i was holding a credit card issued by icici bank no [protected].on Feb, 2006 i book a air ticket from spicejeet internet site Dated 10 Oct 2006 and made a payment amount 2774.00thru this icici card .But when i saw the monthly statment the i saw duble transaction reflect in my account.same amount 11 oct 2006 which i never Use . i contact custome care and made a complaint for this he give me complaint Number SR12501188 and send all related doccument by fax no[protected] which customer care exective given me .from that day to till date no solution of this dispute .i am holding icici account also when i have not paid the above said amount bank block my aumont 13834.76 in my account and debet from my account on June 14, 2008
wich is due on that day
today i have recived SMS from ICICI bank LTD.
for that ticket i have to pay only Rs 22774 but against this they debet 13834.76 from my account in actual i am paying this amount against the amount which i never used.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the above subject, earlier i have a utilised the credit card facility, and I accepted Rs.2, 500.00 EMI, finally May 08th, 2008 my pending payment was 8000.00 and i have paid the amount on 12.05.2008, So from my side there is no balance,
But after some couple of days you made a auto debit return fee on 20.05.2008, I am not aware to cancel auto debit facility through your 24hrs phonebanking,
Because of that i am loosing my money as well as when i am asking perssonel loan that bankers are telling your name in cibil
Kindly > Cancel my Auto Debit facility & Name in CIBIL

    I Use ICICI bank Credir Card from Feb 2006 .. I make a trnascation in 10 Oct 2006 Amount 2774.00 Fav of Spice Jet lTD. ICICI Credit Card Department Charge me Same Amount Two times. I made a complaint Customer Care department SR12501188 also fax the complaint letter to ICICI bank Number[protected] Which provide by customer care guy. I also talk so many time in customer care officer MR. Mohamed but case not solved. I clear my all amount which i use . as per customer care officer i dont paid duble entry amount .2774.00 . after that ICICI bank Every month charge me Interest and late free.. Right now ICICI bank blocked my saveing account and charge Negative amount in my account. and today i recived sms from my other icici bank account .ICICI bank Debited INR 13834.76 on 14 june 2008 .
    My ICICI Bank saving account has been blocked by ICICI bank credit card collection Department without any notification.
    Now where to go and what to do i am completly clueless.
    Please help as there is some where around 17000/- in my account

    With due respect I beg to inform you that I, Bappaditya Das is dropped a chaque of Rs. 26100/- ( Chaque No.773212 of SBI A/C[protected] dated 03/06/2008) at ICICI Durgapur branch on 3rd June 2008, in favour of [protected] (My credit Card No.) against my credit card statement of due amount of Rs. 23, 598/- expecting that, it would be clear before 9th June 2008.
    But unfortunately yesterday (24/06/2008)at 4pm when I was doing University Confidential job at NIT, Durgapur, a phone from [protected] your Calcutta call center threatened me to pay the amount. Then, after getting the call leaving the job I rushed to ICICI Durgapur branch and from your operations they confirmed me that the chaque was cleared at that branch on 9th June 2008 but till now that was not reflected in my credit card statement but my SBI bank statement reflect the debit amount of Rs.26, 100/-.
    This is the 2nd time I am harassed by you and everybody of my colleagues as well as my friends have seen this incident. Finally I have decided to surrender my ICICI credit card as early as possible. Just tell me what amount I should pay or I will get back? Because this harassment is more than enough.
    Please call me my credit card current status as early as possible and tell me the procedure to return your credit card.

      Dear Sir,

      I have appled in my 3 in 1 demant account in the month of March 2008 through Mr. Viviekanad Tiwari - Realationship MAnager. His Mobile Number is [protected]. Since that three month has been lapsed neither he is picking my phone nor giving any reply. Last month I have personally visit to his Gurgaon office, then he gave me mobile of Abhishek i.e [protected] who is also the Relationship Manager in Sector 14 Gurgaon demant account. When I visit his office he promise me to open my account at the end of May month. I am sorry to say that his promise also fail. Now Today I met with Mr. Dahaiya who told me that he is Area mamager of ICICI. and will revert my status within half an hour. Again I am sorry to say that in ICICI moth of the official are either non- professional ortotally lyier.

      Now I am sending my complaint to U with hope that my status will be revert back quickly

      Hi,

      I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct)
      has taken my all documents and one check of Rs 900 - ICICIBank. But this is going to be around 5 months. I called up Mr. Azgarali many times but he is not
      responding properly. Finally i got his manager's contact number Mr. XXX [protected]) but unfortunately this fellow also did same thing. Pls tell me one solution
      to get out from this.

      Could you tell me how many days it will take to create a Demat account?

      If it is rejected then dont you have minimum courtesy to retun back my check and documents?

      Dont you have commen sence to call me and let me know the status?

      Could you tell me what should i do next ? I cant wait more than 5 months for Dmat account open !!!

      Please please please return back my documents... i dont want your account...

      Icici providing one of the worst service i have ever seen..

      This is the first time in my experience ICICI bank services are harassing me.

      Im really unsatisfied and frustrated coz of bad service.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        Even after many follow up with ICICI bank f(Credit Card) from Nov 2006 till this time issue was not solved. FYI I am attaching hereunder latest email communication with ICICI, even though no response. Made many calls, many visit to Bhandarkar Branch, pune, met many peoples in Bhandarkar Branch, no one is taking responsibility / corrective action from ICICI to close this.

        Issue: ICICI claiming that they have made payment of Rs. 6979.00 towards my LIC payment of June 2006 premium. Actualy ICICI had not paid. LIC had given in policy statement which clearly states non receipt of 6979.00 As I had already made LIC premium june 2006 payment on what basis ICICI has made paymets? Also ICICI Credit card withdrawn more than Rs 15, 000.00 from ICICI saving account. On fault of ICICI I have already made more payment than actual transaction. My card was blocked almost in june 2007 eventhough ICICI keep charging & keep sending sataement with late payment charges. Instead of Reversing Rs 6079.00 ICICI has scratced more than actual money from my saving accounts. No one is solving issue from ICICI & keep sending statements. No response to Emails., Every time new person is replying every time I am repeating past histoery but no one is solving the issue.
        I do not want pay further for ICICI Frauds/ Irresponsible job / faults from ICICI.

        Also ICICI credit card giving mental tourcher thru phone calls, by sending monthly statement by adding late payment fees/interest chargs & so on.
        Is there any law which can help me to close this ??? Any one can elp me to close this ??? Now it's enogh for enogh.

        At lest now I am expecting helping hand from your team...

        dspl — Bad response fro icici credit card dept

        From last few month i m calling the icici credit card dept for add change & correct statement to my updated add, but still they have not change my add after calling 2-3 times & when i asked them about my outstanding they are saying 2600rs, against my transaction to 800 rs, I m not geeting this from last 6 months, Now i m saying that why that much charge they are saying it is late fee charge because i have not made the payment on time. ther are not reversing the fee.



