[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — imint points

i strongly agree with all the complaints regarding i-mint because i am also one of them luckyly i got my i-mint card but it is of no use iam not able to register myself with i-mint every time i try a message is flassed "information missmatched" when i see my bank statement it says ur points are redeemed i even dont know how many pts i have in my account. when i try to contact i-mint on ph then the no is out of order there site also does not open.

I TRIED MANY TIMES TO REGISTER INI-MINT ON LINT. BUT IT SAYA EVERY TIME SORRY / MISMATCH. wHAT IS THAT

Some people from I-mint contacted 6 days ago and said that your account will be activated after 3 days and send a mail with pass word.But I didn't get any one. So please activate my I-mint account as fastly as possible.

Yes, I have also received the card, but unable to register in their site.
Most of the time it is down.
If it is up it says information mismatch.
Please send me the product list for redem the imind points.

I do not know what is the procedure to redem the same.

Please help me.
All these problems are genuine and common..

imint guys, you better work on this or you might need to face consequences for this...

Some people dont get the card and hence can't register.Those luckily have, are not able to register and get information mismatch reply...

Has ne1 here ever register to imint successfully?

I have imint card, but not registered the same to your site. At the time of registering your site showing answer is mismatch and sorry. Please inform me now what can I do?
ICICI bank should resolve this at eraliest.
I feel strongly that ICICI bank should think of departing from i mint as many o[censored]s had a bad experience. It took almost 8 months to receive my imint card To redeem the points I posted the request (#84581) dated 12th March 09. Till today I have not received the item or any response from i mint. It is very disgusting experience. Talking high and doing nothing.

iam using my credit card, i hav 4158 i mint points . but not recevied my imint card . 2 days back i applied online for i mint card, u hav mention that as u will deduct 50 points stil now u hav not issued me a card for first time then how can u deduct points

I was able opens the site couple of times. Recently when I tried to log in, it never logged in, there any tab like contact us also was not opening.
Now If I am trying to log in it is flashing mesg."ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED & SEE YOUR MAILS FOR NEW PASSWORD". IT never mailed me the PW.
I am worried now.
ICICI BANK should immediately withdraw this understanding with I-Mint & let us use the points using their card itself.
I agree that i-mint customer care is not at all upto the mark. I had placed request for my redemption of my points. I have been following up with them since one month but i have not got my gift. I was confirmed by there executive that they are sending me my gift by blue dart courier but till date they have not sent it. later on when i spoke to there supervisor i was given the excuse that blue dart does not deliver at panchkula where as our company has tie up with blue dart courier. Later i was told after one month, that product is out of stock. I repetedly requested to reverse my points so that i can place a new request but to no avail. I had made atelast 15-20 calls to imint customer care in the past one month.

I-Mint service is not at professional.
I don't want to mint any more.

imint is truly the most pathetic reward system. A rip-off of the multibrand reward system in UK. I don't understand why a bank like ICICI and a company like Airtel have to associate with them. May be because their points are really cheap. Sample this, they offer you a Rs. 2000 item for 20000 points. That means your 10 points or in the best case 5-6 points are worth 1 rupee. For this one rupee you have to spend 1000 rupees with your credit card.

Example 2 - Airtel gives you 20 imint points for 1000 Rs on your bill. These 20 points are worth 3-4 Rs. That means hardly .4 % of your money. Compare this with reward point scheme of HDFC Bank or Kotak Bank and they feel a lot better.

I tried registering the card multiple times and then shouted at the call center guy. He confirmed that the date of birth was wrong in their database. This really is pathetic.

Anyways, as I have taken a ICICI card and an Airtel Post Paid connection, I think I deserve to go through all this. Aha! life is so simple without these plastic cards.
I strongly agree with the complaints made by many. till this date i have no use of my imint card. ICICI bank is making fool o[censored]s by introducing this i mint card.

Its not working at all. Remove ths scheme as early as possible.

Don't take me wrong, But you guys dont know how to use this card.
It is a new concept and hence is taking little more time for understanding.
Just take out the fabolues offers and gifts that they provide you by virtue of their coalition partners
