[Resolved]  Imint Rewards + ICICI Credit Card — False promises and cheating

i have lost my i-mint card 2 years back and not received a new one. I dont know how many my total points and dont know how to redeem it, imint site is a sick site and never gets open where as other site from the same network open fast ! kindly send my i-mint card and my reward points.Now I request you sir, pl. send my card and I want to redeem all points. Pl. help me to get. My cell no [protected]

Yes. ICICI is big fraud bank. I could not believe that Mr. Kamath who is Chairman of the Bank, who has great name in the business world has done this stupid thing. I think he only thinks for bank but not for the people who are depositing their money in his bank or the peoples who are using their debit/credit card. The imint is just looting the credit card holders. I give you one example. To get a Rs.300/- pen drive you have to spend Rs.1, 25, 000/- by credit card which give you 1250 points. So imint and ICICI are thinks that peoples are so fool. Yes Mr. Kamath please answer.

Even i do agree with the kind of work iMINT is doing .. i requested for a new card and have not received it till date its been like 18 days, i tried customer care of iMINT around 18-20 times and succeeded on 3 occasions [rest of the time call is getting diverted to auto recorded message], in 3rd call the customer care executive is telling me that its my fault that i am contacting then and that's why i am not receiving the card..and i am seriously not able to map this link and relation ...

It is a open fraud being committed by ICICIBANK. I redeemed around 3000 of my points for bed linen, the item received was of poor quality and in first all colour was across the bed sheets. Repeated complaints to both ICICI and Imint did not yield any positive response

YES I AM TRING TO LOGIN TO IMINT BUT AILED

Refer my complaint here on 05 Jul 11, I was surprised to receive the call fro I-Mint on same day, asking for details of the product redeemed. They asked me to return the bed linen for investigation. The call was followed up on email too. I promptly returned the bed linen to Bangalore office. After 2 days I received a call from I-Mint/Payback that they will re-imburse the points back within 8 to 10 days.

seems like there is some positive change in I-mint after it has become PAYBACK

Hi ! I am a ICICI Credit card holder since past 10 years.

I have never, so far, been able to take any advantage of reward points.

ICICI have transfered all reward points as imint points. Ihavenever been able to register at imint.Now I learn that imint has become payback.

Will any one inform me how I can use my reward points ??

I am CA Sanjay Devadiya from Ahmedabad. I have been using my icici bank credit cards since last 8 years. I have accumulated my reward points since than, and suddenly icici has transferred my reward points to unknown company imint. I have tried so many times for redemption but imint not tracebale on phone or web. this is fraud by icici bank. the customer care also not giving any proper response. So friend be careful, dont trust ICICI bank.

I have lost almost my 5000 points... This is we can say " Chor bank - ICICI bank"

I too agree with your claim. When u do not pay your dues ICICI bank repeatedly call you for payment until u pay with late fee payment. Secondly i tried to call customer care which is always busy and the no.41718000 is not in use and they du not care to update it. Regarding I mint i have 3565 points nothing is going to workout. Now ICICI bank is becoming a rougue bank. I was loyal to them for the last 12 plus years. Now i would like to discontinue it from this date. They just wash their hands when querry arises regarding i mint. Now banking sector is also becoming swindlers. when u have money buy it or buy it from debit card that is safe. Gokul

U can redeem ur points online, or better go to Big Bazaar / ezone / hometown / shoppers stop / brand factory etc. (for details see website). Get a 250rs coupon for every 1000 point. Purchase any item of your choice and give that coupon against same amount of money.

I close all my Demat account in 2013. I writtenly submitted all documents in Hyderabad bank but still they deduct my money. -W a Juffa bank