        They are not respomding us properly.

        I thing we all should stand togther & go to consumer court.Thisis not ones problem everybody is facing .

        ICICI Bank Ltd - Credit Card — Fraud Commitment towards Settlement

        Respected Sir,
        Let me introduce my self, I Manoj Chandrakant Sawant residing as A-34, Ramchandra HSG., Yashodhan Ngr., Opp Devendra Ind. Estate, Thane (W)-400 606.
        I am using ICICI Bank Silver Visa Credit Card-[protected] and since last one year I am regularly paying minimum payment. They directly auto debit every month from my ICICI bank salary account[protected], Vashi Branch.
        Due to my health problem i am not able to pay the due from last few months.
        Since I failed to pay the minimum payment I have informed them by mail for full and final settlement.But I have not received any any feedback from them. After few month i have received mail from them stating speak to Mr.Santosh Salokhe on[protected] for full and final settlement. I have spoke to same number with Mr.Harish and inform him all the details he promised me he will sending settlement letter next to my office address with settlement amount Rs.24, 000.00 in three installement which was agreed earlier.But next day no one turn up from there end same i was informed to ICICI customer care by mail immediately.
        But no one contact me or i have not received any mail from there end. last month i have received call from there end and one lady spoke to me and he is also ready to send me letter for the same.But i have not received any feedback from them.
        Suddenly since 1st September 2008 they block my ICICI Bank Salary account with my information. They block my Rs.5, 900.00 which i was not able to use.
        I have regularly ready to done for settlement as per terms and condition inspite of that they block my ICICI salary account.
        they delayed from there end.
        I request you to kindly look in to this matter and help me out for the same and registered my complaint against fraud commitment from ICICI Bank Credit card department.

        As i already paid my bill which i have incurred, within 2 days after bill received, so why should i pay any late fees or so, until i have not recd. any information, phone calls & hard copy regarding my payment. And the same complaint i raised earlier about this when i deposited my last amount and got the same bill of late fees. That time, i also requested as pls. deactivate my account but you didn't. Being i m totally faid-up about your services & customer care executives, i request you that cancel my credit card account no. ( [protected]) as early as possible either reverse my bill with zero balance, otherwise i will raise this complaint in front of media & senior most person of your bank.

        REGIONAL MET.CENTRE — NO COMMUNICATION FOR CREDIT CARD

        SIR,

        I have applied for the Barclays online credit card 15 days ago and since then i have not recieved any communication regarding the status of the same as whether card application is approved or rejected, because if that would have gone in wrong hands anyone can miss use it. I tried hard to get in touch with them however unable to. I believe Bank should take these issue in consideration and take the neccessary steps to avoid such activities. 15 days before your executive told me card approved, but still not get any information.

        Customer care manager.
        self new credit card number is [protected] which was issuied to me in the month of june 2007.However since i was not india the card is not activated as on date. also no standing instruction is given to icci from my new card to pay any EMi amount or any payment to LIC on my behalf.when this the case icci has sending wrong bills for the past 2 months from september 2008 to pay iccci the bill amount against the LIC EMI payment.Since iam directly paying all my EMI amount to LIC, ICCI no need to pay any amount to LIC without my standing instruction from me. also without paying the Rs. 599.00 to LIC, icci is included that in the their bill amount with the interest for non payment.when this was brought to customer care of icci then they payed the october 2008 EMi amount to LIC on my behalf & have sent me the bill.this bill includes the september 08 EMI amount which not paid to LIC by icci.so cancel that amount & send the correct bill statement updating the actual amount paid to LIC by icci without any interest. also further dont pay any amount to LIC on my behalf. when their is no standing instruction from me why icci is doing like this. pl clarify me & send me the correct bill. dont pay any amount to LIC because iam paying directly to LIC . do the needfull.

        Dear Sirpl find attached bills statement for septemeber.october & november 08 for your necessary action.Ref to My SR number for wrong billing.After my repeated request to clear the wrong billing icci again has send me the wrong bill statement for Novemeber 08. november 08 credit card bill statement again shows the interest charges, late fees for the september, october month bills which icci has not paid to LIC . first wrong bill in the month of september 08 bill statment is Rs.599.17 .when LIC amount Rs 599.00 in August 08 was not paid by icci to LIC how can Rs.599.17 icci can furnish in septemeber08 bill statment. so self not paid any amount to icci in september 08.second wrong billing is how can icci can charge me in october 08 bill statment the interest charge Rs.762.96 & service tax Rs.94.30 for the not paying the above wrong bill amount Rs.599.17 to icci. also in october 08 bill statement icci itself agrees their mistake & shows Rs.599.00 as credit amount for their wrong billing. however only amount icci has paid to LIC in october 08 bill statement is Rs.430.00 to LIC.so in october 08 also self not paid to icci any amount because of their wrong billing Again during the November 08 bill statement late fees Rs.400, interest charge Rs 55.18 is shown in the bill statement for the septemeber 08 & october 08 non payment which is wrong as per my above details. also i have send a complaint to customer care my SR number is 86117598.Only amount icci paid to LIC during october 08 bill statement is Rs.430.00 so kindly incorporate all the changes & send me immediately a revised bill for paying Rs.430.00 to LIC by icci.so that i will pay only Rs.430.00 to icci against the LIC amount paid by icci.Also i here by request you to cancel my credit card number [protected].i was a good customer for icci since after my credit card i received.All my payment to icci in past records was regular & never once i paid penalty to icci.however now icci is not shown their honesty to me.Rather icci has send me a false statement & forcing me to take legal action.hope icci will take necessary action immediately without lossing a customer.with immediate effect i request you to cancel my credit card.waiting for your immediate response.yours truely s.deenadayalan.credit card number [protected]

        i have icici preferred crdit card my number is [protected]. no staement come to my home last 4 month
        Can any one from the bank explain me that what kind of action the bank will take for not making the credit card bill payments ?

        I like to share one case of my friend who misuse the credit card for his royal life. But see the action the bank taken on him.

        My friend has made a purchase for Rs.60, 000/- & above and didn’t made a payment for more than 2 months. The bank people called him for settlement and after face to face discussion he was asked to pay only Rs.8, 000/- as settlement & cancelled his card. There is nothing to pay after this.

        2nd case - same friend has got another card from other bank & he made the same thing. He was called & were asked to pay only Rs.6000/- as final settlement.

        As this kind of news make the persons like me who pays the full payment in time to think not to make any credit card payments. For nothing there are the people who enjoy and this bank people will not take any action on them. Why not the bank list those people & see that they should not get any card from any bank & other loans for them.

        Also i request the bank should see the person who are sincere in their payment & encourage them with additional benefits.

