I have booked gas cylender for refilling through internet and which details are given in the subject. My customer no.19436 issued by M/s Gujral Gas Agency, Sadar Bazar, Jabalpur(MP). The above two bookings were made due to have been reported by the vendor that Ist booking is cancelled without mentioning reason, thus IInd booking is done under compulsion being the Ist aborted. The IInd booking is gone above 20-25 days above, but unfortunately still I m deprived of the fundamental right to feed my children and old age parent. Some time it is reported by the vender that due to non available of person, supply was not made. But I am takeing oth that alway minimum two persons are present in my house at "Plot no.126, Ma Narmada Nagar, Avantibai ward, Bilhari, Jabalpur(MP). Asit Naskar. Customer no.19436.

    Dear Sir,

    I applied for DPC on 29 Nov 2010. Today it is more than one year, yet now I haven’t got the Double Portal Connection.

    Also many times there is a gap in booking and supply of refilled cylinder and we have to fill up the gap by taking the help of our neighborhood by exchanging the cylinder. Every time I have to face the problem during exchange of cylinder because of delivery boy asks to exchange noted no cylinder only.

      I am client of the M/s Avirath gas agency at Hoshangabad (M.p) Our Cylinder connection Number is 27808 with name of Smt P.Pathak.I booked gas cylinder on 21 December 2011,Till now we are not find , agency said the Gas cylinder no batch no.1-240 is dose not match Instead of the they not delivers the refiled gas,

        sir,
        My domestic cooking gas Indane consumer no is 34443 and supplier is M/s Satyasheel Gas Service ,Niranjanpur Dehradun. The supply is not satisfactory. I booked ythe refil on 13th Feb,2012 and the suplier says it was sent to my house on 18th Feb, but the house was liocked. Since then i am being given false assurances that it will be sent today/tomorrow but no result. I was very much in my house and it was not locked on 18th as stated. I feel some fishy transactions. The gas agency was recently raided by IOC, Vig as also by CBI team on complaint.

        lindane — no refilling is given in time

        Dear Sir,

        We have one gas in our home, and we are join family and we are total of 19 person and we have single gas clinder

        We are the customer of Rajesh Gas Agencies in Madhavaram Chennai-60. and our sonsumer No: 6857, we have been booked the gas on 06.5.08 and till date we have not receive the gas,

        i came to know that our delivery has been given to some other person and we dont get service from the rajesh gas Agency.

        When we asked for complain book we were not given, we like to take nessery action.

        I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 6 months in time , but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. There is no 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.
        I had requested the matter to Mr.T.C Sharma through phone,messages ,he provides his cell no ,but most of the time this mobile switched off.Every time my family disturbed as telephne booking are not possible and every time I am not able to go to their office to book the refilling request.Since I am working in private co. I have no time.

        Please solve the problem permanently & immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many months as any of their phone either they are not working or no body picking the phone.

        This is a pathetic state of condition as on dates where we are thinking telebooking etc for Delhi.If it is for Delhi then why this type unprofessional Gas service providers are still in Gurgaon.Why there is no service?

        Request to understand the worry /importance of mail and help me.

        With reference to the above I have the honour to inform you that I am a Indane gas consumer vide no.006233 and the name of my gas agency is Prazzalak Indane Star Distributor, Pathsala, Dist- Barpeta(Assam), Pin-781325.The gas agency make too much delay (about 50/60 days) in giving refill cylinder, thereby making it impossible to get the allotted 9 (nine) numbers of cylinder approved by government of India. After getting one cylinder the customer have to book refill cylinder after 16 days and delivered the booked cylinder in about 50 days. A enquiry of the consumer gas booking card will reveal the actual fact.
        Therefore I request you kindly to make a ground level enquiry at the agency so that customer can be helped.

