[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Unable to withdraw money from my savings account

Hi,
I am an HDFC customer from bangalore having two account and a creditcard.From 25-Oct-2008 onwards i am unable to withdraw amount from my savings account, actually it contains some 30, 000 rs.It is showing "Holding funds:30, 000".I dont know what is happening know.They did this without intimating me and not showing and reason.I called the phone bankers, they are also behaving like strangers.My savings account belongs to Kauvery Bhavan branch Bangalore.I visited the branch last week.Initially they shows some interest, now they also behaving like strangers.I am planning to wait for 2 maore days.After that i will send a mail to HDFC Chairman(deepak.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) and MD(aditya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com)

I'm a HDFC customer.From 25-Oct-2008 onwards i'm unable to withdraw money from my savings account.That account belongs to Kauvery Bhavan branch Bangalore.From that day onwards i am calling to phone bankers, but they didnt take his as a serious issue.Last week i visited the Kauvery bhavan branch, they initially shows some interest.
What i can do?.The simply holding 30, 000 rupees without intimating me and showing vaid reason.I decided to send mail to Chairman of HDFC(deepak.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) and MD(aditya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com).I dont know why they are behaving like this.

After reaching the language option in the menuthe system gets stuck-up nor can anyone access any phone Banking Service executive. This has been causing tremandous harrassment to the customers.
If the system have been monitered by the concern officialthey should have fixed the problem in time.it reflect the poor function taking place in the Bank Functionary.
Unlike other sector werethe name and number of the official are transparentthe of HDFC Bank is a face-lessorganisation were everything seems to be kept secret. this is ok as long as the system is working properly but in event of problem like these one i have mentioned above, customer are left highan dry.

I am a customer of HDFC bank from 2004 onwards. HDFC bank issued a credit card in my name to whom it is unknown. that account has some debit balance of Rs18k and all my personal records are attahed to that cc account of which i never got any statement. recently i took a second loan, from the bank and they got out of slumber that my credit card a/c is showing debit balance which i have to clear for loan approval. this is how i came to know that bank has issued a card in my name and i am not aware and it shows a nexus between employess and the fraudester that they were not sending the statement to me. the funny part is when i took the 1st loan, they were sleeping and never told me of the debit balance of the card which was existing that time.
recently i lost my card in the atm machine as the moment i entered the card in the machine, it got off due to link failure. since then i am in trouble and made a complain to the customer department to send the card in a particular branch but they have send the same to other branch. they say all the phones are recorded but see the kind of service provided.
you do whatever you want, but those buggers wont do anything, i being ex-employee of hdfc bank faced lot of problems.even the MD is so busy that he wont respond on mails.

Cant do anything dost, bad luck!!!

I have done HDFC SLIC on 2007 . I have been mislead by a sales executive Mr. Ashok Miglani . My issue is being dragged since October 2008 till date. This people are absolute worthless. They cause mental torture to us . In case you face such a problem, I must say you go ahead with Insurance Ombudsman . They will definately help you out . Then after go to Consumer Court, followed by High Court, Supreme Court, Parliament and Prime Minister's Office . Go to media. Common People are to be heard some way.

I have faced similar issue with the bank.hence i agree they believe in harrasing the customer instead of resolving the issues customer has.

HDFC Bank - Credit Card & Savings Account — Account withdraw from savings account with my knowledge

I have an account with HDFC bank since more than 7 years. To my surprise I see that whatever hard-earned money i had saved in my account has been transferred to credit card division without any intimation. As per RBI guidelines, nobody is allowed to touch the account without the account holders consensus. I am supposed to clear credit card dues and already had discussed with the recovery agent that we will clear with 6 months installment cheques as i am jobless currently. Inspite of this, they have transferred Rs. 61869 from my savings account to their credit card account without any prior intimation to me. Please help me to recover my money as i dont have anything with me except for that money. Also help me to get a fair settlement and compensation from the bank for the trauma i have gone thru because of no money in my account.

I have applied for a two wheeler loan in HDFC ( since I have 3 HDFC savings accounts ) to buy a HONDA AVIATOR from the DIDAR Motors Chennai. Initially, I was been informed that the interest rate would be 9.3% for 1yr when checked with a different show room but the Executives in DIDAR charged me 10.3% ( I am ok with that since I dint find a blue aviator in any other show room). But the service I recieved from the Two wheeler loan Executives was really horrible which made me felt very bad for being cutomer of HDFC. I was been asked to give the PDC Cheques without filling the IN FAVOUR OF column since the executive didnt have the Stamp with her. Even when i believed her ( Name: Logeshwari ) and gave since she promised me that she is gonna give me the xerox copies of the PDC cheques the next day. When I went and asked for the xerox copies the next day i got a very irresponsible answer from the executives there and literally was been insulted for asking that. The executives dont even know the diference between the ID proof and the Address proofs. The executive doesnt even know what they are gonna do with the PDCheques when I gave my account for ECS. Moreover, I had a worst experience with the back which recommend to my friends. I was been told finally that I am not gonna recieve the proofs for the PDCs I have given, however can get a payment trackment from their side to compensate that even which I dint recieve it till date. Finally HDFC lost 3 Savings Accounts and especially the faith and goodwill which it has from me with the hospitality shown. I wont reccommend HDFC anymore to anyone

I m not able to pay minimum due amount due to my bad fincial condition i am paying minimum due since 3-4 years but my out standing is not decreasing.



Sir this is my humble request to you that pls convert my all out standing in a personal loan

with emi for 24 month so that i can pay the out standing in easy installments.



i have all ready requested to customer care many times but they are saying offer not available if you can not provide me some emi option, I unable to pay your outstanding amount. If you do not provide me any kind of solution i have only way left that i can stop sending minimum dues amount and ask for settlement which is not good for me as well. Nobody wants to be a defaulter but in current scenario i have only two options to pay emi for converted in loan or be a defaulter by doing settlement with the bank instead of paying minimum dues of my card as my financial condition is not good.

I am very old customer of HDFC bank and hope you will definitely provide me some way out so that i can easily pay my outstanding to being a good customer of the bank.

I have invested all my saving of 15 years with HDFC Life but now i lost Rs 80000 Rs at one go due misleading information provided by one of the branch employ, when it is addressed to customer service they admit their mistake but refused to compensate the money and person is still working with HDFCLIFE. They have cheated 80000 RS for me.
I lodged complaint with Costumer grievances cell, Wrote to MD no response from any one.

I was given policy on 12th Feb'12 and told right now this is quarterly mode but it will be changed to monthly mode from May'12 and i filled the required ECS forms at starting only and my Financial consultant told he will take care. In May'12 i got mails of quarterly mode only, i contacted manager Naidu, he told this time i pay, he will take care next time. Again in August i am getting mail of Quarterly mode. This is frustrating for a common man, Never believed to have such unprofessional service from HDFC.



Naidu promised to take care of the frequency as i have already given required docs to my financial consultant Nagarjuna at the starting only.



Please help a common man of India. Dont force me to goto Court / RTI / Higher authorities.
