sir,I booking my cylinder on[protected] in sapna indane gas agency, jaynagar,bihar,pin coad-847226 .My consumer no is 731,consumer name-hari kumar nayak but the related gas agency does not provide cylinder for me.so i request to you, please take the quick action for related gas agency and provide a cylinder for me as soon.

Hari on gas agency — Not deliver lpg gas

Hi, I am Varun Joshi. I am a Indian Oil corpartion customer at Hari Om Gas agency at Vadodara.
Recently Hari om gas agency's officials has been caught by doing some fraud. They are doing these activities since years, so, Hari om gas agencies licence has been suspended for 3 months by IOC and they have moved the agency at Narayan gas agency, Jaljyoti app,nr boys hostel new sama road, Vadodara.
I have booked a unit of lpg gas on 10 days before at hari om gas agency, but due to transfer of agencies i could not got the lpg unit, now i have approached Narayan gas agency they are not responding and they are not ready give me the unit of lpg as i have booked earlier, and on top of that they are saying that they have delivered the unit to other, and they asked me to book the unit after 20 days.
so, i want very strict action on them.

indane gas from Nationtional gas agency, K.R.puram, Hassan these people not properly distributing the gas these people & auto drivers mingle in illegal supply of gas these agency not supplied the gas to our from three months.

    I,Mrs. Tarak Bala Ghosh aged 60 had taken a Indane Gas connection under consumer no. SG 10143. I had taken this gas connection(double-cylinder facility) from Consumers' society, Court Compound, Burdwan, W.B.(phone no.[protected]. I live in Municipal area and within 1.5 KM from our Dealers' point. We book for new gas cylinder usually but the cylinder is not delivered in schedule course of time. We contact over phone after 30 days of booking but they do not bother us. They run this system since 3 years.
    Presently I book a Gas cylinder on 25.01.2012. But till today cylinder is not delivered. I made phone calls 4 times. Not only that ,I physically came to Dealers' office twice and met the concerned porson in office and requested him to deliver my cylinder as I came to know that they are giving cylinders after breaking my serial no. When I request them to let me know that when I will get my cylinder, then they do not give my any specified answer. Being a SENIOR CITIZEN and a accute diabetic patient, it is very difficult for me to go to office relularly to your office. This type of behaviour is converting me in to 'mental patient.' I am feeling insecure . My constitutional fundamental right'Right to live' is now at a stake.
    Please save me.

      i m a customer of r.n.b udyog gate no 15 purani kankarbagh sap code 177166 and my consumer no is 13482 named krishna kumar singh. i booked my gas on 27.02.12 having sl no 255597 through my mobile no [protected] and got confirmation that gas has been delivered.but on ground i did not got any refilled cylinder till date. icannot understand where these cylinder goes and this is not only first time this is a regular practice of malfunctioning.

      Sir,
      I am customer of Reshmi Gas Agency of Indane in Nagpur vide number RG 17519. I booked for refill on 29th October and I was promised that the gas will be delivered in 5 days time. After five days I am every day repeatedly asking for gas and even on festivals such as Dewali I did not get gas refill. Now they are asking me to collect the cylinder from their godown if it is available. On enquiry they keep on saying that the truck has not arrived or the delivery man is on leave. I have contacted the manager of Reshmi Gas Agency who is giving vague answers and keep on promising next day delivery. Plesase let me know what I should do ?

      I had booked gas on 12.02.08 . My booking no. is 2378. .Till today night i.e.03.03.08 cylinder is not delivered to me. from last seven days I am going to the office of M/s Lingraj gas and daily twice enquiring over the phone regarding status of my booking. They are replying daily from last thursday that receipt allready made on 27.02.08 and it will be delivered within one hour. Please do the needful and please enquire the reason of delay.

      I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no 15775 and have been registed with Dwarka gas Agency delhi (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . I booked a gas at 25 August, but yet they did not delivered my gas.       First of all there phones are always engaged which i kept on trying 5-15 Febrary, I paid a personal visit on 16 feb which they refused to entertain saying it is lunch time . On feb 17 I again booked it on phone,

      But till today ( 6th March ) I have not recieved the cylinder. For the last ten days whnever i ring them, they say i would recive the gas by the same day, which has not happened so far.

