My Distributor is M/S GANAPATI GAS SERVICE GOURHATI ROOD,ARAMBAGH,HOOGHLY,712601.Till date I not recive my New Gas From my distributor.
When I am going to that shop,he refuse me many time.

So Sir/Madam please look in to this matter

    Respected Sir

    I am residing in Banjarawala THDC Colony Dehradun. My consumer no is U-11983 and the distributor is Uttranchal gas agency.We have booked for refill of Indane Gas on date[protected]. We have not received gas until today[protected]. It has been over 14 days after booking but still we have not refilled gas. Please booking no is 282. But still we have not received refilled gas cylinder. We are not able to even cook without gas. We have asked the gas distributor agency (Uttranchal Gas Agency 249,Race Course,Dehradun), but they are not responding properly.If the delivery is delayed so much of days like this how can we manage. Kindly government should look after this issue seriously and take actions against the concerned persons/ agencies.

      1:-distributor telephone no mostly time engaged.

      2:-when i refile a cylinder then he say that next book the cylinder in next month so pls clarify the next booking status.how days gone i book the cylinder.
      3:- distributor staff behavior very poor.

          We have booked for refill of Indane Gas on date[protected]. We have not received gas until today[protected]. It has been over 22 days after booking but still we have not refilled gas. Please booking no is 934. But still we have not received refilled gas cylinder. We are not able to even cook without gas. We have asked the gas distributor agency (Swarnapuri Gas agency, salem District, Tamilnadu), but they are not responding properly. They are saying that we will receive only after 30 days from date of booking. If the delivery of is delayed so much of days like this how can we manage. Kindly government should look after this issue seriously and take actions against the concerned persons/ agencies.

          Government — not receiving gas cylinder since 25 days

          Hi,

          I am deepak jadhav from Worli . I have bharat Gas connection of 1 Cylinder and i had booked cylinder 25 days ago with Shree datta Gas agency, Prabhadevi but they have not provided me a cylinder.I came to know that delivery boys sell the cylinders in black , to promt the consumer to purchase it in black the don`t provide it in regular course.

          Pls do the needful to pass this message to head of bharat gas.

          Indane Gas — refilled cylinder not received after booking

          Hi,

          I have booked for refilling of indane gas cylinder on 14 Jan 09. My details:

          Agency: Kalpana Gas Agency, Vijayanagar, Bangalore
          Consumer number: 31687
          Booked on 14 Jan 09.
          Status: Refill cylinder not received.

          We keep calling the agency but they say false things like:

          1. we will receive after 1 or days, but did not receive.
          2. They say we cancelled our booking on 27 Jan09. But we did not cancel.
          3. They say they found our door closed when they brought refilled cyclinder. That is wrong
          since my mother is at my home waiting since past 3 weeks.
          4. Its difficult to get line on teh telephone as it is always busy.

          Indane Gas Co. — Not Deliver the Gas Cylinder

          I am using the indane gas cylinder connection long back .My consumer number is 49211.I booked my gas cylinder 13th July 2009 with Anusha Indane Gas Co. the distributor of Indane Gas.Address is No:153/3, 11th cross, Bendrenagar, BSK 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560070.At the time of booking they told me that the cylinder will be delivered by 18th July 2009 but after this date I am calling reguarlly two to three times to deliver the cylinder and same time I am a single cylinder holder.Even if applied for double cylinder from 3rd January 2009 but everytime they are telling short of stucks.
          After 18th of cylinder deliver date everyday I am calling to them 2 to 3 times.Everytimes they are telling gas full cylinder will be delivered within an hour .Finally I went 25th to their office regarding this and I met the owner of Anusha Indane Gas Co..He told me that he has informed his gas cylinder deliver boy to deliver within half an hour.But I never received my cylinder.It is already two weeks over.
          My whole family taking food last two weeks outside.This type of third class agencies should not be taken this distributor.

