Dear Sir,

I transfered my LPG connection from Kalkaji LPG Service Station to Mohan & Mohan Indian Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-2, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor[protected] on 19th Jan 2008 but on 23rd of Jan they jst refused our booking and again booked our gas on the same day but today (29/01/2008) they jst ignored our booking and told would be taking another 10 days.

Please let us inform what is the status of the distribution for the LPG.

We dont have any LPG gas with us.

Dear Sir,

i want new LPG gas connection without hot plate, but my region GAS Agency person denay for the issue new gas connection. thay are want 3800/- rs for new gas connection with one cylinder.

thay told hotplate is must for me, i had allredy sent one mail to area incharge of my region but till date they are not take any action.

Now RP Gas agency not given new connection to my wife name, thay told us they can give connection to my name with full 3800/- rs payment.

I completely agree with the complaints aginst Mohan & Mohan. Out of the eight hours a day, more than half of the time they keep it engazged, and if it is ringing nobody answers. You will have to cotinuously dial their nos (you should be lucky enough also) to get somebody on teh otherline.

The ladies answering the phone is rude and never listen to you. They wi;l just let you know that it will take 7-10 days to get the gas. After 7 days you will call them again to let them know that you have not recived the gas yet. They will ask you the booking no. and will let you know that no booking has been done on this consumer no. Its because they put the phone down befor you ask for the booking no., and you belive that you have done the booking and you will get the cylinder after a week. By the time you relised that you have been taken for a ride, it the hightime to get the cyinder.

They have been doing it for quitet some time.

They are saying you have to give only following documnets which i am saying you, but I have read the consumer guide and it is mention you have to give any of the following documents.

Delay in delivery of LPG cylinders

My LPG connection no. 8088, and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s Balasundara. I have got the cylinders minimum 15 days after booking the cylinders. Also, sometimes the cylinder last only for 20 days, on an average, it should last at least a month.
My appeal is that concerned LPG sales officer should look into the unscrupulous activities by the distributor.
Dear sir,

We are looking for a new Gas connection & the same is not available. How to solve this issue as we have taken a new house & need the same on urgent basis.

Delay in delivery of cylinders

I am subscribed to the Indane Gas distributor M/s Gas-O-Indane, Indore. From last more than one year I am observing that after booking a cylinder I used to follow up usually 5-6 time in every alternate day and every time I got fixed reply that "In a day or two we will deliver cylinder at your doorstep". I got delivery of cylinder usually after 15-20 days of booking. So I just want to raise your concern towards this point that your dealers are not providing proper sevice to the customers.
I Ali Uddin "Gas Connection no-39795" complaint against M/S Popular Gas Agency -Sunder Nagr (New Delhi) that I have asked him to send the Gas-08 days before but I did not received any response. Most of the time they keep it engazged, and if it is ringing nobody answers.
It will take 10-15 days to get the gas. cylinder after a week.

Seeing a news on 1-Aug-2008 that IOC, BP and HP companies have been instructed by Govt, to accept applications for new/fresh LPG connections and clear the wait-list connections, I inquired about the same nearby HP LPG gas outlet at SrikrishnaNagar, Hyderabad, But it turned out to be a false news published or companies have not been instructed as published.

My LPG connection no. 00477 of Yashoda Indane Service, Sujatha Apartment 6-1-138, Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad 500 025. I booked the refill on 16 th Aug'08. I was told the it will be sent within a week. Till this day it isn't delivered and whenever I call up a lady promises that it will be delivered that day.Of late she is rude and says she can't tell when the cylinder will be delivered.She also refuses to give the current distribution position.

My LPG connection number VG 13747 from Veena Gas Service is not supplying gas as per booking. The suppliers have a nexus with local people for making money illegally. My booking was done by centralised booking 1260, 3 weeks back but they did not supply. Again I booked on 26th Sept 2008, but they informed on 29th that there is no booking in my name. Today the 30th I again booked but I have so far not got a refill. The delivery boy can give you out of turn supply for which he charges 150/- this racket has been going on since a long time. They write in their register either booking residence locked or empty refill not available. Today I asked the booking girl for the owners mobile number the gave the number as [protected] as Munir which I tried but nobody picked the phone, which was false or intentionally given wrong. I completely agree with all the complaints about the Mohan an d mohan indane gas co. in Sector 37 faridabad.. they're rude, never reply to phone calls, U take leave from work reach there personally book for the gas refil and find al fones working! to top it all now they say u hv to mail ure gas requirements at to some tomtgas.com.. or sms it to a no. given but none of them are functional.. u still hv to take leave scream to get ureself heard ther..

LPG Gas Related — Phone not receiving proper

We trying daily but no response. Hyderabad Sharad Gas Agency people neglecting customers and they are selling black market every day atleast 20 to 30 cylinders. If you want any clarification you also try it. If you call this agency office there is no response till 7 pm. After that they closed.

Sheetla Gas Service Gurgaon (Indane LPG ) — Gas booked on 30-11-2008 but not received till today the 12-12-2008

I am a customer of Sheetla Gas service Gurgaon. I booked a Gas on[protected] and still not received my Cylinder. When I booked my gass they told me that it will be delivered with in 4-5 days. but after 6 days when I made called them on their phone, they told me it will be delivered on 6th of December, but they didnot delivered wnd when I visited them personaly on 6th and 7th december they returned me by saying the gas wil be delivered on by tomorrow morning. but still I am waiting for my gas to be delivered to my address. Yestreday when I called them they were talking ruthlessly and I was very sad they way they talked to me. they had no sense to talk to their customer.
Sir Madam I have small kids in my home they goes to school my LPG cyslender is empty and I purchased a cylender in BLACK by paying Rs 650 and I got it immediatly. but when I followed the normal rprocess I am still waiting for it.

Hope I will get some sollution for my problem.

I.O.C (LPG) — Pathetic way of handling costomers

SUB: Regarding non availability of basic services to the customers.

I am a customer of the esteemed organization IOC bearing the connection no:1280 (Brindhavan Gas Agency)want to bring in to your notice about the pathetic way in which the customers are handled by this agency,
I booked the gas on 3.1.09 with the delivery time of 12 days, but it was not delivered on inquiring i was told an un-professional excuse stating that that the delivery boy went to some religious place so we are unable to provide the delivery, on again inquiring they asked us to bring the empty cylinder to the godown and get it replaced then i demanded Rs-8 deduction from the bill amount as transportation charges, the person handling the delivery laughed and told that those were olden days when we used to repay the transportation charges now a days it is not given,
I wanted to complain about this and also the delay in delivery and asked them the complaint book the gave me a rough notes and told it is the complaint book, on strictly arguing the created a new register which had nothing in it,
I was surprised the way they are running the agency then i asked the concern man to give me the number of IOC complaints, he angrily argued and told me that he was just appointed yesterday into the job and don't know anything about numbers, I questioned each and every irresponsible employee about the number they just shrug their shoulders the number displayed on the board of INDANE GAS was also erased, some how i got the number and made the complaint .
I request the concern authority to take strict action on them and do the provide the basic facilities to the customers, they must know that they are serving the customers.

I have LPG connection from Sarswati gas Service Sanganer, Jaipur Rajasthan to Sita Ram Meena Airport Sanganer Jaipur (telephone number of the distributor [protected]) on I booking gas but supply
evry time after 40 days .I told again & agian and told would be taking another 10 days.

