Dear Sri and MR. K. K. Bhatnagar,

This is my third reminder letter regarding my concern and I hope you guys can do something.

As per our conversation I had gone through the online class material and I found that it's neither good enough to meet my satisfaction nor my the conditions and my requirement as per I agreed while taking my admission and promised by ICFAI executives.

I am sorry to disturb but please try and understand the value of my hard earned money, my admission conditions and my professional commitments as I have told you in the conversations over the phone.

Please try and full the commitments which has been agreed by ICFAI executive, as I have fulfilled your requirements OR refund my money back..

Thanks & Regards
Chandan Kumar

Subject: Reminder 1

Dear Sri,

As per the my legal advisor I am writing the mail again for my issues which I have disscused earlier, so pls forward this mail to the higher authority for the concern.

As I have=2 0been asked to Deepa at her Office 09/03/2009, but when I reached the office, Deepa called me and said that I am not in the office so I will give you call and we will meet after Holi.

I have waited more than 4 days but I could not get a call from Deepa.

On 17th March=2 02009 I called up Deepa, She said 20that I am on leave, so talk to Rooma.
Rooma said earlier that Deepa can help me out, but neither Deepa nor Rooma has taken any initiatives regarding my issues.

Rooma says talk to Deepa and Deepa says talk to Rooma..

I am being harrased by ICFAI people as I am not getting solutions of my problems.
This is reminder mail that is there any one with ICFAI who can look into the matter and can do fair practice.

Thanks & Regards,
Chandan Kumar

my last mai l for the Ref:

Dear Sri

I have taken my admission in MBA program with ICFAI. As I have discussed my issues with you I am writing my concern:

I met one of the representative of ICFAI, Mr. Rajesh regarding my admission in MBA through distance learning from ICFAI. When I met Mr. Rajesh, I said that I am sort of time n will remain so as I am a hardcore Sales Professional Manager with one of the Reputed Bank and I have to do a lot of work even on holiday as=2 0well. Without classes I will not do my MBA from ICFAI.
&n bsp; Because I will not be having a time of more than 2 hour for my classes and I would like to take up the classes as well weather on weekly OR holiday OR working day, but the time which I am having for the classes is 2hr any day. And I said this to Mr. Rajesh that other institutes (e.g. Sikkim Manipal etc) are giving me the time which I am convenient OR looking for). I said that if you (ICFIA) are ready to give me my time then I am ready to take the admission. And he said that two hour classes would be there on weekdays (Saturday & Sunday).

And on two conditions I am ready to take admission:
1. I will be taking the class n without class I will not take the admission, As other institute are giving class as per my time &
2. I will not be having time more than two hour.

He said that same happens with ICFAI, so I do not have to worry. So after his confirmation only that two hr classes will be there twice in a week (Saturday & Sunday) n then I took my admission. Even after paying more then 70% of the fee, some amount did no t want to pay because I wanted to see classes, but another representative of ICFAI Mr. Tarun called and said that pls make the payments as I have to meet my target. After repeated request I made the payment of entire course fee.

Now when I joined my classes, after two or three class things became really not bearable as class time became from two to 4hr, 4hr to 5hr, 6hr, some time 8hr, which I was not ready and neither said by the ICFAI representative nor I agreed for it or known by me.

&nbs p; When I raised this issue to Preet Vihar Program Coordinator Rooma, she said that write the ma il to [protected]@ifenindia.com. After repeated mail to Deepa, she infect neither bother to resolve the issues nor she replied to the mail OR contacted.

So, the promise made by ICFAI has not been full field. Now I would request ICFAI to give my money back.

For any further clarifications pls feel free to get in touch with me any time…
Looking forward...

Regards,
Chandan Kumar

It is now prooved that ICFAI university is only money maker. The university does not want to pass out the students by providing very difficult question papers with non-availability of previous question papers.
Students are hanging among these ten groups. Because in boom phase, the university had promised easily to candidates for placements 21, 000/- per month. And now in deep dipression, it becomes very difficult to provide promised jobs.

Earlier, seperate drinking mineral water bottles were distributed in examination hall. But today ordinary water is circulated in exam hall by peon with single jug.

I don't understand that what type of policy the ICFAI is adopting. What the ICFAI want to do. What the ICFAI want to show.

As the MBA programme is distance learning programme and also a flexible learning programme. It is specially designed for people who are already in jobs. Where the flexibility is. To qualify the exam, they will have to leave their jobs and will have to study as regular 8 hours per day.So it would be better to do MBA from regular stream.

So mainy complaints are presented online and are absolutely true. It is not good for ICFAI's future, status and prestige.

The univrsity should analysed itself and resolve the all matters honestly. It would be easy for the ICFAI not to provide placements but it is very dangerous for university's health not to pass out the students.

Sharmaji!

Flexibility in my view is opportunity to appear anytime in four quarters, validity double the period of normal duration of the course, opportunity to study through comprehensive courseware. It seems you are demanding the flesh by expecting lenient evaluation, effortless study and quick progression. Think how inflexible we are in taking light of distance education phenomenon.
Dear Mr. Sharma,

U r screwd dude!!! ICFAI is only interested in sales and not in education (I have been used up by ICFAI, too).

I ll suggest, fill up the refund form and stop asking advice from ICFAI people because they will not (Intentionally) provide u an answer.

Yours sympathetically,

Malay.
HI! Malay,

How cynic you are. You do not even consider the feelings of me likes, who are reaping benefits of coveted qualification. Assess your preparedness, before making allegations on an Institution of repute standard.

Dear Malay,
1st thing I want to tell you that you do not seem to have any specific issue with the University, you are only trying to tarnish the image of the institution. If you/Mr.Sharma has any specific problem, please bring it to the notice of Dean, SSD at [protected]@icfaiuniversity.in and we will be happy to resolve your issues.
if you are serious on their study, you cannot finish your program in icfai and also you cannot build your future career. Quality Education will come with smart work only.
Hello All,
I was cheated by Mr. Yuvraj (Admission Officer, Rajajinagar, Bangalore). He has given all the wrong commitments to me. He is a big lier. To make some incentives he is cheating student. University is not taking any action against him Atlast student suffers.
University is cheating the student.
