I am a ICICI bank credit card customer from past 4 year, I had a very bad experience and really frustrated by the way they cheated me from past 6 month, The will put a interest + late payment charges even for 10 rupees pending from the customer, but in case if we need to get something from icici they will never care about that, we cant expect any interest+late payment charges or anything for any if we need to get soemthing...

I am employee of ICICI Bank and has taken personal loan at subsidized rate of 2.5%.
As per the loan agreement if an employee leaves the organisation before completing 3 years of his services he has to pay the interest @ 8% instead of 2.5%.

My ICICI Bank Account is debited with Rs.56 with description as Sign verification Charges.
when contacted with Customer Care, ICICI Bank officer said that these charges were charged from Chinchwad branch for loan application sign verification, Even though i have not applied for any loan with this Bank.
ICICI is doing this kind of Business with huge number of Customer base.