      I doubt there is foul play involved with the agency because I insist on weighing the cylinder before taking delivery, so none of the delivery boy wants to come. Meanwhile they are selling gas in black to others on the name of booking done by customers

      sir i have a gas connection on my name with consumer no-14868 [ vp no. 2058] at devisri Gas agency at eluru, west godavari district Andhra pradesh. phone[protected] after booking the gas when i consult when the gas deliver at home they said that you have to collect from a specifiq location when i reached that location they said refilled cylinder was finished come another day next day i ask from agency then they replied that you have to collect from the gas agency 25 KM FROM MY RESIDENCE .it is very difficult to collect as i am also an employee. so, for gas its difficult to apply a leave. So please tell me whether supply of gas at home is agency duty or not if agency has to delivered at home then why we have to go to agency for gas..??

      I'm consumer of Ekta gas sewa, Roorkee and my consumer number is EG-771, whenever i book gas with them it is not delivered in time and i have to go to their shop for 3 to 4 times and make requests and most of the time it is insisted by them to take delivery of gas from their godown. I booked gas with them on[protected] with booking no.4502, the delivery has yet not been made, yesturday I visited their shop and again i was asked to take delivery from their godown, on my asking for complaint book i was informed by miss Preeti, the girl present on the booking counter the there was no complaint register and if a complaint was to be made it has to be on a simple plain paper. when i asked about the delivery schedule i was told that gas booking upto[protected] was cleared and if delivery was to be taken from their godown on consumers cost the booking upto[protected] can be taken.
      I had ever experienced such a worst service.I have booked the gas on 07.11.2009 by calling their call centre but the branch office says the gas is only booked on 14.11.2009 due to some snags in their database and will be delivered only after 5-6 days.Everyday whenever I speak with the local agent they appease saying it would be delivered in a day or two but unfortunately the date never arrives.Indane gas do something to improve the customer service.This is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Indane Gas — Non Delivery of gas even after continuous reminders

      I have a connection with Kasna Gas Agency Greater Noida since 2004 (consumer noK689). This is every time problem with the agency. We had booked a cylinder with them on 5th December 2009 with a clear instruction that the delivery should be on a Sunday or any day after 5:00 pm I was told to give a reminder on a Saturday since last 3 weeks I remind them on every Saturday to please make the delivery tomorrow i.e. Sunday they confirm me for the same but every Sunday I cancel all my plans just to stay at home and wait for the cylinder but I don't get it when I call on Tuesday to ask what happened same reply I get "SORRY THIS TIME WE FORGOT PLEASE REMIND ON SATURDAY" and again we have same story.

      Can I know how this ever lasting problem be solved because it is not only with me but many other friends of ours face same such or other problems with this agency

      As there is no other gas agency we don't have any other option in greater noida. They are working on their wish and will by don't realising that how much problem we face with it. The owner of the agency Ms.Vandana doesn't have time to listen to complaints for her employees.

      Please help us for this every time problem.
      I have customer service no S-16768 issued in my mothers name, Smt. Pushplata Devi. I had booked cylinder with local gas dealer here at lucknow, M/.s Sheela Gas service on 12.112.09. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered.Despite numerous reminders nothing has happened. Please help to ensure spedy and correct delivery.
      As far as the service is concerned i have a lot to complain about.On the previous occasion when the cylinder was delivered in the month of october, the cylinder was found to have 6 ltrs of water in it. On taking up the issue my mother was threatened with dire consequences. It was only after some police officials were roped in that the matter was sorted out, with no complaints being registered.
      Now this is happening. It seems that it we are being harassed for raising our voice against rampant corruption and malpractices.I have now decided to take the battle on line and organise meetings and conferences with like harassed customers and see what develops.

