[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Gas Booking Complaint

I am a resident of B-1/494 Ist Floor Janak Puri, New Delhi and my Indian Oil Agent who supplies gas is Nair Gas located in Vikas Puri bearing consumer No.4437 (indian oil ). For the last one week no body is picking up the phone so that no body can book the cylinder. Action may be iniitiated.

I have appled for new gas connection at Shri Sarvoday Juth Seva Sahkari Mandli Ltd. JODHPUR GATE, Near Taluka Panchayat Office, Khambhalia, District - JAMNAGAR, [protected]. i have applied on[protected].
while applying they only write my name and tell me that your new gas connection turn will come after six years. so i have shocked that is it true thse take this much time. They also refuse me to give any sleep regarding booking.they also tell like that nowadys new gas connection booking is stopped by order from company.so is it true. shall i know how much time it take after booking new connection. so plz help me.

I am booking my gas cylider on 10th of february. BUT when i go to book again after 22 days they said me my booking was on 16 feb. They are not giving any recipt or not writing the booking date on pass book. They said us that you people order them not to give any thing in written .
Is this true.
I am a consumer of Palam colony, new delhi

I am a customer of indane and have been registed with gas agency Mallappally, Kottayam Dist., Kerala.i had booked one gas cylinder on 2002. Several times i have asked for the status they told me that is not sanctioned. But 1 week before i asked they said, that is canceled. Any chance to get this cylinder. Please inform me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Everytime I book the Indian gas cylinder by calling the agency, at least I should try calling for more than 25 times then only the phone will be answered. I am fedup of calling the agency to book the cylinder, so I visit the office directly. I have also told the same thing to Mr. Kalaiselvan Krishnan about this issue, but no proper answer. Yes I agree.I myself is facing this problem.Whenever I am booking the gas I have to dial the phone no. of gas agency several times only then my call is attended.Further when gas is delivered most of the time it is less than the actual weight.

we have been trying for last 15 days...
It seems either busy or no body picking up the phone
me and my wife both are working trying very hard to get number booked but no body responding
and when you come on whieghing part it alway less than 1-2 kg loss...


Please take some action aginst this gas agency
they are thinking they are above the law

NAIRS GAS SERVICE(INDANE GAS) — GAS WEIGHT IS LESS

As I am a esteemed custmer of NAIRS GAS SERVICE(INDANE GAS),I had booked my cylinder last week.For which Yesterday i had received a filled gas cylinder from their delivery personal(Manoj) who doesnot have weighing machine & I found that the cylinder is not full almost empty.When I asked him he is telling by mistake it has come.
So I request to look into the matter seriously.
