I Apply for my ICICI Credit card last one year and dont know still they not cancel it. and I m not in India last nearly 2yr so no need to keep using it than even they send me card charge apx 150Rs. every 3months. unfortunatlly that direct debit from my account so I am helpless and again and again requast to cancel my card. Non receipt of Transaction password

I had applied for transaction password with ICICI on 17/8/08 vide ref no. sr76479425 but till date i have not recd. it inspite of repeated request with customer care.

On my ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] there was a credit balance of over Rs. 2500.00 and on withdrawal of Rs. 2000 & Rs. 500 on different datesduring July 2008, charges of Rs. 300 for each transtion plus service tax was imposed.
