I visited HCL Service centre for the issue of LCD cover, which was open due to falldown from hand by kid. HCL Service Centre told me that indside the cover, the base on which hing is to be fix properly is now weak. So it will be better to change the cover of LCD of laptop.

I have purchased HCL laptop from hclstore.in. Even after 1 and half month of purchase, serial number of my laptop is not registered with HCL. As a result, I am not able to get TATA Photon offer which comes with the product. When mailed, they have sent me a link to register. I am the proud owner of HCL Laptop (HCL Notebook P38 PDC S.No. 2094AX280142) but not anymore. I feel cheated and disgusted with the kind of product you manufacture and the kind of service you guarantee.