          Indane Gas — Not delivery after booking

          My gas conection no .50580 is through Rajasthan Gas, Kota under Indane Gas. I booked gas on 14 October, 2009. Since after 7 days from 21 October, 2009 I follow up for gas delivery. On follow up there is either a false committment or some excuses.
          I regret to say that gas is not been delivered as on date. I request Indane Gas to find out reasons for delaying in delivering gas. This is common & regular nature in delivering gas.
          Would M/S Indane gas will take necesasry maesures to improve services.

          Indane Gas — not booking the refill after 22 days

          I ANAND KUMAR SULTANIA bearing consumer no2163 with m/s umashanker indane ghosh more GOPALGANJ BIHAR i took a gas on 6.4.11 and went after 22 days on 28.4.11 for booking the refill agency person refused to book and told booking will be done after one month only also charging rs 380 for non home delivery and also insisting that booking will be done between 10a.m to 1p.m only and not attnding telephone

          Anusha indane gas agency bangalore — Not supplying gas properly

          My consumer no is 19461, i have booked my gas on 15.02.2011, my booking no is 256704. Till today 07.09.2011, I have not received my refill gas. Is there anybody who can look into this matter. After visiting multiple time, they are not responding properly.

            I am a consumer of Indane gas with registration No.13169 registered with M/s Babar Pur Gas Service, Kabir Nagar, 100 Ft. Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. I got my cylinder booked through my telephone No.-[protected] on 9th March, 2012. My booking no. is 5717 The dealer has not yet delivered the cylinder at my residence. Today 27 march 2012, I received a message in my mobile that you are cylinder has been delivered your cash memo no-11833..but cylinder is not delivered at my residence.This dealer behaves in a highly irresponsible way and is engaged in supplying cylinder with less gas and also suppllies the cylinder in black market.

            I shall be grateful to direct the dealer to behave properly so that consumers are not put to inconvenience.

            gas cylinder — BLACK MARKETING

            Dear Sir,
            Your S.F. Road (Siliguri) Branch, CHIRAAG is not giving cylinder even after expiration of 1 month of booking and it seems they are encouraging black marketing. As a shop keeper just near the said branch is selling cylinder on Rs. 625/-. I request you to take a serious note of this matter. Hoping for a positive respose from your side.

            shenaz banu in juni mandai is a major charecter in this black marketing of gas cylinder

              I am residing in New BEL Road. My consumer no is 41423 and the distributor is Veeresh gas agency. I have booked a refill more than 3 weeks back and have not yet got the cylinder. When I ask for the status of booking, the recording says that something meaningless referring to some booking in December. I did a fresh booking but did not get any SMS to confirm the booking. Similar was the case with the previous one.

              Indane Gas Refill — Delay in refill delivery.

              Refill booked on 09.04.2008 (booking No.3) with Shastri Nagar Gas Agency, Jaipur (consumer No.9102) not yet delivered till 28.05.2008. This agency is a corrupt distributor of IOC, but getting shelter of company. Please look into the matter.

              Indane Gas — gas refill delivery delayed

              On 30/11/08 I had booked for refill through ivrs booking and my no. was 11 till 4/12/08 midnight i did not get the delivery. My consumer n0. is 42000

              Veeresh Gas Agency(Indane Gas) — Delay in Delivery of Gas Cylinder

              I have booked a cylinder a month back, but still I didn't get any response from their side. I called them so many times, but to of no use. They keep on saying that they are running out of Cylinders.

I have booked cylinder on date 2/3/2012 ONLINE , i have got booking ref no and note was given that i will receive booking confirmation on my mail address. when up to 10th of march i have not received any confirmation Email for booking than i have send Reminder again. After Reminder they Booked LPG cylinder on date 14/03/2012. But till today I am waiting for booking confirmation Email forget about LPG cylinder.
                Please Help me to get things go smooth ONLINE at Indane site to get LPG cylinder in time.

                  I am a senior retired Govt servant taking Indane gas cylinder meant for households from Premier Gas Service, Vasant Market, Vasant Vihar, Kanwali Road, Dehradun (Telephone numbers for gas cylinder booking and delivery enquiries etc of this distributor[protected]/[protected]. I have been their customer for the past 8 years.