I am a customer of Sheetla Gas service Gurgaon and my consumer no is MS-16251. I had booked a Gas on 7th Jan, 09 and still not received my Cylinder. When I booked my gass they told me that it will be delivered with in 4-5 days. But after a week when I didn't receive my Gas Cylinder I followup with Sheetla Gas service guys and thay told me that by tomorrow evening I will be receive the same. But next day also I didn't receive my Gas Cylinder. Next day I visited to Sheetla Gas store itself, and they told me that within one hour they will deliver the gas cylinder at my place. but again no result came out. Now I visited to sheetla gas store on daily basis but thay are not ready to help me, only wright done my complaint on a perper and no followup.

SirMam, you can understand that I have booked my cylinder on 7th Jan, 09 and today 29 Jan, 09. still I have not receive my Gas cylinder. Because of this cylinder in my home lots of problems are creating...

Hope you will understand my problem and solve it as soon as ponsible.

Against my own connection I was delivered a filled cylinder on 10-07-09 and even after a lapse of sixty-four days the Gas Agency is not in a position to tell me the probable date of delivery of the next cylinder. Meanwhile the Agency cancelled my booking dt.22-07-09, No. 2708 for reasons best known to them. However, my current booking no. is 2444, dt. 20-08-09.

The situation is more or less the same for my Father-in-law who got last delivery of a filled cylinder on 29-07-09 and his current booking no. 2458, dt. 20-08-09.

I would like to request you to initiate appropriate action for redreessal of our grievances and oblige.

1. The first thing is that the loaded vehicle is not reach comes to the public place where the customers easily get it.
2. The cylinder is not fully loaded at its mention load.
3. The preference is given to the black marketers.
4. The distributing place is situated very far from the locality of the consumers, which is situated at Neeva Gaon.

5. If you purchase the cylinder at their storage room at Neeva Gaon then also the cylinder is less than its actual loaded gas.

I the undersigned beg to say the following few lines for your sympathetic consideration and take necessary action the LPG Shikher gas (Indene) agency, Chakradharpur, West Singbhum, Jharkhand is not functioning & giving the service to the consumers.

The said Agency is not supplying/home delivery the Gas cylinder after booking of 21 days. As there is not scarcity of LPG gas in Jharkhand except Chakradharpur. Probably they are earning black money from selling cylinder on high rate on festival.

Shikhar Gas Agency's owner lives at Ranchi and control from there, 20000 of Rly. Employee and 20000 of local town people & villagers are getting too much trouble for non-supply of LPG gas by said agency. The agency owner Mr. Minj said that I having high level source upto ministry level, so no body can harm me.

We have also contact with local SDO, DSP, DC, Area Manager(LPG), Jamshedpur & Jharkhand supplier Ranchi, but no body has taken any action from any conrner.

Therefore, I approached to your kind honour please look into the matter seriously and terminate the Shikher gas agency as the violation of Indian Constitutions of Article 341,

It is very difficult to Gas booking due to not picking the phone. If they picked up the phone not behaving in the proper manner. If gas has been booked, vendors doesn't deliver the gas on time. If delivered the gas, Cyliner never found correct in weight. I have complaied many time to the Agency but there is no positive response or any action has been taken by them.

It is most pathetic to make a call to the agency due to supportive response from helpdesk / customer care attendents.

Kindly do the effective action related to theft of GAS and pathetic response from gas agency.

My name is U. Maria Selvam and my LPG connection is registered in the same name and the gas agency is M V Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054. My consumer number is 15819. Over a very long period the gas cylinders booked is not received in time. It takes a maximum of 30 – 35 days for the cylinders to be delivered. The last booking was done on 22.10.09 and till date it is not delivered. Each and every time it is booked, after the due date, we go thrice or four times to the agency, fight with them and get it delivered. This time when we went in the first week of November, they told that the bill is raised on 31.10.09 and it is load mans responsibility for not delivering the same. I heard from the other consumers that the load men are selling the cylinders at a higher price to the nearby teashops. We find it very difficult and this had become a major problem for us. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary action and regularize the delivery process.

My LPG connection no. 27738, and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s P. L. Gas Service, West Bengal, Kolkata, Tollygunge. I have got the cylinders minimum 30 days after booking the cylinders. Every time distributor is excuse that non regularity of supply and I face this problem last 6 months.

Dear sir,
I am one of your customer who is being repetedly harrased by one of your LPG distributer name " RAJARHAT GAS SERVICES", of P.O. & P.S. : Rajarhat. Dist. : 24 Parganas (N), Tel. No.[protected]/1593, [protected], since I havebeen registered my self on 22.04.2007. Non of the staff is well mannered, always behaved harsh over the telephone and supply of gas is horribal. Being double cylindered customer, at present my both the cylinder is layinhg empty just for the casual attitude of the said dustributers management. I made several complint to the management against of their delivery man Mr.Sannasie, who use to come to my house for supplying the gas and demanding extra amount every time else he refuse to bring the cylinder to my house and left the cylinder un-checked. When this matter brought to the notice of the management over the telephone, the person advised me to manage the delivery boy for my betterment. On next time when the other person was appraised for the same complain, he said this is the system, you have to follow, they are the poor fellow, getting very less amount of salary. Thus I had complaied to pay extra amount on the demand of that deliverman and remained in such a safocating condition that he is the master and we are the slabes.
On many occations, the delevary man with out turned up to my house with the cylinder made remarks as the door was locked or returned from the ground floor as lift was unservisable or he brings less weighted cylinder or seal broken cylinder, which I refused to accept. As a result my both the cylinders gets exhusted and compaled me to beg the peoples for a cylinder or to approach the brockers to have a cylinder illegaly on high price or to suffer up to the extem.
At this moment I am terribly suffering, since my both the cylinder is alying empty from 20/01/2010. To day on several attempt when I get the telephone line and expressed my condition, I got a reply that, "we can't do any thing, at present delevary is going on for those who made their booking on 2nd / 3rd Jan, 2010".
My booking was made in 10th Jan, 2010.
Sir, I have been badly trapped by the system adopted by this distributer. Booking a cylinder is arathmatical game. 1st of all, one should be elegable to book a cylinder after 15 days on receiving a filled cylinder and he will be eligable to receive a fill cylinder after 15 days of the booking subject to availability.I was told supply of gas from the plant is intarupted. If it is fact, then how cylinders are always available in black market. In my area there are numbers of food out lets are running with thse cylinders only.
I think, these people givining me lesson, since I raised my voice against of the odds. I had been in Delhi for 5 Years, their I have seen, delevary boys are carrying with a weighing scale inaddition of their unifor and identity card. Most of them fear to receive any tips from the customers, and respond from the dealer was so promt and customer favour in one word is ameging. In Bengal, we can't even expect the delivery person carry a weighing scale. Once I asked Mr. Sannasi, the delivery man, about the weighing scale, he was surprised and made me surprised to reply that should he consume the gas on the way of my house from godown?
Any ways, My humble request to your good self, to find out the problems and get rid of me from this situations and get me a filled cylinder at the earliest.

Sringeri Gas Agency, Near, sector-7 and railway road crossing, has created lot of problems, They never pick the phone, and after lot of facing problems I booked my refilling (it over approx 10-12 days) the cylinder still not provided by them. However I reminded them before 3 days. As I heard from my friends, in this city every LPG Agency is adopting like this tact. Eighter they will not pick the phone call OR if someone got booked for refilling, they never deliver proper in time. Sometimes it also found, their cylinder come to house in less condition OR poor condition and gas can be found leakage. please do the needful, as LPG is today's essential needs of each family... and it is not possible for me, to take leave more than one day, for only this work.

