Hcl Laptop — Not satisfied with the service of HCL care

I am facing problem for hazy & blurred pictures in my HCL Leaptop, five times I visited HCL service center, Varanasi. I have been told that after formatting whole sytem the problem would be rectified but after numerous formatting of system the problem again persist on 2-12-08, System is still in warranty period but problem is not at all rectified. It is regret to say that HCL being the renowned brand providing these kinds of expensive product and surprisingly not employed anyone who can rectify the issue and can satisfy their customer.
Requesting you to kindly help to get the problem resolved...

My hcl laptop is not working from last 5 day. i make lost of call on your toll free no but dint get any responce .due to this i getting loss. i am facing h/w problem.

i am facing the problem for graphics in turbo c.
i have 512Mb graphics by nvidia, 2gb ram, core2duo processor, and model is hcl 3825 leaptop in warranty period;
i cant run graphics programs in 'c' language.when i run the particular programs it terminates the compiler;

please give me address of HCL authorised service center in kolkata.I bought a HCL Laptop but presently it has backlight problem.

I bought one HCL Leaptop from the local vendor in Kolkata way back in Jan-08. After couple of months I noticed that the headset speaker is not functioning at all . The same was intimated to the vendor for attending the fault . Nothing happened to the problem till date . Repeated calls and personal visit has fallen into deaf ears . Now since warranty has expred I do not know what to do . Can u please help me in this regard. Also let me know the service center to do such job in Kolkata
