[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Complaint against Non-Activation of ICICI Bank Account No.[protected]

I submitted Account Opening Form in ICICI Bank, Shalimar Bagh Branch, New Delhi on 30.08.2008 regarding Zero-Balance Savings Account to be linked to my Demat Account held with DP-Religare Securities Limited. I was handed a Welcome kit containing ATM Card, Cheque Book etc. with the assurance the same will get activated in 3-4 days time.
I am following the branch and customer care for the same for last 10-15 days. In this regard, Customer Care advises to contact branch while branch executives daily gives the assurance to wait for one more day and the same will get activated. Nothing has changed for the last 10-15 days and I am feeling helpless and bearing losses as I am unable to trade. I am very much mentally disturbed by the poor services of ICICI Bank and false assurance given by their executives. May I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard at the earliest?

ICICI Savings account — Very Very Poor Service of Banking.

Hi
I opened up a Savings A/c with ICICI bank to operate my Demat A/c
When i opened up the Account the Banking Executives promised me that the A/c which i am signing up would be a 0 Balance A/c
Which was a lie from the bank executive
Now the A/c has some minimum balance which has to be maintaned. Now when ever i deposit cash with the bank a minimun of 150.00 Rs INR Gets debitted

Now this month April a Maximum of 800.00 Rs has been debited
Also i have E.mailed ICICI Bank about the same
If i would not hear from them i would file an complaint with the Banking Ombudsman

Note: Please be aware when you open any relationship with ICICI bank
Because you never know what happens after opening the a/c

ICICI Bank — Credit card activation required

I ahd very very bad & unaccpecteable experince with the ICICI bank. The bank has deacivated my credit card for non payments of some amount. After talking to the bank officals, they has finlzed the setelment amount & i have already paid this amount of Rs.45, 500 in two parts but still the bank hasn't activated my card till date, more importantly the bank has deducted Rs.11500 form my account after reciving the amount with the best known reasons to the bank & when i enquired about these deduction the bank officals has no answer or reply. This is not accpectable on the part of the bank which is supposed to be on e of the top banking orgainzations in India.

ICICI — account not activated

I've opened Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] opened at Kottayam Main Branch on 31/03/2008. It didn't activated yet. Please let me the status of the account. I already got welcome kit on 31/03/2008.

ICICI — Account open

I had applied for saving and demat account with ICICI bank in may 2008. I have give all documents required. But by mistake of bank agent my address was wrong update in bank record. when i raise the complain to home branch in "BHARUCH -Gujarat". They reply that call customer care and give address change application. Application for address change was submited in 22 june 2008. As per home branch officer my address is changed in system. But still today i havn't received any documents related to my account. And when i am requesting for documents. Band is replying that my documents are sent to old/wrong address. After 5 months still condition is same.
I am vela i given request for Net Id 7password, last week 19.9.2008 still now no action pl take care,

ICICI Bank — not activation of salary account from last one month

ICICI Bank Ltd — Poor Services of ATM

In our area there is 2 atm of ICICI bank.Which always in dead position.when we contact to customer care regarding this they says the problem is resolve within next 24 hrs but 24 days it is not resolve
my savings debit card is not been activated yet.that is my salary account with colwell and salmon..i opened accont on 19/12/2008
when it will going to activate plz let me know as soon as possible

I have opened A/c no.[protected] saving a/c there was wrong address entry in systems so I could not recd my ATM card and cheque book till 20th november. After many follow up with R.N.Mukharjee Road Branch I recd my cheque book and ATM card on 21.11.08 and also requested for address change with sufficient documents. When I visited branch office on 4.12.08 for activation of card found no address change was made.and also there is problem through call center(help line )no for activation of card. I have not recd. my pin no also. Please look into the matter.

i have submit my salary account application. 4 month have been passed but even though my account is not activated.the reason was they need specimen signature of authorized signatory of company which are having icici bank salary accounts relationship with icici bank limited, i had send the signed document to the mind space malad branch (mumbai) but they does not accept that form as they said that the executive who was handling my case had left from the job, i was very disappoint by hearing such kind of excuse, that mean we have no surerity for our misuse of documents, i request the icici bank to take an action or please return my documents, before i take any kind of action, even though i had got the banking kit.please do the need ful as soon as possible.

As per your guide lines for "make payment through online or Cheque to avoid this charges to avoid 100 Rs charge".



1. When i take my Credit card no one executive (ICICI Bank) to explain me T&C of Credit Card.

2. As u gives the details in your previous mail for Reversal 100 and 12.36 in my November statement but same is charge in my December month bill. Why?

3. As your previous mail you have not clear the same for make payment by Cheque to avoid 100 Rs charge.



In this condition I am very irritated for debit any amount as you like in my statement without give any prior intimation.



I am not satisfied with this type of your service, regarding my Future I decide for trust on ICIC BANK.



Again I request to u for look in to this matter and give me favorable help.

I opened Account bearing Three in One Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Guntur Lakshmipuram Branch. I received Cheque Book, ATM Card (VISA Debit Card) with Pin Number. My ATM Card No.[protected]. I am doing my day to day transaction with my account. But my ATM pin number is not activated till today. I made request to Lakshmipuram Bank Authorities, Guntur, requesting the to activate my ATM Pin number, but in vain. Hence I request the authorities to take proper steps to activate my ATM pin number immediately. Details are as follows :

I have given PDC ch. no. 313338 dt:[protected]. The issuer submitted ch. on 4th Feb. ICICI rejected and put a penatlty of 56Rs.

icici bank is very poor internet banking service right ID and PASSWORD they are not excep.and costomercare staff are drinker after 7 or 8 calls they give only half reply
iam having icici cards and also have personnel loan with icici. I want to share a surprise thing how the icici peoples swallow customers money.The last date of payment never come on working days.mostly on sundays.so that no one cake payment on that day.the bank will simply collect Rs 600-800 as penalty next day. Isn't that much interesting?
I have withdrawn amount using SBI atm but i did'nt received the amount but my balance has been deducted from my account. What should i do ?