Despite numerous reminders the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence i.e.-c/o Mr.Anil Singh,Road No.-13,House No.-117,Patelnagar,Hatia,Ranchi,Jharkhand.
      Since,Iam a State Govt. Employee I do not have time to often visit the gas agency personally. Whenever I try to call the office of the Vaishnavi Gas Service no one attends the call or picks up the phone which is very frustrating. Secondally, the said Agency does not provide the customers Home Delivery and dictates his own terms and conditions which is not in favour of the customers.
      Plese help and do the needful for hassle free and timely delivery gas cylinders.

      This is very disgusting on part of Vaishnavi Gas Service and they should be booked for the inconvenience caused by them to its customers.
      In my opinion the liscense of the gas agency should be cancelled.
      I have booked gas through tomo gas[protected] or[protected] on[protected] but the gas is not delivered till date. All the number of that gas agency always remained busy. When I go for the complain against it they even not give us the complain number. The delevery boy often asked extra money to delevery the gas on time.       I am a registered customer of Indane Gas , Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. Consumer No # 26873 registered on the name of Syed Sabir Hussaini.

      We live in Kamlapuri Colony

      There is always delay in delivery of Gas from this branch of Indane Gas. This month it reached to extreme level.

      Firstly I did the booking of my Gas on 21st of September and they said I will receive it within 3 days.

      After waiting for 8 days I called them again and they said u r booking is not there....who told u will receive in 3 days. Now your booking is of 28th and u will get it after 5 - 10 days.

      We waited.....no response or delivery

      Today contacted them and they are saying that some one has taken the cylinder from our side.......But, no one approached them till now.

      1. How did the 3rd person came to know of our consumer number.
      2. Without issue of bill how did the person took the cylinder from Warehouse
      3. A guy name Sinnu or Srinu say's some one has taken the gas from our side which is not true.

      These Indane Gas people in Srinagar Colony are selling in black for Rs 600 and registering on other consumer name. They are also leaking the confidential information.

      An Enquiry should be setup to catch the thieves. A serious action should be taken against the culprits.

      Dear Sir,

      I booked for indane gas on on 02.12.10 and got confirmation from agency representative that your gas will be delivered within 4 days. Uptil now the gas has not been delivered. I called after 7 days what is the status of my request, the answer was "you will get gas today or by tomorrow" but I it was not done. When calling again they provide me supplier phone no but he said I am not supplying in your area. I called again and told them what is the status? Reply was " I am registering your complaint and you will get gas soon."

      I had received gas last time at same address from Verma Gas Agency, my neighbour has same address in Indane's record for their gas supply. We are getting our correspondence on same address. If there is a problem in address, they already have phone no. with address. They can call and can confirm the address.They are using patty excuses and not doing their work properly. If gas supply is OK then consumer should have been get gas within 4-5 days. In my case after 14 days (today is 16/12/2010) I didn't got any call and response from them after registering complaint with the agency. I have already seen others complaints in which they are supplying gas less in weight and they are using tempered scale for weight of the cylnder.
      Actually they don't care what the problem consumer is facing. I think no one is in upper management who can told them and punish them on what they are doing.

      If this is the case that no action has been taken against them then what is the use of this consumer forum? Please look into the matter and give them strict instructions and try to solve the problems which I am facing.

      My resident is Shyamnagar, North-24-Pgs, West Bengal under LB gas service consumer no 11790. I have booked on 15th January through SMS online & the booking no is 300644, cash memo no 13007. Before 7 days I have known the supply date was 9th january. Today, I know that the supply already was made. I & my Mrs both are service man & my only one son reading in school. That's why the Indane service man returned the refill without any intimation. Now, I am trying so many times to 25812030 but no one unable to attend it. Please let me confirm how I get the refill.

      My grand mother is a consumer having C.No-42490 of "hari singh Gas Service",.rz-914,prem nagar,kirari road,nangloi,delhi-41.
      i m booking for a LPG cylinders few days ago. I am using an sms alert service for my gas.My refill booking no. is 23088.Suddenly i got a message from company that your cylinder has been delivered against ur booking no.23088with cash memo 29776.But i got no cylider .this is no new matter distributers always do this and told us that ur booking has been cancelled.
      even on delivery distributers not brought weighing scale,if we forced them to weigh our cylinder they will not take it to nearby shops and on getting the cylinder is not full .... They says that they will do nothing do in that case ,call our agency we will get incomplete cylinders. 2-4 Kg of gas is always incomplete in cylinders.
      please look into the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible ....Because we are using a blake cylinder of cost Rs.700.

