Dear Sir,
My lpg gas agency name akp gas service,and i booked my gas on 09/04/2012,but i don't get my gas till today.
i inform you about this in my consumer office,but they told me that you'll get your booking after 5 days of gas booked.
So,can you please tell me why i'l get my gas so late.
After this if you want gas out of agency it is openly available in black on 650 rs. why?????

    Dear Sir,

    I am a IOC LPG (Indane Gas) consumer.

    My Cosumer No. is 22183.

    The last cylinder delivered to me about a week ago is leaking. I ctried to complain at Customer care number mentioned in my customer card (Serial NO. 2K3-10728) at [protected]. They guided me to Toll Free No.[protected]. They guided me to two EMERGENCY numbers for Lucknow region [protected] & [protected].

    Gas is still leaking.

    No one has registered the complaint to do any thing about it. I am just being guided to somebody who are switched off.

    Both are permanatly switched off.

      I have a gas connection no.M14120 issued on 27 feb,1997 by Manjot Gas agency Batala road.The vendor has ceased the gas supply for he wanted to recheck thee documents.I provided my voter id,pan card for the same but he refused to accept all the legal and authenticated documents.What i am supposed to do now.and where can i complaint and to whom.Is there any agency for consumer grievances for Indane where we can seek redressal..

        I have booked my cylinder on 20.03.2012 & still not received, after contacting with the agency they said it has been delivered on 06.04.2012 , but i did not receive.

        Also their delivery time is arround 15 days. & for new booking they want minimum 20 days delivery from the date of previous delivery.

        How i will cook my food

        Please do the needful

          Indane Gas — Not delivering Properly

          Dear sir, I have booked cylinder on 31/08/10 but still i have not recevied the cylinder
          cust no: 09952
          cust name: B.saraswathi
          They or not delevering to home, but they or charghing as home delvery.if we ask why r u not delvering month to month properly means they are no responsing .plese take action on them solve problem .

          I want to complaint against my Indane Gas agency (code 107201- jagan enterprises)for misbehave and threatening for services - today (2nd time)when I gone to Indane lpg gas agency for transfer the gas connection (J-1861) from my father's name to my mother's name (after my father's death) In the morning at 11.10 am they refused to entertain me and asked to come after lunch and when I gone again after lunch they asked me to come on Monday. When I requested them again, they (Mr. Rawat and his assistant) shouted on me and abused openly and threatened me for future services. You are kindly requested to pls take action against them for their misbehave spoiling image of India Oil.

          If this complaint reached to any Indian oil officer, kindly take action otherwise I've to go to consumer foram.

            Respected sir,
            This is to bring you notice I got cheated at Indian Oil petrol pump at Thermax Chowk, Near Rudra Hotel, Chinchwad, Pune.(17/04/2012 at 8:10am)
            When I instructed attendant to refill the tank worth Rs.200, he tried to distract me for buying additives on the other side. (Another attendant was there) When I opened the fuel tank cap, By that time by immediately putting the nozzle in the tank first guy started filling the petrol without resetting the machine to zero & At that time, I saw the display was showing amount of Rs.58. So actually from Rs. 58 to Rs.200, he filled the tank worth Rs. 142. I couldn't prove this. But I could notice this on my bike’s fueI indicator. I complained him, but he didn't agree. But I am damn sure about blunder the two operators did. This is a kind of trap.
            I told this thing to my four friends today morning itself. You cannot see this kind of malpractice in HP & Shell petrol pumps. Most of the people know this pump is malpracticing. Please take some strict action against them otherwise I am not gonna go to Indian oil petrol pump again.

            IOC- Petrol — Cheating, when fuelling

            IOC petrol pump at BEL Circle, Gokula, bangalore, i've refilled my bike 2 times but when i say to person to fill 150/200 Rs petrol, they will start asking money and the charge appear on panel is 50 Rs. again he ask how much to fill? when i said 150/200 Rs. he again reset the panel and filled rest of Petrol,

            But earlier 50 Rs filled petrol i not sensed when he filled...
            At akaash auto center, radhu palace, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi I ask to fill petrol for 500/- the attendent fill petrol of 130/- then I ask to him that I told 500/- then he fill 370/- starting from 130/- that is he fill petrol of only 370/- this kind of things happens many times in this petrol pump. So please aware while filling petrol at this petrol pump.

