i even called the hcl helpline and the dealer concerned regarding the same and they suggested me to download java runtime environment and i did the same.. but to my dismay there was no improvement in the display of images and my problem remaine unsolved!!

I had purchased a HCL Leaptop from a reputed Electronics Shop at Behala, Kolkata in Nov 2006 and have paid for AMC also. At the time of purchasing, it was not mentioned that we need Windows XP CD for formatting the machine, if the machine becomes slow. We were given 5 ystem CDs along with the Leaptop.