      Indane Gas — incomplete delivery of gas

      I have booked my gas by phone and i got the message that gas is booked and after a few days i got the message that ur cylinder was sended but after getting that message i din't got my gas since 10 days after that message of sended.

      I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

      But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

      I am consumer of Hapur Gas Service, Freeganj Road Hapur, which is provider of Indane Gas. My customer No. is H-1458.

      I had booked gas on 04.01.2013, however even after the lapse of a month till today i.e.04.02.2013 cylinder is not delivered to me. We have visited the office 4 times, as they do not take up the phone call. Please do the needful.

      Dear Sir,
      i am a customer of indane, my consumer number is 6432. I have booked my cylinder on 17march 2013. I have not been delivered gas cylinder against my booking on 17 march 2013.As per sms alert received on 17 march 2013 my booking reference number was 437763 which also says that my booking is registered and at the same time cash memo also generated.cash memo number is 10643.
      But to my astonishment, this booking got cancelled without assigning any reason for the cancellation on the 1st march 2013.
      Sir this is realy ridiculous and harrasment for customers like me where we face a lot of problems if gas cylinder is not delivered as per requirement.
      Hence your kind intervention in this regard is requested and would be highly appreciated.
      Indane carries a brand name which should be always maintained and not by harrasing its customers in this way which highly jeoperdise the reputation of the company.

      I think this issue should be resolved at the earliest to avoid further complaint and inconvenience to customers like us.

        Sub: Poor service & misbehavior by the staff of Yadu Indane Gas Sewa , D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad

        Dear Sir ,
        This is regarding my complaint against one of Indane Gas agencies Yadu Indane Gas Sewa D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad. We are not getting proper services from the agency . Inspite of getting the gas cylinder booked on 5th March.. I have not received the cylinder yet ( as on today -15th March ) . All their contact nos [protected], [protected] , [protected],[protected],[protected] , 2897697 & 2897698 are either switched off or they do not respond . Either these agencies are making money during the festive season ( HOLI ) & neglecting the consumers’ interest or just not bothered at all about any service standards .
        My another grievance is that when my wife ( Shweta Srivastav ) enquired with their delivery boys Mr Somveer & Virender about the cylinder , who were found near society gate - they misbehaved with my wife by speaking in very arrogant & wrong way by saying – AA GAYA HOGA , GHAR PE CHECK KARO . When my wife told them that nobody is responding to the numbers, the reply was – HAMNEY NAHIN PATA, HUMARA DIMAG MAT KHAO .
        This is not an acceptable service standard by any of the service organization like Indane & have severely put an question mark about the service audits ( if any ) . These delivery boys also need training in public dealing as they are the face of the organization & any wrong conduct would put a serious dent to indane's image .

        Indane Gas — misbehavior of staff

        Sir,

        I have booked a gas connection one month back at indane booking centre angamally.i received a letter that my connection was due, as i went to collect it,i was told that i had to buy a gas stove ,which i already possess.

        The attiude towards the customers is disgusting ,i would like to bring it to your notice.Is it necessary that i should also buy the gas stove if i have one.

          My Motor Bike Yamaha SZ-R Fuel Tank Capacity is 13.8 liters as per the Bike's Manual. I went to Indian Oil Petrol PUMP to fill up the Bike fuel tank. The person filled 15.65 Liters of petrol into it. The bike was in reserve with atleast 0.5 liters of petrol already in it. The question here is how can anybody fill over 16 liters of petrol in fuel tank when the tank capacity itself only 13.8L. I called up the Yamaha dealer they said the Maximum the Fuel tank can hold is ONLY 14 Liters and if it is filled till the tank overflows, even then only 14.5 L can be filled.

