Dear Sir,

Our Indane gas cylender no is RFI0939, Residence of 3/F-8, NIT-3 Faridabad. The supply in our NIT-3, F-BLOCK area is very poor / improper.

our gas no is registered from Garg Gas Agency, Address:- 3/E-67, We have visited many time in this gas agency for our booked gas by this agency, but they always refuse us by saying:-
1. ABHI AA RAHA HAI.
2. 2.00 BAJE TAK AA JAYEGA.
3. YA FIR KAL AANA.

This is not the good way of behaving with customer in any manner. They have to think many times before saying like this.

They have to place themselves in place of customer who walks daily from his home to gas agency for his / her
gas,

NO ONE LISTENING THERE FOR CUSTOMER. We have visited there from last 1 month daily but no action from agency side.

SO I am requesting you to do some action against this issue and this kind of Staff.

    LPG refill delays by Modern Gas agency
    I have been struggling to get my refill LPG cylinder from your agent M/S Modern Gas agency for the last 15 days. I have booked a gas cylinder on 24rd of October 2012, (last delivery was on 29 Jan 2012) but I have not received my filled cylinder till to date (15 days already over).during the time Holi festival Not only that, the dealer is behaving very badly manner, yesterday I gone to the dealer's office on that time one of the staff said that you can complaint we have no problem and the filled cylinder will deliver after one week only.

    This is bring your kind notice that this is very ashamed from your side.


    If you have a principle please help me and take the action immediately.

    indian oil/LPg — LPG CYLINDER DISTRIBUTION

    SIR AT PRANKUR INDANE GAS SERVICES LAL KUAN GHAZIABAD THE DISTRIBUTION OF LPG CYLINDER ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.EVEN SOME COSTUMERS GET 5 TO 10 CYLINDER DAILY AND SOME DOES NOT GET ANY ONE IN A MONTH.
    I THINK THIS IS ALL HAPPENING BY BLACK MARKETING.THEY DO MISS BEHAVE WHEN WE ASK ABOUT IT.

      The below mentioned distributer
      MALLICK INDANE

      Charged Rs.3550 in Total for new connection,Bill Given For Rs 1400(Rs.1250 against cylinder+Rs.150 against Regulator) .He talked rudely and was not ready to give the rgulater also he agreed after an argument. I came to know that he is harrasing the consumers whoever complained against him. He is Charging Rs. 3550 to all new consumers . After complaining in the Indane Gas Website no action has been taken yet(Note- Total charges for cylinder+regulater is appx.Rs.2100)

        Hi All,

        I'm a resident of Bangalore. I bought petrol from an Indian Oil Petrol Pump in Shri Shirdi Sai Fuels, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore.

        I asked for petrol of worth Rs 400/-(Almost Rs 73/litre which is 5.47 Lt's of petrol). I noticed that the fuel needle of my vehicle didn't move much and it
        showed me some where 4 1/2 Lt's. I thought probably after catching-up speed the needle will move but it didn't. they are duping the customers by filling less petrol than they pay for.

        Proof: I have the credit card statement and a picture that i took before leaving the petrol Pump where it shows the fuel needle indicator.

        So i want to raise a complaint against the Petrol Pump for not filling up the petrol for the amount they took and for cheating the consumer.

        Points to Note :
        1. I have the Citibank's Indian Oil Credit Card and so I prefer going to an Indian Oil outlet.
        2. I visit a petrol pump only when my bike is out of petrol and then fill its tank to full capacity.
        3. The Person didn't ask me to check the reading he started putting the fuel and later when i checked it was short of almost 1 1/2 Lt's of petrol.

          is repeatedly referring to my booking and delivery of cylinder dated 10th feb 2012 where as after 21 days they should book my fresh gas refill.

            dear sir
            i am a consumer of indane gas through gujral gas co. I am verry unhappy with the service of gujral gas co. jabalpur. first of all this agency have no any palce for distribute gas cylender, some time it distribute from r.c. ground penti naka, some time it distribute from vacate place of sadar bazar, some time from mutton market. in actlly they have no any perticular palce for distribute the gas cylender. Second thing now this agency billing & distribute the gas cylender on plain paper without any original bill. whenever we demand for bill agency empolyee refuse to issue bill parchi. Third one is that empolyee of the agencies is verry bad and they are unable to help the consumer for any type of problems. i have so many complaint againt the gujral gas company so please take some neccessary action againt gujral gas co. jabalpur and help us.