                  Their service is pathetic and non-existent. You can keep on ringing the above 2 telephone numbers for booking of gas cylinders and for hours either the phones are giving engaged sound or nobody picks up the phone. No action is being taken by IOC against this terrible standard of service. Why??

                  Last time I booked the cylinder 0n 22.02.2012 and I was told that the cylinder would be delivered in 7-10 days. Now after 35 days I am still without a refill cylinder. Nobody answers the phone if at all I manage to reach the number. This has been the state of affairs with this Premier Gas Service ever since I started taking gas from them in 2003.

                  Will somebody in IOC pull up this distributor?? Is there any concept of customer service at all? The concerned manager can phone up these numbers and speak to other consumers to find out that what I am complaining of is real. My Consumer no. is 15112.

                  Shall be grateful for remedial action.

                  This is very regretful to say that the dealer of INDANE GAS M/s OM DOMESTIC GAS & APPLIANCES, Yadav Nagar, Nagpur Distributor Code 9124780, is always delivering late & make delivery after so many calls, responding ruthlessly. If any body can check the available data book provided by company it will access easily.                   Indane Gas IOC — Late delivery of refilled Gas Bottle

                  I am having IOC Gas DBC at Ahmedabad-380055. My dealer Kirti Gas Services, Jivraj, Ahmedabad is not at all reachable by 2 phone no. given by Kirti Gas Services when ever we call either it just go on ringing an some time it constant stay busy. Since last 4 days i am trying to inform the staff that it almost 10 days an I have not rcd Refilled bottle at my place so kindly be needful an deliver they say ok we will deliver by today an till today(16/03/2010) we have not rcd the refilled bottle at my residence. Pls do needful. I wish IOC will take necessary step against such bad services provided by there dealers and improve the services.

                  An the thing is when we call for Register bottle they say that our system do not except before 20 days than as per rule they should deliver the refilled bottled on the tenth day itself why they not follow this rule at time of delivering the bottle to consumer.

                    Complain against Indene gas distributors and IOC

                    It may be a case of Gas distributors with IOC officers openly involvement in corruption as the fact is that when a costumer book a cylinder through mobile service ( M.No-[protected]) it is depend on the interest of distributor that what will be the date of accepting his booking and in such way there is no control of IOC that what is the formula used by distributor for deciding time interval between two consequent bookings. It is also in control of distributors that what will be the process time in dialing, booking, cash slip generating and cylinder delivering. Practically it is come into notice that mostly distributors including my distributor are using a formula to calculate time interval more than twenty days between last cylinder delivered date and next booking date it means in such way they are successes to nullify minimum ten days of each costumer by increasing process time. As per rule time should be calculated between two same stage of process of two consequent bookings in same way as distributors are receiving no of cylinders from IOC. In such way it may be a case of misusing 50%sevice of gas cylinder supply that is subsided by the government. Hence it may be investigated in interest of country and as well as society.                       Dear Sir,
                      I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is 38353 I have booked for a refile she told to deliver on 9th dec,09. I called them on 9th she told to deliver after 15th again I called on 17th'09 she told to deliver on 18th but now 1.5 months passed i not yet received cylinder. Every month that poor ragavendra agency delivering gas only after 40 days. I dont know why they are delaying the customers. Now i am having two empty cylinders i Purchased kerosene for cookin purchase. Please take necassay action against ragavendra agency.

                      Earlier we were paying Rs.350/- receipt amount(gas+tax+dealer commission+delivery charges) and Rs.20 to 30/- extra. Now the cylinder rate become Rs.736 and no rebate. Still gas delivery people are charging more than Rs 30/- at the time of delivery than the receipt amount. I questioned n number of times for extra payment and complaint several times to Indane through their indianoil.co.in website. They just forward that email to gas dealer and leave it there. But no change from gas dealer or gas delivery boys. Because we are questioning for the extra payment, they are not delivering the gas in time and cancel the cash memo with junk reason "door closed', even though we are all home. If we payonline or cash at time time of delivery, gas delivery boys charging more than Rs.30/- even though we are less than 2 KM distance from gas Godown or gas dealer office. I spoke with lot of people about this big scam, every one is victim in this case.