                  My consumer No: 30759. Distributor's Name: M/S Sekar Gas Agency, 84 A/1 TH Road, Kalidipet, Chennai-600 019. Every month, whenever we book the gas cylinder, we used to get the reply saying that "Cylinder will be delivered after a week time due to Load Problem"

                  Recently we have booked the cylinder on 01.01.08. Immediately reply from the distributor was that we will be getting only on 10th Jan 08. Still they have not delivered the gas cylinder.

                  This type of regular delay in delivery made us to suffer with both the cylinders EMPTY. Hence we request you to instruct suitably the distributor todeliver the cylinder immediately

                  I mention this on behalf of my mother-in -law, P.Leelamma(con.no.18386), residing at qrtr no.1A, K.A.U Staff Quarters, Vellanikkara, Thrissur..She registered for a refill with Sooraj Gas Agencies, Nadathara, Thrissur, Thrissur, KERALA on 25-07-08 and the cylinder is not delivered till date ie 4-9-2008.We have contacted more than 20 times vide phone and they took no interest to deliver.we even sugested we would get the cylinder ourself from the agency and that was also put down saying they have no filled cylinders with them.It is embarassing that they served with refill to some people ignoring the seniority.Hence it is requested to take NEC. ACTION AGAINSTthe dealer andprovide us with a refill.please note that their practice is to come at any day of the month rather than any particular day and if we are not there at our residence we will miss the refill.Hence it is requested to fill in the date of booking and the date of delivery in the consumer book

                  Anushka Indane services located in nerul, navi mumbai, maharashtra doesnt deliver Cooking gas cylinders even in one month.

                  Indane LPG — delay in delivery of gas cylinder

                  My distributor is Golden Flame, address 42/139C New Ballygunge Road, Kolkata - 700039 . My Consumer No. is 05134 . My booking No. is 4821 dt. 12.08.2009 . At the time of booking on 12.08.2009, I was told there will be a delay of 10/12 days for delivery of gas . On 20.08.2009, when I contacted again I was told there will be delay of another 2/3 days . When I again contacted today ie on 28.08.2009, I was told that they can not deliver my LPG cylinder until after 21 days from the date of last delivery which was on 07.08.2009 . I am not aware of any such rules . If there is any such rule and if there is shortage of supply, the Indian Oil Corpn . should announce such things in public for public awareness . Besides, on checking the bill, I find that my last cylinder was delivered on 07.08.2009 though the bill was issued on 05.08.2009 ie there was a delay of 2 days even after the bill was issued .

                  INDANE LPG (COOKING) — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF LPG

                  Sir,

                  Almost every month I am seeing a delay in delivery of Indane Cylinder. The distributor Veer Sachi Indane Gas (Damana Bazar, C. S Pur, BBSR - 751 016, Ph:[protected]/6532805) only entertains fresh application after 17-20 days of delivery of one Cylinder. However, fact is they supply Cylinder after 10-15 days of booking with repeated follow up. For examplle, we received cylinder on 28-Oct-2009. They specifically told that they won't entertain new booking before 15-Nov. So, we did fresh booking on 17-Nov. Till today I didn't receive fresh cylinder. Existing Cylinder is exhausted. Once asked Veer Sachi is telling that they can't provide fresh cylinder before 25-Nov. Now I have no cylinder at home for cooking.

                  One more issue. The person who supplies the cylinder at my home often asks for extra money on top of price of the gas. He also mentions that if this extra money is provided then only gas will be disbursed on time

                  Appreciate if you kindly look into this matter and streamline process here.