        Kindly MNC bank should answer my query.

        ICICI Credit Card — Credit debt keeps rising

        Hi

        I have a ICICI bank credit card debt. The amount actually spend by me was paid long back but the interest kept increasing, I have been paying almost every month Rs 2000 or Rs 5000 towards it but every time it has only increased and today has become Rs 40000. I dont have that kind of money. For all other cards or payments I have been very swift but ICICI has made me mad.
        Now they have called us and we said we have paid so much when will it all end so they said to do a settlement by paying 25000. But that too is to much for me in one shot.
        What should I do? Can I pay this in 5 installments? will they or should they agree to this?
        Is this a safe option? Will I then never be harrassed like others.
        Please guide.

        Just read with what attitude the cus-service ppl replying without any due consideration of all the pain & torture that the CM goes thru.
        No solutions, they don't care abt our money, why will they when they get their salaries in time.

        The problem is that we don't take any legal action against them.

        I got an ICICI Bank card even without applying, even after placing a closure request, its not closed.
        its been three years, and the bloody [censored]ing ppl have the adorsity to send a renewal card also.

        ICICI Credit Card — Fraudent Tranasction & Late payment Fees

        I'm Nilamadhab Panda & holding a credit card from ICICI Bank.

        In August'08, there were some fraudent tranasction on my card & I lodged compaint to ICICI bank in this regard. It took me near about 8/9 months to settle the fraudent tranasction amount with ICICI bank - the bank agreed that the transaction were fraudent & crdited back the amount, but the bank is not withdrawing late payment & interest fees levid on this fraudent tranasction.



        Pls. help how to file a consumer complaint on this.

        i had made a transaction from my icici credit card i had given request couples of times but they saying yes and not doing anything after that they told you are not eligible wait for 20days your six month is near about completeing after the completetion of six months they saying you are not eligible for it this is highly ridiculous even you donot have any person who i am meet directly and call from callcenter they are commiting fraud commitments

        ICICI Bank Credit Card — Not proper transaction details....late responses

        Hi,

        I am crdit card holder for over 2 years, have never any late fee or finance charges on my account.

        This started with one check # 676732 amount Rs 5730/-, this was been given to ICICI Bank by my wife for her credit card a year back.

        The bank came up this month after a year saying this is been outstanding. we have spent hours on phone with the bank informing them the amount is already paid using the salary account which is my wife's account.

        After many days this got sorted. the same day, i checked my statement at that time this was the outstanding on my account. my wife use her checks to pay off my and her credit card.

        we called the bank, started again from the scratch. now they have come up saying, this amount was been paid to my wife's credit card and the same check was also reflecting on my cc. so they have taken back the charges and again they reverted the same in jan and now as this amount was never been outstanding and neither been used but still this has been paid as a payment so this is an outstanding i have to pay.

        This bug me and have reached no conclusions.

        now, i am attahcing below the response i have from the bank.


        According to our telephonic conversation, the cheque (676732) payment has been mistakenly credited twice your credit card account 5176 XXXX XXXX 8006.

Some Payment were late due to non availabilty of funds and as I have no sound source of Income. Then I requested for settlemet and from the last five months even my REQUEST for settelment is not forwarded by the callers.I m being regularly assured that my request is already forwarded and If a I make some required payment Settlemenmt letter which has been dispatched from Bombat Office will be handed over to me.On being assured I made two Payments of Rs. 4100/- and 3600/- but the said IN TRANSIT letter of settelemet is not yet received by me. When I mae last payment of 3600/- Some Divya Sharma of Icci Bank gave me full assurance that I will receive settlement letter in One or Two days and it was setteled in Rs. 10000/- or so. I have make payment of Last installemt in November and only 3600/- are payable by me.. Now from last one month i am calling HER daily But neither mobile nor phone is picked up and I am again asked by some OTHER caller rs. 2200/- as payment due of my Credit Card which is not Yet setteld. Even REQUEST for settlement is not forwarded.
        Pl help me as I am not in a position to FACE the said FRAUDLENT pursuation. The whole conversation is recorded on the callers side and truths may be acertained from the records.

        ICICI Bank Ltd — return of processing fees Rs 6000

        Respected Sir,
        I had applied for the loan (loan against property) of Rs 5,00,000 from “ICICI BABK LTD” Lucknow branch. I had shown my property and submit all the necessary documents to the company Mr. SUSHANT DIXIT(RO) asked by him.
        After his assurance I have given him the cheque no.527682 of Rs 5612 against processing fees .The bank issued me the sanction letter no. 5714801. After that he returned my documents verbally saying some technical reasons in papers to refuse the loan.
        I had written the reminders and letters to the bank(Mr. Sachin M. shah(BCM lucknow )) and their franchise ,’STARGOLD’ for refund but the Bank didn’t give any written letter for the reason of refusal.
        Please instruct the bank to return my amount with same rate of interest or allow my loan.

            My ICICI Bank saving account has been blocked by ICICI bank credit card collection Department without any notification. My Dad is admitted in an hospital in New Delhi and i asked one of my friend to deposit some amount to settle hospital bills and when i went to withdraw the money to my surprise i came to know that the account has been blocked. All this happened on 28th Of May -08.
            since then i am following up with bank branch and phone bank officer but got no valuable help from anyone.
            I have writtem mail to cutomer.[protected]@icicibank.com still of no use. Finally got a phone no of collection department[protected], which remain busy from 10AM to 7PM after that no one remain in the office to pick it up.
            I have deposited sum of 8600 on 24th May for credit card which was the mim amont due for that month, but the account was blocked before that and i was not aware of it.

            Now where to go and what to do i am completly clueless.
            Please help as there is some where around 23000/- in my account and i need that to settle hospital bills.

              To the corresponing,

              I keep getting calls on my mobile and messages on ATM display
              that I've a pre-approved personal loan and no income proof is
              required. I've called your bank executives and placed a request
              for a personal loan when i need it. Now my monthly net salary
              would be around 55, 000+. And i'm paying total EMIs per month
              of 25, 000. I've just applied for 1.5 lakhs. My application is
              rejected itseems saying that my past repayment track is not good.
              I've availed a personal loan from ICICI bank in the past and
              completed its payments without any check bounces. Like wise I
              also have loans from HSBC and HDFC and has been paying EMIs
              regulargly on time. I remembered once because of some delay that
              too because of holidays the check deposited in one of my accounts
              where there was an EMI ECS debit got delayed in clearing for one
              day itself. I've been staying at the present and premanent address
              for the past 12 years. And you people give loans and credit cards
              to guys who cheat you and elope to the US or other countries.
              I've applied for a personal when i badly need it giving you all
              the proofs. And the amount I requested you as a personal loan
              is not even 2 times of my monthly gross salary. Do you feel/think
              that i'll run away with this tiny amount leaving my family
              properties, job, career etc., Do u know how much time i wasted in
              preparing the documents to apply this personal loan.