              Dear Sir,

              Once again i have to approach you for the irregularty in supply of Indane Gas Cylinder Refills.

              I has booked my domestic gas refill at Tej Enterprises, Jaipur via gas booking number [protected], the refill was booked on 19th March 2012 with alloated booking no.207645. It is almost a month that they have NOT delivered me refill cylinder.

              On enquiring again on above mobile booking number, instead of informing me that STATUS of my above earlier booking of dated 19.03.12, the mobile SYSTEM once again booked my request for refill dated 12.04.12 with booking number 215077.

              Now can they explain what is this ????

              Kindly intervene and sort the matter immediately.

              Indane Gas — Non Delivery of the refill cylinder

              Dear Sir,
              I am the consumer of Indane gas at Sagar Branch (MP). The distributor name is Sagar Gas Ph:[protected]. The connection has double cylinder. When one cylinder is refilled the next due date of booking for refilling is after 21 days. The gas was booked on 24/09/2008. They have not supplied the cylinder yet i.e approx 16 days. Does refilling cylinder burn for 21 + 16 days. I approched the vendor he is continuosly bluffing and supplying cylinder in black (450/cylinder).Does this is justified. He should be intimited for the same and action should be taken and again the same taken action may be intimated to me.

              Indane Gas — Non delivery of refill cylinders at dates

              Respected Sir,
              I am one of the consumer of Nethaji Gas Agency (Indane) at Nedumangad, Trivandrum(Dt), Kerala. I experienced a bitterness from this above agency, ie. I booked for refill cylinder at november 2008 but they didn't send it at proper time, & I won't get it till Feb 24th 2009. They are missuseing the cylinders to Hotels, Marriage Parties(for cooking), & also to vehicles for far higher rates.I also send this copy to The Collector of Tvm also. So humbly request you to enquire about this agency & alligations against them.

              I had booked for a refil cylinder with KFCSC, Kankanady,near gerody temple,Mangalore on[protected].My booking no is 214. My consumer no is 22581. Till today i was not suplied with rifil cylinder.I enquired by phone no 17th morning,they assured me that rifil supplied on the same day.But we did not get cylinder. Today [[protected]]morning at 10`00clock again I request to them.But they said the samething.but I did not belive in them.Then I personally went there and asked them. As usual they told another lie,that when they brought cylinder,but we were not there.But we were waiting for them without gap.The irresponsible person recieving the phone and telling lies everyday.So please take necessary action on them and arrange to deliver cylinder with immediate.

              Indane Gas — Non delivery of Refilled cylinder

              Dear All,

              I G Amarnath harasehed by Dwarka Gas Agency, (Phone Numbers 25343187,[protected] Dwarka, New Delhi. My consumer number is 14958. I have booked for refill on 12.03.10 which we can hear from Indane gas IVR system. After non delivery of gas I phiycally approched to Gas agency on 24.03.2010 for delivery, they simply said the system is not working properly, so we send on tomorrow. After two days there is no response, again I approached through phone, aagin they says today evening, no response. today 30/03/2010 I do not have any cylider at my home and I am at office. Except hotetling I do not have any alternate arrangement at my residence. I request all the authorities to check the gas agency, where is going wrong.
              As a esteemed cutomer of Indane gas till date I have not faced this type of problem & I got annoyed the way the agency personnels attended to my complaint they were rather unfriendly with the customers.

              Any how thanks for your immediate action in this regard.
              I am a consumer of Anantji Gas Service, Jhandewalan with consumer No. 22313. I have booked a refill gas cylinder on 23/3/2010 through booking line of 1260 from my landline. The booking No. is 178. When the refill cylinder was NOT delivered till 28/3/2010, I tried a lot to lodge a complaint over phone but in vain. When I personally visited on 29/3/2010 in the morning to complain, I came to know that renovation work is going on in the office for more than 10 days and hence the telephone calls from the consumers were not attended. Without any proper reply for non-delivery of refill cylinder, Agency again booked for refill cylinder on 29/3/2010 on my behalf through my Mobile for which he got booking No.95.