                  I booked cylinder refilling on 1/1/2010 on computer. Thereafter visited the agency - Agni Gas Agency- 13 Sukhram Chambers, N.H.No 8, Bapunagar-24 on 15/1/2010. The office was closed. I contacted Mr. Krishnaji employee of the agency on his mobile no. [protected] and requested him for urgent delivery of refilled cylinder. My customer no. is 20032.I again contacted Mr. Krishnaji on his above mobile no. and repeated my request on 16/1/2010. Till today cylinder is not supplied. This is happening for last 9months. The agency is not complying on facality of cylinder reffiling booking on computer.                     I have booked a home delivery request for LPG domestic cylinder on 08th Feb, 2012 at IOCL dealer M/S Bhaskar Gas Agency, Guwahati. My consumer No. is 248975. Although as per IOCL guidelines the cylinders are supposed to be delivered within 7-days of booking. But this is very unfortunate that I have not got my cylinder till date even after a period of 34 days of booking. All the time we get cylinders atleast after 25-days. I have also lodged complaint at IOCL LPG website on 09.03.2012 and my complaint/feedback No. is 345183 but still no resolution is there till this evening.

                    So please look in the matter and arrange to send the same at the earliest.

                    My gas connection vendor is M/s Kwic Gas Service,Jwala Heri Market ,Paschim Vihar, New Delhi under consumer no.3096.I booked my gas on 19/8/2009 thru centralised booking line of Indane with booking no.12 but when the cylinder was not delivered, I checked up with the Vendor but to my surprise they told me that there was no booking done on my consumer no.
                    Therefore, I had no other choice and booked the refill with the Vendor on 27/08/2009 again but such is the pathetic state of affairs that till date the refill has not been delivered.Moreover, I would also emphasize on the point that inordinate delay in delivery of refill cylinders is a regular feature with this vendor and I request thru this forum for audit of this complaint by M/s Indane and i am fully confident that most of the other consumers will also endorse my view.

                    IOCL/INDANE COOKING GAS — UNUSUAL DELAY OF GAS SUPPLY

                    I'm a consumer of INDANE COOKING GAS having consumer No. K7372, SV No. 217182 dated 5/1/2000 under your distributor M/S KONNAGAR GAS SERVICE,77/A/2 G.T.ROAD(EAST),KONNAGAR,HOOGHLY(W.B.).I used to get delivery of gas within 10 to 15 days from a statutory registration after 21days of last delivery.In this instant case I have registered with distributor vide Order No.3778 dated 9/9/2009 i.e. after 23 days but the said order is being executed today on 2/10/2009.In view of above it is requested that the matter may be looked into by the appropriate authority.

                    Indane LPG — Purposeful delay in supply of domestic gas

                    The cooking gas supllied by almost all companies are not suppling sufficient gas to its customers. The plight of the customer is increased due to malpractices. Our distributor "Rai Indane Gas Distributors" at Sullia of Karnataka State is booking gas after 21 days of supply, my problem is
                    1. He takes his own time distributing next cylinder. It varies from 10 to 25 days.
                    2. The distributing vehical always carries extra cylinders to be sold at a rate of 500Rs without reciept.
                    3. The bill is generated on the date of booking and not on the date of payment. This is highly irreguler.
                    4. Spurious booking for the rarly used rulral customers is done.

                    IOCL — Delay in LPG Gas Delivery

                    My consumer # is 9931 and registered with Mithila Gas Agency, Sec-18, Noida.R/o-flat no.17/15,pocket -7, janta flat sec-82. I had always a big concern while booking my gas. The phone numbers given by Gas Agencies were never reachable and it was a real pain to book your gas. Even after booking I always had to wait for minimum 10 days for the delivery. I got to know about a new service started by Tomo Gas Service which claims to deliver in 4 days for sure. My booking experience was improved a lot by using Tomo gas booking but unfortunaetly the delivery promises were all fake. I experienced this for multiple months and I always had to lodge complaints then only I use to get the delivery.
                    I am very disappointed to see the response as a consumer and wish to lodge my complaint against the system India Oil has provided. Tomo gas service should be monitored for their claims.

