[Resolved] Honda — misbehaviour of the Showroom People.
Last year i bought honda activa from Pick Up Honda Showroom Faridabad for my sister from last 15 days we are facing problem with battery my sister logged a complaint at showroom, she had given her honda scooter for servicing, 2 days back they had committed to get it resolved or replaced when she had asked for the replacement they said go to any of the exide showroom this is not our job.Even then she had approached the Exide battery showroom they have refused for the same.Now today morning i called up customer care PICK UP HONDA they are not bothered about the inconvenience, they said do what ever you wanna do, the behaviour of the lady at customer care was very harsh[protected]on this no.I believe honda is a brand name i think they dont have that quality showroom to satisfy the customer which results with the bad reputation of the Company who is the sufferer and looses customers.
Next month is my second sisters birthday and i was planning to buy one more honda for her but you people have surprised me with this service, i wont buy any Honda in future.
Is it possible to Solve my Problem just let me know and kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Buisness.