        My consumer no is 56442. I book for refill cylinder on 02 Aug 2015 and received message that my cylinder is registered with ref No. 695187. On 13 Aug 2015 received a message that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 695187 shall be delivered shortly. On 18 Aug 2015 a message received my refill booking stands cancelled. Then I again book for refill cylinder on 18 Aug 2015, but still not received a refill gas cylinder. My Distributor name is Captain Gas Agency Pratap Vihar, Sector-11, Ghaziabad (UP).

        Please take necessary action to avoid hardship of a poor family.

          i bindeshwar sah adv. request to open Indane gas agency in Bairagania sitamadhi Bihar 843313 as there is need of another agency as services provided by Shivshakti gas agency of Bharat gas is scanty,poor ,Arbitrary & monopolistic.customers have to pay more in connection as well as in every gas supply.there is situation like terror here.needy have to purchase through bye-pass surgery. I believe the officers concerned take notice the problem faced by people of Nagar panchayat Bairaganiahaving sufficient population. here there is mo alternative of cooking fuel.

            I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer number is M-28738. I would like to book a complaint against my gas distributor Manimajra Gas Agency, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh
            I have got the receipt copy on Feb 26 regarding New connection but the cylinder has not yet been supplied. He is also causing lot of inconvenience by not picking up the phone. There is one land line numbers given ([protected]). The phones ring but nobody picks up. If one tries after some time he gets continuous engaged tone. If one tries again after some time the phone rings but nobody picks up. The persons who sit in the office is making false promise day by day that "Today You will receive the Cylender'. This is irritating. I request you to please do something in this regard.

              This is regarding delay in Indane gas cylinder delivery. This is the second time that such an incident has occured. We tried reaching through the toll free number and the Yelahanka branch distributor. But in vain. A gas cylinder is one of the basic necessity people need. If it gets delayed / does not get delivered, every household faces a problem. Am sure you must have experienced the same at some point. Hence, hope you do understand my family's need. Appreciate your help and time. Given the details below.

              This Complaint is Regarding the Gas Distribution Persons who are Supplying the Gas to Residents Houses are Charging Rs 15 in-spite of the Heft Gas Bill of Rs 415 in Bangalore near Hebbal. I would like to this bring this matter in front of the Karnataka Government - Are We Supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra Each Time for Gas Delivery???? Sir, Pleas do a Calculation on the Profit Earned by these Gas Distribution Personnel - The Total Amount Collected by this Way of Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery from Each Household. Example : There are 1000 Houses/Households and Charging Rs15 for Each Gas Delivery the Total Amount Comes to Rs 15000. This is such a Big Profit Making Collecting Our Hard Earned Money? Why are we being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery??????????????????????????????????????????????????????
              This Complaint is Regarding Residents are being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery Per Each Household. The Gas Distribution Personnel are Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery per Each Household near Hebbal, Bangalore. I would like to bring this Matter in front of the Karnataka Government - The Gas Distribution Personnel are Collecting Rs 15 from Each Household for Every Single Gas Delivery. Sir, Please Calculate the Amount of Profit the Gas Distribution Personnel would have made from Every Household. Example - There are 1000 Houses in a Locality. The Total Amount Collected Would be Rs 15000. This a Big Amount in spite of the already Burdening Gas Bill of Rs 415. Gas Cylinder is Basic Necessity for Cooking but The Indane Gas Distribution has been Delaying Supply of Gas by more than 1 Month. Who is to be Blamed? Why is Karnataka Government not taking any Action????????????????? The Karnataka Government should Fine Gas Agencies Delaying the Supply of Gas that is Causing Problems. I would like to bring another Complaint Regarding Residents are being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery Per Each Household.                 Malpractices at Laxmi Nagar Indian Oil Petrol Pump

                Whenever a 2 wheeler asks them to get the tank filled to full , they fill it to 100 first and then pretend as if they heard only 100.
                On asking for filling it further they engage you in IOCL company card offers and other talks and continue with the same reading .At the end they bill the customer saying that the first 100 were...

                my gas cylinder of indane distributer m/s. Rathwa Gas Agency Situated at Vadodara - nr. Ellora park Bank of India lane , This agency's service is very poor. my costomer number is 141235. I booked my cylinder at 25/01/2012 after 6 to 7 time personnly follow up and requist they supplied me the cylinder at 29/02/2012 without giving me any type of slip. not only this time it happens to me so many times. without follow up they not deliver the cylinder . they have so many coustomer complains but how this agency run i dont know. Sir i want complete checking of coustomer booking status.