                      Dear Sir,
                      Once we use to get message on every refill booking, nowadays we do not receive any message either through mobile or by email. Please organize to do the same. Also please note that weighing of cylinder is not done and we suspect about the same. In case of delay in cylinder delivery, we only get a message of 'door lock' instead of having a message of 'stock not available' when we are all at home.

                        indane gas M/s sainik gas service Thrissur — delay in getting gas refill cylinder

                        I had booked for gas refill cylinder on 04/03/2008. Though 41 days are over I am yet to get refill cylinder from the gas agency. We request you to be good enough to enquire in this matter and take necessary measures to delive the cylinder immediately.
                        sir, we have booked for our gas on 4/3/2008, bookingno: 794.unfortunately we have not yet recieved the gas even after 38 days.we are in great need of it at present since both our cylinders have become empty.we have complainted to the concerned, yet no action have been taken.

                        and my nearby authorised dealer is M/S Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon.
                        i am facing a problem, my dealer always delay in delivering the cylinder.He takes more then 1 month after booking the cylinder which is too much.Although this delay should be maximum 1 week.He always ignores domestic users and takes attention to commercial users.pl help me out of this
                        I am consumer of Indane gas service having connection Number 00656, sir I Booked my Gas on dt-30-Jan-2014 Ref N0-[protected], But not supply gas today, very poor home delivery by distributors.Distributors Name-Jaspur gas service, Jaspur (uttrakhand)

                        a) I had book a gas cylinder on 12.03.14 vide booking ref. No. 454891 & cash memo No. [protected] raise on 26.3.14 till date gas will not be delivered.
                        b) Again in booked on 10.04.14 vide booking ref. no. 466147
                        c) On 12.04.14 a cash memo no. [protected] raised
                        d) On 16.04.14 the cash memo cancelled and raised another cash memo no.[protected]
                        e) On 21.04.14 the cash memo cancelled and raised another cash memo no. [protected]

                        Till date I awaiting a gas. Can I get a gas or see the sms for cancell cash memo .
                        Is it slove the delivery of gas of any reason to complain higher.

THEY GENERATED CASH MEMO ON 5.11.2014 BUT TILL TODAY GAS CYCLENDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIEVED TO ME. I REQUEST YOU SIR PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER. AN EARLY REPLY AS WELL AS EARLY STEP REGARDING GAS DELIEVERY WILL BE APPRECIATED.

                        My consumer number is SO7996. I have gone thrice to the dealer to request for a gas but there has been no result so far. What do you expect a senior citizen to do more. how many times do I have to go there and how much more do I have to spend for a gas cylinder. I need immediate action on this or else I will take this to the highest level.

                        I have booked for refill for consumer no. 21100 City gas agency Pathankot Punjab-145001 registered with my name Karan Singh using IVR on[protected] booking no.277585 but cylinder is not delivered till date while message of cash memo generation is received on[protected]. I am unable to lodge complaint on Indane portal because Pathankot Punjab does not exist in their feedback form.
                        With respect, I have to say that my gas cylinder is not deliver at right time by the gas agency .

