[Resolved] Hcl Laptop — DVD Writer is not working properly | |
hello sir, this is saurabh jha, i have purchased a hcl laptop core 2 duo from hcl digilife. after some time the dvd writer of my laptop stopped working. i made a compliant to the hcl service centre where they told me that your dvd writer will be replaced with a new one after 15 days. i had submitted my compliant on 27.07.2009 and after 22 days i went to the service center but they told me that your writer have not come yet now. i have made two to three rounds to the service centre but they do not give me the proper response when they will sort out my problem. kindly do consider my problem because my office work is suffering becuase of this problem thanks and regards Saurabh Jha Was this information helpful? | |

I complained about dvd writer ,which don't work properly on your service centre (hariniwas,patna) on 27/07/2009 .but,MY problems didn't solve.......................so ,how time will you take ?

hcl service support is very poor . they dont have any toll free number . i have called the number given in warranty booklet [protected], [protected] but no one talk after picking the phone. call rate are greater than normal on calling to thease number. more ever the number given in warranty card[protected] is incorrect.
i request to every one not to buy the hcl laptop . more ever after one year it start working bad. you will face many problem