I have a Indian oil LPG connection from Mohan & Mohan Indane Star Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Opp. kanishka Tower, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor[protected]. I booked a gas refilling on 24/02/2011 which was to be delivered on 04/03/2011. i would like to inform you that I have a single cylinder connection and a long gap of delivery date is not affordable. Yet on 4th of March I was in quee at 8:30 am. And at 11:30am before my turn came they announced that they had no more filled cylinders and told us to come tomorrow. I would like to put some queries regarding this situation:

1. What is the use of delivery date if refilling can't be done on date?
2. How can we refilled cylinder on time?
3. In urgent situation, what is the process of obtaining a refilled cylinder?

    Every time I try to book, hear on answering machine (phone busy, try after some time).
    Normally try for alteast two whole days for booking. Then another 7-10 days to receive gas.

      The biggest problem here is that the no. they have given us for booking never works. It seems they keep the receiver busy all day. I have been trying continuously for 2 days but in vain.

      I also tried hard to register for cylinder..and after a lot of efforts when I was connected, they asked me to show the "ration card" at their office and before that no bottle will be issued to me...and this was not at all informed prior to this...

      Not only this..before I could ask anything regarding this...the executive immediately put the receiver down..

      Please do the needful for such unprofessional customer services.

      Dear Sir,

      I have a Indane gas connection with Gayatri Gas Services, B-Block, Bhajanpura, Main Wazirabad Road, Delhi-110053, connection no 3112. I have booked 20 days back but the cylinder not deliver to me till now,booking was made by computerized (1260) and booking No.85 on 9th of Feb.,2011, after booking I am unable to contact the agency because their all the phone lines are not working or busy.

        gas agencies taking huge time in delivery

        M/s angad enterprises not picking there telephone for booking.
        I am a resident of 185 Baradwari Flats , Sakchi , Jamshedpur . From the last few months ,expired cylinders are being supplied to my house . At present , the cylinder that is being used in my house is tagged with number A-06 . If I am correct , this cylinder is already expired in first quarter of 06. But still this cylinder was supplied to me in the month of January08.

        I have gas connection with Oasis Gas service Agency , Sakchi , Jamshedpur ,and gas consumer no. 24526.

        Last night ( 15/02/08) our previous cylinder was consumed and we changed the cylinder with new one (i.e. cylinder tagged with A-06). When we put ON the cylinder knob , we found there was heavy leakage smell . When we swicted OFF the knob , the smell went off .
        We tried to contact the helpline but it is amazing to know that no one pickedup the phone . It is clearly written on the consumer slip of M/s Oasis Gas Service Agency : " In case of any gas leakage beyond working hours , please contact : 6523207 , mob : [protected] "
        We tried to ring up many times last night as well as today morning on these two numbers but no body responded . I feel that the Gas service agency doesn't care at all about such unsafe situations in common house hold . The situation is same at present in my house . No body from the agency has turned up yet .This can lead to an major accident .
        I have grievances for the following :
        1. Why expired cylinders are supplied to the consumers ??
        2. In case of emergency , why there is no response shown by the Gas service agency ??

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am your customer with Shri Radhagovind Gas Service (SRGS), XI/171, Sham Block, Kailash Nagar, Delhi-110032 having Customer No. SRG10230. I have SRGS’ tel. nos. 22073323 & 22075114 as printed on their cash memo. Whenever situation arises for booking for refilling of cylinder I used to contact SRGS on their telephone numbers first but i.e. of no use because forever I found these numbers engaged. So on many occasions I was compelled to go to SRGS office for booking for refilling of cylinder. For the last some many days also I was trying to contact them on their telephone numbers but their lines are forever engaged.

        Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to SRGS’ office for booking for refilling cylinder in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest.

        Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and get my grievance redressed at the earliest possible and take stringent action against the erring responsible persons in this regard.

        A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

        I always booked my cylinder timely through 1260 no. , but last two months i am not receiving my cylinder timely and the person who bring the cylinder also give it by Less Weight and He did not have their weighing Instrument also when some instructions we try to give him then he always misbehave also.

        if we want to contact Through Distributor then their two numbers 22073323 and 22075114 did not work.

        We are facing so many problems last two months, we are using Stove for cooking the food.

        So, please take necessary action against them who are trying to destroy the Goodwill of "Indane". I will be very thankful to you.

You can try any time between 9 AM – 6 PM you will find always BUSY. But after 6 o’clock the phone ring starts ringing. We go to office personally than book gas. After booking they send after 5-6 days. They give one cylinder in 25 days.

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked for refilling my Cylinder on 17.3.2008 and they have not filled my gas till date instead of my repeated remainders through e-mail and personal talk with Mr.Praful & Mr.Ravinder . Now they are saying that they have already refilled my cylinder on 9th of this month, but I have not made any booking for gas earlier and not received also.

        You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter as their service is very poor.

        Hope I will get my refilling in time in future.

        This is with refernce to the supply of Indane Cooking Gas ref no S-8207 through M/s Pearey Lal & Sons Pvt. Ltd., Karol Bagh Branch, for the past three decades and never have had to face any problem in this regard but this time, we have suffered since November 27, 2007 due tothe callousness of the agency as they have denied us the basic need of refilling the cylinder by simply stating that we no longer live in their area but for the past several years, we have been living in the same area and at the same time other agencies of Indane are supplying the same, but Mr. Khushi Ram refusues to budge and forces us to buy the same cylinder in black at the cost of Rs. 400/- for one cylinder!

        Please help us to solve this grievance and oblige..

I had booked gas on 25/6/08 and again on 30/6/08 Inspite of reminders the Agency sent a person to deliver the cylinder to me on 3rd july 2008.         Indane cooking gas (Ela Gas Agency) — Casual attitude of the agency

        My registration No. is E06380. I received a new cylinder on 26th October, 2008. I realised that it was leaking and immediately brought it to the notice of the agency. Mr. Anil, the technician visited on 27th and changed the washer and also brought to my notice that the seal was tampered with. Even with the washer being changed the cylinder continued to leak very badly, after which i called up Mr. Anil and he assured me that it would be changed on 29th, i.e a new cylinder would me sent as soon as possible. In the mean time i was advised to keep the cylinder outside. Since that day i have been repeatedly calling the agency and requesting them to replace the cylinder. but it seems to have fallen to deaf ears. Its been a week now since i got the cylinder ands it continues to leak.
        can i get Chennai customer care phone number. My gas connection was blocked due to not used for morethan 3 years. is it possible to re connect again my account.

        I booked my Gas cylinder on 31st Oct. 2008 at Aparna Gas Agencies, Puduppariyaram, Palakkad. My consumer no is 207 and bookin no is 1078.For this delivery last 10 days i am following with them.Now it is more than 60days over and delivery is still Pending!!! Whenever am calling them, they claims that they have not received any filled loads and not able to supply my cylinder.

        I suspect that they would have adjusted my cylinder to other customers who favour them. It is very difficult to follow-up this and we are so much of worried about their supply. In our area, there are somany persons have such type of complaints against this agency. Kindly checkup whether they have supplied any cylinders after booking no 1078. I have enquired about our adjacent places other LPG dealers' services like Ottappalam, Olavakkode & Mannarkkad area. They are serving the public better than this agency and their delivering time is max. of 45days. I don't know why only this agency taking these long time to deliver cylinders!!!

        Kindly look this matter very seriously and please take immediate action...

