In Plot No. M-21, M Block Colony, Pratap Vihar Sector -12, There is illegal construction is going and even construction is done by the top floor owner.This construction is done on the cost of 11 families lives and against the government rule and regulation. Request you to please take the action . We need GDA to take immediate action and stop this and restore the building to the normal status.

Sir/Maam I have been living in Ramprastha colony for the past 12-13 years B Block. There is a park right in front of our house, obviously it is not maintained by the GDA and I have stopped expecting it to be maintained by you. This is not the issue though, the issue I have is related to the unauthorized construction taking place inside of the park, the gardener that the residents had hired had been living inside the park in a small shed for quite sometime, now although it seems that he is building a huge house of some sort. This is happening right in front of my house inside the park. It is very disturbing when everyday when I walk out of my house I see the gardener do his daily routine of taking a dump, pissing in front of my house. Considering my claim which deeply affects your interests of illegal construction on government land. I think this matter should be seriously taken and action needs to be taken immediately or else I will have to resort to reporting this to further higher authorities. Thank you

Modi ji trying hard for swach bharat but we Ghaziabad residents have no option, helplessly watching encroachments and dying green belts. Don't believe ? Go and see opposite new ghaziabad railway station and the green belt dying along the railway track in raj nagar. I salute the man who turned these green belt green by providing these lands to nurseries which have protected these green belts over the years. I do not know him but he deserve this. But its tragic all of his efforts gone waste in some places. Local sweepers says they cant do any thing and advised me to catch the dumpers in night. Illegal tractor trolleys without registration papers ply through out the city and dump the debris in late nights. Tried catching them in odd hours but they have the right to do so... Illegal kiosks are being converted into permanent shops gobbling-up all the green belt up to the street. Why should they not do so they have got their kiosk registered by paying stamp duty. The problem has been there for more than 2 years now but the authority do not seem to take care of it after our visiting many times there is no response from GDA. Dear Sir, This is very good initiative that now a days very bad road of Nandgram is now renovated but still one very critical problem is in Nandgram that GDA supplied Water quality is very unhygienic so Maximum people are installing Submersible Pump for there daily water related requirements. It is very critical to install more Submersible Pumps at a place. Please look in to this matter and provide good quality of water by GDA and if possible than replace all old pipe lines. Dear Sir In vaishali Sec -4 main market shopkeepers of Reliance plaza-1 are using parking place for their shop material and giving the parking place to feriwalas on rent and receving monthly rents up to 7000/- pm. Normal persons getting disturbed as they are facing problems due to them. GDA space are used by shopKeepers and Govt place is blocked by them. Pls do the needful asap.

I wish to draw your kind attention towards a GDA park which is locate in C-block Nandgram, Ghaziabad in front of my house (C-479, Nandgram, Ghaziabad 201003). Some people use to through garbage and waste construction material of their home in the park. They use to collect such garbage in the park and burn it daily which prevents lot of pollution. There is no authority to take care of this park even my mother has tried to contacted many times with GDA authority but she did not get any beneficial respond from GDA members. Two days back a person had kept 2 bags of waste in the park (aside of park boundary in front of my home) and we have said many times to him to take off these bags but he is not doing so. There is one more major issue which we use to face is parking of car on the road in front of home. Roads in front of our home in the colony are too small and on that road a car is parked which is blocking a gate of park entering and road too. I request you to support me in bring this problem in the eyes of GDA and to take strict action toward these problem. In can provide you full details of those persons who are destroying park in case it is required. dear sir, I have complaints many times in GDA as well as in Nagar Nigam for the illegal construction near my house. My house in A Block, Sector-09, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad where illegal contruction is going on in A-341, Sector-09, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad and they almost about to complete their construction but no action has been taken till yet. This is regarding my newly allotted flat at Gangotri appartments Kaushambi, alloted by G.D.A. Scheme was launched in nov 2013. I applied for scheme no 836 of 1 room flat by submitting the registration amount. Scheme states LIG & MIG residential flats alloted on "AS IS WHERE IT IS". There is no information in the brochure regarding the exact location of these flats so that the consumer can have an idea as to what is the condition of these flats.

