PPA Account Facility

Recently ICICI has sent my online password details through EXPRESS IT, a reckless courier service i have seen in my life. It took 4-5 days to deliver the courier, they never bothered to call me or leave a message when they came to deliver and found my house was locked. Due to this all my financial transactions were stranded, and i was very much disappointed with this. ICICI has sent it again, I don't know what happens this time.

    Hi,
    I recieved an SMS from ICICI Demat that my account is activated on 25-Mar-08.
    About 2 months back, some one called me and said that the address is not correct and he is redirecting it to bangalore from Orissa. ( My permanent address is bubaneswar(orissa) but during that time we had just shifted to a nearby place in bhubaneswar only.)

    But nothing is informed to me about the status.

    Please advise as what to be done next?

      I have not yet received the ICICI letter couriered through ELBEE Courier Vide AVVB number.:[protected].

        Sir
        I have deposited an Hdfc cheque no.083821 of Rs20000/= (twenty thousand) in my ac no.[protected] with ICICI bank, but they have credited by Rs.2000/= (two thousand only).

        I have the complaint with Krishna nagar branch, 120hr has been passed still I have not received money. I have deposited the bank statement of person from whom I have received the cheque duly cleared by Rs.20000/=

        The cheque was dropped in the bank on 8th and on 10th Rs. 2000/= was credited. Almost 10days has been passed with this error. I am not getting any response from ICICI Bank by when I will get my money

        This has put me in lot of trouble.i am not able to make cards payment and other needs.

        Please help me in getting my money and adequate damages for the time i have suffered.

        ICICI Bank Ltd — Parcel not been delivered till date

        Courier has been dispatched from Hyderabad to Nellore on 27.08.09 having the consignment no.[protected].However it is not yet been delivered till date.When i have contacted several persons of ondot, nobody able to provide me the information.

        Pls look into the matter and do the needful asap..

          in the month of April 08, I have received a call from Ms.Gayatri Parab from ICICI Bank settlement dept, J.B.Nagar, Andheri ( East ) for issuing settlement letter of my account of Rs 1, 200/- while calling, Mrs.Gayatri Parab from ICICI Bank used very abusing language with me as well as my mother at my residence which is not acceptable at all.

          Accordingly, i have made payment of Rs.1, 200/- 2 months back but till date i have not received any settlement letter.

          And Now suddenly, I have been receiveing calls & messages for making further card payment inspite of settlement letter due to be received.

          Please look into this since i am fed up with ICICI Banks Harrashment techniques.

          Please take some strict action against Mrs. Gayatri Parab, ICICI Bank, Settlement Dept at J.B. Nagar, Andheri ( East ), Mumbai, India for using abusing langauge with my mother.

          I have been also given such and have collected money form us. they have employed agents who cheat customers by giving false identities and false numbers saying they are employes. collect payments by saying they are setteling the account.

          They have also deducted money from our salary account without informing us. The agents are trained by ICICI authorities to do so . One such agent Mr Aniket Deshpande Mobile no.[protected] even gives us assurances that to give little cash now and a smal amount of cheque for next month, which needs to be bounced next month, so that the account goes to write off dept, which will settle in 1/10 of the amount due. He also gives false identities of customers who have been settled by doing so.

            Dear Reader

            This is Ashish Kumar, working with TCS (Tata Consultancy Limited) had taken a loan from ICICI Bank in Feb 2008. I was told that loan amount of 33 Lacs has been issued for me.

            ICICI executive Mr . Parivesh [protected], Mr Rudra [protected] was involved to assist me in order to get the loan.

            I got the loan of amount 32 Lacs and rest 87, 000/- INR they did not gave me saying that you will get it later.

            Later when I received the check from ICICI Loan Division, it was showing some 87, 000/- INR paid to Lombard insurance. Then I spoke with Mr Parivesh and came to know that without informing me they gave me this insurance policy.

            Parivesh told me that he will get me my 87000/- within a week and cancel the insurance, but it never happened. [ I have recorded his voice, commitments in my phone, 30 min - 60 min talk is recorded]

            I made a complaint to ICICI Homeloan and Lombard & got the confirmation that an amount of 71000/- is returned to me. I requested them that I want total 87000/ back[ not only 71000/-] and played the recorded voice for ICICI executives on phone which I recorded while talking with Parivesh. Then within few minute they confirmed that rest of the amount will be return to me with 7 days.

            Check the forwarded mail, it was showing I get another 16000/- returned by ICICI lombard. So total (71000 + 16000 ) should have come to me but Lombard has sent the amount to HOME LOAN division and they should return it to me.


            Now whenever I am calling Lombard they are giving excuse and advising to talk to HOMELOAN and LOAN division says only 55, 000/ is adjusted and they are advising to talk to LOMBARD.

            I would request you to help me in this regard.

            Note : I have voice recording with ICICI Executive [ Parivesh ] who processed my loan and he has clearly mentioned that insurance was additionally given to you and you will get your money back.

              My name is Lalit Babu R/o 713-B, Baba Farid Puri, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. I have received a call of One Touch Solution (I) Pvt. Ltd. Tele coller. He was told me about his membership plan and take all of my personal detail as like Mother Name, Father Name, Address, Date of Birth, ICICI Card No. & Expiry Date of Card. I was not done for join this membership but a some of Rs. 5490/- deducted on my ICICI Credit Card A/c No. [protected] by his verification department. Second time I have received again verification call, he was told me that package is sent in your home. I told them that, how can sent on my address of this package. I was not done in his membership. He told me then if you done this opportunity. It is 420 Case because neither I provided three digit Code Number to him nor I have done this opportunity.

              I therefore requested to you take the action on this dispute matter on behalf of me on first priority base at the earliest. Give me reply at the earliest. I m waiting of your mail.

              They write a mail to me that he will be return back Rs. 5490/- but I have not received any of amount of Rs. 5490/- till date. They are accepting that make a mistake by side of them.
              I have already a recording which they are accepting for making of mistake.

              I have make lot of call of this matter but I have not received my amount of Rs. 5490/-

                Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                MySelf Rupendra Mehta, From Delhi Itself, I have a major issue with ICICI Bank and right now i am very much fed up because of my financial condition is not good and above that ICICI bank had deducted 10, 000/- Rs. from my saving account without any information or intimation to me. This is purely a theft made by ICICI Bank.