              Please don;t take personal loan from icici bank. b;cuz this "DAWOOD BHAI" bank.
              I keep getting calls for personal loans from diferent banks. My monthly slary is about 33, 100. One of you executive called me up and asked if I needed any personal loan. i said yes and he came with a list of 13-14 dicuments to be submitted. I did it without any hesitation. Till that time he used to call me 5 times a day. After I applied for a loan amount of 50000 (which is not even 2 times my net salary), he sent me a message showing my EMI will be 4800 for 1 year tenure. I just requested him that if I am eligible to get your personal loan, let me know in 7 days (so as if needed I will do some other arrangement) and if yes then I want disbursement in no more than two week time. On 10th day I called him up for status and he said you will get a verification call within an hour and 4 days elapsed again. Now I tried calling him almost 30-40 times, the guy was not picking my call. Finally he picked my call and said, Sir, due to month end pressure the back office person has not processed your application. I will let it done today itself. Again 2 days passed. Then he let me talk to one of his senior and he said actually my form has not got a login till now so it will take 8 more days. To the hell, these dirty cheats. I asked them to stop processing it anymore as it had already ruined my plans and programme.

              Shame on this bank who claims to be the biggest.
              They are the WORST BANK I have ever come across. I feel cheated and lost and have no clue how to come out the mess they have created. I would advice any one out their seeking home loan from ICICI to stay away from this bank.

              The interest rate ramp-up happens faster and the rate ramp-down may never happens. Btw, you will never be communicated even if your EMI amount increases. Almost seems like it is their birth right to control the payment amount once you are locked with them. All in all you will be a loser for taking loan from this bank irrespective of your payment history.

              It almost seems like they are doing a favor giving you a loan and their customer service proves it all. You will end up talking to their automated voice unit tmore han any living person out there. And that voice unit gets fed up at you after you do not answer to the questions in 3 attempts - Saying, You have exceeded the limit, good bye!

              I feel "robbed" in daylight...

                I have taken loan on my credit card.
                While taking the loan i have been told that I will be charged 15%
                reducing interest rate(inclusive of everything. no other service taxes)
                for tenure of 3 yrs for 2, 83, 000 amount.
                The call was also recorded.

                But now when i saw my amortization schedule, it says
                interest of 9.63% fixed for 4 yrs which comes to 17% reducing.

                ICICI bank practices this type of fraud. Their executive has offered me a loan amount of 2lakh at 15% interest but once the amount was disbursed they have send me schedule in which the loan was sanctioned for 17.5% . When I contacted bank authorities they say that the bank cannot help me in any manner and I have to bear the interest rate.

                  When I checked my 10th April 2008 Credit Card Bill I was shocked to see balance reward points being shown as redeemed and nil. When enquired with customer care was told that there is something called imint where those points were transferred. Firstly bank is unilateral in taking some steps and that too without keeping customers informed about the changes. Later on I really started calling both IMINT & ICICI customercare to get solution for this problem created by bank for us. After several attempts I was given imint card number and was told that was delivered. When gone into details imint claimed a receiving person's name not in my family and neither a distant relative at all. At last what I could get was just a Service Request No. on 5th May'08. As on date 3 times I called imint. So far no card is received by me to utilise those reward points earned by me.
                  This is an example of how a No.1 institution can get complacent and overconfident to neglect their customers. Leave alone giving service bank has disturbed my routine work, made me spend money on phone calls, time, energy for no avail.
                  IS THIS A DECLINE FOR ICICI BANK AFTER HAVING ATTAINED NO. 1 POSITION ?

                  I am yet to receive my I-mint card with the details of my reward points. Pl. ensure that every credit card holder gets his I-mint card at the earliest so that they can redeem their reward points as & when required

                  Where as we have received a statement for payment of the said card.

                    If they take my request letter on 25.4.08 and find out the status of cheque no 047858 of Axis bank seriously it could be resolved on that day it self as it was relished on 23.4.08 but i was first told to wait up to 21 days than 1 month than 1 week and show is going on.
                    I finally request u to credit the same amount Rs 5384/- in SB a/c[protected] immediately to avoid dispute Otherwise i am forced to report this matter higher authorities and RBI.

When I try to contact on this no. i received simple reply please check ur no.when I have already submitted my written application on 29.5.08 in kalyan branch to make stop payment o[censored]r payorder and immediate credit to a/c[protected], it is better to call back from pune as ur courier know where it was delivered.If H O came to know that a/c [protected] of kalyan and it closed than they should 1st contact to kalyan branch (Mr Parag Jain is only one name in ur computer, having FDR, joint a/c[protected] where all information's are available) or his cell no.[protected].I have deposited similar cheques in corporation bank on 15.5.08 and it was credited on 17.5.08, I could not understand how ur branch take 21 days form clearing MICR cheques. and also entertain customer written complaint after 30 days?                         I hold a credit card from ICICI bank and am not receiving the mothly bill statement from the last couple of month`s, i got worried as i have to pay off the bills and tried calling the ICICI bank customer service call centere at[protected], at Hyderabad, as usual the ivr starts asking us to enter the appropriate option/number and when entered it doesn`t let us go through, rather the IVR starts up again and again saying that there`s no response from our side inspite of entering the right number and soon after repeating the options the line automatically gets disconnected asking us to try again later as we have exceeded the alloted time frame.

                        I have gone through this good for nothing procedure several times and each time burning a lot of money in my pocket or the balance in my mobile just for this useless, good for nothing, poor, , pathetic, [censored]ing IVR and the customer service above all.

                        Readers...imagine!!! What will happen if you are robbed of or loose your credit card and you are trying to informing the lost cedit card to the customer service this hectic, unpleasant and unfriendly way.

                        I therefore request the concerned authorities look into this matter if they really care about their customers as soon as possible to retain the trust of their customers.

                        Its really very bad, I don't know how much I hate this service, really they have to get better, even to get the password reset it takes whole week.
                        They to need improve their service lot more.

                        I AGREE. ONE OF THE WORST IVR SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE BGM IS SO IRRITATING.

                          i am using your credit card from jan 2008. this card service is very useful to me. i stay in sangli. i have my bank account in your vishrambag branch at sangli. till last month i was using the withdrawl slip alomg with deposit slip to make my payments against my credit purchases. this branch is a new one so i did not get any chequebook.
                          this month i got a cheque book. to enjoy the cash-less payment facility i issued a cheque to the bank this month for rs. 2000 as against the payment of rs.1978.
                          bank authorities did not accept my cheque which was drawn in favour of credit card no. as mentioned in the bill itself. i showed the rule about the cheque to the bank authorities but yet they did not listen to me.
                          this was very irritating experience for me. i am very busy person. yesterday i had to spend two hours for this payment business.
                          i must know that why my cheque was not accepted by the bank authorities?
                          please allow me the cheque payment facility.

