Dear sir/madam, I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine. So, my complaint to you is about- 1. Inefficiency of your people. 2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol. Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice. HCL Laptop — regarding drivers of laptop
hi sir,The thing is that i had purchased a HCL from COMHART SYSTEM LAXMI NAGER, laptop on 06/02/2009, i didn't get driver cd along with laptop, and for this i spoke to dealer from which i had got this system, he stated to go through net, i tried a lot through net but didn't get the drives because their website doesn't work properly, it doesn't access, when it does access then then driver create problem in dowenloding. so let me have the driver cd, tell where i need to go to have it, even i had mailed them so many times to ([protected]@hcl.in), [protected]@hcl.in but they didn't respond any thing, even i had talked to them on their help line but they told me if website doesn't work this not our problem, without having drivers my system sound system, display, internet doesn't work. so please let me have an solution for this. i need the cd of drivers. my model no is (AXOP3821) and serial no is (C084AX222269)... The bill was named on EXCEL ENTERPRISES, sir please take the action against them,

As my leaptop was not working i went to service center of patna(kavya infotech pct.ltd) dated 31/12/2008 which is a authorised service center of hcl, there i come to know my cd writer is not working it has to be replace.so i demanded the new one under warrenty but could not get the new one 25/03/2009.on that day i renued my warrenty with Rs 4500 for next two years that day again concern sent a demand for cd writer and touch pad.since last three months i am waiting for parts.so suggest what to do?

dearsir, i have purchased a lap top hcl model no p30 pdc having serial no C074AX227278 product no AX0P3004 ON 18 /2/08 from your dealer m/s bit and byte mp nager bhopal after the completion of 1 year i months the cscreen (LCD) of my lap top developed a problems i e, our white line is visible on the top of LCD . I reported the same to your service center at M.P NAGER ZONE 1 BHOPAL . ASper your servise center the LCD screen needs to be replaced and the estimate is about 15000/- approx which is about 50%of my LAP TOP now a company like HCL WHOSE PRODUCT IS SUPPOSED TO BE VERY GOOD QUALITY HOW A CRUCIAL PART like LCD screen damage during use of 13 months, it is a serious question of quality control as well as customer satisfaction .your are requested to do the needful thanks LAP TOP DISPLAY PROBLEMS OUR

HCL/ DESKTOP SYSTEM MACHINE — SERVICE NOT PROVIDED BY PATNA SERVCE CENTER
HCL patna service center not given a satifactory service to the customer, they take a longer time to give service.I have given a desktop system 1 and half months ago i.e.-20th of march 2009 but they do not give the service at till date(3rd of may 2009).