                Here I would like to update you with full case study of mine and requesting you to please help me immediately so that I can spread this issue everywhere so that all o[censored]s can get to know what exactly ICICI Bank is doing.

                I have a saving account with ICICI Bank from last 2 years; recently I had deposited 20, 000/- Rs. Cheque in my ICICI Bank account, today when I checked online I found that ICICI Bank has deducted 10, 000/- Rs. from my account and account statement also showing 13000/- Rs. in negative. when I checked with ICICI bank they told me that I didn't made the credit card payment that’s why they have deducted the amount, when I asked with ICICI representative that how come you got to know that I had a credit card and didn't made the payment where they said we just assumed and by name and if customer has taken any loan from us and didn’t made the payment then we are liable to deduct the amount from any of his account.

                Here my issue is:
                1. How come they can deduct any amount from my account without informing to customer or to me?
                2. Take an example if I had a credit card and they want money then they suppose to contact me first by address or phone number, where I suppose every bank has all complete details of the customer.
                3. This is purely a theft made by ICICI Bank.
                4. Here I feel, Bank can do anything for the sake of their own benefit or their own purpose, where as a customer we have to run around number of time to the number of desk.
                5. Why ICICI Bank didn’t contacted me that they are going to deduct ‘x’ amount from my saving account, the same question I have asked with ICICI Bank representative, she told me that we don’t have your address and contact number, now the question is how come this is possible where first of all whatever transaction happens in my account for above 5000/- Rs. I always get a sms, they have my mail ID, and they have the address otherwise how come I used to get cheque books by courier.
                6. I have just downloaded bank statement where after depositing 20, 000/- Rs in my saving account no transaction happened then how come account balance is in negative.
                I would like to update all of you that I am going to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank with asking a big compensation because I want to teach them a big lesson.

                And finally, please be very cautious if you have ICICI Bank account (or any other bank account) anything can happen with you money.

                ICICI Bank has deducted 10, 000/- Rs. From my account easily, now for getting the same back (my own money) lets see how much struggle I have to do.

                Sir / Ma'am i would like to please take this issue seriously and take an action them immediatly.

                God will help….? God knows….!

                I had icici bank account, today i fond, dedect my 11, 000/-when i call to customer care i found that this ammount dedact dueto cradit card.but i dont have any credit card.
                Hi this is suresh from chennai. i have a same type of problem. read below..

                I apply for the ICICI bank credit card in the month of June 2007 when I was working in IBM, Bangalore. But till the time i had changed my room in Bangalore in the end of July 07 i didn't get any kind of response from the bank. From the month of October 07, i got a job offer in Satyam Computer Services and i had changed my place of residence to Chennai on 22nd Oct, 2007. When I joined in Satyam Computers I got an SB account in ICICI bank, Chennai as my salary account. The account number is[protected] and is maintaining at Chennai-Cenotaph Road branch.

                Recently I noticed that amount of 14, 528.52 is debited from my account on 18/06/2008 and now ICICI bank has blocked the amount of 38, 845.04. You can see those details below. The ICICI bank people are telling this amount is blocked for my ICICI credit card which was issued on 23/09/2007.

                Without my notice or my permission the bank people have linked my saving account to credit card. Even I made a call to ICICI customer care people and I shared my mobile number with them also. But I didn’t have any positive response from them and they are talking very rudely. Even now I can’t able to do any transaction with my SB account. They are telling that the card was delivered to the below address at which i was not residing in the month of September, 2007 and i am totally unaware of to whom they had delivered the card and who used that card. The bank is making me responsible for the usage of the card by someone else. Also the kind of delay in responding to the query through customer care is costing me Rs. 38845.04 which was billed again and debited from my account.

                When I asked them how my Chennai SB account is linked to Bangalore credit card..??, they are telling that bank has authority to do this without giving notice to customer. Right now i am in the position of not having any salary from two months and depending upon debts from others.
                To whomsoever it may concern,

                This is to draw your attention towards the issue o[censored]nauthorized amounts taken from my ICICI SAVING account[protected] by ICICI CREDIT CARD irresponsible dept. My credit card no: [protected], which I was trying to settle & deactivate completely. The CC agents have been in constant touch with me when I was settling the final amount since approx last 9 months. The agents never took my requests seriously. Iam a working woman & I too have loads of responsibilities on me & very less time for myself too. But in spite of me requesting them to come & collect the credit card deactivation letter from me, they refused to follow-up & shamelessly kept delaying this but for money recovery they were always there, be it the right or wrong time. Just to make you aware that this Credit card was opted by me for medical reasons for my sister, if need be anytime to be on a safer side, understanding the fact of monthly interests too .I would not be able to give you the detailed information about the reason was me being convinced for credit card. Parallel I collected some amount in my savings for the same medical reasons which was one fine day to my SHOCKKK there was a huge amount was taken from the Credit card dept against the outstanding amount for my credit was without my knowledge & consent .Who has authorized ICICI credit card to remove my hard earned money from my savings?? It has become a terror for me to even have a saving a/c with ICICI bank! I have not agreed or signed any such clause while accepting the T&Cs for credit card. The agent had actually read out & explained me the small print / T&Cs in details on my request. If there is any such thing then I assume ICICI has trained their agents to achieve targets of subscribers count by cheating, hook or by crook.

                I demand the full reimbursement of the amount taken from my savings a/c please. I would not hesitate in escalating this to Ombudsman of banking if need be. I want to request you to take action on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. So I could follow a decent procedure to settle the a/c.I clearly mention refund of the amount taken from my savings & be kind to revert time to time on the actions taken. I would not hesitate in dragging the names of EACH & EVERY agent involved in this from day one, that’s from the day I accepted the SCARY ICICI credit card.

                I am very well versed with the procedures of escalating the issue to right places.

                Requesting you to please be kind on my request.

                PS: -I had a company a/c with Citibank & had opted to change my bank because of their inefficiency in everything & believed in the efficiency of ICICI bank but it is not upto my expectations at all. Its feels like a hidden terror .I am too upset & hurt with this ongoing unresolved issue & is now taking a toll on my health as well. I hope I get a chance to change my views for ICICI's reputation.

