i am varun anand was trying to recharge my mobile no [protected] vodafone with Rs 50 through freecharge.in with ccavenue payment gateway but the recharge is not successful and money is debited from mu account no i.e[protected] SBI Account no.please refund my money.thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I had recharge with 320 Rs from Freecharge.com. but recharge not successfully and i have also complain to free charge.com but not response from freecharge side. payment had been dedicated in my Account. so please refund ya again same recharge in my number. asap4550. Details are below;

This is the first time when i have recharged from your website. The Money was deducted from my account. But the payment was not successful. Even if when I'm trying to call the customer care. The call ends with no response.
my recharge of 50 rupees on my airtel number [protected] through free charge was not successful while same amount was deducted in my j&k bank account, yesterday at 8.30 pm.
When I tried installing there was a msg saying payment successful, but there was no recharge made to my number, this is really bad that it should at least send a msg or something.but its appreciated if it is refunded to my account.