I have booked a gas on 14.02.09, on enquiry at their office on today, I came to know that they are now supplying the booking of 04.2.09 on today.A public rumour is that they are supplying gas cylinders on higher prices to the customers o[censored]rgent need, specially to the marriage parties(ofcourse, domestic cylinders)

Mahabir Gas Agency ka prati mahina ka yahi problem hai. Booking karne ke 20/25 din baad aur kavi-kavi toh ek/der mahina ke baad cylinder diya jata hai & jab cylinder diya jata hai toh uske baad next booking ke liye delivery date ka 21 days ke baad hi booking liya jata hai. Sob milakar ek cylinder milne ke baad next cylinder milte-milte 1-1.5 mahina lag jata hai.Jab ki mera double cylinder hai. Double cylinder lene ka kya matlab hai ? Double cylinder ka matlab hai mahina meh 2 cylinder diya jayega. Lekin badi dukh ke saat kahna par raha hai ki aap logo ne public ko burbak banakar unka mehnat ka paisa ko lekar aapna co. ka a/c. ko varte hai, jo ki sarasar galat hai. Agar public ko sewa nahi de sakte hai toh aise Agency ko band hi kar dena chahiye. Aapka Mahabir Gas Agency, Saraidhela, Dhanbad, ne apna capacity se bahut jada connection de rakha hai, isshhliye mahine meh 02 cylinder toh dur 01 cylinder vi milna mushkil ki baat hai.

        Aapse agra hai ki isshhke aas-paas aur ek Agency khula jay or Mahabir Gas Agency ko 02 tukra kar diya jay, taki aam public ko grihasti ko chalane meh aasaani ho sake. Mujhe aashaa hai ki aap isshh par uchit karbai karenge.

When i asked about charges details he used roudly behaviour with me. My question was very normal. this is not first time. Distributor owner always speak with mis-behave. It should not be happan as India is democratic country and a person has the authority t know about everything about he is paying. My one suggestion is that please surrender the areawise monopoly of Gas-Agencies.

For the supply of LPG they take 40 days Kindly instruct them keeping the govt norms of booking the gas after 21 days.         I am customer, Sethumathavan with Sri Balaji Gas Agencies, G1, G2 - Fortune Appartments, 29, Stedford Hospital Road, Ambattur, Chennai. I am staying in Thirumullaivoyil near by the Gas Agency place only. After booking the Gas it was taking too much of time to delivery. They are always telling after 10 days we will delivered to your house. but the fact is that it is not happening. whenever we are calling for getting the status, they have three phone connections, but all are busy, if we get the line they are not picking the line, more than half an hour i am trying to get the line, but no one is picking. all the three lines I tried. they are not responding. irresponsible fellows. If i try one line, next time they will set it as busy, they taking the receiver and keeping down. please take neccessary action. this is on behalf of all Indane gas consumers.

        We, the cosumers of Indane LPG have to entreat you with regard to the subjected problem in the following ways:

        1. CASH & CARRY SYSTEM: Most of the Gas agencies have their godowns far away from the agency. For example Harishchandra Gas Agency of Teliarganj, Allahabad and has it’s godown 20 Kms. away at Gohri (remote village area ) and customers have to collect their Cash & Carry cylinders from a distance of 20 Kms. Similarly, M/s Ram Krishna Gas Service Allahpur, Allahabad has it’s godown at Jhunsi, nearly 15 Kms away from the agency for cash & carry distribution system. It might have been distributed somewhere near to Agency as it was being done earlier (if not daily, alternately).

        2. HOME DELIVERY: All the agencies at Allahabad do not have their registered venders for home delivery, neither they have vender’s registration in local police circle. Consequently their unauthorised venders delivers the refill cylinders by making 3 into 2 cylinders. Further they do not have weighing balances with them neither they have any identity card nor proper uniforms. Generally ladies have to face these unauthorised venders and they are being befooled by this vender & Gas Agency conspiracy. Home Delivery service sometimes takes even more than a fortnight inspite of repeated requests. However, hardly 10% home delivery is provided and remaining 90% is covered by Cash & Carry system.

        3. SUB-AGENCY: In Allahabad, there are a number o[censored]nauthorised sub- agencies/refilling plants running, making 3 refills in 2 refilled cylinders and this conspiracy is going on with the help of authorised agencies by bulk supply to them.



        Further, all the gas agencies are charging equal rate for Cash & Carry and Home Delivery both.



        In the light of the above problems, we would like to request you to make convenient DELIVERY SERVICE NORMS very strict to facilitate the customers and ensure the applicability of the same.

When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life.         I have a LPG DB connection at United Gas Agency, Sector 3 Shopping Centre Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad ( UP). The connection consumer NO. is 3265480. I had booked a cylinder on[protected] which was supplied me on[protected]. On checking, after opening the safety cap, it was found that the cylinder is leaking gas. since it was evening time, i called the person who delivered the cylinder on his mobile NO. [protected]. As per his suggestion, the saftly cap was re-fixed as he promised to come early next morning. but he did not turn up even after calling several time. Today i.e. on[protected] my wife visited the agency office to lodge the complaint, they promise to send their rep. but till no body turn up to solve the problem. Sir, the attitude is very casual, the leaking of gas is a major issue, which can cause serious incident at any time. further cooking problem can also be hampered. any way we manage to cook our food by taking cylinder from the neighbour and feeded our children,
        Through this complaint, i request the authority to instruct the concerned agency staff, at least not to take leaking complaint so easy and to respond fastly to avoid any untoward incidents.

        I am Haridasan, residing at Ulsoor with consumer No.67551 with K K Indane, Ulsoor. I have booked for my cylinder on 09/01/2010 with booking No.3365, and till date I have not received my cylinder. The counter sales gal says that on 14.01.2010 they have raised the bill but till date i havent received the cylinder.

        First and foremost that getting all the three telephone nos of KK Indane is very difficult. I dont say it is busy but a repeated message of "Yeh Number Karab Hai" on all the three nos are a never ending response you receive. On default if someone picks up the call and I want to speak to the Manager, but he never comes on the line on the pretext that he is very Busy.

        Is this customer service we can expect from IOC.

        Expecting your interference and a mail back from your end.
        Kindly let know when consumer can book the gas after taking delivery of one cyliner.What are the rules of IOC regarding booking period.

        raghu gas service — Corruption

        I write on behalf of many Indane customers residing in Sec-10 area. We are fully fed with the services of your distributor Raghu Gas service for the following reasons:

        1: They take more than 1 month to deliver gas while other distributors in Gurgaon both Indane and otherwise deliver gas within 1 week of booking

        2: There is no phone booking even though they have advertised their no.[protected]. You can dial their nos. entire day without anyone picking the number

        3: Gas supplied by them in cylinders is always underweight by 2-3 KGs and there is no accountability

        3: I have very clear information that they also indulge in black marketing of the cooking gas

        Bamleshwari Gas Agency ( Indane ) is not providing home delivery from last three years .

        After repeated requests the working personnels say they have manpower shortage .

        Always I have to stay in queue for atleat four hours .

        Sometimes they don't even supply cylinder for almost 8 to 10 days and complain about shortage of gas cylinder supply from IOCL .

        I am K.P.Senthil Kumar, a consumer of Indane gas, my consumer I.D is 36435. The agency is Sri balaji agencies ambattur, chennai 600053. booked a cylinder in the january 6 and not get it yet. They said everyday that today we will deliver your cylinder, but the delivery men sell the cylinders in the black market. It is not only my problem. Every family suffers by this illegal supply. The local rowdies are supplying the house hold cylinders to the fast food shops and tea shops. They sell them for 700 rs in the black market. In the above agency a delivery man Mr. dharmaraj doing this illegal business with the support of local rowdies.

        I registered the property in my name, last year november month. Till date i am not able to transfer patta and house tax in my name. Finally i found that everybody who is coming to change house tax and patta in ambattur municipality are giving money to change property in their name. with out money(lanjam) they never change housetax and patta in any body's name. I dont know when i will get name transfer for my house.

        Tamil nadu government and vigilance department should see the "Totally corrupted ambattur municipality" and thaluka office.