                I applied for a home loan with the advise of ICICI Bank agent (whereas I was sanctioned laon from SBI Bank) that I will be given the laon within two days after application as my documents are OK and I will be given the loan in two instalment immediately. I convinced and I signed the documents. Then I was told I have been insured with the home loan and I will have to pay the amount in instalments. I got the call from ICICI Prudential company . I replied that as I am not interested that may be cancelled. That was cancelled with very difficult with the remarks that the policy will be treated as cancelled from the insuing date. But i was surprised to know that a handful of amount have been deducted from my account.
                Secondly, I was not given the loan on time. I was given in 4-5 instalments in more than one year time. Due to delay the rate of construction accelerated to more than double.

                So, I hereby advise to all not to believe this fraud bank and its agents.

                Details of complaint: Hi.. My account was debited with 11200rs on 6th jan09. I never requested for any such payment to anyone. I went to nearest Branch(Indirapuram, ghaziabad) and raised my complained. They said its paod to TATA HYD. My question is not that to whom its paid-- MY QUESTION IS WHY IT WAS PAID TO ANYBODY WITHPUT MY PERMISSION AND KNOWLEDGE..
                Branch asked me contact customer care after continuously being torchered abt transfering calls from here and there they lodged a complain number SR93000612 ON 13TH JAN09 which they closed today on 14th.. stating that money is paid to TATA...
                Again the same thing--- WHY IT WAS PAID..WHEN I NEVER REQUESTED ANYTHING(ECS OR CHEQUE)..
                IAM a Loyal ICICI CUSTOMER.. PAYING ALL MY LOANS ON TIME.. HAVE THREE ICICI accounts..
                I want someone to help me to get my money BACK.

                is the credit card paymnt department or the bank has rights to withdraw /transfer / or freeze money from the customer's account without giving intimation or information to the customer.

                1) my problem is that i made a settlment 7-8 yrs back, after settlemtn, 8-9 months later i shifted to another place, but my office addres is same, after settlemtn, i didn't received any statmnt, letter or any visit from the bank's side,

                2) i lost my settlemtn letter, it's not possible to maintain for such a long period,
                3) one day i see that the bank has freeze 7000/- rs from my saving account, without giving any information, i was surprised, i just want to know that bank has the right to do so.

                  Hi,
                  I have one personal loan account with icici bank.
                  i have made the payment of 38, 000 on the monthe may 5th
                  2008, which includes pending emi's and penality charges.

                  out of 38, 000 rupess, i have paid 16, 000 as hard cash and 22, 000 as the cheque .
                  16, 000 cash has updated and 22, 000 cheque is not updated in the payments if icici bank.
                  but the amout in deducted from citi bank account on 13th of may.
                  My Personal loan A/C: LPHYD [protected].

                  please check the status of the payment, if there is any delay, i am not responsible for the late payment charges and due charges.

                    I had student account in ICICI bank. After my college days i moved from that place. I have requested to close the account. They have not closed the account. It has not been operated for 4 years. Now my friend mistakenly transfered amount to this account as this account number was registered in his payee list. we enquired with bank they are telling this account is active and amount is deposited in this account. Cheating part is now they have deducted Rs15000 for not maintaining minimum balance for all this four years. I have send several mail to that Branch manager he is not replying. Even I spoke to that branch they are telling manager is not here or busy, they are not connecting to manager. Every time different people attending the call and no action have been taken. The ICICI branch manger, Bangalore where i have now salary account is telling for this problem it has to decided by that branch manager only. I am not getting any response from him. They have taken Rs15000.

                    Active the dormant saving a/c #[protected] immediately & reverse minimum balance charges debited twice 843+843=1686.I have not recd any official intimation from your end that minimum balance to be maintened that amount should be this much for the quarter.

                      This is to request re-investigation of a case related to credit card fraud, which happened in Oct'07, and result of which I came to know about on 05-May-08 when I enquired about the same from ICICI, after a large amount of money (Rs. 50, 934.30) from my saving bank account (with ICICI[protected] was put on lien last week - without even intimating me about the result, and informing me/ getting authorization for deduction from my bank account.


                      It is all because of somebody – who, due to lapses in the security processes at ICICI in handling credit card – first managed to get both communication address and mobile number changed for credit card issued in my name (which was still in my physical possession), to get a loan on my card, which bank informed me about (on the last mobile no.) and I was able to cancel at least that one. Further, he managed to get an add-on card issued on that card – delivered to his address, and then enjoyed shopping on that newly issued add-on card.


                      I came to know that somebody changed my communication address and applied for personal loan on my credit card, when I got a call from ICICI around[protected] and they told me that my personal loan DD for Rs. Four lacs is ready and they were about to dispatch it. I was shocked that I had never applied for personal loan ever. Then I asked for my address, and found that it had been changed, along with the mobile no. I was told about an address of Delhi, while I am resident of Gurgaon and residing here for last 5 years. I was lucky that ICICI bank called on the old cell no. before dispatching the DD.


                      I requested to cancel the DD immediately and also informed ICICI bank to block my credit card account as it was hacked by somebody. I also requested to change my communication address back to the old one and update my cell no. Further I again called customer care on 20-Oct-2007 to cancel all credit cards. The service request id for this request is SR41649048. Then I cut my cards (main card[protected] and another online card which no. ends with 0002) into 4 pieces and dropped into a nearby ICICI ATM. I had also confirmed that my main card got cancelled on 24-Oct-07 from ICICI help line.


                      To my surprise, after some days I received a call from ICICI bank to inform that some transactions happened on add-on credit card on 26-Oct-07, which was issued against my main card. Again I was shocked, as I did not know that that guy even applied for an add-on card and ICICI delivered it to him. Obviously, I denied having done those transactions, as I had no idea about them at all. Then after some days one person from ICICI (From Credit card fraud investigation department.) visited me to get the dispute form filled from my side and sign it. He assured me that it clearly looks credit card fraud case and we will handle it. You should not worry. Later, I got one letter Ref. no. 110807/179393C dated 09-Nov-2007 from ICICI Bank with all transaction details that happened on add on card, along with the Case Ref. No. (SR[protected].