                          I am holder of ICICI Master Card bearing No.[protected]. I had cancelled a rail tkt for journey from BCT to ST vide PNR [protected]. I recd mail from irctc saying that they have informed the credit card authority on 27.02.2008 at 11.39.05 hrs. to credit an amount o Rs.104/- to my acount and that within two to three days the same will be done.                             I opened a Demat Account with ICICI Direct in 2005 and then I was transferred. Since last three years I am trying to activate my account, inspite of my continuous efforts.

                            I am was holding credit card No.[protected] expired on 12/08. I had made purchase worth Rs. 80, 000 and had was paying Rs. 5000 against the monthly payment due Rs. 3000, that is excess of Rs. 2000 per month amounting to Rs. 20, 000 but the monthly statement received showed Rs. 78, 000 instead of Rs. 60, 000. The bank is charging interest on interest for which I have written a email to Mr. Shah but did not get any response. I have informed the bank that the remaining amount of Rs. 60, 000 may be got transferred to 24 easy instalments so that I may be able to pay every mon th. Even your outsourching ;department is not doing so instead of my several reqests to them. Kindly do the needfull immediately so that I may be able to pay the amount.

                            Pease Stop My Card as im not with reference to my ststements since March 2009 despite reminders to change my residence address to my office address given bleow and you keep on charging interst, service tax and late payment fees. please check my track record for the past 5 years, lve never defaulted the payment.Therefore, Please reverse all the charges immediately.

                            Secondaly, there is debit of Rs 611.53 since July 2009 Of icici insurance which i have not agreed to as iwas not comfortable with the benefits and i had told them to wait. So Please do not debit Rs 611.53 to My card account.

                              How banks make responsible people irresponsible

                              I have been maintaining my credit card well until I have received a solicitation call to avail a loan against my credit card. Upon my requests for a feasible solution to around 30 representatives I found no solution and finally when I made up my mind to go ahead with the loan to my utter disgust two of the reps wanted the accreditation for processing a loan. Finally upon my continuous contact I was informed that the check will arrive in not more than 5 days. Almost 10 days past I had no sign of the cheque. Finally being through a stressful phase I raised a complaint with the customer service and speak to a manager by the name Ramya. Then I have further more delay by express IT couriers who provide a lame excuse of shortage in staff for delivering a mail across the street. Upon my requests made to the Mumbai branch office again around 4-5 representatives who said managers are always in meetings, a request is made for a compensation for the goo[censored]p. Finally when I encashed the cheque I received a statement that reflects a series of transactions than I am sure a common man won’t understand and a series of reversals with a amount payable as nil and then a second statement showing a processing charge assessed that was reversed in the earlier statement with an amount payable as Rs21880.17 In fact such goo[censored]ps by the service team does not make them eligible for a processing charge. I request you to kindly provide me assistance as a good customer and take necessary action. The reply I receive from one V. Bhupender, Office of Head Customer Service, ICICI Bank Limited reads “It is unfortunate that, despite our good intentions, you have had to undergo some discomfiture. Please accept our apology for your distressing experience. We regret our inability for wavier of processing fee levied towards persona loan". When they had to solicit the loan they could reach me more than 50 times on my mobile phone number and now when there is a complaint the letter reads "Our attempts to reach you on your mobile [protected] has been without success. I have not recieved any reply from this person and the web page shows 4 stage complaint procedure where in I have not recieved any reply from any of the four highly responsible members of the staff who are head of the respective departments. We reiterate your request for waiver of processing fee levied on personal loan could not be processed. Please kindly help me publish this article so that everyone can know how banks play with responsible and honest people who work hard to make their ends meet.

                                I had applied for an online trading account with ICICI Direct sometime around 21st April 08. I was assured that my account would be active, at the most, by the 15th May '08. Repeated calls to ICICI Direct executives who had initially approached me as well as sever5al emails to icicidirect have produced no positive outcomes.
                                The imbecilic executives say that my application is under process and I would receive the details shortly. ICICI Direct helpline once mentioned that my application had been rejected and has been sent back for reprocessing. The other time they mentioned that they have no such records when I furnished them with my application number.

                                I am a doctor who really doesn't have the time to keep on following with them. All I want is a response as to whether they can accept me as a client of theirs and provide me with a trading account or I should approach some other bank/portal for the same. If it is the latter case, may I please request them to refund me the deposit of Rs. 250 that I had made for opening the account. I am now seriously considering along with my family of withdrawing my bank accounts from ICICI.

                                  What type of extra charges you are levying every month on my card.I am supposed to pay only Rs.2400/83=as monthly installment for the loan.But you have been adding some unknown charges shown as taxes.OK, I will pay reasonable taxes but you have calculated to Rs.2733/90=as minimum due amount.I am surprised how you have calculated and these figures have not been shown in the statement which is violation of the rules.Again what is the total amount due shown as Rs.3995/60=is really surprising and ununderstandable for me since I had made no extra purchases during the said month.You have failed to mention the figures how the maximum amount reaches to Rs.3995/60=

                                  i am holding icici credit card no [protected].For the last 3 to 4 months i complain to the bank that i am not getting the credit card statement.In reply they told me that they send massage on my moblie.But untill now i am unable to get statement or phone alert.due to this i made the payment 2 or 3 day late. now the bank ask me to pay the late payment charges.please help me in this regard.

                                  DEAR Sir, Every month I give my cheque to skypack drop box in NAKTALA PETROL PUMP in due date but the cheque debited in my bank after 7 to 20 days, so a late fine charges to my a/c every month for which I have no fault. In august '08 statement a late fine of Rs 650.00 on dt 06 august '08 charged but I have droped a cheque on 30th june '08 of Rs 4300/ by HDFC BANK cheque, the due date was 02/ 07/08 . Again a tele call came to me after 22 days to give deposit next month's (august payment) payment by cash, and said the caller that '' there will be no late charges if I deposit the amount Rs. 4810/''' so I have gave the payment at home to the agent in faith though AM NOT SUBJECT TO DEPOSIT THE CASH MONEY TO THEM on 28th july '08 '' But in august statement it was seen a late charges of Rs 650/ +service tax has taken illegaly, this a very upset work done by your people.                                   I had made payments of my credit card no.[protected] of Rs.1195.50 through ch no.720363 which was cleared on dt. 15/7/08 and statement of July shows the entry but the same cheque is shown reversed on 3/10/08 in my statement of October month.

                                  I have been unnecessarily charged late fees of Rs. 400 plus service tax etc. Similarly when complaint on phone your staff doesn't react easily.

