I am Dinesh Kumar Tiwari s/o shri Yogendra Kumar, Shivpuri Baldeo Road Raya, Mathura. Pin-281204.
sir I apply for gas connection in Mr. Ray Indane gas service, Indra Bhawan, Baldeo Road, Raya. then gas employ was ask to pay 5630 rs for 2 gas salendar, gas stove, ragulater, gas pipe and gas liter. I pay 5630 rs for all assecaries. then his employ give me a bill aftter 4 days only 3684 rs

so sir I request u please take a immediet action on this gas service. and help for all consumer. and stop the carreption.

    I am the consumer of your good fame with consumer No.16298. I have booked Gas cylinder on 7th Feb'12,but still i am not received Gas cylinder . I checked with local distributor (Meenaambigai Agencies - Annanagar - Madurai). He told gas cylinder stock not available with him , it will take another one week and no proper response from this distributor. In this context awaiting your kind immediate action in this regard.

      Dear Sir,

      Indian Oil Corporation had announced car in a tank offer on 2012. The offer ended on 31.01.12 but still they did not declared the winners for the same.
      As per the clause they will be announcing the results by 1st week of Feb’12 but still they did not announced the same.
      Kindly look into it and do the needful.
      I agree, s if the draw ends on 31.01.2012, it is the responsibility and duty of the concerned to pick the winners without delay. The delay is making the participants anxious and give the company ( IOC ) a bad reputation
      Yes i agree too. According to the terms and conditions of IOCL the results were to be out within 6 weeks from the end date. So 6 weeks from 1 FEB 2012 would be 14 MAR 2012 and yet there is nothing mentioned about the results are the there abouts of the results. Kindly look into this at the earliest.

          Indane Gas Agency Global Indane, Panchasakha Nagar Dumuduma, Bhubaneswar-19 Tel 2471622/2472622 is harassing me for delivery of gas in every booking. My customer No. 2786, Rasbihari Tripathy. The delivery is very poor. They are insisting to book a refil after 15 days of delivery. In every time they delivery the gas from 10 days after the booking. We are supposed to get two refils in a month. They are supplying a refil in a month. Not responding over phone. Therefore I am suffering a lot. My mobile No.[protected]

            has anyone ever tried calling so called toll free number at the following website:
            http://indane.co.in
            it is so useless that first of all it does not ring at all, even if it rings, no one picks up. I really wonder why they have provided such a useless number for so called customer care. Next, what the website claims that we can give complaint online, but it never accepts any complaint given on the website. Everytime it gives error and comlaint does not get registered.

            What a pathetic service from Indane. You can't call them for any complaint because the number is useless, you can't log a complaint becuase system does not accept it.

              I am a consumer of Jahangirpuri gas service, office situated at A block, Jahagir puri, Delhi, having connection No.19821. I got booked my lpg rifill on 3.3.2010 at counter. After waiting 5 days, I again visited agency. I was surprised to know that my rifill was not booked by the lady. The lady at counter said she would book my cylender and it would be dilvered in next 10 days. I complained this to the manager. He reported me that your cylender is under pendancy. He could not explained the reason. till date no delivery has been made to me. I have faced this situation so many times when the booking is made but cylender is booked two or three times every time and delivered after these incident. I have brought the matter in the knowledge of Mr. Ashok Chatwani, Area Officer of Indian Oil but this gentle man did not take any action.

                My consumer ID of Indane gas service is 138241 and service provided by Rajarhat Gas service situated in north 24 parganas.Upon registered for supplying fresh gas cylinder they deliver it in time but after few days when we trying to use it,we found it empty and found it default and leaked cylinder delivered.We registered a complaint on 31st January.2012 on oil industry customer service ([protected]) but no action take so far.Now we are without any gas service.The emergency contact numer is not in use and bno body entertain.Do not know how IOCL provide service.

                The delivery boy also donot provide any receipt of purchase buy default.Request you to take action against that.

                Indian oil corporation — leaking LPG cylinder not being changed

                I was delivered LPG cylinder on August 14, 2008. A week later, we realised that the cylinder delivered has a leakage problem. I called the our Indane gas distributor i.e. Dwarka Indane Service (TIN No. [protected], add: K-1/4, Rajapuri, Opposite Sector - 5, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110059).

                a personnel came over and figured out that the problem is genuine and promised to send someone to change the leaking cylinder with a new one after verifying my receipts and all. Since then, I am repeatedly calling the centre and the request is falling to deaf ears. Considering my age and the gravity of the problem, it is alarming to see the negligence on part of Indane Distributor. My customer No is 7404 and address is 299, pocket-1, phase-2, sector - 14, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075.

                It is also suprising to note that IOC Customer Service Cell - [protected], 23411282, the Hello Indane Helpline (24 hr leakage complaints no) - [protected] are not being picked up. Why the hell then they are printed in the cylinder delivery slip?