                      After that day, I did not hear anything from ICICI bank – through any medium – phone, email and letter. Suddenly, on 2nd May 2008 – almost 6 months after I received the letter, I got to know that some amount from my savings account was put on lien because of credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (via email, phone call and hard copy letter) after the letter I mentioned just above. Upon knowing this, I enquired with bank immediately, and was advised to contact Credit Card recovery department located at Rohini, Delhi. From there I came to know that the case has been closed after the decision taken by the bank against me, and as the amount was to be recovered from me as per the decision, it has been put on lien from my savings account without even informing me about the same. Moreover, it is a completely one-sided decision, without even enquiring me about all the details.


                      Now, with this mail, I request to re-investigate the case (SR[protected], and particularly look for answers to the following queries from my side:


                      1.

                      When did my credit card communication address and mobile number get changed in Oct-2007?
                      2.

                      Why did not the bank send confirmation of address change to my old address?
                      3.

                      Did credit card department verify required details before actually changing the address?
                      4.

                      When did that fraud guy applied for add on card?
                      5.

                      Did credit card department verify enough details from that guy before actually honoring the request?
                      6.

                      May I know the request id for request of add on card?
                      7.

                      Do you see any photo Id of main card owner when you actually deliver the add-on card? If yes, please let me know the details of Photo id you got when you deliver add-on card no. [protected] (as stated in the letter)?
                      8.

                      Why did not all my credit card been blocked on[protected] after I informed about fraud on my credit card on phone?
                      9.

                      How the add-on card was active, when the main card was cancelled on[protected]. (The transactions on add-on card were done on[protected]
                      10.

                      How am I responsible for transactions made on add on card no. [protected] on[protected] even I request for cancellation again on[protected]?
                      11.

                      Why wasn't I contacted about details regarding the case, during the case investigations at all?
                      12.

                      Why was I not informed about the one sided decision taken by the bank?
                      13.

                      How can credit card department put amount from my saving account on lien for recovery without informing me/ my authorization?


                      I would like to have this case reopened and re investigated at the earliest possible. Also, please remove the lien on my saving's account at the earliest.


                      I request you to please contact ICICI bank and remove lien on my savings account as it is pretty straight forward case of fraud, and as I had got my card cancelled on 20-10-07, I do not have any liability to pay for fraud transactions done on 26-10-07.

                      i also went through such a same situation.. i have a citibank card and got misused in april 2007. an amount of 26000 thousand purchasing done on my card. on my complaint they provisionally reverse the amount but again in september 07 they add the same on my account and told me the card was in my possession only at the time of purchase and the bank has no liability on it.
                      100 times i asked them, the chances of such fraud case and they said nothing.
                      in sept, i accidentally found that, my card was expired in april 07 and i understand that, they have sent a new card and same has go misused. i immediately informed the bank and from that day onwards there is no reply from them. i have started the payment of the disputed amount also as i had a personel loan against the card and if i stop payment, they can charge latepayment fees etc.
                      ultimately i filed a case with banking ombudsman in feb 08 and last week i got a call from citibank as they have received my complaint and apologize for the issues and they are ready to pay back my money. yesterday again they called me and given a settlement offer by returning all my money including interest, latepayment etc. but still i asked them for a compensation of mental tension i went through in last 2 year. they told me they will revert back.

                      This is to inform you that i had received my credit card statement for the month of[protected] my minimum amount due was 3, 780.00 and went to the icici bank to make the payments when i had cash of 4, 000 thats like 1, 000 each i was in the payment counter when i gave him the cash in the cash slip he said cashier said that he/she doesnt have change to give me back so i told him that i dont have change but he/she in the cash counter told me that you can make a payment of 3, 500/ and the remaining 280/ will reflect on your credit card statement for the next month and i did trust him and made the payment and after few days i had called ICICI bank to check my balance on my card they told me that i have any balance of 10, 000 which i can use it and on[protected] i got a call from ICICI in which the female who had callled me told that i have to make the payment i told i havent received the statement yet and my due date ids on july 10 but the female was not worried about my concern she was instiating on my payments of 280 which was due for last month statement i informed her what ever happend and why i did not pay the 280 but she told me that i going to send a representive to colect the cash but i refused it and she used some abuse languages on me and hung up and later on[protected] i not able to use my card in which i had a balance of 1, 200 still left on my card when i call the customer service and informed about it they still tel me make a payment of 5, 000 to get my card activated but i havent received any statement till now in which i had to undergo a very bad situation with the bank .i request some one to take action against this.

                      Same problem as in Sunil. Somebody managed to change my address to a Delhi address, got the phone number updated, requested for a add-on (Bandhan) card and within two days transacted for couple of lakhs. All credit limit gone in two days. Thankfully, the frauds department called me late night on the second day of misuse where I lodged a verbal complaint.

                      As a security measure, I have pulled out money from ICICI and transferred to a newly opened account with another bank. I got the clarification from banking division that if "credit card division knows your bank account number, they can request for blocking your saving bank account".

                      Folks, it is always advisable not to use credit card account with a bank with whom you have a saving account. Had I those many monies in my bank, the cards division would have surely called me after blocking my account.

                      Summary:
                      Without my concern 2 loans were taken from Credit card account in the sum of One Lakh thirty-six thousand and five hundred + Thirty thousand rupees (Total 1, 66500). It was neither issued to me nor transferred to my savings account.

                      Letter in detail:
                      In recent mini-statement taken on my saving account, I found a direct debit was taken on 18/08/08 -Rs. 1750.96. To my surprise I received the Cash in statement on 23/08/08, which had details of the loan. When I called up phone banking, I was told 2 loans were issued under my name. Which was transferred to my saving account. But there was no money on my saving account mentioned above. They have taken my complaint, but refused to give call reference number (quiet disappointing).

                      First Loan was taken dated 27 July 2008
                      Second Loan was taken dated 28 July 2008

                      I was totally disappointed how could anybody give away Rs 1, 66, 500 loan to somebody without any verification on the concerned person.

