Dear sir/ madam

This is regarding my new flat at gangotri appartments kaushambi, alloted by g. D. A. Scheme was launched in nov 2013. I applied for scheme no 836 of 1 room flat by submitting the registration amount. Scheme states lig & mig residential flats alloted on "as is where it is".

I received a message over mobile by gda that i have alloted flat on 9th floor at gangotri apparements so i went for a visit.

I am highly dissapointed by the condition of the flats and the surrounding area. Flats do not even fulfill the basic conditions like proper water supply, electricity, sewage, lifts and a clean and healthy environment which is very important for living. How can gda call them residential if they are not worth living and also property costs too high according to their condition. Gda is charging high for what?? If there is no improvement in condition of these flats, if it is not fulfilling the basic criteria of living as i mentioned above. It is a total fraud in terms of resedential appartments.

#also, market rate of these flats are about half of the amount that gda is charging to us. If gda charging double then atleast they should clean the area and repair the sewage system and the dirt that is all around there.
# there are no doors at the rooms, rooms are fully accesible by anyone, hence no safety.
I knocked one of the rooms to inquire about the building but family inside was not ready to open it, when i assured the lady that i am just to inquire then she opened the door and told that at night some outsiders came around remain their outside late night and she has a child so she was afraid.
#lifts are not working since years.
# in prospectus gda has mentioned that "allotte shall pay the municipal taxes and any other taxes which may be charged by the govt or any local body from time to time."
In the above context i want to ask that if there is no work done by the authorities then why we would pay the tax.
Is this a resedential scheme by govt to provide home to citizen or to earn money from them???. That’s why i want to cancel my draw, but gda has mentioned that 10% amount will be deducted and also it takes 3 to 6 months to get back entire sum after deduction.

I didn’t received any allotment letter.In this case can gda deduct 10% amount from my application money?

Even it is mention on the prospectus that if one cancels his allotted flat within allotment date to 6 months after allotment date then 10% amount is deducted from the application money.

As per the prospectus gda will issue the reservation letter to all the successful applicants. After that verification of submitted documents being process. Gda will issue the allotment letter. After 1 month of allotment, allotters need to submit 20% of the cost of the flat.

Now, i want to know that on what basis gda is charging 17.26 lacs for a 1 room, which is not even a room according to the condition and on what basis gda is calling it resedential and the main question is that is govt is only concerned about unjustified money, money charged by low income and middle income group and not providing the place to live. And if they really call them flats then can they explain how can a person survive in such condition???

If they cant explain then they should tell me what they are charging for, by low or middle income group people like me. Either give my money back else make the flats worth living before alloting to us.

Our society Shri Ram Vihar Colony, has complained about the illegal constuction of flat in 37, shri ram vihar colony, shastri nagar, ghaziabad. But GDA has not taken any action. He is doing construction very conveniently without the interference of any GDA officers. And even after completing third floor he is now making 4 th floor.

Dear Sir,
We bought a Janta flat allotted by GDA on resale in year 1996. The original sale cost by GDA was INR 70, 000.00 which was paid off by us however later we received a notice from GDA to pay the revised cost of the flat with interest money for the period from which the cost was raised. After receiving the notice all the neighbours in the building met and agreed that it is unfair to raise the cost after we had fully settled the flat purchase with GDA and also filed a case in the court of law against GDA. The case went on for sometime however in the meantime we continued to receive the notice from GDA that the amount due was increasing with compound interest levied on the sum due. We were afraid that the money was adding up much beyond our affordability and this was also causing immense mental trauma to us. We went to GDA office and paid off the money as per letter received along with registry charges. We later gathered that the calculation of total due sum was varying in notice sent by GDA to other people and the due cost was sent differently to different people with same flat cast and instalment scheme and that we were made to pay about 30% higher sum than one of the known family. We submitted a written complaint with details of sum paid by us and a photo copy of the letter received by the other flat owner to request for the details on the differential cost. We have not had any response from any GDA official on the complaint yet. After few years we also gathered that GDA waived off the whole sum of revised flat cost with interest charges for all the people involved in the court case filed against GDA.
We are extremely disturbed to learn that we ended up paying about INR 65, 000.00 more that what all other flat owners paid in the same scheme. We have not had any response from GDA yet on the complaints filed. We are economically not very strong and bought the small GDA flat according to what we could best afford however unfortunately our authorities don't seem to have a fair and equal policy for all. It is very clear that they charged different cost from different people which is unlawful. We request your assistance to get our extra sum deposited with GDA refunded to us. We may solicit all the required documents to evidence the above stated facts. We look forward to your swift response.

Sir,

We would like to draw your kind attention to an illegal paan shed constructed on the road corner against plot no 78 Gyan khand 1 Indrapuram Ghaziabad in the shed of Transformer.
Every time there is a bunch of people staring womens living in the near building, take bath (men in their undergarments).
This becomes worse when they start drinking in evening...abusing loudly... fighting ...urinate and other indecent activities which causes problems for residents of the Lane.

FYI :- This shed was already broken by the GDA. 2 times.

