[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Credit Card — Payment issue with my HSBC Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected]. Where I have transferred the payment of Rs. 10000 from my ICICI Bank saving account (No.[protected] on 4th Dec 2007 but the same was not credited to my HSBC Card. Now its has been almost for than 3 months and during this period I have made numerous calls to HSBC Customer care to solve my issue. I have provided them all the details like payment ID No., Bank Account No., besides this I have also written many email at "[protected]@hsbc.co.in" but nobody has responded to my complaint (Complaint No. [protected]). I have been making many ccalls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Every month I recieve a show cause notice from HSBC regarding non-payment of dues. Now when I called up the customer care today to know the status of my complain then the reply from the bank is " Your card has been closed and to know the status of your complaint call at collection centre at[protected]. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank and neither I know where my amount of Rs 10000 is???? also HSBC has rated my credit rating as negative which would make disqualify me from taking credits from other banks and financial institutions. I am sending the the copy of the email written to HSBC from time to time, pls find the same below in order of dates. Sir, I have full faith and respect in justice. Pls help me out. The Bank is charging a Huge interest every day and I am financial not so well to bear all this charges. Pls look into my case and help me. I want to take a legal action against the bank to get back my normal credit status and my credit card. Now it is almost a month time and the payment is not being credited to my account and HSBC is charging day to day interest and late payment fees on my card every month. Neither I feel that the bank is interested in resolving the issue in time. Also, Pls take care of the interest and late payment charges that is being levied on my card. HSBC Bank — regarding credit card payment

sir
i (kranthi kumar v) using hsbc credit card in june 2008 in this month the bank charged Annual fee of Rs 700 +st.
At the time of issuing credit card they told me there is no Annual fee.
then i spoke to call center Employee they told that we reverse that amount. so i reduce this 700 and pay that month bill amount.
next month again they charged finance charge i did not pay that finance charge
after that i did not use that card
but now they sent me statement with due amount of Rs 6000/-
what shall i do now

I Jeevan Dhanraj Mehar had taken a Credit Card from your Bamk. Card No was [protected]. I had paid amount of Rs 67000/- on 12th Sept’06 and I was told the Account would get Closed. However till date I am receiving your Statements and the Account is not yet Closed. Inspite of Repeated Requests and informing your Call Centre Executive and Collectiond Dept my Account is not yet Closed. I am applying for Home Loan in some other Bank and they are not willing to approve my Loan as in my CIBIL Report it your Credit Card is showing as W/o.

Hence Request you to please look into the matter as already it is been late by Years to update from your side.

Ref: loan Ac no.[protected]

with reference to the above i have settled the agreed entire loan amount of Rs.80, 000/-(eighty thousand)only vide Pay order No.442150 dt 30.01.2010 drawn on Bank of India Usman road branch.

The above said amount is mutuly agreed and then only settled. Even it was settled ECS is hitting every time to my account. Hence i kindly request you to cancel the ECS and acknowledge the same.

HSBC — payment of credit card

i naver use any credit card but i receive call from hsbc bank for payment of 1 lac against credit card bill.every time they force me to pay said amount.
had also a very bad exp with HSBC, they use thired party for selling off their credit cards who will not speak truth at the selling time and says it is a life time free card but actually when u take this HSBC starts sending the annual fees which is 2000 for Gold credit card, I got this card in my office at HSBC free champign and never used. When i saw statment they calulated (don't know about their calcualtion) for otstanding of 9k whic was only their annual fees n all.. I never used this card. When i approached them they reversed it now but they put my name in CIBIL as a defaulter. Now i am stuck for loan and feeling like cheated by HSBC. We should gather and raise this to RBI.

I won't suggest anybody to go for HSBC, i[censored] wanna go please read document carefully and take sign also of marketing executie on commitments.

HSBC Bank — Credit Card Payment

Hi,

HSBC Bank has billed me for Rs. 1299 for some CPP(Card Protection Plan). I didn't authorised anybody for making that charge.
Despite repeated request & email HSBC is not ready to remove that charges. They are billing be for the CPP Charge, Late Fee & Intrest.
They are threatning me that i will not be able to avail any kind of loan from any bank. They will ruin my credit history.

They are saying that you need to call CPP & ask them to reverse the chrages. But my point why should i call them. HSBC has allowed the charge & they should reverse it

HSBC Credit Card — Charged for financial service which I never asked for

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to my credit card no [protected] which I had received from HSBC around 2yr back. On receiving the credit card I also received a insurance policy along with the welcome kid which was from TATA AIG Life isurance which I had never asked for. I made a call to HSBC customer care immediately on the same day and inquired about the misselling of financial product which I had never asked for. The cutomer care representative said that a policy from TATA AIG is the additional cover we offer with HSBC credit card. I received a first month bill from HSBC on 8th Aug 2008 stating that I was charged for the preium of the insurance policy. I again called the HSBC credit card customer care representative on the same day and told him to cancell the credit card as I was cheated by HSBC. On 20th Aug 2008 I again called up the HSBC customer care and again requested for the cancellation of the credit card which they then processed. On 26th Aug 2008 I again called the HSBC customer care and spoke to Dona, who confirmed me that my card has been cancelled and the charged applied has been cancelled and now my outstanding balalce is Zero(00).
On 20th July 2009, I received a communication from HSBC credit card that my outstanding balalce is around Rs.5000. I called up the customer care again and spoke to Zaheer, who said that the letter has been dispached financial department as the financial period has over and the outstanding has been charged for the whole year credit. He said talk to the financial department and they will revert the charged applied. On calling the creidt card financial department they said its just dispach the outstanding amount they have received from the credit card department, we donot have any rights to cancell the charges.
Now again on 12th feb 2010, I received a commmunication from HSBC saying my outstanding balalnce is Rs.10083. I again called up the customer care and spoke to Akhil, who again gave me the same reply, that talk to our financial department.
I am totally been cheated by HSBC credit card for the financial services that I had never asked for and which was forceably asigned to me.
Kindly help me out as what should be done on the same.

iam receiving daily call from your customer care service but nobody hearing my problem at all, i have already cut credit card & put it in atm at main branch nearly one month back but the custmer service person saying that we not cancelled the credit card they told after cl;earence of balance we will cancel iam asking them deduction statment becuse wrongly two times for TATA-AIG POLICY they have deducted .i spoke with the TATA -AIG they told they refund it .hene i need deducted statement after i pay what ever the balance pls sent to this adress