        A suggestion for Oil Company

        Indian Oil should instruct the gas agencies to quote the special complaint number of any of the Senior Officer of the Indian Gas Oil Company regarding their complaints and see to it that how much consumers are suffering from their gas agencies and also take actions to resolve the problems of he consumers. If the gas cylinders are supplied of the expired numbers or gas agencies are supplying the less gas in the cylinders . The gas agencies put this blame on gas company that the cylinders are sealed in the company and company is filling the less gas in the cylinders.

        Indane — No subsidy mony not received in my account

        19/03/15 i received a cylender whose subsidy till now add in my account.

        I booked gas through mobile no [protected] on 11/02/2015 ref no of which is 798821 but still to date I have not received the gas. Local supplier is not responding to my call now.

        Less amount of LPG Gas Cylinder recieved

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I am regularly getting less quantity of my LPG Cylinder, The cylinder weight is approx 23-25 KG Only at the time of delivery.

              I got gas booked by sending SMS on dated 06/12/2008 on [protected] and I received the acknowledgement of receipt of the SMS. And I went physically to the agency on dated 8/12/2008 got gas booked but the did not given me any reference no. and verbaly told me that gas will be delivered on 11/12/2008.
              When 10 days have been passed and I did not received the already booked gas, I called to the agency and they confirm me that your gas has not been booked because we have delived the gas on 24/11/2008.

              But I did not get any booking on 24/11/2008. I got booked in the month of October, 2008 and got the delivery on dated 31/10/2008 vide cash memo no. 20512.

              You are requested to look into the matter and instruct the Manager/ Owner of the agency not to do this type of mistake in future and deliver me the gas at the eraliest. Other wise a legal action will be taken against the agency.

                I have been trying my gas distributor (Urvashi Gas agency) located in Sushant Lok Gurgaon(Haryana) for the last three days and they dont bother picking up the phone. I have been suffering a lot.....

                MY CONSUMER NO. IS A-23105. I AM UNABLE TO BOOK THE GAS AS I COULD NOT CONTACT AGNIHOTRI GAS OVER PHONE. EITHER THE PHONE IS BUSY OR NOT BEING LIFTED.

                MAY PLEASE SUPPLY THE GAS AS I AM IN URGENT NEED.

                I Tessy Vilsant, consumer No. 26856 registered with SONA Enterprises, A-72/2, Massodpur, Vsant Kunj, New Delhi- 110070 is finding it difficult to contact the agent over phone. I have been facing this problem for the past 6 months. The agency had given 3 phone numbers[protected], 26893219,[protected] in the bill, but none of them are contactable. Many of the people have shared the same experience. I definitely doubt, a foul play in this, the agency purposely keeping the phone engaged.

                I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.

                  New Indane LPG Connection

                  I am sending this Mail from Maksi, Dist.Shajapur. I am having one gas connection from the local Indane Gas agency, in my name. But I need one more gas connection in my wife's name, as they take 21 days to booking of a cylinder after the last delivery and 15 to 20 day to get the delivery after a booking that means approx 1.5 months to get a refill cylinder. On approaching the gas agency they said it is not possible to get two connections...

                  On account of shifting of my residence from Lalgudi to Cuddalore, I surrendered the equipment and cylinders and got Termination Voucher from your Lalgudi agent. But the agent at Cuddalore is refusing to honour the same and give new connection saying that I should have a Family Ration Card at Cuddalore. I had Family Ration Card at Lalgudy. Naturally it will take a few months to apply for and get new Family Ration Card at the new place i.e. Cuddalore. Till then I can not go without cooking. Please inform me through the e-mail [protected]@rediffmail.com whether the stand of your Cuddalore agent is correct. If so, what is my remedy. I am a senior citizen aged about 70 years

                    Difficulty in refilling Date:25.01.2008

                    This is for your information that I have shifted my residence from Ganapathy to Ponniarajapuram in Coimbatore. I am working as a Deputy Manager in State Bank Of India and staying in Coimbatore for the past 4 ½ years. My present Indane Gas dealer is M/s. G.P.Gas, 428, Raja Street, Coimbatore 641 001.

                    Everytime when I contact them for LPG refill, they ask for Ration Card. I informed (given a copy of the card given by the Taluk Office)the people working in G.P.Gas that I have applied for the ration card at Taluk Office (North), Coimbatore on 01.09.2006 for which I have got the acknowledgement in a greed card with seal of the office with application/registration number.

                    But last week they have started refusing to accept the acknowledgement card issued by the Special Tahsildar, Taluk Office (North), Coimbatore. It is not the mistake of the customer who is eagerly waiting to receive the ration card for the past 15 months. Hence M/s. G.P.Gas may be suitably instructed to avoid inconvenience to the consumers.

                    I'm having gas connection with Vathsala agencies, Virugambakkam, Chennai under the cons No: 47802. since the past 3-4 months, whenever i contact them to refill my LPG cylinder, they ask me to produce my ration card. I, with my family is staying in Chennai for rent as i hail from kerala. I was told that if i cannot get a ration card, i have to get a NOC from the civil supplies dept. i had visited the civil supplies office twice to get a NOC but they were not willing to give me one. it seemed as if they were least bothered about people getting LPG refills.

                    can anyone help us regarding this?

                      I am a consumer of Indane Gas and our distributor is SHAKTI GAS AGENCY, BHILAI. My consumer no. is S011194.

                      Distributor is not giving the delivery in time. He is not taking the booking before 21 days and after booking they takes another 10-15 days to deliver. I have two cylinders, and they must book the refil requirement well in advance.

                      Kindly forward the complaint with the concerned authorities.

                      I'm a consumer in THANJAVUR.My ditributer is ARAVIND GAS for INDANE GAS.I have registered for cylinder on 22=03-2008.At that time i have given my consumer no. assigned by you, they said that cylinder will have to be suppplied within five days.Tilldate i have not received eventhough i have phoneed them every day regarding cylinter but they have replied only, they have not received cylider from regional office.Now my two cylinders are empty, i have suffered a lot in this aged life.
                      Please arrange to gas cylinder, after only i got cylinder.

                      My consumer no. is 15557 at indane outlet, Rajahmundry. whenever I book for refilling, each time the agency takes 15-20 days in delivery. The agency also books for refil after 20 days of previous delivery. They keep the phone always busy. If ring goes occasionally, they are hesitant to receive.
                      May kindly forward this complaint to appropriate authorities for stringent action against those involved for negligence of the duty.
                      Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                      Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                      This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                      I am an employee of Min. of Defence. I would like to put up a few lines as a grievance on Indane Gas Distributor. It is very sad to quote that being a Leader of the family I am unable to provide proper cooking gas to run the family. The Booking of Gas is carried over by SMS. Even after booking it is very pitiful to inform that after booking it is mostly a month or more to get refilled cylinder. Of Late even after repeated complaints to the Distributor, all my complaints are in vain. However I came to know the Domestic Gas has been used for Business people viz., Street side hotels and many such hotels in the black market.

                      Requesting your goodself for involving the concerned official to take correctful action at the earliest. Kindly consider this as a representation of complaint of the people of area and not an individual's.

                        Nowadays, Indane gas agencies(Suryaa gas Service,Kavandampalayam in my case) have resorted to booking of gas cylinders,on completion of a minimum period of 25 days from the date of the previous booking ,which is ridiculous.So,the very advantage in going for a double cylinder concept is nullified.Added to this is the fact that the cylinder is delivered only after a period of 15 days from the date of booking.Does this mean that in case of an exigency,one has to go without a gas connection?The new concept of sending an sms to register a booking has also not been scrupulously followed,with complaints of failures time and again.Rather than providing solace to the customers,it is only adding to the discomfiture.Is anyone listening?

