Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,

It has recently come to my attention that illegal construction is taking place in the commercial complex known as 'Guar Cascade, Guars High Street, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.' . I would like to lodge a complaint with the unsightly and unlawful building that has been erected on the main front shop of known as 'Radha Dairy'.

The perpetrator of this illegal construction is by Radha Dairy, who does not own the rights or title to the property. He has erected the buildings at open area day by day and has been extremely rude and hostile to the neighbors who have voiced complaints.

I hope that you can spare some personnel to deal with this act of blatant lawlessness as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

Gali no 01 kirana mandi ghaziabad
Near GT road
Owner of building Gorav Garg ( petrol pump wale)
He wants to made 4 foot balcony
In 10 foot gali
Building was 75 year old
Building was in very bad condition
Any time this balcony is damaged
So safe life of peoples living in this colony

This application is from the people of Rameshwar Park (CAN NOT OPEN OUR NAME BECAUSE SOME OF THEM ARE VERY DANGEROUS PERSON) regarding illegal activity/ encroachment going on here in Ghaziabad Development Authority approved colony i.e. Rameshwar park in Loni.  It's been 2 years and nobody is taking action against those who are doing all this illegal encroachment/activity. Let you know a little bit about the history of this Colony.This Colony was passed in 1962  by Vasudha land & Finance Limited and Greater Delhi planners developers for the expansion of Delhi and the approval was given by Meerut Vikas Pradhikaran. later this Colony came under GDA after GDA come existence. Sir several problems issues we are facing here and want the action as soon as possible. some of them mentioned below.

1. As per GDA guidelines 33% area should be open while constructing the house but here no rules and regulations followed.

2.Outer wall height should be 6 feet but here you can find 8, 9 and even 10 feet height of wall.

3. Building should be 3.5 building approximately but here 4 to 5 buildings are constructed.

4. flat system are not allowed but here  you can find 6 to 7 flats in a residential plot.

5. people are doing sale and purchase by dividing the plots like here is a Plot D-87 (CONSTRUCTING 4 FLOOR HERE), D-84 which is divided into 50 Gaj, 80 Gaj and 100 Gaj, also you can find illegal encroachment D-35, D-36, D-37, D-89 and D-98 and even others too.

6. Electricity department  is issuing light connection to those people who owned flats which are not allowed by GDA guidelines.

7. people are taking different height of lenter and DPC which is not acceptable.

8.there is plot D-87, this land owner is constructed flats up to 8 floors/flats where should others neighbor go.

9. there is no water sewer system here that's why everyday people quarrel here.

10. when we let know to the officers about the matter they did not take any action. they are supporting those who are involved in this illegal activity. so our concern is to take strict and fast action to those who are doing all this and if you are not able to take the action then give bonus/Compensation to those who are following GDA guidelines. I am drawing your kind attention towards illegal extension of MIG FLAT NO UG-1, UG+2, FF-1, FF-2SF-1and SF-2 of House / Building No B-82, DLF, Dilshad Ext-II, BHOPURA, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP-201001. The construction is polluting the residences of other flat owners and Inability to mobilise our cars in and out . When asked to clear the deck.for taking out car, the owner of flat nos UG-1, FF-2 and SF-2 had denied in a rude manner. Kindly stop the illegal extension as no approval has been taken by the GDA Authority . They were saying that we have bribed the GDA authority and police. The said building was constructed in Year 2004. I am a retired Railway Senior Section Engineer/ Bridge/Northern Railway New Delhi of approximately 62 years old
