emi option, and i deposit 25000 as a booking token money, rest i did
not pay, bacuse there is a confusion of exact price of my flat which is
according to me 1611885 as a basic cost, and total cost is 1731884 which was
calculated by your representative at the time of booking, but the latter wich
was sent by you total cost is showing 1992750.00, sir there is a huge gap
between booking amount and your documented amount.
sir regd this matter i talk to you, according to your suggestion i am
sending you the scan copy of that plain paper in which calculation was made
by your representative at hte time of booking.
sir once again i inform you, before booking of your flat i have already
purchased a flat in noida extension, inspite of that i booked a flat in your

There are 6 shops in the basement of this building which is illegal. there are always nuisance due to this shops. it is getting difficult to park the vehicle outside the building as the shopkeepers crease problem for residets. There is heavy illegal encroachment on public land in Indirapuram, Niti Khand - 2 by labourers. One is right opposite my house, I have requested many times to the owner of slum to remove the same but he does not hear to me and says GDA has approved me to use the land. I want to know how GDA can approve land which is for public use to some individual? Request you to please look into the matter and help to resolve at the earliest. I request again as my family does not feel safe and it looks extremely dirty as they have constructed their so called washroom right opposite my house. Please help to resolve the matter at the earliest.

Dear sir/ mam, this is to bring to ur kind attention regarding day by day increasing Encroachment in raj nagar opposite new gzb railway station and extinction of green belt along with railway line.
Our respected PM mr. Modi is trying really hard for swach bharat and with these kinds of encroachment and defacing of beautiful city should not be accepted at all. Instead of making the city clean we are defacing and destroying the natural beauty.
Kindly consider this report utmost seriously and report them in newspapers so that the local authorities take strict actions.

all the encroachment is done on the liberty of local police. They take bribe and let any body encroach the green belts. I have proofs I have photos of police thullas taking bribes and enjoying beers with them.

Due to monoply of Builders in Indirapuram, We have been facing several problems like water logging, sewarage blockages and road blockages .
Labour consumed for making building making the places like hell by littering and several other unfavourable activities .Due to this environment is more prone to dieseases like dengue, malaria and typhoid .
Please support us as these are creating health hazards .
Now we are facing problems in front of Plot No . 788, 790, 795, 796 in Niti khand -1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

I agree. In fact I am planning to buy a property in HRC and the flat overlooks this garbage.

Is it possible that the RWA gets more active to make the place attractive to buy / live in.

Alternatively a collective effort on the part of the RWA to hire a contractor to clean up (after all it is of interest to residents and not GDA).

I am resident of Indirapuram Gyan Khand 4, and facing problem of garbage on road .
We are tired of cleaning the house front daily twice but garbage comes with air as MANGAL BAZAAR hawkers leave paper and other rotten vegetables on road .

Secondly blocked water logging results in MOSQUITO & FLIES which is very unhygienic and will lead to DENGUE & MALARIA .

I request to keep clean our road to maintain healthy enviorment for local resident .

Mangal Bazaar is very inconvienient as every tuesday we cannot bring our cars in home parking and are forced to park them away from home in abaondoned places.

The continous noise of hawkers, generaters, people, music from 3 pm in afternoon till 1 am in midnight gives horrifying day and night weekly ...

It is to be brought in to the notice of the concerned authority of Indirapuram that, the sewer line which pass through
main road in front of BANK OF PATIALA, SHAKTHI KHAND II, has been blocked since last fifteen days and sewer water started over flowing on the road.Waste water started imminating stingy smell and became mosquito breeding center .As the govt. is taking maximum care to avoid dengue spreading, the blockage to be removed and area to be cleaned immediately to over come the epidemic deceases.

An early action in this regard is highly appreciated

The sewer near 359 shakti khand 1 are blocked for last one year .The cleaning has been tried by nagar nigam few times but of no use.The spill will give rise to various diseases as malaria dengue gastroenteritis etc in this monsoon season.i request the authorities to help us out as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,

I'm a resident of Ghaziabad and a daily commuter to Noida via Indirapuram. From last one week i have seen some unauthorized car parking being created by Shipra Riviera, Gyan Khand-III, Indirapuram residents in which they have occupied half of the road causing problems for commuters using the road.

They have dig holes in middle of road and put up iron pillars wrapped around by ropes thereby blocking half of the road right outside the society boundary wall. There also a banner put-up clearly stating that "this parking is for Shipra Riviera residents only."

I'm shocked to see how can one occupy a public property and make it a personal parking space.

Can some GDA official look into this matter and do the needful to remove such unauthorized occupancy of public property.

I don't know what is the right forum to raise this concern and what is the right action i should take so that this matter is taken care of so i'm raising my concern in this forum.

Illegal encroachment is being done at Plot No 1 to Plot no 23 at Kamana Vaishali Ghaziabad 201010. Originally road width is 35 feet and now it is only 15 feet balance after encroachment is being done by ground Floor GDA Flat owner.We have many time complaint about this but no action is being taken from your end. Pl review this at earliest and issue notice with penalty to concern residents.
Pl do the need full at earliest.

I am living in GDA flats in lajpat nager ,sahibabad. And want to lodge a complaint against our mischievous neighbours.

This one family (specially the leading lady!) is leaving no stone unturned to create problems for other residents of building.

They are making illegal constructions on roof-top (being the top-floor residents). And this is after removing few loadbearing walls and supportive concrete-beams!! They have also extended their floor area beyond the outer walls! It is now hanging in air by some 2-3feets, and even a small tremor is enough to bring it down!

The constant noise of hammers and all such stuff till late in night is a headache for past 4 months! Bricks, glasses, and other petty stuff is falling from 3rd floor directly on road.

RWA is of no help. We are avoiding Police & stuff at this moment.
What can be done at this point of time?

Can I make a complaint in DDA/MCD against the illegal construction going on without any hesitation?
