[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — High Rate of Interest

Dear sir,

This is a complaint regarding the poor manerism/behaviour of a HDFC Staff.

I personaly visit to the bank and deposite my cash and i ask for the net banking password then the mam told me you fill the form and it will delievered to you within 15 days and by the time she ask me mam are you using any credit card i said no then she told me mam our company has offer a women credit card free for life time i said give me the form i wil discusss it from my parents then let you know or personaly submitt the form in your branch as my office is very near by she told me ok from that day onward i found i recieved 15 callls per day regarding that you have taken a form of credit card can we send our executive to collect it i said no i personaly submitt and again the same thing repeating from my home and i am countinues recieveibg call from bank or DSA after deniying it so many times and know they know my balance in my account also why u people disclose these personal information to the tellecallers and if person denies so many times and then also u haress the customer on their mobile as well as their home .pls do something for this unless i will take a strict action against your staff.

I had given an amount of Rs. - 2600/00 to HDFC Sales Executive Mr. Darshan Pandya of HDFC BANL, Savarkundla Rural, Dist. - Amreli ( Gujarat ) before 1 month ago to open an account. But still i haven't received any message from the bank. Whenever i tried to contact the bank situated at AMRELI no one there to answer my call. Please refer this request to the concered person and take necessary steps. And inform me about my account status.

I am an employee of LG.Balakrishnan & Bros. Ltd, Coimbatore. The company is giving salary to all the employees through your bank. Last two months I am approaching your devendra Nagar branch to open a Salary A/c, Because our company having a depot at chhattisgarh near your branch. But your bank employee is not aloowing me to open the A/c. Last month 5 tomes I went to the bank. All the relevant papers I submitted along with the singn of our Company director. moreover my last two months salary is withhold due to account problem. So please do the needful to open me an account

I am residing in Lucknow (Hazratganj) and my younger brother is studying in Army Institute of Technology, Pune.. He is holding an account in HDFC bank, Pune. He frequently need money as he is in his last semester, so, we often need to deposit small amount of money when demanded, But, every time i am depositing money even 1k, the bank cashier is deducting Rs. 100 as the transaction charge. To the best of my knowledge no other private or government bank charge money for this kind of service.
It is requested that if any such policy is given in your bank's terms and conditions should be highlighted or displayed on the cash deposit slip. if no such policy is there then why the bank employees are deducting that money. It is further requested to necessary action should be taken regarding this issue and should be intimated to me on my cell or e-mail.

i am am a mnager in IDBI bank.my broter has applied for home loan through a HDFC sales person name AMIT agarwal almost 2 months back.still he has not received his file number or he is totally clueless about whats happening to the application.please look into the matter n tell him whether he will get a loan or not.

i have not received any account statment regarding my loan transactions for an year now even after repeated requests for the same.plz treat it as urgent and contact me as soon as possible.

my complait against bank empolyee of hdfc bank at bahu plaza location, wats happned to me todat 16.09.2009 i visited to bank at morning at 10 .am for draft making purpose when i completed to draft making requirements i handed over to mr vishal pandita who working in bahu palaza branch at jammu locatiomn he working as aasst, manager he employee i.d is V3046 which he spoke to me .when handed over to draft requirement he said u come after 1 an hour, when i reched him same time 11am he again gven me time 12am, when i again visited brach to collected my draft mr vishal again given me time come 12.30pm then said to him why u delaying my dd to handover to me he said i[censored] ask abt reson to delay i can more late your dd i said why i spoke like that i complaint your bank manager i said iam very close to my branch manager so you can do any thing go i complained me to my branch manager he more time harrse to me same behaviour .sir /madam tell me what should i do kindly show me the way that this guy not again this rude behave to more castomer, even my a/c going in hdfc bank, sir/madam kindly take approprate action in future that kind employee not harass to public