We are requesting you to release us from this miserable condition so that we can live a decent & healthy living in our lane .we shall be highly glad if you kindly take immediate action to solve this matter forever as early as possible

WE HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES TO GDA ABOUT THE COMPLETION OF THE PARK BUT TILL DATE THE PARK IS UNCOMPLETED AND THE PARK LAST DATE OF COMPLETION WAS JULY 2013. THE RESIDENTS OF VIDHYAK COLONY ARE DISTURBED FOR THE ISSUE OF COMPLETION. SOME RESIDENTS OF THE AREA HAS STARTED TO PLAY CRICKET DUE TO WHICH CHILDREN, OLD ONES AND LADIES ARE NOT COMING FOR WALKING AND THE GDA AUTHORITY BOARDS IS ALSO REMOVED.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Yugank Garg, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which people are facing these days. There are so many mad street dogs in our society because of them it has become very difficult to take step out of home especially in night. I go office in early morning to my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come to bite us. These stray dogs already bite some of the residents and children. The last case I saw had happened with a little student of Saint Paul School and these stray dogs are multiplying at very faster rate, they are around 10-15. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the person who passes them. Stray dogs have becomes a cause of serious causalities and require serious attention on immediate basis. So this is my strong and humble request to you to pay attention on my letter and send Dog catching team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem asap. Hope our hard earned tax pay money really works by getting MCD services in time. Also I want to tell u that there are few people in our colony feeding black dogs specially. We are the residents of III-A Nehru Nagar,the ongoing construction in house number 99 in our locality is without the approval of GDA and the rules are clearly flouted by the construction of 3rd floor without the approval .The construction is very weak and thus creates a danger of lives of neighbors in the event of natural disasters.We request to immediately stop this construction and levy the penalty on the owner of III-A 99 Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad and demolish his illegal construction.

An unauthorised 'Car Decor' shop has opened in the basement of the residential plot no. 118 sector-4 vaishali. In spite of requests by the residents, the shop owner has refused to shut this shop. It is dificult to understand how to stop these kind of illegal activities of greedy vultures (shopkeepers) of the society. Everybody seems hand in glove wether government employees or local authorities.These irresponsible shopkeepers have spoiled the whole atmosphere in all sectors of vaishali. Resident welfare associations are also involved in these kind of activities and also occupied important posts in associations. These shopkeepers, property dealers and builders have muscle and money power and they think nobody can stop them from illegal activities. Time has come when every honest citizen should take a stand against these people and develop courage to bycott them in the society.

Continuous leakage from sewer for the past 2 weeks. No changes so far even though after doing continuous follow ups. Simply ultimate wastage of the taxes given by common man. Sir, it is very shameful to inform u that today your GDA, Ghaziabad authority Mr.P.K.Sharma ([protected]) came on 5.5.2013 to Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram to demolish the unauthorized construction. They had complain against four people, but they demolished only one person who could not fulfill their demand and left others as it is, their co-staff misbehaved with senior citizen parents and locked them in room and did their monopoly. If you survey in shipra sun city more than 90% people has extended their balcony and other area. Which is unseen for them because they make them happy somehow. Just I want to draw your attention that rule should be same for all, there should not be partiality. GDA people have made this their regular income and just showing that they are actively doing this. So please take care of this and do the needful to correct the system.

I have purchased GDA flat 3 yr back 2nd and 3 rd floor, after paying complete.amount and still paying houe loan, but now they are GDA peple saying tha 3 rd floor is.iiligal so they are saying that we have to break.it, but we r nt.only one who.has 3 floor, there are lots.of house has more than.3 floor, so.now they are asking bribe to stop.this.complain, we have paide for 3r and every year we pay extra charge for 3 rd floor but they are saying that it is illigal, so.kindly any.one auggeat

Respected sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that in nyay khand-1, vidhyak colony, indrapuram, some people of apex royal castle are using the park as car parking which leads to many issues. As the other people of area are upset for walking. Children have no place to play and our old parents have to go other area’s park. The park board has been removed by unknown persons. There should be a gda board on the park so that people have to know about the public park.

And many others.

I have gone through the plan of the area which suggest there is a public park near apex royal castle but many people are not known as the board of the park has been removed by unknown people just move around you will identify a park which comes under unauthorized usage of car parking nearby people.

And not even this
Some nearby people do not let come the other people in the park.

I believe if you check the situation you will be realize the exact position.

Request you to please raise this concern to gda and force them to take necessary action against unauthorized car parking and get the park prepared soon so that people of area have not to go other areas for walking . Believe concern dept. Will get back to me with the appropriate action against it.

This is requested that a gda park for nyay khand i vidhyak colony indirapuram gzb up is not completed till date and nobody is giving attention on the work of park. We are daily morning and evening walker and we have to go other area park for walking. Children and old people are very upset for walking and playing. Please complete the work soon. Please tell the date of completion of work.

Hi,
I live in GDA Flats Indraprastha phase-1,Teela more,Teela Shahbaj pur,Loni road,Ghaziabad,Pin 201102 since 3 years and I pay my quarterly installment on time and I use electricity by GDA.
Everything is fine but there is no water connection by GDA.It is very big problem for us.
In these Flats there are 100 families who live in it.

There is a Water Mafia ( Water Contractor ) who give us water by money as he want.

Please arrange prepaid or postpaid water connection by GDA for us.