              Agency should have made alternative arrangements for attending calls and mail through computers for smooth delivery of refill cylinders to consumers. In the absence of this Consumers are put to much hardship for the non-delivery of refill cylinder as well as for not attending telephone calls from the consumers. It is also pertinent to mention that obviously Agency telephone is very rarely accessed by the consumers and hence GOVT. announced mobile facility for booking.

              There were also complaints form the consumers that even after a lapse of 15 days refill cylinder was not delivered.

              Consumers are skeptical that the delay in delivery of refill cylinder may be to take advantage of hike in price of refill cylinder from April 1, 2010 following the budget announcement by Delhi State Government.

              I request you to please will look into this personally and render justice.

              IOC- Indane Gas Cylinder — Non Issue of Refill

              Dear Sir,
              I Bhanu Pratap Singh am consumer of Indane Gas at Arunoday Gas Agency, Sadar, Lucknow ( Consumer No. 23073 ) had booked for refill on 30 Aug 2010 and gas agency has not yet supplied the Gas. They are always taking more than 7 days in supply and they dont deliever cylinder at home. They have selected a point two kilometers away from my house. We have to collect cylinder from there. Please see the matter and teke necessery action to supply gas at home in time

              Indane Gas (IOC) — Non delivery of Refill

              I had booked for a Indane gas refill on 05.08.2010 at MV Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai-54(Ph.[protected]. The lady at the counter told me that the refill will be delivered within ten days. Even after fifteen days the cylinder was not delivered. I called the agency and they told that within two days the cylinder will be delivered. After these two days I again contacted the agency, again the same two days. After that I used to call them every alternate days and the same reply came from them. Even after one month the refill is not delivered at my residence. Today (08.09.2010) I rang up the agency and they replied that the old booking is cancelled and new booking is done on 04.09.2010 by themselves and the bill will be prepared within two days and then only the refill will be delivered. Now the old cylinder is almost empty and I find it difficult to pull on with cooking. I request you to take up the matter and do the needful to get the refill as early as possible. And one more problem is that the delivery man will stand in the street corner and the ladies/old people has to go to him and get the cylinder by handing over the old one. For that service also he is charging extra money than the cylinder cost. Please advice the agency to refrain from this type of practices.

              My Domestic Gas Cylinder Consumer No 10439 Booked on 2nd february2011, Phone no of Sai Chithra Gas Agency, M.G.R.Nagar, Chennai-78 is[protected]. Usually the delivery of the cylinder is always requested on morning time because of both my wife and myself are employed. Delivery person well known our residential timings. Without cylinder we suffered lot .so we went gas agency on 18.02.2011and requested to deliver he gas .But no response and they refused to deliver the gas at home. Again I personally went on[protected] requesting delivery of the cylinder on time they refused to deliver the cylinder an also their response and approach were very poor and hard. They strictly told not possible to inform deliver of the cylinder timings..

              I Request immediate action on the agency to deliver the Gas Cylinder.

              Our Indian Oil GAS dealer is Nirmal GAS service and I and all other Pilkhuwa consumers are facing the same problem as not getting the refilled cylinder after 10-20 days of GAS booking. I am Ravinder Kumar living in Sarvodya Nagar Pilkhuwa, my GAS number is 23145 and i booked this on 1st of March 2012 but till now i have not received the refill cylinder. Please resolve this issue for me as well as all consumer of Pilkhuwa town. I am waiting for your kind response.

                Yes there is always been delays from Nilshikha's ( Dakhineswar ) end in delivering the cylinders on time. Now a days it takes around min 30-45 days to get cylinder from the day of booking. Yes I also agree that they are not at all customer friendly and hardly helps out the suffered customers.
                The scenario is totally reverse with South Kolkata Indane distributers where they even deliver the cylinders before the scheduled date.

                I request the concerned authorities to kindly take care of this issue asap and get us some relief from this tension every month.

                  Indane Gas — Unwanted behaves

                  Girl staffs in da Booking /Enquaries windows(no window at all) behaves rough with customer specially house wifes . There is no any complaint book.No arrangements for customer comfortness,no chair, even a fan for the customer in summer season.

                      Cooking Gas Cylinders are not provided on time, one has to make several visits to the agency in Jakhan, Dehradun. Probably the weight of the Gas is also less as it is finishing much before the expected time. Gas cylinders are not provided even one month after the date of booking.