                  Gas registered on 28/1/2012 refill Booking NO: 491046 On 25/2/2012 got message as cash memo 21474 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Today 1/march/2012 got message cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 491046 with cash memo 21474.


                  I called Guru krupa agency, they never pick the call , if they pick they will cut off the call.I went there directly and took the number of delivery guy and he is asking my house location , he used to supply from long time , recently we had enquired with him. And he say now there is no load and will deliver when load comes...


                  I think he might have sold it for some more bugs ...... This is what now a days happening...

                  How to over come with this situations....

                  I have all the proof....

                    My name is H.Padmanabhan. i am consumer of Indane Domestic lpg with M/s Kitchen LInks. Indane gas agency at robertsonpet, Kolar Gold Fields.. Kolar District, Karnataka. my consumer Number is 9729. I have double cylinder connection. I have booked for refill on 23/1/2012 and the Kitchen links lpg provider has made the cash bill on the same date ..but delivered the cylinder only on 1

                    2012. When i tried to book order for refill of the second cylinder online i was instructed to book on 13

                    2012. But when i telephoned the kitchen links lpg [provider they have refused to book refill order for the second cylinder.. telling that they will book order only after 30 days from the previous delivery
                    then that becomes a single cylinder delivery. What is the purpose of me having double cylinder ? But </s Kitchen links is not ready to answer that point. when the cash bill is dated 23/1/2012 why did they made the delivery on 1/2/2012.
                    The agency is misusing the booking of refill order and black marketing customer cylinders for a week to commercial users. This needs to be looked in to. The Indian oil company complaint's online registration is very cumbersome and does not work ..

                      delayed/non supply of gas cylinders
                      I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Cauvery indane agency, k.r puram is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 07/02/2012
                      ( booking no: 387302 ) and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder has not been booked & there is no proper feedback from the customer care.
                      Even i had registered a complaint on this regard on 21/02/2012, and the complaint no. is 308814. But still no action has been taken .

                      indane gas - bangalore cauvery agaency — delay in supply of refil

                      My consumer No. 55318 at Cauvery agaency for indane gas at Krishnaraja puram, Bangalore -36. I had booked gas cylinder on 30-9-09 , booking No, 4627 and they cancelled the booking on 12-10-09.Even though they promissed delivery by 10th Oct 09. Once again they booked them self as on date 21-10-09 the cylinder is not delivered. The Depavali fastival we could not clebrate due no gas in the house.
                      sir,my LPG gas connection changed to another agency by ioc.my new con-no is 9190.i have booked cylinder on 15 days back.2or3 time i calling agency.but up to date cylinder is not supplied,so kindly taking further action this matter.

                      I have booked my LPG on 22/4/15. But not delivered the refill. Previous 3 times also delivered after 50 days. Please give the reason for why this late delivery happens. Looking forward to the immediate reply .

                        So many time tell about gas delivery problem but no any kind of response by Amar gas agency. Last before two month of last delivery of gas cylinders and every body paid the delivery charge with gas cylinder even than no responsibilities should be taken by said gas agency .

