Flipkart.com is providing third class service to the customer i have ordered a screen guard for my mobile and paid money thru debit card, and they were going to ship the product in 3-4 business days but its more than 20days and i haven't received my product..... so if you can please help me for the same

I booked a book for me on flipkart.com. They promised to give it to me by 3 days. But is already 17 days that I have not received the rpoduct. They called after 10 days and excuses for non delivery of product. Then again after 2 days they called and told that they have some courier problem.Toady the courie boy came. without telling sorry to me, he argue with me that your plot no. is not written in front of the house. What about the cell no. that I have given in address. It is not that I am not getting other courier. So I did nto accept the product. I am writing the complain becasue it is all of mistake of flipkart on non tracking the product for long time. Hell with Flipkart. I will never again go for it.

    We had purchased one Samsung 3d HD Plasma TV 43 inches PS43D490. Billed on 21/12/2011 and delivered on 29/12/2011 by Flipkart.com worth Rs. 40890

    It is covered under their declared policy of 30 day replacement guarantee.

    We have been trying to request them for a replacement before the expiry of the 30 day guarantee time. But, they are delaying it on one pretext or another. We fear it is a ploy to beat their 30 days deadline and then back out on the pretext of 30 days being over.

    We request honour of their guarantee.

      I placed an order at Letsbuy.com. Order number LSB-719873. The offer was for an LG 32 inch TV along with a free Reliance DTH. The TV was delievered on time on the 23rd of December but the tv stand was missing. I called Letsbuy and they said I need to contact LG. I called LG and they said I need to call a local LG service center in my locale. I called them up and they said the part that is missing does not have a product code and it is something that can't be ordered.

      I then emailed Letsbuy and LG on Jan 15th, asking them what can be done for this, no response so far from letsbuy. I did get a call from LG though, and they were helpful in suggesting that I mount the TV to the wall but ordering for a new stand will take time and also I need to pay for it.

      So far no contact from letsbuy at all regarding the missing part or the Reliance DTH that was promised during purchase.

      Letsbuy.com — Some Parts not delivered

      I had purchase LG oven from www. Letsbuy.com site.My order no. is LSB-267722. I have received product but there r missing oven food making bartan Kit. In marketing there r same price that particular product with food making bartan Kit.But i purchased from your site with trusted name.

      I had communicated letsbuy consumer executive many times. They said me ur query will be solved in 48 hours.But i am still waiting reply from 10 days.

        I Request everyone to not buy anything from Letsbuy.com....they have very poor after sale service...

        I received broken heater on Jan 9, 2012...i logged the complaint same day but till today Jan 20 nothing happened nor i received call from them...Customer Care do not share their supervisor's number neither senior's no mentioned in their site Letsbuy.com.

        So there is no way to esclate any problem with senior and customer care is not paying any attention whether the customer is disappointed or not.

        I have very worst experience with them and i advise to everyone to not buy anything from their website otherwise you will be cheated like me..

          Placed an order for "LG GL-308VSX5 Refrigerator” from flipkart.com on 9th Jan, 2012 (OD[protected]). Complete silence from them till today when i receive an email from them telling me the fridge i want is out of stock, and i should purchase an alternate fridge!!!
          Forget about COD delivery within 4-6 business days, it took them 9 days to figure out that the item was out of stock!!! Too many things are way too wrong here:-

          1. 9 days to realize Flipkart does not have the product in their inventory
          2. No courtesy phone call, just an email from Flipkart saying buy something else
          3. The Flipkart recommended fridge does not even have the features I need

          Best of luck for people who shop with them...my advice, do not order if you need the product in a month or so, Flipkart generally would need that much time to deliver it

          I PURCHASE A D-Link 8-Port 10/100/1000 Desktop Switch on 20th nov 2014, as per the details i was given the assurance that the product would be delivered by 1st nov, i called the customer care for the delivery status they confirmed that the product will be delivered by 7.pm on 1st nov 2014, on saturday office close down by 5 pm but i waited for the product till 7 but not updated from flipkart team about the same.now once again they are committing the delivery before 7 Nov

          the customer service executive are not giving proper response don't buy product from flip kart..
          I m ordered a trimmer on flipkart on 22/3/2015.Today 31/3/15 i m received messege that my item is out for delivery and should be delivered before 7 pm but not deliverd till now.This is very bad service from flipkart.i cant ordering on flipkart next time

          This is manasanuthalapati.My registered mobile number is [protected] and I placed order of lenovo a7000 mobile on may 6th so that it will be delivered on next day i.e 7th may.But due to some inconvenience it was not delivered I understand.And I talked with customercare they told that it will be delivered on 8th may.But still it is not delivered and I got a message that it will be delivered on 18th which is almost 2 weeks delay.Due to this delay they refunded my delivery charges back to my flipkart wallet.But How come even though without deliivery charges also the product should be delivered within 3-4 working days but not 2 weeks.so I request you to take my complaint as serious and make sure that the product should be dellivered by tomorrow or day after tomorrow or on monday ie 11th of monday.Otherwise this is going to happen a very big issue.Even though you refunded my delivery charges you cannot take such a long time to deliver.And also I am going to tell this very bad situation created by flipkart to everyone as flipkart is not a trustable website.

