[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Credit Card — Payment issue with my HSBC Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected]. Where I have transferred the payment of Rs. 10000 from my ICICI Bank saving account (No.[protected] on 4th Dec 2007 but the same was not credited to my HSBC Card. Now its has been almost for than 3 months and during this period I have made numerous calls to HSBC Customer care to solve my issue. I have provided them all the details like payment ID No., Bank Account No., besides this I have also written many email at "[protected]@hsbc.co.in" but nobody has responded to my complaint (Complaint No. [protected]). I have been making many ccalls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Every month I recieve a show cause notice from HSBC regarding non-payment of dues. Now when I called up the customer care today to know the status of my complain then the reply from the bank is " Your card has been closed and to know the status of your complaint call at collection centre at[protected]. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank and neither I know where my amount of Rs 10000 is???? also HSBC has rated my credit rating as negative which would make disqualify me from taking credits from other banks and financial institutions. I am sending the the copy of the email written to HSBC from time to time, pls find the same below in order of dates. Sir, I have full faith and respect in justice. Pls help me out. The Bank is charging a Huge interest every day and I am financial not so well to bear all this charges. Pls look into my case and help me. I want to take a legal action against the bank to get back my normal credit status and my credit card. Now it is almost a month time and the payment is not being credited to my account and HSBC is charging day to day interest and late payment fees on my card every month. Neither I feel that the bank is interested in resolving the issue in time. Also, Pls take care of the interest and late payment charges that is being levied on my card. my card no is [protected] and add on card no is [protected], Both cards are inactive for the last one year, but today i received bill amounting to rs 3309/= for primary card membership fee and additional card annual fee of mine and add on card. I am shocked that hsbc is making mockery of competitive atomsphere. I donot want to further carry any relation with your services any more . I am sendig you both the cards by post. In the last again I remind you that previous rewards point benefit has not passed to me even I reminded you number of times . Thanks for your very healthy customer service.

I applied for HSBC Credit card. last 1 Months days back.. i got enquery call from chennai office. afterthat i didnot receive any call from HSBC bank.still i did not receive reference number also.. so please make arrange to get credit card

I have received one more letter on Saturday 08/05/2010 regarding pending amount.

In the last 1 months I visited 6 times to HSBC borivali Branch regarding closer of my same account. Kararn has been doing regular co-ordination for the same with you.

In the last 1 month , I have not received any single document regarding closer of this account. Request you to please send me closer / NOC document ASAP.

I have to apply for home loan, this is impacting my CIBIL rating. I am doing follow-up with you on mail and phone but I have not received response.

HSBC Credit Card — Illegal charges put on card which have never been delivered

Dear Sir/Madam ,

I am Abhishek Jain ,I have applied for HSBC credit card on July 2006, but I have never received that card ,but now HSBC put my name in CIBIL against the card no. [protected] . for which I have to pay to Rs 88728. HSBC bank ,but as said above I have never received that card because I got transferred to Pune from hyderabad from my org. and it was internal transfer ,so cant provide any official doc. for this, and now bank is asking me to provide any such document.
As I also asked bank to provide me any proof or acknowledgment copy of card delivery so i can verify my signature into the same.but is not providing the same to me. In this case when I have not received the card ,I am not liable to pay any amt .for misusing of that card. I had written to banking ombudsman and got reply from bank that this is case of loss card and i have to pay to dues amt to bank. but i am not satisfy with this reply

Plz advise how i can clear my name in CIBIL and if bank will not able to give satisfactory solution what can be done for the same.

HSBS — delay in sending credit card bills

Dear Sir,


Unfortunately, i was holding an HSBC Westside credit card which i have long destroyed and sent back to you.

i used the card, which was covered in two billing cycles. Inspite of given both my official and residential address including email IDi was never sent the bills on time. only when used to get a call, would i realise that the eamount was due. immediately i have made payments for the expenses incurrd by me. this happened in both times. when i got the secong bill you imposed delay payment charges alongwith other un-understandable chrges.
when this delay happened with the second billing cycle, i decide to discontinue with your bank and hence destryed the card and dropped it in the box.
this is to tell you that inspite of explaining the above to the guys who call me n number of times, the calls have not stopped. i ma flooded with calss from your people both in my office, at home and my mobile. This is to warn you that if you dont stop calling me i will take legal action against HSBC for harassing me for no fault of mine. the delay in sending the bills is at your end. hence under no circumstances will i make the payment for delayed charges.

i suggest that this warning should not taken lightly as i am being unnecessarily being disturbed.

Intially i got a message that the NOC has been sent to my address. I got BWD no [protected]. When i call to courier office they said it was returned back to mumbai due to incorrect address. we are in receipt of your above mention letter reg.setalment of our dues towards above refer credit card.
your bank have offered me the setalment of dues by rs.10000/ in one instalment on or before 31/3/2008.in receipt of above payment you will give me NOC ag.above refer credit card. accordingly we have given a cheque no.392903 dated 24/3/2008 for rs.10000/ drawn on indusind bank indore branch to your reprenstive on 24/3/2008 .the proceed of rs 10000/of above cheque has been debited in my a/c on 26/3/2008.even though we have full fill our commitment on or before 31/3/2008, we surprise to note that we have been regularly receiving credit card statement showing above dues including charges are still due in my credit card instead of getting the noc from your side.