                        For address changing they are not accept the request form and ask to provide property paper ,


                        if they required they can veryfiy the address by executive ( I have already provided the Rent agrement to them for new building but they required electricy bill that was not available as this is new flat and the process is under progress)

                          I am a consumer of Indane gas and I am pained to write to you that the distributor at Rourkela, [Office at Chhend] is not responding to any request. Neither they are lifting the telephone through out the day for days together nor supplying gas.

                          I booked a gas on 20th March and I was assured that it will be delivered after 9 to 10 days. Now it is more than 20 days and there is no response from them.

                          Today I tries continuously from 2 PM for 30 minutes both their landline and mobile [protected] and [protected]. But no response from them .

                              i have a conection that name o[censored]rmila pareek that no.20819,gas bokked already one month before and our distributor says that he delivered gas 04 jan in his registerd . but i have no receive our cyclender and that guys supplyer is black marketing. pls solve this problem as soon as possible other wise i file a case in consumer court against indane gas.pls revert within 24 hours.

Our agency M/s Sandhya Flames, Aranmula, Pathanamthitta Dist, Kerala has not been sending the gas cylinder in the allotted time. It is very difficult for a 6 member middle class family including a baby and school going child to survive without a gas cylinder. Kindly help.

                              the indan gas dealer BIRSAMUNDA GAS AGENCY is booking gas after 21 days of issue cylender and next cylender deliver Aproximate 20 days after booking. so i will reciever one cylende after aprox 40 days of privious recieved cylender.
                              2. there are no hame delivery facility for our colony area(Cement Nagar,bardole,bargarh). it is only four kilometer from dealer's office.

                              I am J.N. Misra from Sambalpur. My consumer card number is 9609 and the distributors name is Munda Gas Service, SRIT Market, Sambalpur. I have booked a domestic gas cylender on dated 09/08/2010. But till now dated 06/09/2010, the distributer has not yet supplied. I had been to the shop on 03/09/2010 personally and requested to delever it as soon as possible. but till now they have been not responding even they are not bother to respond tephonically.

                              Indane Gas — delay in gas delivery

                              We are suffering a lot because of late delevery of gas. Nearly 30 - 40 days it is delaying to get one gas. our neighbours are getting gas immediately once they give extra money. They are paying Rs.500 - 600 to get gas soon.

                              I have book Indane Gas (Consumer No.M-15077) in Maheshwari Gas, DDA Flate Gali No. 9, Madangir, New Delhi on 05.01.2011 Throgh TOMO Gas Booking and my Booking No. was 2446. But Till 10.01.2011, we have not received Gas Cyclender. Please enquire into the matter for delay delivering.

                              I (Naveen Kumar S/O J.NARSING RAO bearing the INDANE gas no. 27937) on behalf of my FATHER have booked a gas through customer care contact ([protected]) and got booked the gas connection for the month of NOV-2011 and i got the message stating that your bill has been generated, the refill booking no. is 278979 with cash memo 5476. I have got this message on 12th NOV.2011 afternoon.But till now i haven't received the gas cylinder. Please do look into this matter and do the needful enquiry into this
                              This is a very generic issue. They are making the wrong use of their position..


                              I complained about the gas leakage of cylinder 2 weeks back, the technician came and told it got fixed, but it again started leaking on putting the regulator. I complained back and North Howrah Gas dist said to send it again next day. I followed up on the complaint but its been 12- 15 days and still no technicaian has come to address the issue.
                              Even the phones are not getting picked by anyone inspite of repeated calls. Even the emergency numbers are not working. Please let me know what to do as my home kitchen is closed due to this and i have to order food from outside.
                              Please consider this as a humble request.

                              The normal telephone numbers 26558187/8102 and emergency numbers 23972226/7 are not working. People are not picking
                              up the phone.