            Hi All,

            To share my experience with all you guys, pathetic customer support, no responsible person who can resolve customer problems, every executive will tell you to wait for another 4-5 days and no one turns back.....

            Note: When you receive your product tell the delivery boy to wait until you open the box double check if all the items are available in box and then tell him to leave. If you don't do that and if anything is missing you will be pissed off following up with these guys talking to 10 different executive with 10 different commitments in every 10 days.

            My order no is OD[protected] it's been 45 days I received the product, some items were missing in the box since then I am following but haven't yet received my item. My missing items price might be around 150/- wherein I have spent more than 150/- calling these sick guys.... and banging my head in front of donkeys who will only shake there heads and no movement.

            Just be careful before buying!!!!!!!!

            Anyone else who had such a pathetic experience... Please share

              Hi,

              I made an order for a Samsung Omnia W on 29/12/2011 on letsbuy.com. The order no. is LSB-753756. the purchase option chosen was EMI with ICICI credit card.

              I received no updates on the progress of the order and it remained in processing for a week. I contacted customer care several times. Each time they used to tell me that they are having technical trouble and cannot give me an update on the order.

              finally on the 06/01/2012, I decided to cancel the order and buy it from a local store. so i sent an email to them at [protected]@letsbuy.com asking for the sam. Seeing no response during the day i called up their customer care on[protected]. I spoke to a man who told me that he regretted the delay and he understand my situation. He said he would cancel the order and send me a status in two working days, and the refund would be made in 21 working days.

              however, on the Jan 9th , 2012, i received an email from letsbuy informing me that the product has been shipped partially. the free accessory that they had promised on the website was not included. I called up their customer care, and this time they are back to their usual tricks. It seems they are having technical trouble and cannot give me an status on the order and why the order has not been cancelled.

              I have already bought the mobile from elsewhere, and i do not want their dispatch, which i could perhaps not accept, so it would go back to them undelivered. I used my friends credit card for this purchase, and it seems the amount has already been given to letsbuy.

              Letsbuy are so unresponsive and seem very dishonest and reckless the way they treat their customer.

              I am really worried as to how deal with them to get my money back..

              Lets not buy any thing from Letsbuy. They are fake. Even they have not a toll free customer care number. Pathetic site.. You have to give compolaints against them. Better online shop from Flipkart or eBay..

                I had purchased an mp3 player from Letsbuy.com on the 9th of December. I got the product within the promised time of 3-4 working days.

                The product turned out to be defective as it only performed the function of a flash drive(file transfer to and from the device, no mp3 playback). The device would apparently charge but was completely incapable of playing back mp3 files.

                The product was a Disney Mickey Mp3 Player, Lime (Manufactured by Iriver).
                I immediately contacted their Customer Care and they refused to do anything without a DOA certificate issued to me by the company. I told them that there weren't any Iriver Service Centres anywhere in Kolkata to which they agreed to replace the product by the 13th, which they did.

                The product reached them by the 14th and all follow up (absolutely all of it, no exclusions) was initiated and continued by me. The replacement product reached me on the 4th of January. This replacement product was also faulty and surprisingly, had the exact same problems. The 2 faulty products even shared the same date of manufacture/import - (Feb, 2009).

                Now, I have been mailing them almost every day, for the past 5 days without so much as an acknowledgement from their end and am therefore forced to reach out to this forum hoping for some assistance and support in the matter. They sent me one mail; again asking for a DOA certificate, so here I am.

                Any suggestions?

                  I ordered a headset worth Rs.1710 through letsbuy.com with orderId: LSB-690624 on 5th december 2011 with full payment and I cancelled it on 10th december 2011. It has been almost a month after that, but i haven't received any refund from them. I'm really frustrated with their service.These people are thieves.

                    I have ordered a mobile phone, Karbonn A1 from Letsbuy.com Order no- LSB743807, on 25/12/2011. I paid the price by net banking and after i paid the price i received and order confirmation email. Bt till now (29/12/2011 1 PM) I have not yet received any shipping details of the product. The delivery time of the product is 2-3 working days. I admit that 25th dec was a Sunday. But 2 days have passed and d product has not been shipped so how can it be delivered to me in 2-3 days? Also I had called the customer care of letsbuy 1 hour ago and she told me that she has forwarded the complaint to the concern department and it will call me back in 48hrs. I don't think it will call me, after reading other user's experiences.