                      This is Durgesh i have some horrible experience with HSBC Bank. I have a HSBC Classic card no. [protected]and the bank has given me Rs. 49000 credit limit. I got the card on July 2007 and i expenses all the credit money in September 2007 after that i am geniality paying the minimum amount like at least Rs. 2000 one or two months. On December 2007 my card was closed by the bank and collection agencies pressurizing me by mentally and trying to physically. What happen on April 2008 i got a call from HSBC that there is a transaction of Rs. 50000 from my card i am shocked because my card was closed on December 2007 and transaction done on April 2008 i called to customer care and asked him they replied me that your credit limit is increased by bank. I am shocked i told me that my card was already closed on Dec 2007 and also i don’t have a good reputation with bank then how they opened and increase the credit limit they refuse my explanation. After a few months the collection agencies pressurizing me to give all the money and he mentally harassing and wontedly taken cheques from my side and pressurized me to sign and himself they written the amount in that cheques. Now every time they warning me that if i not giving him money they give this case to legal deptt. and then u go to court and give that money in Law. Till i am paying the money by giving at least Rs. 5000 per month please tell me what should i do or should i able to take a legal action against HSBC Bank.

                      I received a call from an agent of ICICI Lombard, and furnished the details of insurance plan, in which i was not interested. I was asked to say "YES" to an atomated call,
                      i was not clear enough in doing that so i said yes.Sum of 10, 000 is dedected for this insurance plan, it is really frustrating that they have dedected money from credit card without my concern.

                      And also your executive told me very clearly like "You can pay the amount whenever you want i.e after 6 or 12 months down the line but now i am getting my credit card statement with ICICI Lombard on EMI basis.
                      I spoke to concern executives regarding this kind of misguidance. ICICI Lombard and ICICI Credit Card division executives gave me false information and sold the product to achieve their target. When I tried to convey my problems regarding this issue to your executives they said very coolly "yes the agent would have given wrong information for that we can not take action against him". they said if you want you can file a complaint. I really surprised to see this kind of big banking sector making fool the customers.
                      I wondered how you guys thinking about the customer... Are we fool ? your executive saying that he knows how to collect the money from the customer...

                      I Rakesh Ranjan Praad, did not receive any card of ([protected]) and there was insurance on that card. I given the request for cancellation then assurance was given to are that insurance will be cancelled. Insurance was cancelled but cancellation charge 900/- was laved on my card A/c. Several reminders in customer care cancellation charged didn’t reversed. Then after I stopped making payment. Around 6 month I didn’t make payment. In spite of these charge didn’t reverse. I was out of Delhi for few months when I come back I received a letter. I went to S.D Tower on 13 the Aug. 08 and visited to settlement Dept. As per the settlement department statement the settlement will be done on 22000/- rupees. In 3 installment. I agreed. As per settlement dept., Executive will visit and he will give you no due certificate and he will collect the claque. But no bodey visited. On 14th Aug. I received on SMS that 15322/- is debited for you’re A/c. Once again I visited your office (S-D. Tower Rohni) on 18th Aug. 08. I met with Devansu, he has taken my card number given me assurance that every thing will be done. several time I contacted him I didn’t get any positive result. Once again I talked to customer care and one mobile no. given to me. I talked on that number Mr. Rakesh his picked up phone. Mr. Rakesh told me to talk to Mr. Devansu. Again I talked to Mr. Devansu on 23rd Aug., Devansu told me case is forwarded to backend and your have to talk to customer care. Again I talked to customer care and request for Settlement and told within 7 days your settlement will be done. Several time I made calls in customer care but repeated answer was there within 7 days settlement will be done. On 19th Sept. I receive a call from your recovery department and I told my problem then he was transferee Call Mumbai and told same body then after once again settlement request has been taken once again on 24 Sept. I visited to your settlement dept., and your settlement dept. told me nothing can be done only you will get 1% rebet.
                      I would like to know, if your have to done so, you should have to fell me very first day. That once amount is debated form you’re A/c. we can’t do any thing. If it would be intivited we earlier than I approached for settlement of rest amount (1154/-). Why I will pay interest on which card, which I did not receive yet?...
                      I want resolution from your site. And who is responsible for mental as well as physical harassment.???????

                      I had a ICICI credit card, and i made a settlemet and still i get emails staying that i need to pay 54000, which is ridiculous, this happened in 2006 and still its continuing and i am unable to take any loans, coz they have added my name in cibil. i would like someone to help me out.

                      ICICI Bank — Lien On SB Account with out intimation

                      I am saving account holder with ICICI Bank Defence Colony Branch, New Delhi bearing Account No. [protected]. I have two personal loans also with ICICi bank. I have opted ECS mode for refund of the loans. Due to some financial crisis some of my EMI's were returned unpaid. Later I have cleared all the EMI's.

                      In the month of February I have deposited the money for clearance of the EMI's of my two loans. In the meantime Bank has imposed lien on my SB account for Rs.1704/- and due to this reason ECS of the One Loan has returned. Now they are asking for the same with bouncing charges. This is happened due to the mistake of the bank who has imposed lien on my account.

                      I have visited their regional office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi for sorting out the matter. But unfortunately they also has not answarable for my queries and informed me that the lien was imposed from their Bombay office, and they only can withdraw the same.

                      Now, I am affraid they will ask for bouncing charges and late payment charges for the pending amount, which caused due to this lien

                      ICICI Credit Card — Lien on Saving Account for Credit Card which was never received

                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      On accessing my ICICI savings bank account[protected] on 30.01.09, I found a negative balance of Rs. 37, 903.93. I, enquired through Customer Care ICICI Bank, managed to get the ICICI credit card number through which transaction of Rs. 37903.93 was made[protected] – ICICI Amex card). I was informed that there was an outstanding on this card account overdue for the past many months and I have not replied/take action over the correspondence received from ICICI.

                      I advised him that I have never ever received the above card number at my residence. Moreover, this card was received by Mrs. Madhu (my so called wife) (ID P[protected]. The card was delivered at a wrong address (Inder Puri) and not at my residential address (A-16/A Krishna Park Khanpur Devli Road ND62) which is also updated in the card. My call was then transferred to Settlement Department & the lady executive after interrogating me advised to send an email to ICICI for taking corrective action on the above.

                      I visited ICICI Bank Branch in Rohini but of no help as they instead asked to speak with ICICI Bank Customer Care. Mr. Sourav Ganguly, however said that he will look into the matter. After 20 days I tried to contact him but failed as the number provided were left unattended.