                          I am a consumer of a INDANE GAS. The distributer name is 'M/S SHYAMALI GAS SERVICE', Bagula, Nadia, 741502, West Bengal.
                          My consumer no. is '2011'. They delivered a gas cylinder to me on 21/01/2012. On 28/02/2012 when I replacing the old cylinder with that new cylinder, then I see that new cylinder is empty. The cylinder was leaked but seal was very perfect. Next day I contact with 'SHYAMALI GAS SERVICE' office, but they told that, their have no option to replace the cylinder.
                          So I request to you that, how can I get a full gas cylinder? HELP ME, & do the needful.

                            I have booked my cyclender for refilling on dated 10/02/2012. On dated 13/02/2012 I got message from Indane Gas ( 544111 ) about my Refill Booking No[protected]. On dated 14/02/2012 again I got a message that against my refill booking 6237, cash memo 6458 generatedand cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Then on 20/02/2012 I got the message that cylinderhas been delivered against my refill booking 6237 with cash memo 6458. But I am sorry to say that I am still waitng for my cylinder till today (28/02/2012).

                              I am customer of Indane gas services vide our Consumer no. 27502 from last 2 months, sir, I had apllied for gas connection to Prabhat Gas Services Shop No. 34 B-Block Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058, I have received gas connection,cylinder, regulator, stove etc. but I have not received PASS BOOK till now, kindly help in this matter.

                              lindane — gas cylinder undelivered

                              We are a customer of Shubh Laxmi Gas Service, A-138/3, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092, my consumer number is 15496. We had booked a cylinder on 20th January, 2010 by MTNL Booking Number 1260. My Booking Number was 12.

                              But even after 10 days we have not recieved the gas cylinder.Even though reminding them several times about the same.

                              Please treat it as an urgent complain.

                              Indane Gas — undelivered of New cylinders

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,


                              I have taken New Indane Gas connection through BINDU SHAKTHI GAS SERVICES(Indane Gas Distributor) on 18 July 2009.

                              I have paid the amount for two cylinders for which the delivery of cylinders has not been done. Inspite of several visits and phone calls to the agency since July 09, they simply ignore the complaint saying that they have already delivered the cylinders to others and now they are unable to trace out to whom they have delivered.

                              Now they are ignoring my requests. Below are the Connection details:

                              I had booked for replacement of gas cylinder with Indane through automatic booking. I did not recieve the cylinder and enquired they say the cylinder was already delivered, This is not happening for the first time. In the earlier occation I called the delear explined him that we had not received the cylinder and he promptly replaced with new cylinder

                                I applied for new connection of LPG Gas at ASAL Durg Ent. 203-- Girnar Colony Gandhi Path, Vashali Nagar Jaipur (Rajasthan). on 08.02.2012. One Person from ANSAL Durg came for verification at my house on 12.02.2012 and he gave me one letter on 12.02.2012 in which it was mentioned that "your booking for new Indane Connection against wait list number [protected] dated 08 feb 2012 has matured and you are requested to come in person (no authorisation will be accepted) with in 60 days with this letter , to avail your Indane connection.". I reported to ASAL Durg Ent.203 on 27.02.2012. Then the employee told me that we can not give you the connection as during verification on 12.02.2012 it has been found that in your kitchen you have one LPG Gas Cylinder. Then i told him that i have taken my friends Gas cylinder for one month as i did not have any connection in my name and for that i have furnished one affidavit also then he told me to meet the owner of ANSAL Durg Ent.203. The Owner denied me to giv a new connection saying that i am already have one indane gas cylinder in my kitchen then i made him clear that it is not my gas connection and i requested him a number of times but he started shouting at me and insulted me by saying that its my Gas agency and i will decide to whom i will give the connection and you are nobody to ask for any justification.

                                This condition is everywhere in India, at every corner of India these Gas agencies mafia are ill-mannered as well as non-helping and corrupted.
                                My case is as follows:-
                                I am living in Laxman Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am very fed up with the gas cylinder agencies like INDANE and HP. I am trying to take the connection from last four months but they always say that connection is not available, apply next month. But their next month never comes, Whenever I reach there, they say’s connection is still not open. I am talking about “Anand Enterprise Indian OIL” located at new railway road gurgaon-122001
                                Even I tried to call the customer support number’s given at the office but no one even pick up the call. Either the number mentioned there are out of service or do not respond. I have tried on following list of numbers:-

                                [protected](Mentioned there as senior’s number but still not working)
                                [protected].