Today (28/12/2011) I received the Ordered Product with Warranty card and bill . Unfortunately in the bill, the Orpat OPF-3227 Pedestal Fan MRP shows that only Rs. 1830 /- Inclusive all taxes.

                      It means LETSBUY.COM gave me the false details and they cheat me...

                        I had purchased a Samsung 40'' LCD TV LA40D550K1R ( Order #: LSB-653921) on[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. It has been around a month now and still there is no sign of the TV. It was shipped via DTDC on the 10th working day, and is yet to reach my home. DTDC has held the courier due to missing invoice in the package. Seems like letsbuy has no experience in handling interstate packages.

                        The package was held up on13th Dec due to the missing invoice and letsbuy did nothing about the same, eventually when I called them on 18th, was informed that a complaint needed to be raised against DTDC to get update on the issue. THe callcenter personnel asked me to call back on 20th to get the status. There was no proactive assistance provided by the rep, even after me insisting they should be the one calling me back.

                        THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD TRUST LETSBUY. NEVER AGAIN, WOULD ALSO ADVICE OTHERS TO TRY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.

                        I had purchased a 40 Inch Samsung TV(LSB-653921) from Letsbuy.com. the company promised delivery within 7 to 10 working days. While the 10 working days period is not over yet. I am already dissatisfied with the company.
                        In the 7 working days that have passed, there has been no update to the status. Still shows in Progress from day 1. The call center is a pain to access. I have to hold the call for over 10 mins before someone actually answers my call. Even after that they have no additional information about the order.

                        I have asked for soft copy an Invoice from them both via their callcenter and also via their support email. nothing works. While I am not sure if they would deliver the product on time or not, or what the quality of the product will be, I am really frustrated with the lack of communication. This is my first online purchase from the website, and seems like it will be the last. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this website to anyone.

                        Hello Letsbuy people you have let me down once again. The Order number is LSB-653921. It was mentioned that the same would be delivered within 10 working days. The item was shipped at 8 PM on the 10th working day. The Courier People mention that it was shipped by train!! meaning it can be delivered atleast after 5 working days. They have not left any chance for the courier to deliver on time. Now I have to keep waiting for this stupid package to be delivered.

                          I am yet another unfortunate customer of letsbuy.com. I have ordered a Samsung Star II Duos for my sister on November 17th. The promised delivery date was 3-5 days. When I called them after 5 days they told me that the product is currently out of stock and the delivery will be made within 1 week. But after a week when I called them they told me that the product will be dispatched within 48 hours, I waited but after 48 hours they told me to wait another 48 hours. Now after 3 days when I called them I was told that they can't guarantee nothing, of the delivery time.
                          How could these stupid online company stay in business with this an irresponsible crew.

                            I have ordered for a samsung laptop 2 weeks ago.
                            But i have not received the product till now.
                            The customer care is also not reachable.
                            I ordered an O'general Window AC (Order # 130520 )from Letsbuy.com for Rs 23490 + 1000(coupon) on 18.05.2011. Payment was done from my IDBI debit card. Within minutes the money Rs 23490 was deducted from my account as i got the msg on my mobile from the bank.

                            After ordering i called the customer care & they told me the order is confirmed and i wouldd get the Product in 7-9 working days as mentioned on the web page. Then after a week i called them again and told me i would get it in 9-11 working days as mentioned in the site (this was apparently changed and all the OG Ac's Status were changed to "Sold Out")and i will get a call in 1-2 days about the shipment.

                            On 7-6-2011 almost 3 weeks after i got a msg saying "On your request the order has been cancelled" ( i didnt at any time told them to cancel my order). I called the CC and they did not knew anything about it, the opertaor tranfereed me to the floor manager. The manger said that my order was cancelled on 18.05.1991 itself and when I told him that i got the msg today & in btw I called the CC. He told me that It was cancelled because the money was not recieved to them in a week (it was instantly debited from my Account) He kept telling me lame stories and other lies. If the money didnt reach to them in a week why did they cancelled the Order after 3 WEEKS? when i asked him when will i get the money back he told me that its already credited in my account. Next day i checked my Bank and money was not refunded. I called the CC again and she said it would take 5-7 Working days

                            Letsbuy team is a total fraud. They are keeping my money for almost a month now. They have kept me waiting for the AC in peak summers. Now i want a total refund immediately including the compensation for the coupon and the time i wasted.

