my credit card has problem, card number problem is there, please clarify.
Dear Sir/Madam
Reference to my card no. [protected]. Two years back i got a credit card of your bank against one of my gold card of other bank on this commitment that no annual charges will be charged. But last year Rs 2000/- were asked by your bank when I told the customer care about the facts it was waived out and now again it is mentioned in my statement as annual charges and my card outstanding is showing over limit only because of these charges. Few days back I called up to customer care but they replied that it will not be waived this year. Why should I pay these charges when your sales people sold me this card as life time free.
There is one more isssue with your bank.
Last month the due date of my repayment was 14th october. I visited your branch at 4.30 p.m. the ATM was not working and branch was closed at that time. This is the only ATM in city where the payment can be deposited. I was unable to make the payment. I discussed about this with the security personal on duty, he suggested me to come in the morning to make payment. I did the same and was surprised that 750/- were charged in my next statement as late payment charges, when there was not any facility of your bank to make the payment because the only ATM in the city of your bank was not working. Why should I suffer for the same.
Please do need ful and help me to get waived the charges after then I will make the payment. Till then I am not going to deposit even a single rupee in this account.
I have payed all due on before due date(I.e before 04th). But still one payment which i have made along with 14000 Rupees is debited to your account on 08th Nov'10.

Hereby i'm unable to pay the extra amount, what HSBC has put on me. I request you to please look in to matter & cancel my All extra charges which charged on me.

As I was out of india, the abovementioned card which was issued last year has not been accepted at the address. My parents have now received the bill forn the annual fees of Rs.2205/- plus late fee and interest charges totalling Rs.2717/- Since the card has not been delivered to the addressee, there should have been no bill against the same. please look into the matter and cancel the bills.

HSBC — Online transfer to Saving Account to Credit Card

I have done online bank transfer of INR 8,000=00 From my Saving Account to My Credit Card Number. The amount of INR 8,000=00 deducted from my Saving Account but not show in my Credit Card Account. Customer Service of HSBC adviced me to wait till 24 hours to 48 hours.

This is clear cheating to the customer and HSBC is utilizing my money of Customer. I can not do any further transaction as well as HSBC not approve any payment even after making the payment to HSBC account.

My email id [protected]@yahoo.com;

Hi,

This is in refeence to my credit card number [protected]. I made a settlement of credit card in september 2010 and still i'm struggling to get my No dues certificate from HSBC.
I would like to bring to your notice the following facts which you can independently verify from your bank records:

I have raised requests many a times. So many follow up for so many months (Dec 2010 till now) ut still I m unable to get my No dues Certificate.Calling everyday from past few months made them to courier but unfortunately it was my old address and it got returned. Then again i raised request to update my new address and then it was updated but till now i havent received from the Express it Courier Company which they despatched. Then I requested to Courier through other courier company but unfortunately Blue dart was also not able to deliver my No dues certificate .Still I raised a request for e-mail copy then they told me that we cannot do the same .Then Following up again n again, again a request for e-mail i have updated and waiting for more than 48 hours, yesteday (Feb 28) i called them and they told me that I'll be getting by eod.Today on not getting i called them again and HSBC is saying they sent but it bounced back from my e-mail.How its possible as my e-mail is very much working ?Today again i have raised one more request for alternate e-mail id howeve I 'm tired of making follow up from last December till now.
Its painful to call every day and doing ur verification and keep you on hold for long many a times for half an hour and i m highly demotivated and mentally also its very stressful.Pls suggest me the way forward.
This attitude is damaging HSBC Brand Image .

Failure to get any response to this letter will force me to file complain under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme.

BR,
Samridhi