                I look forward to speedy solution to my complaint.
                Let me suggest that you book a piped cooking gas connection. If it leaks there's no risk I've heard. The entrenched service providers in Dwarka are beyond pathetic and people are switching to new-age service providers, like DTH instead of local cable wallahs and piped gas instead of gas cylinder agencies.

                    i m connection holder from sakti dist. janjgir-champa c.g. , when i was taking gas connection "gas agency owner's" charge me 6650 rs. for DBC connection then i demand for bill or recipt they said that,{ tumko lena hai to lo nahi to black me hi le jao } and their employee talk me very roudly and rough type language that time my children was with me , and i feel very guilty and i compain to agency owner mr. ashok agrawal they said "connection ka rate 6500 rs. hai baki 150 unka chai pani hai, aur jisko compalin karna hai kar do area maneger apna admi hai." so, i m not take any action that time. but the time of dilvery of gas cylinder after 21 days as according to rule .. they said that " 1 month se pehle nahi milega " then i said my gas cylinder becomes empty now then they said to phir black me bablu se le lo 600 rs. padega .....
                    sir plz kindly take some action about their roudly and wrong behavior with normal costmers....

                      We are Indane gas client vide consumer no 911484 ( SANJAY JAJOO) registered at Mahamaya gas agency ,191 BG, 74c, Indore.

                      Inspite of our repeated complaint at the agency for leakages in the cylinders received and less weight of the cylinders ,there has been no action since last six months.Every month we have informed the complaint to the carrier and the agency which none have them cured. They say that the same is received from the Company and they cannot do any thing.

                      It is a great risk to our family and INDANE should be responsible in case of any accidents , if occured ,due to gas leakage.

                      Kindly ensure earliest solution.

                      Indane Gas — cylinder with less wieght and leakage in cylinders

                      Roop Gas, Mayur Vihar-III, Kondly, Delhi cheating thousands of its customers for distributing cylinders with less weight (2-6 Kgs ) of gas. They refill this gas to empty cylinders and sales to hotels and other needy people with heigher amount. So with the help of the licence of Indane, they cheat customers and making side business at the cost of customers. An average loss of Rs. 70/- per customer is observed. In the net itself I have obseved similar type of complaints against Roop Gas. So I request you kindly take necessary action in this regard.

                        I am a consumer of M/s Meera Gas Service, 113/286 Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur (tin no. [protected] Phone no.[protected]. My connection no. is 9701 in the name of Mrs. Manju Saxena, my wife. I had various time complained that the cylinder supplied to me is underweight and the cylinder finished in 20-22 days only. this time I booked the gas on 02.02.2012 and the cylinder supplied to me on 14.02.2012. To my utter surprise, when I weighed the cylinder on scale it was only 25.03Kg against 30.04Kg gross weight which was painted on the cylinder. I complained to the agency who assure to look in to the matter. Today, 18.2.2012, I visited the agency and asked that the complaint has not yet been resolved. I asked for the complaint book to lodge my complaint, but I was told that the complaint book is in the possession of the agency owner and he has left the office at 4.10p.m. However, the agency has asked one person to change the cylinder. The changed cylinder was also less by 0.900kg. when weighted. Can this be resolved. How long a consumer shall bear the loss of this cheating being done by the agency or their vendors.

                        Indane - LPG Gas Cylinders — Underweight of Gas Cylinders

                        Gas Cylinders are underweight offten and get exhausted in less than a months time even on very small consumption, say in a small family consisting of four members in the family two of them being children below 10 years.

                          Since long I am not receiving the supply of gas in a reasonable time. Sometimes the date of booking is being differed by the agency and supply becoming in ordinate delay. They also not supply me the number of gas booking. In the month of March 2010 I have booked the gas on 02-03-11 over phone as usual but when I requested to the gas they flatly denied the date of book as 02-03-11 in place of 08-03-11.

                          Sir, I being a police officer can hardly peruse the matter. My family members suffer a lot for this.

                          In the above circumstances I seek you kind intervention so that I can get the gas regularly.

                            Received intimation for NEW LPG connection from the Dealer. While reaching the dealer point dealer said that LPG will issue only with GAS stove. But I am having gas stove with me. I dont want again spent money for a gas stove.I contacted 3 times to the dealer for CONNECTION. But they are refused to give me the same without gas stove. As per the norms I can avail the gas connection with out gas stove .I think dealer insisting me to take the stove for their benefit. This is illegal and I required a solution for this issue.

                                I am a resident from Nashik, Maharashtra.But due to some circumstances I am in Kerala from last May'2011. We have booked gas on January 11 2012. But even after 50 days we didn't get the cylinder. When i asked the lady sitting in Kottarath enterprises, kanjany, thrissur she replied that they are distributing the cylinders for those people who have booked in end december 2011. so it will take another one week. then there was strike which we can understand. we asked several people for cylinders, but in vain. after the strike was over, i again went to the office to check about delivery of gas cylinder. She replied that strike is over but they have not received the cylinders. i told them the urgency and they told me that as soon as they recieve the cylinders, they will supply our cylinder in first lot. now 6 days are over. today when in enquired, i got the reply that the supplier is not going to your area. so when the supplier van goes to your area, i will get it. How is it possible. You should deliver the cylinders as per the booking dates and not looking at the vehicles going in which direction.