Our gas agency is Apna Bazar. we have problem that he does not lift phone for booking gas, we are to go to his office at Alkapuri. If we complaint about this he does not listen and has not improved the phone picking or lifting service for booking the gas.

                      gas not received
                      i had booked a cylinder of lpg gas on 10 days before but i havnt received till date. I asked my gas distributor Saravana Gas Agency, 25/19, Gandhi Raod, Kamaraj Nagar, Perungalathur, Chennai 63, they told everytime we sent your gas refil and get it today ...like this told past five days. My consumer number is 2147. Concern authority person take action agasint this complint and do needful for the same. Thanks Gurumoorthi

                        Indane Gas — Delay in supply & Cheating with wrong Information,

                        I have an Indane gas connection is with the with chittorappan Gas agencies Chittor, Cochin. With Consumer No.-9606 I booked for my gas on 04/08/2009 with the booking No. 731, Actually I booked for the same one week previously to that date but they doesn’t accept the booking saying that you are eligible for booking after two days of issue and should ensure the availability of empty cylinder. Then again I telephonically booked the same on the above date and assured me the gas will disburse with in two days. But the Item not supplied yet. Even I make Telephone to the dealer’s office and they miss feeded me saying that the gas supply tomorrow, some time saying today so the item still not supply. My Spare cylinder also emptied that made so many difficulties during “ONAM Holidays”

                        I request you to take this mater and Check wheather my turn in due and ensure the availabity in due date other wise is the agency purposely cheating me

                        Indane Gas — Delay in Supply after due date

                        we are having our gas connection with indane gas dealer i.e. INDORE INDANE and our due date for the gas cylinder was 11/11/09 and we have booked it on the same day but the supply is not made till today i.e. 18/11/09 and when we make call they tell that today it will be delivered to day and we have not recd
                        this problem we are facing every time the supply from the dealer side is not satisfactory, we have make daily phone call but they dont respond properly to the phone call

                        so kindly take any action regarding this problem

                        Indane Gas Cylinder — Adulterated Gas provided by Indian

                        Dear Sir,

                        I want to bring this to your notice that we have been facing this as a mundane procedure of receiving the gas cylinder which is adulterated with water(mostly spoken). The other issues are as follows:
                        1. The cylinder provided by Indane is outdated. We had to fight with them to replace with a recently sealed one, however they clearly refused stating that everyone uses the same.
                        2. A recent incident due to which i had to file this complaint today, i.e. 5th Jan 2010, is that just after 3 days of a new cylinder been installed, the flames extinguishes everyone now and then. Since the gas stove is in a good running condition, its hard to believe why the flames is turned off.

                        The Gas Agency where we receive the gas is from "Kalkaji Gas Service", Shop no#4, L-II, LIG, DDA Shopping Centre, Kalkaji, New Delhi- 110019.

                        Please look into this matter and would be highly appreciated if things can be put into place as there could be a lot of them facing the same issue in this locality.

                        Looking forward for a positive and efficient response, else further action need to be escalated.

                        There is Adulteration happening in Gas Cylinders in Local Shops around Hebbal & Hebbal - Kempapura, Bangalore By Cheating Customers by Giving Lesser Quantity of Gas than mentioned on the Cylinder. Several Shops around here are Cheating Customers by Giving 3 KG of Gas Quantity which Should have been Ideally 5 KG. The Concerned Government Officials in Bangalore should look into this Serious Matter.
                        There has been Delay in Supplying Gas Indane Cylinder near Residential Areas in Hebbal - Kempapura, Bangalore by 26 to 30 Days. Though Booking has been done, Even then the Indane Gas Cylinder is Delaying Supplying Gas Cylinder by another 5 to 6 days thus Delaying by More than 1 Month

                          Our Indane gas cylender no is RFI0939, Residence of 3/F-8, NIT-3 Faridabad. The supply in our NIT-3, F-BLOCK area is very poor / improper.

                          our gas no is registered from Garg Gas Agency, Address:- 3/E-67, We have visited many time in this gas agency for our booked gas by this agency, but they always refuse us by saying:-
                          1. ABHI AA RAHA HAI.
                          2. 2.00 BAJE TAK AA JAYEGA.
                          3. YA FIR KAL AANA.

                          This is not the good way of behaving with customer in any manner. They have to think many times before saying like this.

                          They have to place themselves in place of customer who walks daily from his home to gas agency for his / her
                          gas,

                          NO ONE LISTENING THERE FOR CUSTOMER. We have visited there from last 1 month daily but no action from agency side.