                          SIR/MAAM,
                          i am costomer of indane gas at Rakant enterprizes, west patel nagar, NEW DELHI. My cost. no. is 28588.
                          It is very difficult and sometime impossible to book the gas at this agency as out of 3 phones one is out of function, one is always busy and other is ringing but nobody lift it. smetime it take more than a week just to book the gas. Fed up with this system, i booked the gas by 1260 telephone no. on 14.1.08 but till date i have not got the gas even after 11 days of bookng. i am not sure whether they entertain that booking or not. if not than what is the use of that service.
                          Kindly help me to get the gas at the earliast and try to convince agencies not to harrass the costomers.Many other costomers are also facing same problem with this agency. Can i change the agency.

                          when i rushed to your prithvi gas agency they told me that they can not give me new connection without new two bernur stove.

                          Hello,
                          I have an Indane connection with Madhvi Gas Agency in Hyderabad. Even though they have published numerous phone numbers on their booklet, not even a single one is EVER picked up. This means customer has to always walk down to their agency (which, in my case, is almost 10 kms away) during office hours just for booking. The minimum delivery time, they promise, is 10 days.

                          This is in stark contrast to another gas agency in Hyderabad only which deliverd in 3-4 days and always picked up phone and addressed complaints etc.

                          Request concerned authorities to initiate approproate action againt such insenstivity of gas suppliers towards their customers.

                          I have been trying to book gas refill fhrough phone. While calling 1260, I am getting a reply. For malayalm press 1, for English press2 for hindi press 3. Even if I press
                          1, again repeating same thing, press 1,2,3 and so on. At last it will say your time is over and disconnect. Please try to rectify the mistake of the computer. or stop booking over telephone., it may disturb consumers like me.

                                indian oil, gas — Distributor Service very Poor

                                Anand Enterprises, is a Indian Oil Company distributor. It provides very poor service for delivery LPG gas cylenders. The distributor could not attend the phone for booking of filling gas cylenders, we have go to personaly for booking the gas. The distributor told for delivery after one week but delivery the gas cylender after 20 days. Please give attention for my complaint as early as possible. This is every month, every customer problem who deals with this distributor of Anand Enterprises, the Tin No. : [protected].

                                indana cylinder — Non-Working of Sunday

                                We are working people are facing lot of problem in ghaziabad distt. for getting the cylinder booked in the agency. In Ghaziabad distt. most of the Indana LPG cylinder agencies are closed.

                                It is requested to kindly look into the problem of working people also so that we can get our cylinder on Sundays.

                                kindly advise the Engineering Gas, Raj nagar, Distt. Ghaziabad distt. and other LPG cylinder agencies to operate Sunday and adjust the leave some other working day instead.

                                The guys at Agnihotri need help to sort out their service culture. Despite so many lines, they always succeed in keeping all lines busy or worse do not respond when it actually rings. The owner could have helped if she took any active role. But god knows how to reach her.
                                I totally agree with the complaints against Agnihotri Gas. I have also been at the receiving end of this particular gas agency which supplies us with LPG cylinders. Thier service is simply pathetic. But, dont expect the Indian Oil Corporation authoorities ( Agnihotri is a IOC gas agency) to take any action becuase the officwers in charge are bribed by the agency and they keep mum. I know of IOC officers living in IOC's residentail quarters in Noida IOC Nagar Site 1 and Site 2 who repeatedly book cylinders for two weeks on end and despite repeated complaints, do not get delivery of cylinders. The Estate officer of IOC Nagar Site 1 and Site 2 is bribed to the hilt by Agnihotri Gas and he doesnt take any action. But, he makes sure that those officers in IOC's administrative department who stay in these two colonies get their cylinders on time. For the rest,m he has told Agnihotri not to worry. Such is the pathetic styate of affairs at IOC. Some temporary relief can be got whenever a cylinder is not delivered on time is to call up the IOC Agra LPG Area Manager who is in charge of Noida.                                 I totally agree even I have been trying to contact but they always keeps their phone busy.

                                Customer Services — Customer service always busy on call, no response whenever I connect.

                                I am not able to connect to the Irctc customer service. Every time I connect to the customer service I am put on a queue and the after 5 minutes I get a message that all the customer service representatives are busy on calls. I am trying to connect to the customer from past 5 days. If the irctc people cannot manage the customers over call please give it to the comany which offers prompt services. In anticipation of a reply and action in this regard.

                                I am trying all 4 nos. simultaneously i.e., 2430128/2430269/ 2430300/4319765 since 10:00 am till now i.e, 11:00 dtd.26.06.08 but alas! all numbers are busy. Even Indian Oil do not provide any help to consumers a NAVRATTAN of Bharat Sarkar!!!
                                I have booked LPG Cylinder through SMS on 15.6.2008. Today is 26.06.2008 and I have not yet received the LPG Cylinder. While trying to contact through telephone (Landline as well as Mobile), it has been observed that either the line is busy or else no body is responding when the telephone is ringing. This is a peculiar situation with Agnihotri Gas Agency. At present both my cylinders are empty and I am in totally dry out Condition. I donot know, how to handle with this Agency.

                                I recently shifted to NOIDA and transferred my indane gas connection to M/s Agnihotri Indane Gas Service in NOIDA . This centre gave me following numbers for gas booking[protected], 2430269, 2430300, 4319765 but to my surprise nobody picked the phone for hours when I had to book the gas . I kept on trying these numbers for 3 days and finally I had to go there personally during weekend when my office was off . I was shocked to see that there was a huge queue of customers and the staff was taking the booking in a register as the machine was not working . Staff informed me that the gas would reach in 4 days . Today, when it has already been six days, gas has not been delivered . Luckily today, somebody picked the phone and informed me that the gas not been booked at all and it will reach in another 4 days .

                                I request a strict action should be taken for such a pathetic gas service . My gas connection number is A38522 .

So many Consumers complained about this, but I belive now that no one of your department has any time to look into this mater. Now we have most probably given up due to this type of neglected attitudes.

                                The Agnihotri Gas Agency in sector - 37 is very bad at consumer satisfaction. It is in pathetic state.

                                This agency is the worst to take connection from. I don't know why I took the connection from them. They just don't care for their customers. I have been trying to reach them continuously since last 2 hours and have not been able to reach them. Their phone is always busy...looks like they have just taken away the receiver.

                                I would suggest that no one should take connection from them. Better go for Bharat Gas if you are able to get connection with them. Agnihotri Gas Service is the worst one.

                                All the above complaints are genuine however mild in nature. In fact the Agnihotri Gas Service is worst in serving and I would advocvate of revokation of their Indane franchise. They do not respond well, they do not serve well and they make very false commitment always coming with some alibi.                                 I fully agree. Agnihotri is completely useless. All alegations above 100% correct. Let us all get together and get his agency canclelled. I once had the opportunity to talk the owner lady as well. She claimed that she is a war widow. How can a dignified lady like her have the agency behave with customrs like this.                                 Agnihotri gas service noida — Unavailability of service

                                Several times I try to reach Agnihotri gas service it is impossible to get through. Today my gas is leaking and I donto know what to do! This is the second time that a leaking cylinder has been delivered and you cannot get their number to make a complaint or get service!