                            मैंने अपने यहाँ गैस वितरक "शहीद शुभाष गैस सर्विस" शाहदरा, दिल्ली में दिनांक 06 .03 .2012 को एक गैस सिलेंडर बुक करवाया था जिसका बुकिंग नंबर[protected] है. और कैश मिमो नंबर 6187 तारीख 13 .03 . 2012 है. आज दिनांक 25 .03 .2012 तक भी मुझे सिलेंडर की सप्लाई नहीं मिली है. इस वितरक के द्वारा, एक बार पीछे भी सिलेंडर लीक होने पर मुझे एक महीने बाद सिलेंडर बदलने का गौरव प्राप्त है. जो की मुझे अपने वकील महोदय के NOTICE देने की बाद प्राप्त हुआ था. इसके आलावा वितरक महोदय की महानता इतनी है की वो अपने दफ्तर के सभी टेलीफोन यंत्र बंद करके आराम से अपनी मर्जी का काम करते रहते है. ये परशानी एक दिन की नहीं है, हमेशा ही इन महोदय की तरफ से ऐसे तोहफे अक्सर लोगो को आये दिन मिलते रहते है.
                            १. क्या ऐसे वितरको का कोई समाधान है.
                            २. उपभोक्ता कब तक इनकी मनमानी सहता रहेगा.
                            ३.समय पर गैस न मिलने पर काला बाज़ार गर्म रहेगा.
                            ४. क्या कोई समस्या समाधान केंद्र होगा.
                            अगर कोई सुनने वाला सुन रहा हो तो उसका धन्यवाद,

                              Sir,
                              I am living in a rented room at Pulpehalad Pur under Badarpur Area in New Delhi and I am trying to get an Indane LPG gas connection. After running to several distributors for 2 weeks, finally I got information that the distributor, "Anand Gas Service, 379/D, Main Mathura Road, Near Gurudwara, Badarpur, Ph. No.[protected]", is providing service in my locality. When I approched here with documents like Rent Agreement, Pan card, Passport, Photos, Registered Post Envelope, they refused to consider Rent Agreement as address proof. Although, the other Indane Gas distributor in Sarita Vihar, named as "K Two International, 255, Sarita Vihar, Delhi- 110044, Ph No - [protected]", is easily accepting Rent Agreement as address proof but it does not provide service to my locality.
                              Sir, I am totally confused and not getting any idea what to do and how to get connection. If we are living in a rented room then does it mean that we will never be elligible for gas connection. We are also paying similar taxes to the government like those who have their own home at delhi, then why there is such partiality. Please guide me what should I do.

                                I booked a cylinder on 8th APR 2008 from Golden Gas Indane, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Its been one month and I still haven't got delivery of the same after repeatedly calling them.
                                This is very very poor service.
                                Our Indane Gas Distributer is Siddharta Enterprises. I have booked the gas on 7th Aug and they told that you will receive within 10 days..but as of now it is more than 15 days and we have not received the cylinder. When i contacted them they say that there is no proper supply from the company itself. Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside.

                                Indane Gas — Delay in delivering the gas

                                I am consumer of Indane Gas (customer of Doon Gas Service Indane Distributers, 52 Chakrata Road Dehradun). My cust. no. is 38096.

                                I booked gas on 08082008 and the captioned distributer told me that the gas would be delivered within 10 days from booking. After completion of 10 days, on Monday, 18082008, I went to the agency and the person of the agency said me that it would be delivered tommorrow. I waited on Tuesday, 19082008, but it would'nt be delivered.

                                I, again, went to the agency on Wed., 20082008 and they said that it would be delivered today. It would'nt be delivered on that day. Then I again went on 21082008 and the same thing was happened.

                                Today i.e. 22082008, I went again to get the gas delivered to me directly from the godown. The person of the agency said " This is your planning." What planning I have made. Can you tell me. Could you tell me the customer getting disturbed from the agency could be able to make planning.

                                We the domestic user of Jamui, Bihar is not getting proper service from the dealer. Although we can see that one/two trucks of gas cylinders are arriving every day but we are getting the cylinder after a time period of 40 to 45 after booking the gas, where as the gas cylinders are easily available from the black marketers in a very high price nearly double of the gov. rate.

                                please take necessary action against the dealer and try to provide a new dealership in the township.

