Upon enquiry with the bank it is noticed that you have missed one digit from the account no.

IPO Refund amount I have not received till the date ( 12.02.2008 ) for FCH.

So many mail i have already written to INTIME SPECTRUM regarding this issue but i am not getting any reply from their side. Niether their Fax goes through, nor they picking up their phone. Moreover emails are not being answered.

FCH — Non-refund of IPO

I had applied online IPO of Future Capital Holdings Limited for 16 shares through Reliancemoney. The application no. was 71404284 with Exchange Confirmation No. [protected]. I was not allotted any share. Till date I have not received the refund. I have already sent two emails to the Registrar i.e. Intimespectrum on 8th and 12th February but to no vail. They have not bothered even to respond to my two emails. Thereafter I lodged a complaint to SEBI on 14th but I am even to get a complaint number for the complaint. I donot know what to do. Can somebody advise how to get my money back.

FUTURE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD. — Non Receipt of IPO Refund

I had applied for the Future Capital Holdings IPO and was not allotted any shares. After so may weeks of wait, I am still waiting for my refund to get delivered.

Their registrar Intime Spectrum never do things in time.

I have tried many times to contact them by phone. I usually get message that you are in queue and after 2-3 min. phone is disconnected.

I have sent atleast 5-6 mails to almost everybody there, from their investor division to there top management, but I still waiting for any reply.