                                The dealer is dictating terms in this town that the gas booking would be allowed only after 30 days of the previous delivery.One has to wait for 30 days and hunt for his phones nos260603, 261011, 268886, 262127 and find that the all the four phones are either always engaged or out of reach.B y this processcustomers valubl;e time is wasted.By gods grace if responded in phone the adamant reply will be "YOU MAY GET AFTER 15 DAYS !!!.
                                This the state and treatment to the poor helpless consumer at DHARAMPURI.
                                The seal of the refil is not in tact and fulproof.God only knows what is being done to the seals.Will you please forward this complaint to the grievences/vigilance cell at Coimbatoreand Chennai

                                IOC — poor availability having 2 cylinders

                                My name Santosh kumar ram of ambagan railway colony, QTR -no 278/A, p.o & dist :Burdwan (w.b), we are fifteen members altogether in this family and we have two bottles of IOC CYLINDERS . My consumer no is SG 08133 in the name of Santosh kr ram with the distributor code of 36190027 having address of STATE GOVT. EMPLOYEE CONCESSION CO-OPERATIVE STORES LTD, Kachari road burdwan. I never got cylinder within less than 25 days minimum and max of 35 days in my life but i have two cylinders of IOC which is of no value for me at any time.I requested this agency to transfer my no to GOBIND GAS CO but their is no response from both end .Thus I request before you to surrender my 2nd cylinder and get my fund back so that I can arrange another company bottle.My family is facing huge problem nowadays as they have to cook on stove for last one week due to not avaibility of IOC gas and my boss where I am the staff they also are not satisfied with my job as i HAVE TO GO AND STAND IN THE LINE FOR HOURS for the cylinder .Plz help me otherwise Ihave to take some other step .Waiting for your response .

After several visit and phone calls to the agency, I am wondering how come this inefficient, irresponsible agency is working under a prestigious, award winning company like IOC.                                 Yes, we always agree. Whenever we booked, after calling them 3 - 4 times then only they deliver the Gas cylinder to the consumer after a gap 6 - 7 days. Always they do not picking up the phone. very very poor services always.
                                it is very difficult 2 book gas through agnihotri gas agency coz the lines r alwaz busy..dispite of ringing nobody recieves the call..v have 2 go 8km 2 book d gas..no one is handling d responsibility regarding d difficulty which consumers have 2 face..the service at Agnihotri is extremely hopeless.
                                I have found out a way to reach them on phone. Call them between 2:30 and 4:00 and they pick up the phone. But this does not gaurantee that gas will be book and delivered in time. That problem still remains ;-)
                                I TOTALLY AGREE. Agnihotri Gas Service is pathetic in their ATTITUDE too which somehow always ends up rubbing one the wrong way. Mithilas Sec 19 was so much better but it seems the sectors are divided and one can't have a choice with Indane connection.
                                Agnihotri gas service would list multiple cell numbers and phone numbers but none seem to work and even when it keeps ringing NO ONE picks up. The guys at the Agnihotri gas service also needlessly act pricey (I never know, why?). They would always send a refill 7-10 days after booking - not sure if LPG shortage is always there or they do black marketing.
                                Also, there is a website for online booking of gas http://www.tomogas.com/iocl but Agnihotri is NOT listed there against city NOIDA as a distributor. Too bad!
                                These folks need to understand that they are meant to SERVICE the customers and NOT show attitude needlessly. Most of the customers at Noida that they have are MORE Educated and Sophisticated than Agnihotri folks.

                                It is nothing new to Agnihotri Gas Service, Sector 37. Either the phones are busy or there is full ring without any response. It is an everlasting process. The company must ask them to withdraw telephone booking facility and provide mannual booking. At least there is no chance of wasting time in trying end number of calls. A big blow to IT facility.
                                THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNERS KNOW THAT THEY INTO A MONOPOLISTIC BUSINESS AND THEIR SERVICES ARE NOT ALL ALL AUDITABLE, HENCE THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PRINCIPALS - IOCL.

                                I totally agree with the comment. Make a call to Agnihotri and u will find that recipent after one ring hang on the reciverand you will be left with the only option to visit in person to book gas.

                                In the morning I found that Gas leaking. I immediately went to my gas supply centre, which is named as "Abhijit Enterprise" in Khardah, and inform them and try to convince about the seriousness also. But they seemed to be really very careless and arrogant in nature. I am posting this complaint when already 4 hours is spent after my notification to the complaint section. In this 4 hours I called them couple of times, but they are not ready to listen anything. Is this the service we expect from Indane? My number is :[protected].
                                the people at aghnihotri gas service must get some more phonelines or employ more people to sough the problem of not picking or phone engaged for all times, if they do have genuenly so many customers so they should try to solve it, as the owner must be getting so much of profits out of these customers. in case if the customer is not availble at home, they just cancel the booking, it should be forwarded to next month, or the custoner must be asked telephonically, as i think the employees sell the cylinder in black and say that the customer was not available.

                                IOL, Indane Gas — Not serve their duties properly

                                Indane Gas consumers of Greater Noida are being harassed. First, booking is impossible, either telephone lines are always busy or receiver is not lifted.

                                They do not book refilling before 21 days. After booking also delivery is not certain upto aprtnight. Office is never opened at 10 am.

                                Kindly take the action against IOL agency in Greater Noida.

I had booked my gas cylinder on 11th March(Agnihotri gas service Noida) but did not recieve cylynder till date though I had given several reminders.This is not the 1st time that I am facing this problem.Everytime I have to give several reminders and it takes at least 8 days to deliver the same.

                                Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                Agnihotri Gas Service at Noida should Rank Number ONE from the BOTTOM. Its services are more than WORST. This agency should be stopped immediately. If any authority of Indian Oil Corporation has come to thsi site, even by mistake, he must note the concern of the Consumers.

                                3. You will get your gas delevered after minimum of 15 days( maximum can be any thing)

                                I can't find Agnihotri as distributer in online booking system otherwise I have done it online.

                                The Agnihotri gas agency people tells lie about the delivery of already booked cylinder. They cancell booking without making any attempt to deliver cylinders
                                very poor service, always phone lines are either busy or nobody takes the call.
                                This is just not the case of one agency. The situation is more or less the same in other agencies in Noida e.g Aaradhika Indane Gas Service in sector 58. IOC allots Gas supply agency to socially vulnerable persons who in turn pass over the management to another person resulting in callousness. The onus of proper service delivery to the consumers lies as much with the concerned department of IOC as the particular agency. IOC must provide the phone numbers of concerned officers dealing with the respective agencies with provision for receiving complains and initiating punitive actions to poor service providers, if justified. I was searching the net for a page to launch complain to IOC against an agency but could not locate any such page. Through this mail, I request IOC (LPG, Marketing, Norther Region) to provide such a mailing list to maintain their image.

                                I have booked domestic LPG cylinder on 22 Oct 10 vide Refill Voucher/Cash memo No. 11668. My consumer no. is B26335. I have received the same booking on 25 Oct 10 in 4 kg less than its standard weight. It is pertinent to mention that some time ago the same lesser weight cylinder was received by me and after complaint to agency owner the same was returned in place of new. It is requested that the needful action may be taken against the erring suppliers and the out come may be intimated to my mobile no. [protected].
                                agnihotri gas service distributors are really bad. they always deliver cylinder with 4kg less of weight... after been told so many times they repeat the same. yesterday we had put a new gas cylinder but it didnot work properly as there was no pressure in it. pl. see to it very seriously. as we r facing a lot of trouble, , , when ever we try to book the gas the phones are always busy.

It takes ages just to book the cylinder. No body picks the phone. They always keep their phone in busy mode. Neither they deliver gas on time nor listen customer complains. This is really a shame for INDIAN OIL a NAVARATAN Company of INDIA that they dont have customer complaint cell. Pathetic.
                                i am trying at morning 10.30am to 4.30pm but they have no recived the call, all are busy for goshipe each others,
                                Devendra Gas Agencies, Ambaji-385110, Distributor code No 189196, is poor in serving the customer as whenever We want to book the Gas All time we find they used to keep the phone lines busy. I have booked gas cylinder on 11.11.2010 and even after numerous reminders on telephone till date delivery is not made and same as last three Month Customer no.2027
                                This is 110% true. I Kept ringing them the whole day and nobody picked up. If they don't answer I guess they should not give their no.'s on site.