                      I have sent another complaint letter to Mr. B. Madhivanan, Senior General Manager, Service Quality on 8th May 09 requesting for documents which prove that the card is delivered and used by me (i.e. Proof of Delivery / Charge Slip duly signed by me) but till date I have not received any response.

                      I have been using ICICI & ABN Amro Credit Card (for the past five years) and have never defaulted. If required, I will produce a statement for the same. I would request that the so called Lien be removed from my account & steps be taken to get hold of the person who has been using the card in my name

                      Is there a way we can get help on these matters.

                      same happened with me, as i've been sending emails to ICICI Bank People for settlement of my credit card and no one contact me, they not contact me, after some time they have blocked my saving account.
                      i am holding a card and SB account. and i am out of station and not able to pay my Credit card and i came last week. ICICI employee has made a mistake and someone's cheque got deposited in my account and bounced.
                      The ICICI have barred my account and taken Rs. 36, 000/- from my account, without informing the same in the third month. As per the rule they have to inform and only after the sixth month they have top freeze the account.

                      Some collection agents from ICICI has came and promised to activate the account by paying Rs. 17, 000/- and i have paid.

                      Still now it is not activated. When we are calling the representative, who got the money from me is loughing and they are not taking the Phones.

                      I was cleverly cheated by the ICICI and planing to file a complaint for harassment and want to know the right person to talk about this issue.

                      ICICI Bank Credit Card — After making the payment they are not removing the lien of my saving account

                      ICICI Bank is a worst bank. I was holding ICICI Bank Credit Card. I was not able to make card payments on time, so they brought the credit card out standing amount to my saving account as negative balance.

                      After talking to the collection department ICICI Bank Credit Card, I agreed to settle and close my out standing amount. As per agreement I payed the complete amount in one go. Now its more than four weeks but they have not removed that liened ( credit card out standing amount) from my saving account.

                      Five times i spoke to customer care and Four mails i had sent to them so for no response. you know what type of pain i will be going through as my salary account is blocked and they are not removing even after settling the amount.

                      This bank works for only who are fraud and not for good people. They give credit cards to everyone in India, even to a begger. These people done pay back their dues. Any way they will not be able to trace them, so they find people like us to get the money rectified.

                      I had a card which was not in use for the past 1 yr and there was a due of 1000 Rs which i was in Oct 2008. I cleared the Due and asked them to close the card, instead they started charging me late payment fee and other charges. This month today they deducted the total amount of 7400 from my savings bank account. I have never given any instructions about my savings bank account to cerdit cards. But even then they are able to deduct the amount without my knowledge.

                      Any one help me if i can file a case on ICICI in consumer court on this issue.

                      Yesterday i was using icici ATM card in ICICI ATM at ambala city.Transection was unable to process due to atm not working ( not indicating the status on ATM), in this case how the transection proceed up to that step where we put the amount.Means i entered the amount after that ATM says unable to proceed.

                      I have paid RS 18, 000 as settlement amount and the bank informed the card will remove from the CIBIL status on the next update of CIBIL ( within 30 to 45 days).Still now CIBIL is not removed and i am not able to go for any loans.

                        I have taken Loan from my ICICI Bank Credit Card for an maount of Rs. 21000 on 27/06/2006, but not utilized due to personal problem and the same amount of Rs. 21000.00 was returned on 04/11/2006.
                        During this period i have not paid the EMI Amount, since was out of station on employment.
                        The amount actually due to bank from me is the 4 mths Interest + penalty for non payment of EMI, but they have sent statement for Rs. 4460.06 on 21/11/2006, which was not agreed to me.

                        The dispute starts, now i have called the banker on 06.05.08 and settled the same for Rs. 2500.00 as full & final settlement.

                        So humbly request your goodself to remove my name & my personal details, if any, in the black list.

                        ICICI Bank — remove Name From CIBIL and Close Account in ICICI Credit Card

                        Respected Sir,
                        I have applied for HOME LOAN in State Bank of India, Hingne (Khurd) Branch at Sinhgad road, Pune. I have provided all necessary documents required for sanctioning the loan but return my file on 15.01.2011 by mentioning to provide the credit card overdue statement with explanation.

                        I had two credit card of ICICI bank having the Credit Card no. is [protected] and second card no. is [protected] are belongs to the SINGLE credit card account. I have Pay my outstanding on regular basis. The e-mail is attached for detail information on dated Feb 26, 2008.

                        ICICI bank anonymously issued two policy of ICICI Lombard General Insurance one to me and second on my mother without my knowledge. The policy amount had been deducted TWICE in every month. I didn’t receive any document about policy and never signed any document related to same. The outstanding amount shows the only the policy amount that I’ve been never accepted.

                        I have enquired many times about my policy to ICICI bank, I’d never get any satisfactory reply from them. I had mail to ICICI about this matter but there is no response. So, I can’t pay the amount of General Insurance Policy which is not accepted. I attached the e-mail regarding cancellation of policy and clearing the outstanding with this application for your information.

                        There are so many such cases of ICICI Bank for providing wrong information and earn Lacs of rupees from the customers in wrong way. I am aware from such matter and can’t pay the General Insurance Policy amount.

                        I expect that you also know such matter of ICICI bank. So please do the needful.

                          I was having a Credit Card# [protected], for which there were some issues about the settlement. It all happened in year 2007 when I was told that my credit card principle outstanding (after reducing the interest and service charges were around 25, 000 and I need to pay Rs 20, 000 in one installment to clear off the dues. The call was given by Mr. Pawan from Jhandewalan ext Branch. He gave me details of my account as till then I spent around 45, 000 from credit card and made payments of 30, 000 towards the card since it was issued. Rest of charges was only interest and service charges. I was eager to remove and close this card account so I made payment by Cheque# 124837and requested a settlement letter. However the letter was not issued. I destroyed the card and thought that the account was closed.

                          But, again I got call from ICICI bank, this time from Rohini branch, and they said that there was a nominal amount due of Rs 5180, I need to pay that. I again paid that amount, hoping this time it will be closed.