                                i purchased one digital camera from letsbuy.com in the first week of nov 2011 i.e on 2 nov 2011 and the delivery was delayed. after that I wrote an email to them on 16 Nov 2011 for the timely delivery of the product and they told that that it will be delevered within 24 hrs. They have accused me mad and said i should be jailed. If they are able to extract this informatio it means they are hacking in to our email account.This is a seriuos crime.                                     Its really surprising how letsbuy treating its customers and taking care of logistics.
                                    Ordered a coffee machine on 6th November, no response till 14th Nov.
                                    (it was mentioned in the product details, that DELIVERY period is 2-4working days)
                                    After a sour mail on 14th to letsbuy, my order was finally shipped on 16th nov.
                                    And today, 17th nov, i get a mail from letsbuy that, delivery failed because, consignee was not available.
                                    PLEASE NOTE:
                                    I was home since yesterday dint move out atall, AND... I guess if there were intentions to deliver the order, then the designated courier person should have placed one call on the number provided to find out about the address or availability....
                                    Its surprising to see such response in today's competitive market.

                                    LETS BUY FAKE PROMISES:

                                    I was very enthusiast while placing my order (LSB-934514) on[protected], as this was my first Anderiod phone and also first order in Lets Buy.The offer was best among all websites for the mobile phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V (White) from your website.The delivery SLA is 2-4 days in website when i ordered and even now when i am writing the mail.

                                    My enthusiasm died away when i called on 23rd March and inquired about the order.The customer care executive failed to reply and just created a ticket for my query.He also marked that it will take 48 hrs to get a reply on the ticket(discounting the Saturday and Sunday).On the seventh day from the order date when i inquired the customer care executive says its oos and they are arranging!! What a reply!!! The stocks are oos but showing instock in website?? ...this is total cheating. And also explains why its such a delay because when you guys takes 48 hrs to reply for query then it is obvious delivery of goods will take more than 7days +...

                                    The best part of you customer service is LetsBuy don't even have a toll free number...LOL. You people don't even have etiquette to call the customer & intimate the delay.Your 45 days guarantee replacement warranty seems hoax after experiencing the above.

                                      This is regarding the very Bad delivery at LetsBuy.com (Etree Marketing Pvt. Ltd., C/o HVOC, Plot No. 64/69, CWC Premises, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015).

                                      I ordered a Samsung 32'' LED TV UN32D4000 on[protected], Order No LSB-7925840 through my credit card (Transaction Id: 4249050).

                                      Till today[protected], this is not even dispatched from the company end. I'm following them since 22-10-11 and even after making 20s of calls, I always get a same standard reply that please wait for 24-48 Hours, we'll get back to you.

                                      They are playing with my money and now they are saying that the Product is out of order. But when I'm checking on their site it's available and they are accepting the new Orders for the same product.

                                      I've sent them many mails but every time I get the same standard reply that they are looking into this on priority.

                                      But they are hardly doing anything, I raised the matter to the 60+ companies employees including the founder n CEO Hitesh Dhingra too, but all in vein.

                                        This complaint is with regards to the order mentioned below:

                                        Order ID: OD[protected]
                                        Item: Belkin F8N575qeC02 For 10.2 Inch Netbook Laptop

                                        I placed the oder on 12th Oct 2011 and got the intimation that the product will be delivered in 4 business days. but a week passed and no info from Flipkart so I sent an email to flipkart enquiring about the order. I got a response that the product was out of stock so the delay but nobody bothered to inform me about the delay. Anyway they shipped the product to me after a week of placing the order and was recieved 10 days behind the original delivery date. I got the delivery and was happy but to my surprise the bag as mentioned on the website is for 10.2 inch netbook and my 10.1 inch netbook does not fit in there.

                                        So I contacted Flipkart again and they asked me to take a picture showing the netbook does not fit in and send to them. I did the same and again 4 days passed by and no info from Flipkart, Hence I called back again and sent an email.

                                        I got an email back after 2 days asking for the photos again as they dont seem to open the pictures (Technically Challenged Staff).

                                        Hence I sent the email again and got a call from an executive after 2 more days stating that the reverse pick up will be done in the next 48 to 72 hours between 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours But do not give me proper info on which day the reverse pick up will be done. So for 3 days I had to wait for the Flipkart executive to show up but no one showed up. Hence I send another email ( I dont have any better work to do) and continous calls to Flipkart and again got info that the reverse pick up will be done in the next 72 hours and max by 18:00 hours on 16th Nov 2011. As I write this compaint it is 18:30 Hrs on 16th Nov and no info from Flipkart. Anyway I have sent an email again to them and I will wait for another promise from their side which I am sure they are incompetent to fulfill.

                                        Now I feel that Flipkart is not interested to take their product back and are happy to digest my money by making me go around and making false promises.

                                        I will never reccomend flipkart to any of my colleagues, friends or even to enemies.

                                        they have given me horrible time and they continue to do so.

                                        Is there someone who can take note of my frustration and do something to have Flipkart take back their product and give my money back.

                                        The Horrible service continues as uptill now no one has showed up from Flipkart and I have got another 2 emails promising reverse pick up in 48 hours, Is someone even listening??