                                  You don't have any toll free number

                                  All this mess will force me to cancell the card

                                  As I was to go abroad from 24th february, I particularly made it a point to drop my cheque for Rs.1461 on 22nd to be paid on 25th february. I am surprised to find that the cheque has been credited on 6h march. This is clearly due to delay on your part in presenting the cheque for which you have needlessly penalised me. I would request you to reverse this forthwith. My repayment track record would amply demonstrate the repayment culture as far as my transactions are concerned.

                                  I had done payment in time by cheque in FEB 08, the amount in figures & words did not match . I received tel call from bank to make immediate payment on the same day in order to avoid any late fees, I promptly paid the same day to the representative who had come to my residence to collect it. then on every bill came with late payment charges, service tax & so on till today the amount increased to approx Rs 6000/-.
                                  In the mean time I complained several times in writting to the bank out of which 3 letters were acknowledged by customer service executive Ms Shilpa Gannapa, in one of her letters she mentioned about reversing the charges but nothing is been done so far .
                                  The bank is irritating me with repeated tel calls for payment of the dues & are not ready to listen to any complains. Kindly Help.

                                  It is true that this so called biggest private bank, ICICI Bank, is interested in extracting money from the innocent customers in the guise of miscellaneous charges and in this way is making crores of Rs for itself. Its so called high profile Customer Care Officers are useless and cannot take any dicision and dont even know that here exists any senior officer to resolve the customer problems. This bank is even charging Service Tax on Late Fees of credit card, which, as per my knowledge is not applicalbe as per the Service Tax Act.

                                  I have had a very bad experience of dealing with this bank. First, I had applied for my Card with Photo, but even after that it was issued without photo. On complaing about the same, I was told to fill up the new form.

                                  Second, this bank has put my wrong e-mail I D in thier data, my all communication in this regard has failed to generate any response from them.

                                  Third, even when I have paid my Card Bill, and the cheque belonged to ICICI, my payment has not been updated and my card blocked without any communication. But, SUPRISINGLY, I started getting marketting calls for various ICICI products.

                                  For Service Tax on Late Fees, I am complaining to Ministry of Finance, RBI and informing all the leading Newspaers of India. Also, I am going to file a complaint with Banking Ombusdman and if not resolved, I will go ahead to file a case in consumer forum.

                                  You all are advised to approach all these authoarities, the address, e-mails ect are availble on Internet.

Since, then I am requesting ICICI to close this card but its difficult to speak to a phone banking officer of credit cards division as whenever I dial I go to some credit card pin generation department and i am again asked to go to main menu, so finally i wrote a letter to ICICI, Hyderabad alongwith the enclosure of diagonally cut Credit card on November 21, 2008 and i got a call also from Hyderabad that this card is closed and even this credit card details vanished from my internet banking page, so i thought this issue is finished but till date i am receiving credit card statements at my residence, i thought that this will stop after some months but today April 1, 2009 ICICI have freezed the amount of 6830.16 on account of this credit card which on whole is penalty mounted up month after month.

                                  Further, it is surprising to note that how ICICI CREDIT CARD operations have created a demand in respect of ICICI HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN without any consent from my side.

                                  In light of the above facts please rectify the mistake and withdraw the bad demands under intimation to me .

New Delhi- 110010, is holding 2 credit cards of your bank vide nos. as [protected] & [protected]. As per your statement Dt. April 02, 2009 you are showing the outstanding as Rs. 1108.33. This outstanding is baseless and I will not pay this amount as it was because of your banks fault. In detail I tell you the whole picture which is as below.

                                  Firstly, as per your statement Dt. Jan02, 2009 there was the outstanding of Rs. 9263.58 and this payment was sent to your bank vide Ch. No.314158 for Rs.9264, Dt.9-1-09 and this cheque was cleared from my bank Syndicate Bank, Gopi Nath Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi -10 on 12th Jan 09.

                                  Secondly, I recd, your statement Dt. Feb02, 2009 with outstanding balance of Rs.10606.12 with due date as Feb19, 2009 against this outstanding I sent you the cheque no. 314159 for Rs. 10606.00 Dt.[protected], this cheque was cleared from my bank on 12th Feb.09 (as per the bank statement Attached).

                                  Thirdly, I recd. Your statement Dt. Mar02, 2009 showing the balance outstanding as Rs. 11609.89 and with mark as to deposit this IMMEDIATE, when I had already deposited the balance amount as per your statement Dt. Feb02, 2009, then why this amount was showing outstanding and on the contrary you had also charged the late payment charges, interest and service charge.

                                  Fourthly, I recd. Your statement Dt. Apr02, 2009 showing the balance amount as Rs. 1108.33 which includes interest and service charges again and also showing the receipt of Rs.10606.00 & received date as 7th March 09. But actually this cheque was cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09.

                                  Lastly, I am not able to understand why you had deposited this payment on 7th March 09, when it was actually cleared from my bank on 12th Feb 09, it is your banks fault and why should I face or bear for that. I am a Senior citizen and I am receiving Phone calls from your bank for this outstanding amount regularly, which is disturbing me a lot.
                                  Why should I pay for your banks fault to not deposit this amount at a particular date?

                                  I am your customer for so many years and now I feel very disgusting and bad about what all am happening with me.

                                  Finally I request you to kindly waive off all the outstanding amount my above mentioned credit cards and send me a 0 (Zero) balance statement as soon as possible. Kindly look into this matter urgently. I hope for positive reply in this regard so that I may remain as your customer.

                                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Miscellanous Penality even after payment

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam

                                  With all due respect I would like to inform you that I am a holder of ICICI Bank Credit Card vide card no [protected]. I have been paying the minimum interest and all other charges on time to the Bank.
                                  This last month the amount due 3770 and by Mistake I paid 3500..
                                  Over a balance of 270 they have charged me a fine of INR 600.00

                                  I paid INR 3500 on 4th June 2009 and the moment I got a call that I have paid INR 270 less I immediately made a payment of another INR 1000 on 11th June 2009.

                                  I want to ask is this legal for them to charge me this heavy penalty for just a minor calculation/ number mistake.

                                  I am acustomer of ICICI Bank since October’2006, since my Salary account was created in the same month at Gurgaon. Based on the relationship, I was issued above subjected Credit Card in the month of July’2007.

                                  I was using the services offered by the SB account and the Credit card since then without any difficulty and complaint. There was not a single instance of late payment against the expenditures made on the Credit card. At that time I was working with Hughes Communication and the contact details maintained was a) My residential address (rented) in Gurgaon, b) My official Email ID, c) My official cell phone no.

