ya i agree of these universities which are fraud, but indian law is powerfull.Go for consumer court show ur proofs of admissions, they do justice for all o[censored]

Any how you are paying Rs 10000/- initially and then the cheques are given. And you are not giving the original Certificates to the University. So when you stop the education u will be loosing the already paid amount.Then if there is no enough money in the bank then they cant withdraw anything using the rest of the cheques.
How can they come to the court by saying that we have to pay money to them. Since we are having only our certificate copy, we also dont need to go behind them.
In normal colleges we have to pay the full fees to get back the original certificates given to them, Since they lost a seat.
If you filed a case against the University then u cant win in the court. So do one thing. Register case against the person who gave u admission stating that "He / She have cheated you in the name of ICFAI University by providing the bills in the name of ICFAI and collecting the Cheques of a big amount that is university needs only 15 Cheques. So state that 30 Cheques"
Then they will come to you by tellling that: "It is clearly mentioned in there prospectus regarding the fees structure and all then why u paid more?".

Argue in the court that He/She Canvased me by saying that the fees structure is for 1 year and the course is 2 years.Also submit the photo copy of 30 Cheques in the name o[censored]niversity.
In their website http://www.flexiblemba.org/fee.asp it is clearly said that "WITH EFFECT FROM APRIL 1 2010 and VALID FOR[protected] ONLY"
Also should be like a person having not much knowledge...

An elaborate mail on the restructuring and its advantages to the student has been mailed to all students. In the restructure, students are required to appear in lesser no. of subjects compared to the earlier scheme and the complete restructure was in favor of the students. ICFAI University is recognized by UGC. It has been established through an Act of State Legislature. And you should know that any university established under State Legislature does not require AICTE approval.

I myself was an alumni of Icfai College, and had a wonderful experience about my faculty. You may be referring to one or two specific faculties, if so, you should have escalated to the management. Anyway, without giving your enrolment no., and program, you are putting up a general comment here confusing the people.

But I think the online registration facility is very helpful to all the student. Its just the matter of 15 to 20 minutes to complete the registration and see the conveneinece we don’t have to go around banks for DDs, and any offices. Sitting at our desk we can register for the exams.

Even if we face any problem regarding registration we can write a mail to [protected]@icfaiuniversity.in and the problems are resolved very soon. They have a dedicated Support team which is very fast in responding to student queries.