                                  This is regarding the delay in delivery of Refilled Gas Cylinder of Domestic Gas Cylinder Category. My consumer no is 02985 with Indane . Distributor
                                  B.T.P.S. Cooperative Ltd BTPS Township, Tribeni, Hooghly, West Bengal In the past 2 years there is always a delay in delivery of the Refilled Gas Cylinder at my residence for more than 40 days from the booking date . Even after complaining several times in the past 2 yrs , I am not getting proper response, The Manager and the Properietor behave rudely with me rudely and use filthy language , They also threaten me with dire consequences .

                                  this agency always deliver the cylinder after approx, ten days of booking.
                                  i have a long record of gas booking & delivery dates, witch shows the bad service of
                                  above said agency.
                                  my consumer no. is 6986
                                  please help me.

                                    Sir ,

                                    This is regarding the delay in delivery of Refilled Gas Cylinder of Domestic Gas Cylinder Category. My consumer no is 54348 with Indane . Distributor
                                    Ranee Gas Agencies at Perumal Nagar Nanganallur , Chennai - 600 061. In the past 2 years there is always a delay in delivery of the Refilled Gas Cylinder at my residence for more than 40 days from the booking date . Even after complaining several times in the past 2 yrs , I am not getting proper response, The Manager and the Properietor behave rudely with me rudely and use filthy language , They also threaten me with dire consequences . They also lodge police complaint and harass me physically and mentally ,

                                    The booking dates and the delivery dates in the past 6 months are as follows :

                                    For the above delays I personally visited the Area Office at Teynampet in Chennai and lodged a written complaint . on 19/1/2012 @ 12.30 pm , I spoke to Area Manager Mrs Moti Sai Vasudevan and she accepted the complaint after 1 hr .The sales officer in the office spoke to me in filthy language and rudely in front of his Area Manager . Even the Area Manager spoke to me rudely and irresponsibly . I was told that i will get the reply within 10 days, Even after 28 days since 19.1.2012 , i didnt recieve any reply either thro post or email or thro phone. This is highly ridiculous that a PSU company like Indane behaves like this to the customer irresponsibly.

                                    I request you to look urgently in this matter and take action immediately .I also asked for a compenastion of Rs 50000.00 since i have to spend such amount for buying other Cooking appliances because of late delivery and other medical expenses.

                                    lindane — very late in delivering the gas

                                    sir, my consumer no. is A-2315 under the name of S.S.Rama sharma
                                    my father we have booked for gas on 11th or 12th of september but still they have not delivered the gas till date that is 23/09/08

                                    please do the needful urgently

                                    lindane — Very Late Delivery and no response

                                    Indane Gas Service : I am really frustrated with this service of Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors (Located at 6th Phase JP Nagar, Bangalore-560078.) Its really worst case in emergencies. They dont even attend the call and I really know they keep the Phone receiver aside, the call fails suddenlly when calling. The service is very bad, me and my neighbour booked on same date(OCT 3) with one hour differences, they got cylinder in 1 week, its been two weeks since we get the cylinder. Its really goin worse, and anyone has to take proper action ot see that they provide good service to customers.

                                    lindane — no responce from anybody

                                    I am a resident of Kendriya Vihar sector-82, Noida. My connection no. is 12001, we were having the supply from "Ela Gas agency". Now few weeks ago its closed (we don't know any reason). Now after we kept calling different numbers, (including the customer care,) for gas booking but every personal is behaving like its our fault. There is another gas agency which is in Kasna ("TOMO Gas), and they kept promising to deliver the gas but still after 21 days they are responding in very rude way. I am seriously looking to take help from "consumer forum" as those people are completely hopeless.
                                    I am shocked to see the professionalism in those people.

                                    is anybody knows where to lodge a written complain please tell me. Thanks.

                                    lindane — Cylinder booked but not get

                                    I booked a gas cylinder on 20/11/09 but not get. Before 20th I tried several times to contact to DEVI GAS AGENCIES, VAIKOM,KERALA. but they didn't take the phone. My consumer No. 14949.

                                    lindane — cylinder not delivered which was booked on 16-2-12

                                    respected sir,
                                    i have received last gas cylinder on 1-2-12 and booked new cylinder as on 16-2-12 but have not received the gas cylinder till now. sir you tell how a gas cylinder can work for more than 1 month. please help me by solving my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I am residing at TNHB Colony velachery, Chennai and My consumer number is 26986. The distributor is Sabha Indane Gas Agencies, 51, cart Track Road, Maduvinkarai, Guindy, Chennai-32. The door delivery person received the cash which is extra Rs.30 from the billing amount on 16.Feb.2012.

                                      They do not attend phone calls ([protected] – srinivas , office :[protected], hence it has become a tough time to know gas booking status and to convey the complaints.

                                      If the bell is ringing but no response. If we try next time always busy.

                                      We are totally vexed and upset.

                                      Problem 1: Not able to contact agencies.
                                      Problem 2: Extra charging for gas


                                      Kindly look into the above matter and do the needful.