                                  In February 2008, I got a new job in Vodafone, and I shifted to Guwahati, Assam. Since I was quite comfortable and confident o[censored]sing the ICICI credit card, I preferred using the same credit card In Guwahati also. Before coming to Guwahati, I called up the ICICI Customer care, and put forward a request for change of my contact detail (New address in Guwahati, and my personal Email ID as I cannot access the official ID of Hughes any more). At that time I could not provide new phone no. I opened a new Salary account in Guwahati as the ICICI Bank representative confirmed me that the account in Gurgaon cannot be transferred, and account no would change in any case. I had to maintain the bank account in Gurgaon as that account was linked to some the investments I made.

                                  Even though Customer care representative confirmed that contact detais change would take place shortly, practically it never happened. Even after that, I managed to make payments on time by calling up customer care every month. Plz note I didn’t receive any statement as my contact details were not updated. I had to spend several thousands of rupees in last one and half year by making STD calls to the customer care no, every time I used to request for change of contact details without any result.

                                  Plz note there was not a single instance of late payment from my side till May or June of 2008, I used to manage that by calling up the customer care to know the amount due.

                                  However in the month of May or June’08, when I called up the customer care no to check the amount due, I was intimated that the credit period has been reduced by few days and hence my pyment is already due and is under late payment condition, I have to bear the late payment charges and interest. I was surprised to see how such a change can be implemented without communicating to the customer, finally the customer have to bear the consequences, as is the case with me. That is the hype o[censored]nprofessional service, failure in quality commitment made by ICICI Bank. At that time my expenditure on the card was approximately 5, 000/-.

                                  Even then I was confident of resolving the issue and continuing my relationship with ICICI Bank. I insisted on an immediate implementation of my change in address, and early settlement of the issue. I confirmed I am not going to make payment till the time the address correction happens and the unnecessary charges levied on me are waived off, presuming it would help escalate the issue to concerned person. However even after that my contact details were not corrected.

                                  After one month I called up again to check updates on the issue, the customer care representative asked me to make immediate payment, and said collection people were trying to reach me, but could not, as my contact details maintained in their system were not correct. I made a request for change of contact details again to the representative, this time only the phone no was corrected. Probably the ICICI Bank representative was satisfied as the purpose of getting me over phone was resolved, however the importance of correction of address and Email ID was not honored.

                                  I received numerous calls, almost every day from the collection deptt, I reiterated the issues faced by me, every time I was committed for resolution of the problem, but literally it didn’t happen. With time, the collection people became more aggressive and showed obnoxious behaviour in order to convince me to make payment. The late payment charges and interest made the amount much higher that what I spent. I insisted on getting the expenditure details, so that I can pay the amount that I spent and for the charges imposed, the collection people committed to take care of. Finaly my Email ID was corrected but the statement that I received didn’t have the details of expenditures. I repeatedly requested for the details, but I haven’t received the same till date.

                                  In the mean time some of the self claimed ICICI bank employee made fool of me by committing that all the interest and additional charges are waived off and would be reflected in next statement, and requested me for a minimum amount payment so that no more late payment charges are levied. But once I made the payment, the person vanished and never picked my phone. Following are some of the nos that used to interact with me on this –

                                  Suddenly one fine day, I got a message that my SB account #[protected] was auto debited by approximately 4, 000/- and the account is blocked, upon inquiring about it, the customer care person said auto debit has been initated by collection deptt. Plz note even after I made numerous requests for settlement of the dues, I was penalized for no fault of mine.

                                  Even after that, I persisted on resolving the issue, made several calls to the customer care and after much effort, and spending at least 4, 000~5, 000/- on my STD bills in lat 1.5 years, I got following phone nos, but couldn’t contact them -

                                  Mr Arijit Ghosh –[protected]When I called up this no, it was said it is not the right no and the dept
                                  has changed, plz note the correctness of record provided to your customer)
                                  Mr Samrat –[protected]The no keeps ringing, but nobody picks the phone, plz try).

                                  Again last week, I received another message that my SB account #[protected] has been auto debited by almost 14, 000/- rupees. It is not at all acceptable; this SB account is in no way linked to the credit card. It is the complete failure of the Bank process that lead to all these, and finally I have been victimized with these auto debits without any intimation and authorisation. The safety of fund deposited in ICICI bank is a question now. Plz look into the figures below, what I’ve gained and what I spent and who is actually responsible for this.

                                  Amount spent – 5, 000/- (approx)
                                  Amount paid – 1, 500/- (approx), as per request from collection people with a commitment of settlement.
                                  Expense in phone calls made to ICICI Bank – 5, 000/- (approx)
                                  Amount debited from my account – 18, 000/-

                                  Spent 5, 000/-, paid 29, 500/-.


                                  I still believe the issue can be resolved with your due intervention, I hope you’ll understand my position and would take necessary action on this. I request an immediate reversal of the auto debits to my SB accounts and a suitable resolution on the probem.

                                  I have a query regarding the credit card late payment fee. I am a reliable customer and every month i pay my bills at the right time. this month i got bit late due to some reason for the payment of 130 rupees of ICICI credit card.my due date was 28 july and i payed on 6 of aug. and the credit card department charged me 440 ruppes late payment.

                                  I only want to know this is valid if the bank is charging four time extra on your payable amount.there should be a criteria i have payed 440 rupees. but i am not happy with this kind of Terms & Conditions.

                                  ICICI Credit Card — 100/- Penalty on cash payment

                                  It is given in the rules of credit card payments of ICICI that we have to pay Rs 100/- as charge if we make the payments in cash.

                                  As per this rule -
                                  We may deposit cash towards our credit card payment at any of our bank branches from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The payment would reflect in our account within 24 hours. Cash payment of credit card bills entails a service charge of Rs.100 per payment. "

                                  On what basis Rs 100/- is paybale? The customer by himself is going to the bank and paying in cash, what for he is charged? It is understood if the executive comes home to collect the dues. But here customer by himself is going to bank and repaying the dues, what for he is charged?
                                  Samething happened to me also. crediting the cheque then debiting then after cancelling the card ICICI issued nodue also. After two months again asking for pending due stating cheque return.

Apart from cash payment, other modes of payment such as cheque payment, payment through infinity and auto debit are also available to you and the same do not attract any charges. Any mode of payment so adopted by the Card Holder is entirely voluntary and as per his/her discretion. We have not mandated any specific mode of repayment. More so this practice is being followed by other Banks as well. We would also like to submit that any levy of such charge is prospective in nature with due intimation to Card Holders.

                                  We would also like to bring to your notice such a charge in relation to cash transactions is also levied on our liability products and services such as drawing of Demand Drafts, Pay orders etc as there are cost associated with providing these services.