                          SO I am requesting you to do some action against this issue and this kind of Staff.

                            LPG refill delays by Modern Gas agency
                            I have been struggling to get my refill LPG cylinder from your agent M/S Modern Gas agency for the last 15 days. I have booked a gas cylinder on 24rd of October 2012, (last delivery was on 29 Jan 2012) but I have not received my filled cylinder till to date (15 days already over).during the time Holi festival Not only that, the dealer is behaving very badly manner, yesterday I gone to the dealer's office on that time one of the staff said that you can complaint we have no problem and the filled cylinder will deliver after one week only.

                            This is bring your kind notice that this is very ashamed from your side.


                            If you have a principle please help me and take the action immediately.

                              Charged Rs.3550 in Total for new connection,Bill Given For Rs 1400(Rs.1250 against cylinder+Rs.150 against Regulator) .He talked rudely and was not ready to give the rgulater also he agreed after an argument. I came to know that he is harrasing the consumers whoever complained against him. He is Charging Rs. 3550 to all new consumers . After complaining in the Indane Gas Website no action has been taken yet(Note- Total charges for cylinder+regulater is appx.Rs.2100)

                                Hi All,

                                I'm a resident of Bangalore. I bought petrol from an Indian Oil Petrol Pump in Shri Shirdi Sai Fuels, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore.

                                I asked for petrol of worth Rs 400/-(Almost Rs 73/litre which is 5.47 Lt's of petrol). I noticed that the fuel needle of my vehicle didn't move much and it
                                showed me some where 4 1/2 Lt's. I thought probably after catching-up speed the needle will move but it didn't. they are duping the customers by filling less petrol than they pay for.

                                Proof: I have the credit card statement and a picture that i took before leaving the petrol Pump where it shows the fuel needle indicator.

                                So i want to raise a complaint against the Petrol Pump for not filling up the petrol for the amount they took and for cheating the consumer.

                                Points to Note :
                                1. I have the Citibank's Indian Oil Credit Card and so I prefer going to an Indian Oil outlet.
                                2. I visit a petrol pump only when my bike is out of petrol and then fill its tank to full capacity.
                                3. The Person didn't ask me to check the reading he started putting the fuel and later when i checked it was short of almost 1 1/2 Lt's of petrol.

                                    i am a consumer of indane gas through gujral gas co. I am verry unhappy with the service of gujral gas co. jabalpur. first of all this agency have no any palce for distribute gas cylender, some time it distribute from r.c. ground penti naka, some time it distribute from vacate place of sadar bazar, some time from mutton market. in actlly they have no any perticular palce for distribute the gas cylender. Second thing now this agency billing & distribute the gas cylender on plain paper without any original bill. whenever we demand for bill agency empolyee refuse to issue bill parchi. Third one is that empolyee of the agencies is verry bad and they are unable to help the consumer for any type of problems. i have so many complaint againt the gujral gas company so please take some neccessary action againt gujral gas co. jabalpur and help us.

And whenever i go to agency for booking , the concerned person deny my to book LPg just say that there is shortage of cylinders then what about those deliveries which they deliver for black marketing. Please look into the matter we are facing much problem in getting LPG cylinder.

                                        i am a consumer of indane gas with panchsheel gas agency,civil lines moradabad,u..p.My consumer no. is16342.I consumed my gas refill within a fortnight due to the unexpected advent of some guests and family function.I have a large family.I tried and requested the agency many times but his personnel and the owner too comletely denied to book or deliver the refill as a hard and fast rule.I have registered a complaint with A rea manager no.325376 on 29 th .Feb.but despite of lapsing aconsiderable period nothing has been done by the concerned authorities.K indly intimate me the action taken against the agency and inform me what should be done in the case if refill is exhausted before twenty days due to some unexpected domestic needs?Further i would like to inform you that i am a patient and my husband stays out of the city being a government officer.Sunita Srivastav,Malti nagar,Deputy Ganj,Moradabad Cell [protected] and [protected].