                                My customer No: 26373. I got two cylinders. I booked gas on 18th Jan 2009. Till today i.e on 7-3-2009 i havnt got proper reply from the agency when the gas will be delivered. I have been getting reply saying that "there is no supply". Having got the agency from one of the largest suppliers of cooking gas, i find no reason for not getting the supply for more than two months other than misuse. There are many customers who have been humiliated by this kind of situation. I kindly request you to take neccessary action to rectify the problem and regularise the gas supply which is public interest

                                I am Singmar Corera & my customer No. is 31716 .I have booked for supply of refilled cylinder with our dealer Rajesh Gas Agency at Roja Nagar, Madhavaramr, Chennai 600 060 on 16.04.09. Still we are not getting the cylinder. The dealer is accepting the order after 21 days and promissed to deliver on 11 day. Between 2 deliveries they supposed to take 32 days. After these 32 days the cylinders are not delivered by them properly. This will create a great suffocation in our day to day life. Thus it takes almost 40 days to get a single cylinder. We don't have any alternate other than indane. The distributer simply said "Tomorrow we will send" for a week.Please instruct your distributer to deliver it in time to avoid great suffocation.

                                My consumer no. is 124765 with "SRIMAYI GAS AGENCY" CODE:125486 Ramagundam A.P.Every time Gas agency people are supplying after repeated remainders & on average thay are taking 60 days to supply the gas.Where as if you want immediatly, they are giving in black & charging rs 500/- per cylinder.When we protest they say we can complain anywhere we want.These corroupt people have created menance in this area.I never suffered with my earlier connection of H.P Gas.Please look it this matter urgently.Last time i booked my gas on 21/03/09 & till today i haven't received my cylinder.

                                Indane Gas — Delay of delivery of gas

                                I have recently got connection with indane gas agency (Sree indane gas agency, Lanka, Varanasi (UP) but I found they are very lazy in deliverying of gas in time. Some time it is bitter experiences. When I phone to him they always say repeating sentence i am sending today but at evening they say o anyway i will send it tomarrow.It creates very pathetic situation to us. I wastage my time to wait them for gas.Whether there is any remedy of this or not.

                                I feel much disheartened to be in a mesh of the present day work culture. I do not know what to do Please advise.

                                My problem is that I am a customer of Indane Gas Service (Cust. No. AN/9156) Asansol, the Distributor is ANNAPURA GAS SERVICE, ASANSOL-713304. I placed my request on 18-05-09. As reported by ANNAPURNA OFFICE that the Cylinder would have been delivered by the 28th of May 2009. After 28th we are enquiring about the possible date of Delivery. First few days we were informed that it “It will be delivered by tomorrow”. But TOMORROW did not come yet.

                                I tried to put my complain to DURGAPUR OFFICE (Tel. No. [protected]) on June1, at 5-05 P.M. and again at least four times between 10-10 A. M. to 10-45 A.M. on 2nd. Unfortunately, on June 1 it was too late and probably on 2nd June I have been too early. I am puzzled where to put my complain against the authority who is the authority of receiving complaints.

                                I contacted then ANNAPURNA again on 2nd June, at first they told that your name has been noted down and it will be delivered on the 3rd. When I asked for confirmation (as I they have given false promises earlier) I was informed that the delivery is subject to availability of Gas Cylinders.

                                Moreover when I learnt about the expiry dates of Cylinders I find that I have a cylinder whose expiry date is B-04 that is its longevity has expired after June 2004.

                                Could you please help me in this regard? Can you assure me of no revenge activity from the suppliers after this complain? If not, it may be treated as cancelled as I wish to pass on the last couple of years of my life with the prevailing work culture in India, especially, in West Bengal.

                                I am a consumer of Indanegas and my consumer No. 40966 - K.Padmanabhan. I am staying at Chittoor in Ernakulam district and M/s.Surya Gas AGencies, Pachalam, Ernakulam is our Agency for Indianegas. Though I had made the booking on 5.9.2009 till today I have not received the refilled cylinder. Though it is an utopian task to get Surya Gas agency on line, on my continued efforts some how I could manage to get them on line, but I was informed that since almost all the customers of Chittoor area had already shifted to Chittoorappan Gas Agency, Edayakunnam , they have no service at Chittor and the delivery to my area will be only once in two weeks. This was ot intimated to me when the booking was made and nor I was advised to shift the connection early. They also asked me to come and take delivery from their godwn if at all need the gas urgently. They says that it is not economical for them to deliver the gas to me only and they are reluctant to adhere to my plea for a quick delivery. They even asked me to surrender the gass and shift to elsewhere if I cannot wait for their convenience to deliver the gas. You will appreciate the fact this kind of approach from an Agency of reputed company of IOCL (Indane Gas) repute will be of much embarassing to consumers like me who is solely depend upon gas for cooking and also to the organisation itself.