              My distributor always make delays in deliver of gas cylinder. Distributor agency name is Pearay lal & sons and distributor no is [protected]. And whenever i go to agency for booking , the concerned person deny my to book LPg just say that there is shortage of cylinders then what about those deliveries which they deliver for black marketing. Please look into the matter we are facing much problem in getting LPG cylinder.

                i am a consumer of indane gas with panchsheel gas agency,civil lines moradabad,u..p.My consumer no. is16342.I consumed my gas refill within a fortnight due to the unexpected advent of some guests and family function.I have a large family.I tried and requested the agency many times but his personnel and the owner too comletely denied to book or deliver the refill as a hard and fast rule.I have registered a complaint with A rea manager no.325376 on 29 th .Feb.but despite of lapsing aconsiderable period nothing has been done by the concerned authorities.K indly intimate me the action taken against the agency and inform me what should be done in the case if refill is exhausted before twenty days due to some unexpected domestic needs?Further i would like to inform you that i am a patient and my husband stays out of the city being a government officer.Sunita Srivastav,Malti nagar,Deputy Ganj,Moradabad Cell [protected] and [protected].

                  This is Smita Kumari, customer No - 15962,i have booked for refill cooking gas cylinder on 15th feb but still not yet delivered, when ever i call they are saying, we will deliver tomorrow.Sri Sai Prasanna Indane provides very bad service, every time takes more then 45 days to delivery cylinder, we are staying with family and i have 3yr old kid, it is difficult to adjust having food outside, needed your help to delivery on time. Thanks a lot.

                    my comsumer no in 0852 agency name is NARAIN GAS AGENCY MODEL TOWN BATHINDA . i have booked my cylender on 21.02.12. til 04.03.12. my cylinder is not delivered. the agency do not attend the phone call also. there is no online booking facility. there is no name in gas agencies list on the net. i have applied for a new gas connection before two months ago but no response. on the other side who appllied new connection before me they have got a conncetion. please note my request and take action should be taken.

Till today I have not received refill and automated service no. told me that booking upto 14.2.12 cleared. My house remain open throughout day and night. No delivery man has reported so far.                         I have booked gas cylender for refilling through internet and which details are given in the subject. My customer no.19436 issued by M/s Gujral Gas Agency, Sadar Bazar, Jabalpur(MP). The above two bookings were made due to have been reported by the vendor that Ist booking is cancelled without mentioning reason, thus IInd booking is done under compulsion being the Ist aborted. The IInd booking is gone above 20-25 days above, but unfortunately still I m deprived of the fundamental right to feed my children and old age parent. Some time it is reported by the vender that due to non available of person, supply was not made. But I am takeing oth that alway minimum two persons are present in my house at "Plot no.126, Ma Narmada Nagar, Avantibai ward, Bilhari, Jabalpur(MP). Asit Naskar. Customer no.19436.

                          I applied for DPC on 29 Nov 2010. Today it is more than one year, yet now I haven’t got the Double Portal Connection.

                          Also many times there is a gap in booking and supply of refilled cylinder and we have to fill up the gap by taking the help of our neighborhood by exchanging the cylinder. Every time I have to face the problem during exchange of cylinder because of delivery boy asks to exchange noted no cylinder only.

                              My domestic cooking gas Indane consumer no is 34443 and supplier is M/s Satyasheel Gas Service ,Niranjanpur Dehradun. The supply is not satisfactory. I booked ythe refil on 13th Feb,2012 and the suplier says it was sent to my house on 18th Feb, but the house was liocked. Since then i am being given false assurances that it will be sent today/tomorrow but no result. I was very much in my house and it was not locked on 18th as stated. I feel some fishy transactions. The gas agency was recently raided by IOC, Vig as also by CBI team on complaint.

                              lindane — no refilling is given in time

                              Dear Sir,

                              We have one gas in our home, and we are join family and we are total of 19 person and we have single gas clinder

                              We are the customer of Rajesh Gas Agencies in Madhavaram Chennai-60. and our sonsumer No: 6857, we have been booked the gas on 06.5.08 and till date we have not receive the gas,

                              i came to know that our delivery has been given to some other person and we dont get service from the rajesh gas Agency.

                              When we asked for complain book we were not given, we like to take nessery action.

                              I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 6 months in time , but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. There is no 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.
                              I had requested the matter to Mr.T.C Sharma through phone,messages ,he provides his cell no ,but most of the time this mobile switched off.Every time my family disturbed as telephne booking are not possible and every time I am not able to go to their office to book the refilling request.Since I am working in private co. I have no time.

                              Please solve the problem permanently & immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many months as any of their phone either they are not working or no body picking the phone.

                              This is a pathetic state of condition as on dates where we are thinking telebooking etc for Delhi.If it is for Delhi then why this type unprofessional Gas service providers are still in Gurgaon.Why there is no service?

                              Request to understand the worry /importance of mail and help me.