                          On 8th of May, 2007 when I checked my ICICI salary account#628******060 was leaned by Rs -65, 702 and the available balance in my account was became negative. It happened without any information, or intimation given.

                          When I called customer care, they said it was because of the above mentioned credit card# the account was negative and I need to again settle the credit card. To discuss about the settlement, they called me to their Rohini Branch (Sector 8, SD Tower). I was in high fever, still I went because I was in extreme tension, and I was unable to decide what to do after this shock. After going there and discussion the issue with people (Mr Raman, Mr Krishna Kumar) in credit card, I was told that I need to pay atleast Rs 45, 000. They said that the entire amount I paid was only interest on the amount I spent with card. The principle was still due and I need to pay that.

                          Now I am really hopeless, I don’t have any money with me, bank account is frozen, don’t know what to do with this credit card balance, and the false commitment from ICICI people. The ICICI bank, these people who can’t understand people’s problems and play with them for their incentives, and Mr Kamath, I really wish you should find yourself in same position in which I am right now.

                          iam a credit card holder of icici bank([protected]) but due to some problem iam not able paid the dues from march 2008.On 18/11/2008 i got a letter from court regarding the full sattelment through lok adalat i went their and agree to pay 36000/- in four installement.Iam also have a saving account holder in this bank number[protected] due to non payment of due it is blocked. but me and icici mutullay agree to debit 1st installent of Rs 15000/- from my account but unfortunately it is not debited till date iam following icici executive Mr. Vikram ([protected])from last 15 days but he is neither picking his phone nor debited money from my account. i already gave him the singned athourity letter to him for 1 st installent debiting. In april iam going out of country for two year before going i want to clear all the dues .pls pls pls help me because i dont know what to do in this situation whom to contact.                           this ICICI bankers are all lieying and threatening fellows. thwy always gives u the false comitments and use the gunda/rowdies to collect their money. so, it's better to approach the issues the legally thru courts against them

                            I had invested in ICICI Fixed Maturity Plan which had a one year term. I invested Rs.20000 in Mar'07. As per the ICICIDirect Mutual Fund's Order Book the entire units that were purchased under this was redeemed on Apr 2nd, 2008. The date of credit of the money was mentioned as Apr 15th, 2008. I waited for a week and raised the issue with a Customer Service executive. Though she promised to raise complaint for this, she didnt. I waited for 2 more days and walked into the icicidirect branch at Little Mount. There one Mr.Lijo took up the complaint. He asked for certain printouts which was given to him. Its been more than 2 weeks after all this. Still I dont have an idea where the money is. It has not come to my account yet. And I have not got proper response from Lijo and his branch manager Ms.Munira. I needed the money very urgently.

                            Hi Dear,

                            I put some redemption request through icicidirect against my M[censored]nit holdings on[protected] and the money was supposed to be credited to my savings account on 1st of oct-2009.But still I am seeing that all money is not credited. online Payout date was 01/10/09

                            I am still waiting to receive an amount of more than 65000 for the below three redeemption requests made on 24th of SEp-2009,

                            01-Oct-2009 KOTAK MAHINDRA MUTUAL FUND KOTAK OPPORTUNITIES-GROWTH Pay-Out Redemption 21, 636.04

                            Plz help me..Icicibank is not helping at all.
                            Icicibank people are not helping and have given just one Service request i.e SR[protected] and have asked me to wait upto 21st OCT...Its a long time for the addressal of such a high priority issue.

                            i surrender my mutual fund in 12th sep-09,and in that time co. say me money will be credit in your a/c directly within 5 working days.but when till 22nd money not credit...than i contact with same dept. they say me your a/c no is not legal.so further in same day i give him another cheque for further update.after that day they again say me money will credit in 5 working day.and from that day till date i m taking continue followup but money not credit till diwali.
                            so who is responsible for my bad diwali.at that time when i need money i not get.so what compensation will be charge from company and who ll do it all on my behalf.i am totally frustrated due to all this process.daily telecall for bank..mutural fund office in pune.from every where i m totally disappointed customer of tata mutural fund.please help me out from this matter.i want my surrender value with till date and with compensation.

                              With regard to the above loan, following were the cheatings done by the dsa of icici bank and the icici bank officials have ignored all of them and mr. bharat chauhan from icici bank and Preeti Mansotra who was investigating the matter have come to conclusion that the dealer was right and we were chor...so i hereby request honest staff if any in the bank to reinvestigate the matter and cancel license of big deal and sk auto plaza...revert the loan amount...period...and pay compensation...kindly check following simple mistakes..these guys think they are professional chors...thik se chori karna bhi nahi aata...

                              (1) on the Credit facility application form, reference no. 675382...the complete application was filled by mr. nilesh who is managing big deal auto and sk auto plaza also...he took my signatures on blank form and when i asked him to let me fill..he told me not to worry, he will fill it perfectly..and he filled the loan amount extra and loan tenure also more..as more commission comes i[censored] take a bike loan for 36 months...

                              (2) i aksed icici bank so many times to give me my loan statement, but the same has not been given after lots of mail. so that i can know the bifurcation...so my procedure of action was more delayed...a good excuse and defence for you to avoid claim..right...The banks procedure of sanctioning loan is not proper..they are not counter checking with the customer by confirming the loan amount and tenure...they are directly accepting what dealer is giving to them...so they are favoring the dealer so much so that they can really enjoy people hardly earned money..

                              (3) Kindly ask ur dealer on which date the r.c, book was handed over to me...he has only given me service book and not r.c.book...and i[censored] check with honesty and simple eyes...it is clearly modified...

                              (4) R.C.Book records is not having my signatures...it is having signature of some mr. ankush..who is he?..in case, in case i have given authority to receive my r.c.book on behalf of myself. then the dealer must be having record of the same.ie. of authority letter. as per indian law, u cant give property of one person to another without any legal authority letter...kindly tell ur honest dealer to give that one... have the bank officials tried to check the r.c.book..if yes, so what was found by them...i think 500rs...which sk auto plaza must have given to abhishek and vinay...who are in icici bank but doing work of big deal...as being told to me...having good setting so dont worry...even i[censored] are lawyer which is in black list..we will get bike loan for u...nice settings...right...i will give u more money to speak truth and follow it i[censored] want...as honestly u wont work...and wont also allow others to work...

