[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — Can't understand them

I have some transaction dispute of your transaction bill of my credit card on 06/09/07. I have paid my mobile bill Rs 1304.14 to Airtel on 06/09/07 which has reflected in my transaction bill date on 04/ Transaction no:0940840, but this amount (Rs 1304.14) was not debited in Airtel account. I have contacted Airtel customer care centre regarding this matter and they conformed that this amount was not debited in their account. I have enquired about matter from HDFC bank customer care centre and they asked me to lodge a dispute compliant. Kindly take this matter seriously and revert back the particular amount (Rs 1304.14) to my credit card. Please find the my card details below.

I had applied for a credit card though your bank , meanwhile you had send it to me also through Blue Dart Couriear, the AWB No. for my card is :-[protected]. It has not been deliverd to me, when i enquired about the same, i came to know that it has been returned to you due to the address unaccssesibility.
And when i called to your Customer Care, they told me that they will again send it to me through speedpost, which again is not delivered to me.
Kindly look at this issue and help me out.

YESTERDAY I MAILED TO http://www.hdfcbank.com AND I RECEIVED A MAIL TODAY THAT YOUR COMPLAIN IS BEING LOOKED INTO AND ALSO STATED THAT THIS IS A SYSTEM GENERATED MESSAGE. I DONT THINK THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED IN SUCH A CALLOUS MANNER. MOREOVER I WANT TO STATE THAT I HAVE NEVER MADE ANY TRANSATION OF RS.15000/-. LAST TRANSACTION I HAVE DONE IN CHENNAI FOR PURCHASE OF SOME GARMENTS (LUNGIS) FOR RS.660/- FROM SARVARAN.LASTLY I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF BILL FOR RS.15000/- IS DRAWN ON ME I SHALL NEVER PAY THE AMOUNT.
