I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF INDIAN OIL LPG DISTRIBUTOR AT FARIDABAD, M/S RAINBOW GAS AGENCY, SECTOR 28- FARDABAD.
I HAD BOOKED THE GAS ON 3RD OF JANUARY, 2008 WTH THE LADY WHO RECEIVED THE PHONE AND WAS TOLD THAT SINCE THERE IS A SHORTAGE IN SUPPLIES, WE WLL BE RECEIVING OUR CYLENDER WITHIN A WEEK.
AFTER ABOUT TEN DAYS i.e ON 13TH JAN, I WAS TOLD THAT THE BOOKING WAS MADE ONLY ON 11TH JAN AS PER THE ORDERS OF IOC AND IT IS FURTHER GOING TO TAKE AT LEAST ONE WEEK TO GET THE GAS DELIVERED TO US.
LATER ON, ON SPEAKING TO THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY MR. HEM SINGH RANA, HE ASSURED ME THAT THE GAS WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, POSITIVELY.
BUT AFTER WAITING TILL TODAY I TRIED TO CALL HIM AGAIN BUT HIS PHONE HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF. AND THE STAFF ON DUTY INSIST THAT SINCE THERE IS ACUTE SHORTAGE OF GAS, THEY ARE HELPLESS AND CANNOT DELIVER THE GAS UNTILL THE SUPPLY COMES.
BUT AT THE SAME TIME ONE CAN SEE THEM SUPPLYING FREELY TO DHABA WALAS AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THER VEHICLES ON LPG, AT SOME EXTRA COST.
IF YOU DEPUTE SOME PERSON TO CHECK THE MENACE WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISTRBUTOR, YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW EACH DAY PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING WITH THE STAFF OF THE AGENCY. THIS HAS BECOME THE ROUTINE AT THE HANDS OF THE STAFF OF THE DISTRIBUTOR.
I URGE YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND LET THE PEOPLE NOT SUFFER ANY FURTHER AT THE HANDS OF YOUR ESTEEMED DISTRIBUTORS.
I HOPE MY PLEA IS HEARD AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT THE EARLIEST.

IRREGULAR GAS SUPPLY TO JAYANTA CHATTERJEE,CONSUMER NO UN 14725 BY INDANE DISTRIBUTOR HANSESWARI GAS SERVICE,BANSBERIA,HOOGHLY,WEST BENGAL. ALWAYS 15 DAYS GAP EXIST FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. SOMETIMES ONE MONTH IS REQUIRED.