on calling up the helpline to enquire and visiting the GDA they only told us that theses flats are in kaushambhi in prime location thats all. I received a message over mobile by GDA that i have alloted flat on 8th floor at gangotri apparements so i went there for a visit. I was shocked by the condition of the flats and the surrounding area.these so called "new flats" were 25 years old. Flats do not even fulfill the basic conditions like proper water supply, electricity, sewage, lifts and a clean and healthy environment which is very important for living. How can GDA call them residential if they are not worth living and also property costs too high according to their condition.
These flats looked like some illegal construction more like some slum area.
some of the flats did not even have any doors making them highly unsafe.Lifts are not working since years. after looking at the condition of the flats and enquiring about the rates of the flats which wee half of what GDA is charging . I decided to cancel my registration but GDA has mentioned that 10% amount will be deducted and also it takes 3 to 6 months to get back entire sum after deduction. I have not received any allotment letter. In this case can GDA deduct 10% amount from my application money? Even it is mention on the prospectus that if one cancels his allotted flat within allotment date to 6 months after allotment date then 10% amount is deducted from the application money. As per the prospectus GDA will issue the reservation letter to all the successful applicants. After that verification of submitted documents being process. GDA will issue the allotment letter. After 1 month of allotment, allotters need to submit 20% of the cost of the flat. Now, i want to know that on what basis GDA is charging 17.26 lacs for a 1 room, which is not even a room according to the condition and on what basis GDA is calling it RESEDENTIAL and the main question is that IS GOVT IS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT UNJUSTIFIED MONEY, MONEY CHARGED BY LOW INCOME AND MIDDLE INCOME GROUP AND NOT PROVIDING THE PLACE TO LIVE. IF THEY CANT EXPLAIN THEN THEY SHOULD TELL ME WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING FOR, BY LOW OR MIDDLE INCOME GROUP PEOPLE LIKE ME. EITHER GIVE MY MONEY BACK ELSE MAKE THE FLATS WORTH LIVING BEFORE ALLOTING TO US.

I received a message over mobile by GDA that I have alloted flat on 8th floor at gangotri apparements so i went for a visit. I was shocked to see that these so called "new Flats" were actually 25years old and inhabitable. As i've mentioned the flat allotted to me is on the 8th floor in building with no lifts and stairs which were broken at many places. Flats do not even fulfill the basic conditions like proper water supply, electricity, sewage, lifts and a clean and healthy environment which is very important for living. How can GDA call them residential if they are not worth living and also property costs too high according to their condition. On enquiring further I realized that the marklet rate for these flats is about half of the amount that GDA is charging to us. In some of the flats, there are no doors, making them highly unsafe.Lifts are not working since years. All in all by looking at the condition of the flats I felt I was Visiting some unauthorized contruction, very plainly put something like a slum area. This is in regards to the broken sewage line in front of our house due to the digging work done by Reliance Infratech. There is a 5-6 feet whole in front of our house and park with full of sewage water which can lead to any mishappening as no safety measurement has been install to prevent any accident. It's been close to 2 months I am chasing the company supervisors who are responsible to repair any default along with responsible GDA AE Arvind Choudhary & Mr Dharmesh but no action has been taken so far. It’s been 15 days post digging the wholes across Shakti Khand -4 no one is here to fill these holes and residents are facing serious problems as rainy season is just couple of days ahead and these open wholes can attract multiple diseases like Dengue & Malaria. Would request you to please take strict action against the company for such negligence in the work done and issue a notice to repair the sewage pipeline broken by him. I have a 3 yr old children and others who come to play in park can anytime met with an accident due to these open holes (as you are aware that these days electricity cut during nights leave no scope to see any open holes on roads). Namaskar, I live in Chiranjiv Vihar in Sector-5 in Ghaziabad. Everytime, it rains, out streets get flooded with water and the water starts to come inside the house. People have raised their courtyard by adding more cement to the homes. But this will only help for a short time, when it rains more, the water will again seep in. There is no exit for the water, so when it rains, the water stagnates. Can someone please look into this situation? The water channels that are made, have been blocked by people to make cemented ramps or make an outdoor garden. So this leaves all the channels blocked. We need some support from government to help destroy these illegally created ramps and gardens, and make sure that the water channels are all open for the water to exit. Please HELP!

I received a message over mobile by gda that i have alloted flat on 9th floor at gangotri apparements so i went for a visit.

I am highly dissapointed by the condition of the flats and the surrounding area. Flats do not even fulfill the basic conditions like proper water supply, electricity, sewage, lifts and a clean and healthy environment which is very important for living. How can gda call them residential if they are not worth living and also property costs too high according to their condition. Gda is charging high for what?? If there is no improvement in condition of these flats, if it is not fulfilling the basic criteria of living as i mentioned above. It is a total fraud in terms of resedential appartments.

#also, market rate of these flats are about half of the amount that gda is charging to us. If gda charging double then atleast they should clean the area and repair the sewage system and the dirt that is all around there.
# there are no doors at the rooms, rooms are fully accesible by anyone, hence no safety.
I knocked one of the rooms to inquire about the building but family inside was not ready to open it, when i assured the lady that i am just to inquire then she opened the door and told that at night some outsiders came around remain their outside late night and she has a child so she was afraid.
#lifts are not working since years.
# in prospectus gda has mentioned that "allotte shall pay the municipal taxes and any other taxes which may be charged by the govt or any local body from time to time."
In the above context i want to ask that if there is no work done by the authorities then why we would pay the tax.

And if they really call them flats then can they explain how can a person survive in such condition???

If they cant explain then they should tell me what they are charging for, by low or middle income group people like me. Either give my money back else make the flats worth living before alloting to us.