                                Can we imagine, even after having so many numbers, still no one is there to support or hear your problem. Is this department is under government?, The person sitting there are doing corruption openly, even I have seen someone giving some bribe to some senior person for just having a new connection.
                                Even I have tried for the same in HP too, but they also respond very badly, they say try in Indane, and Indane people say try in HP. They never ready to help and are very ill mannered people.
                                What kind of country has become an India? Is there any way of justice? Can’t I have a simple connection even though I have all the documents? Can’t anything be done against them, are they really free to do anything and any corruption. Can’t we make them learn lesson? Why we have left this department so immature and ill-mannered.
                                Please help me to provide the justice and guidance. Please take serious action against such people who are doing so much corruption on basic necessity of people.

                                  My name is Biswajit Chattopadhyay, my Consumer No.05917T and the name of Gas supply dealer is Cantonment Gas Supply, Gorabazar, Kolkata. Please note that I have booked gas on 28/01/2012 under Booking Ref.No.298057 but when I enquired about the status of the booking on 23/02/2012 through automated booking no., it was my utter surprise the date of the above booking had been changed as 22/02/2012 and the booking Ref.No. given as 309668. I failed to understand how the booking date and no. has been changed when there is urgent requirement of gas cylinder at my residence. Please take immediate action and restore my old booking no. and date for urgent supply of gas cylinder at my residence.
                                  I expect some positive action in this matter.

                                    My consumer No.J12993 and I booked for refill around 15 days back . Even after 20 days they are not supplying the refill. On enquiry they informed that Your cylinder is delivered . The other Indane distributors in the city are supplying the refill within a week time, my refill booking no is 10158 and cash mamo no is 13018 that i recieve on massage some days back... the guy who cover tis area sold our cylinder in black as there are many shops who sold cylinder in black. Please take action as every time i need to spend 900 rs to buy cylinder in black.

                                    I had lodged the complaint to refill the gas . After 21 days they had delivered the same. By time, when my old gas went down, we connected the New GAS and found that the cyclinder is having problem and gas is not coming out that.

                                    We lodged the complaint with Bhubanswar GAS and after 2 days only they send Mechanic to repair the same.

                                    Surprisngly, it is taking 2 days for them to solve any problems within the city limit and the way they are behaving withthe customers are pathetic.

                                    In the first time I book after the 21 days of last cylinder delivery, they are saying after 10days, we will get the gas, after that when we go and ask, they are saying for more two days, and after that when we go and ask, they are now saying for more three days.

                                    we reuquest every time to the supplier i.e.siddhivinayak gas agency deliver gas on saturday, but they never listen to us. they send gas in week days and when we call they give many casual answers which proove zero customer care.

                                    for a singal gas we have to call them & request them when they become very careless every time.
                                    hope this mail works and atleast someone care for customers who have to fight for their rights.

                                    I have book the cyclander as on 28 Dec 2010 and till date I not recd the cyclander. Agency person is not giving proper reply.

                                    I an a costomer of Indane gas service, Raigarh, Chattisgarh. My costomer no is 135591. i booked to providde a gas cyl. on 15/3/2012 which booking no. is 6276 dt. 15/3/12. But after one month there is no response to deliver the cyl.

                                      My consumer No.16317 and I booked for refill on 01/02/2012 to my gas distributor M/s. Muthumani Gas Agency, R sector, BHEL, Trichy. Even after 25 days they are not supplying the refill. On enquiry they informed that they have not received the load. The other Indane distributors in the city are supplying the refill within a week time, this distributor alone takes more than 20 days normally. Please take up with IOC and do needful.
