My laptop keyboard alt button is not working properly.

I have purchased a laptop on 10-May-2008

pls check this laptop on urgent basis.

i have purchesed HCL laptop 0n 25 nov 2008 froma stall opened in lovely professional university from 19 sector chandigarh..now a problem is bein g arised then while i switch it on it start bulzing (flucatie like as a bulb )and automatically it switched off its a regular problem from last one month ..and the charger is not working properly so kindly also tell me servive center in jalandhar

I purchased a hcl laptop 38 series from vaident computers sales pvt. Ltd. On 04.07.2009.but now a problem is created.when my laptos is start, 1 minute later it's screen becomes automatically blue and laptop is shut down.then it was restart automatically.But when i start the laptop in sefety mode, this problem is not visiable.pls tell me what can i do for solve this problem by mail to my e-mail address? Never purchase Hcl Made Laptop, they are worst mfg unit in laptop market.
I request u all dont buy HCL laptop.It is better to purchase chinese made insteed of HCL.