                                I therefore request your goodself to take up the matter seriously and help me in this regard.

They are taking 10 - 20 days to delivery cylinder and we have to book the cylinder delivery date only not the billing date. They are supplying the cylinders to Mess and hotel and other division for double rate. This month I have booked the gas today 28/2/11 and they said it will reach in 15days time. They will deliver it on 15/3/11 and for the next time I have to book cylinder on 15/4/11 only. Please inform the correct procedures to the Gas agencies and publish the procedures and complaints in News papers monthly basis so that all the poor will aware of the correct procedures.

                                My name is Rama Shankar Srivastava having Consumer No-17788 Register at Roy & Dutta Enterprise, Indralok, Sodepur, Kolkata, i have booked my cylendar on 2nd Oct'13 but today is 30th Oct still cylendar not delever in my home i physically visit to Dealer Office in 5 times they were promissing that within 2days it'll deliver but nothing happen in any proper way.

                                Request you to look in this matter and do the needful. we are in very problem, since near about one month we are arranging our supper from hotel or any temporary way,

                                Indane — Non receipt of cylinder even after one month of booking

                                Gas cylinder was booked with no. 227712 on 22.3.2015. My account no.is with Jwala gas Gurdaspur with no. JJ 12049.

                                    My self Bhupesh kumar Singh (k7792) have a connection in your company from kashi gas & appliance Varanasi, UP. Due to problem I have not book my gas connection from last more than 6 month . right now I want to explain my problem, that is in past time I was live in 607/e dlw Varanasi right now I have change my location which are new, gangapur nagar panchyat Varanasi . due to change of address I have not book my connection and u can understand what is the importance of gas in present time there is black which is going upto Rs 800 which to expensive
                                    When I m go to renew there is no proper co-ordination to distributors which have not satisfied to me in last 3 month they have not stats nary when it come they have tell new thing submit the cylinder and regulator they can not convey arlier. can u explain how it possible when I submit it where I cook our food can u sugges me ? and new thing which type of rule u have made my both address are in same district why we submit and again I go for new I m understand this police, it made for in favor of customer or made of disturbing to customer
                                    When I talk to Mr. Jain they not make proper co-ordinaton to solve to distributon itself

                                    Kindly requesting u plz consider it and do some needful result I have face big problem. I have not take cylinder from last more than 6 month

                                      This to inform that I, Rakesh Kumar,'having Indane gas connection no 6734 with Alfa Indane, Hatia, ranchi. have not received LPG gas booked on 05/03/2012 with booking reference no: 210923 through my registered mobile no. Once a message is received on mobile on 15/03/2012 that cash memo has been generated(2506) against your refill booking. Till date we have not received the LPG. The executive keeps on chatting personnal calls on phone when visited to the office. Its really difficult to get them on phone. Only one no is provided:[protected].
                                      Kindly help me in getting the issue resolved and also to improve their services for home delievery within defined TAT.

                                        Avery Gas Agency is a Indane Distributor for East Delhi - Laxmi Nager, I have booked for a Cylinder on 17th March 2011 through [protected] Booking number : 9389 with the reference number :652282, when i tried to contact the agency on their contact numbers[protected] and[protected] either busy or ringing no response, then i tried to contact the toll freenumber on 23-Mar-2011 to lodge a complaint on [protected] waited in que from 7,6,5, 4,3,2,1 then they disconnected the call without reply. This not the way to serve the customer to get a product. i need some action against this..