                                  ICICI bank Gold Credit Card — Not settling my card properly and misguiding

                                  I am customer of ICICI bank from 2003 I was given a savings account by ICICI and then it followed by HPCL Silver credit card. I had 32,000 credit limit in this card. I used this card regulary and also used to pay in time. After some months I recieved a Gold card with Add on card to my home address with 72000 credit limit I was delighted as I was paying my dues on regular time so I got this previlege.
                                  After 2004 mid I bought a car and around 10 - 12 thousand I paid from my credit card and other purchase went on to become around 40,000 /- I made a mistake of just paying minimum amount to ICICI credit card guys. I shifted my job during that time and my salary used to credit late to my account which led to late payments and my card started showing 53,000 outstanding within no time. By 2008 April I realised whatever money I am paying to guys is not making any difference to my outstanding and I thought of settlement. But I realised already my Savings A/c is been liened to this card and they already auto debited 7000/- rupees without my knowledge and I started calling all over after some tussle I received info that If I clear 20,000 rupees tommorow my Savings A/c will be left alone. So I borrorwed some money and cleared 20,000 and my account came to 47,000 odd. Then I decided to call ICICI bank for settlement and I waited for 3 months to get a response at last a nagging agent dropped in normally all these agents come early morning and waste your time arguing as same guys dont drop in often so you need to clarify whole issue and its simply irritating. So this good agent dropped in said please speak to Mr. Anand Manager of Bommanahalli Branch he wll settle your account and we negotiated to 30,000 Rupees and they informed pay 10,000 now and rest 20,000 once they give me No Objection letter. once I paid 10,000 I asked where this 20,000 which I paid last week will adjust he said no its not his hands so 20,000 more only can get me letter I was happy to get a letter and get my headache over but to my surprise when I contacted this agent again he said he is still bargaining with Head office and wll get back which he never did and when frustration reached a level I called him 20 times but he never used to pick. I felt I was duped here and cant do anything my 30,000 has gone into ICICI banks huge ocean and no one can give me account of this money now. After dealing with 50 - 60 agents in 2-3 months finally I got a call from Mr. Srikanth who said he is manager at bank and there are 80 bucket managers in Bommanhalli branch and he looked into my account and suggested he will surely get me 60 % waiver as I used to pay in time and have good records. I used to be in touch with him till last August and he suggested me 60% waiver on 56,000 /- ruppes which comes aroudn 20,000 Ruppees I also told him as I left my last company I will get my PF money I will pay and settle it. But August mid he met with accident and couldnt settle my account out and then went to Kerala his calls were not reachable . Now I have lost my mobile but with my old bills I have got his number and contacted him but there is no person named him its changed now. So, I donno how to tackle this agents who are coming to home and always harrassing my parents by asking money - their motto is get minimum payment from them and make my card reach 1 lakh mark and harrass me more. my card is reached 88,000 now I dunno when it will be settled and now they will ask me 60,000 which I cant pay as I lost my job and only have my PF to pay them.

                                  I strongly oppose the late payment charges and interest charges levied to us as, we have always paid the money on time , were my purchase in march was only rs. 3000/ and to interest raisedand the total amount comes to 6900/ hence. i wanted to pay only my purcahse amount and not the interest put on my card,, , i have visited your office at ambattur, chennai to waive the interest charge in the bill, then , i have talked to your customer care at phone no[protected]. and requested to waive my interest and have informed to sent mail to bank id was informed,
                                  hence kindly waive my interest, and i am will to surrender the credit card because your hhigh interest , i have also remitted payment in between and kindly do the needful for closure,for the purchase made .

WE GOT A SMS ON OUR MOBILE ON 23.12.2010 THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS DISCREPANT DUE TO WONG CARD NO. P;. DROP A FRESH CHQ. WE DROP A FRESH CHQ SAME DAY AND GOT A MASSAGE FOR CONFIRMING THE PAYMENT ON OUR MOBILE ON 27.12.2010.
                                  NOW I GOT A STATEMENT FOR A LATE FEE OF RS. 400+41.2 AND INTEREST RS. 416.29+42.89 TOTAL RS. 900.37 AS THERE WAS NO ANY PURCHASES DURING THIS PERIOD.
                                  I AM VERY SURPRISED TO SEE THAT A CLERICAL ERROR COST ME RS. 900.37 .
                                  THERE WAS NO INTENTION TO MAKE THE PAYMENT LATE SO FOR. STAFF WHO MADE THE CHEQUE MADE A MISTAKE WHILE WRTING THE CREDIT CARD NO. AND YOU CHARGED RS. 900 FOR THAT. IN THE HISTORY OF MY PAYMENT NEVER BEEN A LATE PAYMENT SO FOR .
                                  HENCE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REVERSE THESE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY.

                                  Within 1+6 month,after that one more bill mail to me as 125/- as registration charges which is not told me by Mr.Suman (Telephonic Icici Executive) at time of smart pay scheme/programme,After that mail (Bill),I contact Mr.Suman for the same he told me that he arrange the conversation between us as proof when he offer me smart pay scheme/programme,Still I don't have any reply from your side,Also icici credit bank charges me late fee from 4/5 months this is not appreciable

                                  With due respect it is submitted that I had deposited the payment of my credit card on 07.02.2011 by cheque from my account no[protected] of icici bank at the branch of the icici bank at fatehgarh sahib. That bank had taken too long to transfer the amount in my credit card no [protected]. That due to the fault of the bank Rs 400/- late fees and interset have been added to my statement of current month. That I have been using the card since long and have never dafaulted in payment and had depostied the payment in time. But still due to the fault of the bank i have to suffer the loss. Kindly waive of the late fees and interst charges at the earleist.

                                  I hold a credit card from ICICI bank. My credit card number is [protected]. For the month of August I had a minimum balance of 2280 to be paid. I initiated a payment but while making a payment, i missed on 80 Rs. I paid 2200. For this the late payment fees of nearly 800 and other fees are been added. Tell me for missing on 80 Rs which i missed to pay, would you consider the entire 2200 as not been paid. And charge all the charges what ever you can. This is a real day loot. I am definetely pissed off with ICICI bank and their charges and have even taken off my Salary account from ICICI to HDFC.

                                  I just want to terminate all my relationship with this bank who mints money in the name of charges.

                                  While analysing my credit card statement for the period of 24th Dec'17 to 23rd Jan'18 generated on 25th Jan'18, i came to know that, I have been charged penalty for late payment of preceded month's bill, however i made a payment on 08th Jan'18 against the due date 10th Jan'18 even bank has also acknowledged the same with same date. While asking for the refund and correction in CIBIL (If reported) they are refusing for the same.

                                  Note: Penalty charged for the payment of bill 23rd Nov'17 to 22nd Dec'17.

                                  ICICI is involved in broad level frauds. Few months back they sent me a credit card though I never applied for one. I had one credit card which I closed long back.

                                  Now they asks about 5 thousands rupees and when ask they they say is joining fees. The things don't stop here, they want to take 7-10 days just to investigate the issue and there is no branch anywhere close except in Delhi.

                                  This bank is a ###. I am already thinking to close all the accounts.
