[Resolved] Icfai, Infantry Road, Bangalore — Receipt of payment | |
As per telephonic talk with ICFAI, infantry road, B'lore. branch manager mr.Dakshina Moorty.on 30-june-08. he said he will send the receipt of payment made towords the fees of cource with ICFAI, even after several reminding & requesting his completely negleted this and after 2 months later when i caled for receipt, his attitude was changed and very rudly told me to collect this from his office in his presence and most of the time when i ask him the time when he is available in office his only reply is that his is out of office, please help me in this regards Was this information helpful? | |

Hi,
Till the time, the office people receive payment, they are very good to thir prospective customers (students) and when its time to answer to our queries, their attitude changes completely. Mr.Dakshina Moorty and his team members try and ignore our calls and their tone is very rude.

Dakshina murthy is a lofer. He dont have any quality to be as a Manager he is a fraud and big big cheater he is a bastered he will cheat Students by taking token advance.

Friends I took My addmission in ICFAI before my addmission that bastered was telling yes yes for every thing but once i paid money he never pickes my calls i think these kind of people should be kicked
i think that bastered can do any thing for money one of my friend with my reference paid some amount because of some personel problems and he asked his money back that bastered did not return i think for money he will do any thing Dakshina moorthy is black mark on ICFAI

I think he is having some kind of tie-up with his superior sharing the part pay ment of admission, 1.7 year back my two friends enrolled with the same person in Electonic City branch, the same he has given some kind of form to fill & he promised to give referral amont, one fine day my room met got call to collect the DD. but we called him he is ignored & told they did no received any dd from the university, we refered 4 candidate & cheted from this bastered & [censored] teem, management having share so that they are not taking any action on this kind of gunda cheep profiled 3rd class Dakshina moorthy

Mr Daskishna Murthy is a very big fraud person he is unfit for the post of Manager. He is not given correct guidance to me at the time of joining.

I request you all not to join in ICFAI University in Infantry branch coz icfai is not recognised under AICT for bca mca and the icfai's ISIT for Btech is also the same and last week there was complaint was logged against the icfai university and the same was shown on TV9 so plz dont join and those who have already joined stand and raise ur voice .

icfai insitute dehradun was recognised by ugc but none of other centres like icfaitech bangalore, hyderabad, jaipur or bhubaneswar is recognised by any of the technical istitution or distance learning program.still in order to grab money they are opening fake centres on various parts of india like ranchi and roorkee, , plz be aware of that fake institute which even doesnot have the NOC from the state govt or from aicte or from ugc.

Its not only in Infantry Road branch office, its even same in Rajajinagar branch. I dont tell that all the officials are like that only. My complaint is about one student officer Mr. Dayanand. He doesn't know how to talk with students. If we call for some query he try to escape from his responsibility and ask us to contact the person who initiated joining formalities.
I feel ICFAI has designated the unqualified persons. ICFAI has to look into this matter.

He was extremely good before taking money from me and after taking the same he has never called me and still I do not know where to give the exam and no body contacted me and I paid Rs.10, 000 by credit card and I have given check for the balance amount of nearly 20, 000 amount in canara bank.
When I do not want to continue depending on this kind of behavior and I wanted to with draw myself, then ICFAI is sending me a legal letter as I have given check earlier and now neither I am not able to do my MHA nor I am able to save my hard earned money.
Please let me know what should I do????

This is Dayanand working as student service officer in icfai. This is regarding one person name pooja post her complaint against me 206 days ago.
I am not accept this allegation against me because the comlainer had not gave any proof about her allegation. if the student and her query is true student has to provide her enrollment number and contact number in the complaint. I was send a repply mail to that complainer id to provide your enrollment number and contact number to solve the issue. but till now I didn't got any repply from the Pooja and also contacted our branch enrolled student by the name Pooja, but nobody having any queries or comlaints against me. As per my knowledge somebody intentionally posted the details in consumer complaint forum for create a negative feedback about me. Honestly & heartly I Gave the prompt service to the students since joining..
So here I am requesting to the concern person to remove this complaint from your Consumer Complaint forum.

I completely agree with you all, I am not too sure who is Mr. Moorthy, but ICFAI management is sad. All they want is money and to trap poor students.
They will behave with you very nice until the admission is done, as soon as the payment is done, no one will take any responsibility.
Worst part is you cannot contact anyone as they don’t have anyone whom you can contact, only thing u can do is send mails to SSD(student service Department) which is of no use.
ICFAI is just a money making organization, they are not bothered of students career.
I took admission in MBA and paid the amount, soon I got an opportunity to go abroad for work so I decided to withdraw from the course, But I was informed that money once given cannot be returned and you have to continue with the course.
I dint have any other option and had to lose 30000/-.
Please do not take admission in ICFAI. There are other better institutions which are way better than this bloody money making university.

Student — Complaint against Mr Dakshina Morrthy and team
My name is Swathi Iyer. My Enrollment Number is[protected].Due to mis communication by one of the executive with regards to the subject, I filled the form and paid the money for PG Diploma in performance Management program.
After I got the prospectus and then going thru the same, I asked for a change of subject and regarding the same, I was in contact with Mr Dakshinamoorthy and Ms Smitha, one of his team executive.
I am very sorry to say that the service regarding my query has been very disappointing. This executive used to call me regularly to ensure that I enroll for the program and also make the required payment of fees as soon as possible. On the phone she explained me about the course assuming that I will know everything. Never was I given the prospectus before I made the payment. She is so bad in explaining about the course.
Now that after I asking for a change of subject and demanding an explanation, she does not want to talk to me.
I have received the Enrollment Number for PG Diploma in performance Management program and have also received the courseware through courier. I have also been asked to fill a form and send it to the university as receipt of receiving the courier.
I have now been told that I have to continue with the performance Management program. When I call them and ask them to send written mail regarding this, they don't want to do that.
I can understand that they will be flooded with lots of queries and its very difficult for them to work on all queries at the same time, but it should not take more than 15 days to revert.
They will not call and we should keep calling them and only then will they give us a reply. This is not done. Some strict action needs to be taken against them.
