Dear Customer service Team, Name: Shashipal Reddy Paidi A/c Number: [protected] Request Number: SR70003290 Type of query: Request for Permanent Limit Enhancement Any way thanks for resolution As soon as Possible. (7 days) I am Using ICICI Bank services since 3 years (Savings account). This Credit Card since almost 8 Months. Up to now I paid all Bills promptly and also used card effectively. I hope there was no negative feedback against my usage. Just I requested you to Increase my Credit Card Limit and submitted all required documents. (2 times I faxed my salary slips to u). (I wasted money for Customer Care calls and fax). But you people rejected my request. I upset with your conclusion. I want to know why you rejected my service request. What’s wrong with me and my documents? Now I want feedback from your side. If I didn’t get correct response from your side I am going to cancel all my accounts with ICICI bank. I know for Large bank(ICICI) I’m not only single customer. But you are also not one bank in India for me. I’m going to start transaction with another Bank and going to give negative feedback about ICICI in our forums what you did to me. I hope ICICI Bank not going to loose his customers. i have sb A/c bearing no[protected] in your mg road Vijayawada from last 7-8 years and maintaining in good manner. on basis of my credentials u have issuied credit card and enhanced once after my request about 4-5 yrs back. i am paying my credit bills on time without any problem. now i am requesting to increase my credit card limit to Rs 50000.

I am Neeraj Nayal from New Delhi, I am using ICICI bank visa credit card holder and the card number is [protected], and its valid from 02/13 to 02/17, but i am worried about becoz, its creidt limit is only 50, 000/ only but before time 52, 0000/ i want Platinum card atleast 1, 00, 000 so please do something and increase the limit.

I am using ICICI credit card from last 9 month. There is very less credit limit I got only 20000 inr. Which is not sufficient for me If you check my record of payment u will find it neat and clean. Just I requested you to Increase my Credit Card Limit . I upset with your conclusion. I want to know why you r not enhance my limit. Now I want feedback from your side.