                              (5) Dealer has still not given me receipts of down payments which i have made..except a receicp of rs. 4300/-...kindly explain..do bank check how much payment is made by the customer and the receipts issued to him...

                              (6) On quotation the bike value is 40, 000 and in records it is of 41928...kindly explain..in short period i guess the bike value increased right...i have copy of the quotation also which was issued in ur dealers hand writing...

                              (7) how icici bank has not confirmed with me about the loan amount when it was sanctioned...mistake in your system..no counter check procedure...wow gr8 managing skills..and gr8 company policies...how u call urself a big bank...system has been made so that customer can suffer and dealer can enjoy and u can also enjoy hidden charges...

                              (8) i have not given any letter of hsbc for the purpose of ecs...kindly show me the copy of the letter on which my sign will be there...the dealer told me not to worry he will adjust everything...kindly explain...the copy of the ecs which bank has sent me..is not having signs from my bank officials...icici bank officials seems to be blind in seeing their negligence...openly making mistakes and openly ignoring them..

                              (9) whatever amount is written by dealer, the same is granted by icici bank without any cross verification..right...arey yaar this guy knows our complete procedure...

                              (10) mr. bharat chauhan and preeti mansotra ur officers has sent me a mail stating that the extra amount has been given back to me...kindly show the proof of the same...any receipt which i may have given...and any document which shows that my claim is settled...even bank officials have cheked the matter so deeply...have they really checked whether ur honest agent dealer has returned the money alongwith the interest rates...answer is no...so intelligent bank officers... kindly show this intelligence only to your wife..whom u can dominate and relatives to whom u have been saying i work in icici...u are really worth of working in icici bank...


                              So as per the code of conduct and committments given by icici bank they are honest bank...and their dsas are also honest..kindly prove..i[censored] prove me wrong..i will surrender the bike and will pay full loan also..and i am not of double words...i do what i say..not like dealer ..for 2000 will do so much of jhol...a really big deal for him of life...life of suck plaza...

                              Kindly reply as soon as possible...as i want to sell this bike and dont want to take any loan ever from icici bank and ur honest dsa...so i need r.c.book and all receipts and documents...and my balance amount after adjusting all the loan charges...

                              The guy who has written the above is known for his atrocities and money laundering activities, he lends money with out a license and which is a non cognisable offense as per Bombay Money-lenders Act of 1946. We have already formed a group of people who have collected substantial evidences which includes emails / written transcripts, phone recordings and human evidences to file a sue petition against him, we are just waiting for a red flag from our lawyer.

                              If the comment of Buthcrease Barthelomew is against the dealer than it is fine.. but if the comment is against me then kindly first prove it, and instead of creating a dummy id.. come face to face.. with legal documents... Writing the acts and their real application in the real life is a very big thing...

                              Dishonest and people running after taking money only can write all this lines.. they take shelter of law to prove their cowardness...

                              Instead of speaking about all this, , more focus should be on repayment of money taken... all this type of tricks come back in diseases and a poor life..

                                I opend SB A/c with this branch in 2005. I lost my ATM card and all documents when I met an accident in 2006 which drove me to two months bed rest. From that time I am not aware of this account as i had not remembered. Recently I came to know that they are sending statement to my village address. I mentioned in the application that i am staying in Chandanagar, they also enquired at that address before opening the account.

                                They sent me a debit note for around Rs.8500/- When i went to the branch on[protected] for closing the account, they advised me to pay Rs.9542/- and close the account.

                                Is it necessary to pay that much amount?? As per my knowledge RBI has given permission to collect Rs.20/- per month as operating charges to banks.

                                Please advise
                                Debited Rs. 1000/- through ATM.
                                My A/c no[protected] has been debited with the sum of Rs.1000/- ( One thousand ruppes ) 0n 19th of Oct 2009, The cash could not be withdrawan from the machine at the ICICI ATM outlet at IBSL Madhapur.
                                I have wrote a application to the Branch (ICICI Banjara Hills Road No. 12) but they are of No help . they only provided with customer care no.[protected], which also has nothing to do with my plea.
                                Therefor I would like to request you to take the Necessary steps for the credit of Rs1000/-(one thousand ) on my above given account number.

                                  I have been suffering from this ICICI Bank System, neither they are resolving my issue and their DSA has been calling me again and again and insisting me to pay for that amount which i haven't used.

                                  JEWELLERS, New Delhi using this card, but unfortunately the Swipe machine
                                  was not able to print a transaction receipt at that time and the merchant told
                                  me that he will not claim this transaction because he is not having any proof,
                                  but in my current statement generated on 18th February 2008 I can see that
                                  ICICI bank has billed me that amount of 25450/-, which I not used. I also called
                                  customer care and they gave me its TRANSACTION ID 723822 and Complaint
                                  Number: SR56579370 and they told me to write a letter and fax to you at 022-
                                  66466683, with my concern.

                                  it is better to close a/c .customer care dept is very bad and they donot even try to understand the complaint.now they are following new method to cheat by not giving service request number so complaint is not taken to next stage.some action is required to be taken by RBI

                                    I have applied for credit card in the first week of feb, 08. But so far i have not received the same nor has been deliverd to my address mentioned in the application form. But in the 2nd week of march, 08 i got call from icici credit card division for making the payment of rs.1, 80, 000.00 towards the purchase against credit card.When i asked them where the card has been delivered. Firstly they told me somewhere in thane and 2nd time after 15 days they told me that the card has been delivered to borivali address. The above both address are not maching with my original address for which i have submitted telephone bill along with application as proof of address. Based on the threating call from icici credit card division i lodged police complain at koper khairane police station, navi bumbai(Where i am staying). Yesterday i.E on 08.05.2008 morning one mr.Deepak from icici bank, rcv dept. J.B. Nagar, andheri office came to me and shown me the forged document such as pan card, which is totally different than the original.

                                    Since the card has been delivered to the forged persons address, on the bassis of the above mentioned forged pan card the sum of rs.2, 82, 467.00 worth of purchases/ cash withdrawal has been made for which i am no where concern.

                                    My plea is as a matter of fact the whole episode is because of the negligence of the credit card division icici bank and i must not be further harrased by the icici bank.
