,,and even after that the delivery person delivered A LEAKAGE CYLINDER TO ME...and since 08/02/2008,i made many calls to the agency,emergency no.s...and every...

I am a customer under Sreemuthappan Gas,Indane dealer at Mambaram,Kannur District,Kerala.I booked for my cooking Gas Sylinder on[protected].Till this date I did not receive my cylinder.There is undue delay at all times.Last time after contacting many times I got my cylinder and the receipt I got was backdated.Kindly look into this.My phone number is[protected]/[protected]....

Booking and delayed delivery

The phones of LPG agencies are found busy continuously for days. One has to go to their office, burn fuel and add pollution to envoirnment.

IOC should make arrangements for booking on web site. The refills now a days are being supplied in 11-12 days. The web based system would be very useful to find history - date of booking/ supply, history of date of booking/ delivery.

In all it will be in the interest of consumers...

booking of cylinder

I have been trying to call up the Gas agency from Dehradun on the number 2766347. Whenever i dial the number, i just get it on a busy tone, While having tried for the whole 35 to 40 mins . This is the only source that we are able to do the booking and i have been doing this everyday from the past TWO WEEK.after 1 p.m. it is possible but they told me that after 1 p.m. they will not register any new booking for gas.what do i do and how do...

Res Sir,

I have booked coocking gas on 24/02 / 08 but till today i have not received gas.

sir every month i suffered this problem from M/S PRIYANKA GAS AGENCY,

Shamshabad.Every month they are deliver the gas 20-to-22 days after the

booking date. Several times i call him but they are telling gas shortage.

Sir even i complaint to indane gas Himayathnagar. But...

Regulator is not working

Dear sir
I have a Indane Gas connection No. 14316 with Kapil Gas Service, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt. 133001 Haryana. My cylinder regulator is not working and the Gas Service people checked it and said that it faulty and need to be replaced. Ihave visited so many times to Kapil Gas Service to replace it but they are not replacing it. He is mentally torching us. Kindly replace the regulator because we are suffering a lot.

delay in delivery/supply of LPG cylinder

There is common complaint in Gujarat about supplying of LPG cylinder (Domestic) specially in Udwada (RS), Rajkot, Savar-Kundla, Bhavnagar area. People says distributors are not booking cylinder before 20 days of last cylinder delivered. If we are in hurry , they used to say collect the cylinder from the godawn, and not deducting the charges of delivery they are suppose to deduct. Most of the places have not yet started booking on IVRS.br...

Gas Booking Complaint

It is next to impossible to book a cylinder at this gas agency.The phone no. is for ever set at "Dialled no. is busy. Dial again after some time."
I complained at the no. given on the receipt but the person in-charge simply refused to lodge a complaint saying that he was not authorized to do so.
If this is the case why is this no. printed on the receipt?

Is there a centralised phone for booking the L.P.G cylinder in trans yamuna ( Jheel Kuranga ), agency Kataria Gas, which is always remains out of order, or can we book it through E-Mail address. please help us. because Every booking we have to go personnely.

Inordinate delay in gas supply

Consumer no. 8621 in the name of Mr. Prabhakar Singh with M/s. Trimurthy Gas Agencies, Vikaspuri. Request for gas cylinder replenishment was booked on 20.1.2008. Even after 22 days, the cylinder has not been delivered at our residence. Such hardships are very burdensome for a common man. It appears that such inordinate delay will give raise to black-marketing at the cost of common man's comfort, who cannot afford to stand for black...

Delivery of GAS Cylinder not taken place after 45 days of booking

Sir,

I am Malay Roy a consumer of Indian gas Agency (Consumer No=J5623 ) of Bolpur,Birbhum,West Bengal. I have personally booked a cylinder on 1-Jan-2008 for home delivery but till today(11-February-2008) I have not received gas cylinder.
I am not sure what crisis happened and why it is taking so long time.

Cooking Gas Booking Problem

I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Veerjyoti Enterprises, an Indane Distributors. I am trying since 01/02/2008 for booking on this following telephone Nos. 26493784, 26494108, 32570149 and [protected] as published this telephone number in the voucher.
I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability...

TELEPHONIC/MOBILE BOOKING SERVICE

Dear Sir,

M/s Chirag the distributor of Indane gas at Siliguri is rarely provide telephonic/mobile booking service to its consumer.You will find most of the time the telephones are either engaged or not atended. Similarly the mobile phone for booking through SMS is always kept on switch off mode. Sometimes even if the SMS is delivered the confirmation is not sent to the customer. Date of delivery of cylinder is not mentioned...