                              Sir,
                              With reference to the above I have the honour to inform you that I am a Indane gas consumer vide no.006233 and the name of my gas agency is Prazzalak Indane Star Distributor, Pathsala, Dist- Barpeta(Assam), Pin-781325.The gas agency make too much delay (about 50/60 days) in giving refill cylinder, thereby making it impossible to get the allotted 9 (nine) numbers of cylinder approved by government of India. After getting one cylinder the customer have to book refill cylinder after 16 days and delivered the booked cylinder in about 50 days. A enquiry of the consumer gas booking card will reveal the actual fact.
                              Therefore I request you kindly to make a ground level enquiry at the agency so that customer can be helped.

                              My consumer no is 56442. I book for refill cylinder on 02 Aug 2015 and received message that my cylinder is registered with ref No. 695187. On 13 Aug 2015 received a message that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 695187 shall be delivered shortly. On 18 Aug 2015 a message received my refill booking stands cancelled. Then I again book for refill cylinder on 18 Aug 2015, but still not received a refill gas cylinder. My Distributor name is Captain Gas Agency Pratap Vihar, Sector-11, Ghaziabad (UP).

                              Please take necessary action to avoid hardship of a poor family.

                                i bindeshwar sah adv. request to open Indane gas agency in Bairagania sitamadhi Bihar 843313 as there is need of another agency as services provided by Shivshakti gas agency of Bharat gas is scanty,poor ,Arbitrary & monopolistic.customers have to pay more in connection as well as in every gas supply.there is situation like terror here.needy have to purchase through bye-pass surgery. I believe the officers concerned take notice the problem faced by people of Nagar panchayat Bairaganiahaving sufficient population. here there is mo alternative of cooking fuel.

                                  I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer number is M-28738. I would like to book a complaint against my gas distributor Manimajra Gas Agency, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh
                                  I have got the receipt copy on Feb 26 regarding New connection but the cylinder has not yet been supplied. He is also causing lot of inconvenience by not picking up the phone. There is one land line numbers given ([protected]). The phones ring but nobody picks up. If one tries after some time he gets continuous engaged tone. If one tries again after some time the phone rings but nobody picks up. The persons who sit in the office is making false promise day by day that "Today You will receive the Cylender'. This is irritating. I request you to please do something in this regard.

                                    This is regarding delay in Indane gas cylinder delivery. This is the second time that such an incident has occured. We tried reaching through the toll free number and the Yelahanka branch distributor. But in vain. A gas cylinder is one of the basic necessity people need. If it gets delayed / does not get delivered, every household faces a problem. Am sure you must have experienced the same at some point. Hence, hope you do understand my family's need. Appreciate your help and time. Given the details below.

                                    This Complaint is Regarding the Gas Distribution Persons who are Supplying the Gas to Residents Houses are Charging Rs 15 in-spite of the Heft Gas Bill of Rs 415 in Bangalore near Hebbal. I would like to this bring this matter in front of the Karnataka Government - Are We Supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra Each Time for Gas Delivery???? Sir, Pleas do a Calculation on the Profit Earned by these Gas Distribution Personnel - The Total Amount Collected by this Way of Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery from Each Household. Example : There are 1000 Houses/Households and Charging Rs15 for Each Gas Delivery the Total Amount Comes to Rs 15000. This is such a Big Profit Making Collecting Our Hard Earned Money? Why are we being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I would like to bring this Matter in front of the Karnataka Government - The Gas Distribution Personnel are Collecting Rs 15 from Each Household for Every Single Gas Delivery. Sir, Please Calculate the Amount of Profit the Gas Distribution Personnel would have made from Every Household. Example - There are 1000 Houses in a Locality. The Total Amount Collected Would be Rs 15000. This a Big Amount in spite of the already Burdening Gas Bill of Rs 415. Are we supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra Every time for Each Gas Delivery??????????????????????
                                    This Complaint is Regarding Delay in Supplying Gas to Households near Hebbal. Even after Booking the Gas, More than 1 Month Delay in Supplying Gas to Households. Gas Cylinder is Basic Necessity for Cooking but The Indane Gas Distribution has been Delaying Supply of Gas by more than 1 Month. Who is to be Blamed? Why is Karnataka Government not taking any Action????????????????? The Karnataka Government should Fine Gas Agencies Delaying the Supply of Gas that is Causing Problems. I would like to bring another Complaint Regarding Residents are being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery Per Each Household. The Gas Distribution Personnel are Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery per Each Household near Hebbal, Bangalore. I would like to bring this Matter in front of the Karnataka Government. Are we supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra for Gas Delivery

                                      my gas cylinder of indane distributer m/s. Rathwa Gas Agency Situated at Vadodara - nr. Ellora park Bank of India lane , This agency's service is very poor. my costomer number is 141235. I booked my cylinder at 25/01/2012 after 6 to 7 time personnly follow up and requist they supplied me the cylinder at 29/02/2012 without giving me any type of slip. not only this time it happens to me so many times. without follow up they not deliver the cylinder . they have so many coustomer complains but how this agency run i dont know. Sir i want complete checking of coustomer booking status.