                              My initial booking no.257850 booked on 19/09/2011 was not processed. After following up several times a month when i
                              called back they said to log a new booking request.
                              This was frustrating. I dont know where that booking has gone. Now i booked again but it has complains as said before.
                              I humble request is to please look into this matter urgemtly as its been more than 2 months that this issue is pending

                                The service by this agency is very poor.When I call them to book a cylinder they said ur cylinder will be booked only after the completion of 21days from the last delivery.If it so, then they deliver the cylinder after 40days from the Booked date.. So, 21+40=61 days. How sir? Is it possible to run a big family with a single cylinder for 61days?
                                For the last 2months they r doing like this.. I have booked my cylinder on March 17,2012..
                                I am waiting for the new cylinder till today April 9,2012. They told tat u'll get ur cylinder only aftr the completion of 40days from March-17.
                                My old cylinder was consumed and emptied before 2weeks. Now it is very tedious for us to do anything without cylinder.
                                Please make some actions to overcome this problem sir...

                                  Subject- Gas Leakage and catching fire issue not taken seriously by Indane Gas / Sondhi Gas Service.

                                  Last night our gas cylinder got finished and so we replaced it with our second cylinder. In the morning of today at 8 am (9th Apr-2012), during cooking, we found that our second Gas cylinder is leaking badly when it caught the fire. Somehow we got controlled on the fire and checked that Cylinder is having a problem. After that we immediately tried to report the issue by phone at 10 AM but the given indane numbers were engaged and sometimes not working. Then we managed to contact the indane transporter guy (Name- Sri Ram) to see this issue who provide the services in our region (Paryavaran Complex). He said that he will be visiting our home as soon as possible. Waiting for after 2 hours, we again reported this issue to the Sondhi Gas service ("SHOP NO-J-3, SAKET",NEW DELHI) visiting them personally and they assured us that it will be solved by the evening. After that, we called so many times to the agency number which was busy, and then 20 times to the transporter guy also. Each and every time he replied that he has sent a boy who will reach in 10 minutes at our place. After 5:40 pm, this guy Sri Ram didn’t pick our phone call. We tried again and again to the same number. After 7 pm, we contacted him using another mobile number, then he picked the call unknowingly and said that the boy might be on the way to our home, and he intentionally dropped the phone call. And after that he switched off his mobile phone to ignore our call.

                                  Now its 8 pm. Indane Gas agency has not taken this issue seriously even after the 12 hours of reporting the issue. We could not have a proper lunch/dinner today. If they can’t understand the seriousness of the matter, where the human life is in danger and every month we read the accident cases in the news paper due to gas leakage, its very sad to know that Indane has become a failure to satisfy their customer. And due to lack of sincerity within the Indane employee, many lives might be in danger.

                                  Please, take an action against Indane/Sondhi gas service and provide us a good replacement of the cylinder. We still hope, Indane would try to be better in future.

                                  My father Mr ranajit kumar sarkar is a consumer of indame(distributor name: shreeji enterprises,81/A S.p. mukherjee road,kol 700026)..cust no 5889 ..recently we had complained regarding gas leakage ..we are unable to use the same for cooking...comp no.3762..however inspite of repeated reminders we have not got any service from the distributor..the person who is responsible for the service is not receiving any calls...it is prsumably highly risky to use fire in kitchen when there is a gas leakage..hence we needed the service urgently...but no one is bothered to listen to our grievances...we had also called on the emergency service cell no 24458113..but since we have already complained in hazra outlet our calls are not entertained...IS THERE A WAY OUT FOR CUSTOMERS like us...

                                  imy consumer no. is 15619 with indane at raj gas service,shastri nagar,ghaziabad.i just observed there is a leakege from cylinder and is required to be stopped immediataely .

                                    I have got a gas connection from an agency in Trivandrum ( Shelly Gas Agency). I have booked for a new cylinder on 9th March. The agency has not supplied the gas till date. When i call the office they are giving the excuse that my order number is not reached. I have no option to know if they are saying the truth or they are selling gas not in the booking order. Could you please let me know what i can do in this case

                                      I'm a LPG consumer with Kavery Indiane Services, Kunnicode, Kollam, Kerala, Customer no is 11423. I am not receiving the filled cylinders on time from past so many months. Last time I booked on[protected] and it is not delivered so far. I am facing big problem due this. Frequently I am inquiring with their office about the delivery, all the times I have been informed that it will be delivered soon, but still not received. Today when I approached the delivery man when he was delivering the cylinder on the next house, he refused to listen our words and he said you can go anywhere and make the complaint about him.