                                The OWNER IS OVERRUDE. She doesn't have sense of talking at all. If she feel that people are bothering her by calling at her personal number, she should not have advertised it all.

                                I know this Agnihotri Gas, Sector-37 is the worst Gas Agency in Noida.
                                I, also, agree with all the above complaints except one, defending the said Gas Agency.
                                But, I am still thinking that nothing will happen to this agency and its owner.
                                They are behaving/ working in the same manner for the last so many decades and hope, will not change their sad attitude towards their customers, who are in fact responsible for their (including employees) bread & butter.
                                Let them enjoy till a new Anna Hazaare take a birth amongst us.
                                I also agree. Their service is really worst of the lot. Their phone line is always busy and when th phone rings also they never pick up unless you are patient enough to wait. It tales almost one week to book gas cylinder with them.
                                Services of Agnihotri is really very poor even not body picks the phone. It is always busy and even after booking they took 10 day to deliver the gas with half filled. Generally the the cylender weight is 14.2 Kg but they deliver 10 to 12 Kg.
                                This is the area on which i would like to bring the attention of all. IOCL must have to cancled the licence and take heavy penalty from Agnihotri due to loss of Goodwill of such a reputed compnay.

                                The gas agency keep the phones busy by keeping the phones off the cradle, this I have seen personally once I had visited them earlier to book the gas at their shop.. Then donot attend when the phone is ringing. I had tried throughout the day yesterday but eiher it was engaged or there was no response.
                                Pathetic customer care.. Phone lines either go busy or unanswered for calling on more than 50 times.. It is a pain to book a gas cylinder itself. I agree with all the complaints logged against this service provider.

                                WE HAVE BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON 17TH SEPTEMPBER 2011. TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER FROM AGNIHOTRI GAS SERVICES AS WELL AS WE DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THAT COMPANY. MY GAS CONSUMER NO. IS A-37035. GAS HAS NOT DELIVERED. I TRIED AT AGNIHOTRI TELEPHONE NO ONE PICKED. I ALSO HAVE TRIED THROUGH SMS. WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY GAS CYLINDER.
                                we want the gas before time of dussera.
                                I totally agree with the complaints against Agnihotri Gas. I am experiencing very bad service fro this gas agency.
                                I transfered my connection recently and did a fisrt booking on 8-Sept-2011 and makkar guy said we have to service with a week time for any booking.
                                After waint for 20+ days when I checked the status, it was canceled, I visited to there shop in sector -37 and had a loud chat about it, and they said book new refill we will deliver in 2 days for sure, I came back home and booked another refill on 1-oct-2011 again. Now it is already 15days, but no response yet. I am getting irritated with Agnihotri's guy and service. I called several times they dint pick the phone at all. I dont know what to do now ? please help me out ?

                                These people and owner at agnihotri gas agency both are helpless. Owner herself says that this is basic need so people are supposed to suffest to get a gas connection with them. People should have full free days when ever they are visiting them for any kinda or work. For them personal work is at high priority and they can stop doing any work for her personal work.

                                I request Consumer court to take some action against such owner who thinks they are made owner to make people suffer for their basic needs.

                                    Sub. Complaint against Poor Service and Non delivery of LPG Domestic Gas.

                                    I am a consumer of Indane LPG Domestic Gas Cylinder vide consumer No. 12951 with your distributor Rathwa Gas Agency, 2, Shivani Flats, Bank of India Lane, Subhanpura, Baroda – 390 023. Since last several months (at least 2 years), Firstly they say that it is the rule that you can book the cylinder only after 21 days of issue of a cylinder. After booking they take another 20-25 days to deliver the cylinder (that too after repeated follow ups) My wife constantly follows up with them by phone and every time they are giving one or other excuses like LPG Truck Load has not come, stock is not there or we will send you by tomorrow etc. etc. Their tomorrow never comes.

                                    Secondly, whenever I do the follow up by phone it at least takes my half an hour as the line is always busy and every time the person anserwing the phone keeps on changing and they have some standard answers. That means, they are either not registering the booking or changing their records to hide the delay in making the delivery.

                                    Every time we have to borrow a cylinder from some neighbour or friend. I and my family fed up with the service of this distributor since last two years and I request you to kindly take appropriate action on them.
                                    Not only myself but each and every customer of this agency is fed up. The difference is only that not each customer complains.

                                    I also request you to arrange to transfer my gas connection to some other good dealer like Shri Ram Gas Agency, Alkapuri, Baroda at the earliest if my problem is not solved.

                                    when we cannot say that all dealer are bad but lack of trasperency in the distribution system is a common to all. i personally experienced that consumer booking for cylender after myself, getting the delivery earlier than me.when i followup my booking they sometimes tell me that they cannot confirm whether they already delivered my cylender or not because they have 'so large numbers of consumer to manage.' if i continue to ask some more information such as when i will exactly get the delivery , they suddenly disconnect the phone line. sometimes cylender alloted in my name delivered to someother consumer, because, as reported by the deliveryman to the dealer that the other person indified himself as me!
                                    i wish to give the following suggestions to iocl:
                                    i. if not already given the instruction to the dealer, dealers should be adviced to deliver the cylender to the consumer - first come first serve basis(if the consumer is otherwise entitled to get the delivery).
                                    ii. the delivery man should verify the identity of the consumer with consumer card.
                                    iii. some training and required infrastructure to the dealers about how to manage the distribution system involving large nos. of consumers. thanks.

                                      I have booked the gas 15 days ago and he same has not been delivered. The dealer said it will be delivered in a weeks time. I have tried several times the dealers no, but they dont pick the call. Its a all time issue since months, The Dealer soesnt pick the call for booking or complaining. When we go there and complaintin his office, he says everythingis wurking but on calling no one picks the call. Indane shud see the complaints or else the govt should not collect any taxes till they are not able to provide atleast utility services on time.                                       Good evening. I have a gas connection of indane.I taken it for its best service but its distributor ASIND GAS AGENSY (Negdiya Road Asind, Dis. Bhilwara Rajasthan) is very careless for its reputation when I booked cylinder for home delivery he not deliver it and says that if you want cylinder then you will come to office(Asind). Distance of this place from my home 20km. After this matter I goes to gas agency for getting cylinder he says to me that you charged 500/- rupee per cylinder (he has lake of cylinder due to transporters strike).Then I objection against it he misbehave and abuse me. Even he doing pull-push with me and abusing me for caste. I can’t bear it plz taken action in urgently if no then I shelter of consumer court.
                                      I am old lady (Meera Bai) trying to terminate my LPG gas connection in Mangalore. My Dealer here is adamant in not issuing me Termination Voucher upon surrendering my gas cylinder, regulator and Subscription Voucher( S V ), even after obtaining signature on Termination voucher.I waited for a week to get Termination Voucher ( T V ) from my dealer in lieu of the surrendered articles. They simply say, the process is over. I clearly know that my liability doesn't cease with I O C until I get Termination Voucher(T V) from them by simply surrendering my Gas cylinder, regulator and S V . So I took back Subscription Voucher ( S V ), Gas cylinder and regulator from them again. What should I do now to complete the process.? I have taken this matter with I O C Branch here. They are silent . My million thanks in advance to those noble-hearted soul who could help me bail out of this situation.
