sir I am Mr, jishna nayak. My cosumer no. is R-35430. I booked for refill on 10 feb 08. but till date I did not get it. when I enquired 3 timethey told me to wait for futther 2 days every time this thing is not happing first time, this is a routine business for them. At least 90% consumers are suffering with this deases provided by local gas agency( Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon Coad no[protected]. Staffs working in this gas agency are very -very rude.

I booked for refill on 25 feb 08. but till date I did not get it. when I enquired 3 timethey told me to wait for futther 2 days every time this thing is not happing first time, this is a routine business for them. indian gas walo saale chor hain agar mera bas chaltaa to mein inkaa licence cancel kar deta lekin action lenaa aapke hak mein roz tv mein aapki add aati hai jaago consumer vibhag mein complaint karo lekin kya aap kisiko uska hak dilaney mei sasam hai yaa sirf dikhawa hai.

i had booked cylinder near about 26-april-2008, till this date this cylinder not come in my home, every time i disscuss this agency persons he told me you book new cylinder, old cylinder i dilivered but you do not at home. so i will do not give old booked cylinder, many time i observe, gas agency, s persons booked as such cylinder and he saw delivered to cutomers, instead of selling in black . ( I THINK THEY DO CYLINDR BOOKING AS SUCH AND DELEVERY SAW AS SUCH & ( DO WRONG ENTRY IN COMPUTER WITHOUT INFORME CUSTOMER )
Delay Delivery of refill of Cylinder

Sir,

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.13635 the supply of refill of cylinder through M/s.Sharma Gas Agency Uttam Nagar. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone and Through Internet (Tomogass/1260. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder through computerised (Internet Tomogass/Toll Free No. 1260 of Indane Gas. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with direct booking with dealer. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

from past 8 or 9 days continuously to book an Indian gas as we are one of the customer of them either the phone is engaged or either no one picking up the phone. I dnt know what to do nw can u plz solve my problem...
I am very sorry to say that Indian gas is having very Poor services of DOMESTIC FUEL .
नये गैस कनेक्शन के साथ चूल्हा लेना जरूरी है। प्रत्येक गैस एजेन्सी अपने यहां का चूल्हा लेने को कहती है जबकि उनके चूल्हे की क्वालिटी खराब होती है। इसके बारे में बताएं।

    The company published in leading newspaper that they lauched website for booking of refil cylinder and no problem in delivery and supply, we have enough stock and we will deliver the cylinder within three days. The website is WWW.TOMOGAS.COM. I have registered for refil booking against my Indane gas refil of Jagdamba Sai Gas Services, Tilak nagar and consumer no. 2761 on 3rd Mar, 2008 but after 8 days of booking no response coming from Dealer. After that the site is not working properly and no method of lodging the complaint on website and the Dealer. i.e. Jagdamba Sai Gas Service does not pick the phone any time round the clock and we unable to contact this dealer of Indane Gas.
    Kindly look this matter and see the services.

      Dear sir,
      I got my new Indane gas connection last year. When I asked for the 2nd cylinder they told Govt has stopped giving second cylinder connection because of " free gas connection " in the state of TN. Im living in a place where hotels are atleat 15km distance. What we will do if the cylinder will get over? Till now we are begging our neighbours for gas cylinder. This is a very bad situation. I kindly request you to do the needful.

        I can never get through this utility service Gas Booking lines. Whenever i call i find the phone busy! This is a pain! I stay in Tarnaka, Sec'bad and my booking center is 'Habsiguda' .

        Last couple of weeks I am trying to book a gas cylinder by using the Shanti Gas agency's phone # ([protected](vickey) [protected][protected]& [protected](pratap)) but they never attend the call and so delaying and make trouble for the customers. Kindly do the needful to help the customer

        Earlier these connections were with Jai Jawan Gas Service and later on they transferred them to Shanti Gas Station without informing us. If possible plz retransfer these connections to Jai Jawan Gas Service.

        Strongly lot of customers are dissatisfy with the service of this agency.

        I am also having similiar problem.

        I have connection with M/s Panwar Enterprises, who flatly refuse to accept the booking over telephone.

        And if requested hard and under presseing circumsatances, booking is taken over phone, booking number is not given.

        Dear sir,

        This is your kind information that "ELA GAS AGENCY" Sector - 93 not providing the services to the customer, Their Phone NO.[protected] are always busy or you will find them out off oder. It is very hard to find any person on phone to book a gas.
        By Luck you got the person on the line them you must be ready to listen a hard word as you have made a mistake to ask a gas.
        This is a general practice, to deliver the GAS after 7- 10 days.

        The delivery boy hardly carry weight machine with them.

        They are more interested of off the record supply ( In- Blck Rs. 500/-)

        My question-----Is there is any body to listen our problem
        ALL CUSTOMERS UNDER B.T.P.S THERMAL CO NOPERATIVE ARE NOT TREATED UNIFORMLY IN DISTRIBUTIN OF GAS CYLINDERS. IT IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT TO THE BOOKING CONCERNED AND IF LUCKILY FIND AFTER A DAYS TOGETHER ATTEMT OVER TELEPHONE, THE TONE AND BEHAVIOUR ARE VERY ARROGANT. RECEIVED A GAS CYLINDER ON 18/07/09 AND WAS BOOKED ON 04/O8/09 AS PER THIER CREATED RULE(booking entitlement after 15 days expiry of delivery though I posses double cylinder). AFTER THE EXPIRY OF 32 DAYS OF LAST DELIVERY NO CYLINDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED SO FAR. ON HARD ATTEMPT OF CONTACT INSPITE OF GAS CYLINDER RUDE BEHAVIOUR HAS ONLY BEEN RECEIVED. KIBDLY PAY HEED TO THE MATTER.
        It is just normal to face problems w.r.t. gas booking and the root cause is that these comments go to deaf ears.
        @ Everyone... Pls STOP DREAMING ABOUT BEAUTIFUL INDIA. Its never going to happen.
        I reside in Vikaspuri, Delhi and my agency is “ Trimurti Gas Service”( J-Block, Shop No.31, DDA Market, Vikaspuri)…It is really sad to say that such a reputed organization has kept so unprofessional people as partners to serve your customers. They never pick-up the phones or perpetually it is engaged and after trying for so many days every time I have to go to there office and book it personally.

        They take one week for delivery and regular follow-up is required. Even if they pick-up the phone they are so rude in there behavior that you would feel like slapping them if they are physically in front of you. They disconnect the phones abruptly without hearing the whole conversation. I saw on reaching their office today that no one was sitting at the reception desk and all the phones were kept off the hook, hence anybody calling may get an engaged tone. After getting inside the office I saw some of them sitting and chatting without even having the courtesy to ask as what for I am there.

        I request the management to take strict action against them and cancel there agency to help you save your good name in this sector. Very soon a grievance for them will follow in any of the local newspapers on consumer harassment or grievance.

        I called from mobile at Indane Gas agency. Ring go there but they did not pick it. I tried many time. I failed to connect to them.

          I am residing in Ramamurthy Nagar and having Indane gas Cylinder. When I book cylinder every month Cauvery Indane gas Agencey,KR Puram,Bangalore is not deliverying Gas in time. I need to call mimium 4times to get delivery of Gas. One more thing is if I book gas on this month 5th they will delivery it on 15th and next time when I call Agency they are telling to call on delivery date that is on 15th of that month.
          They are creating lot of problem to delivery the gas.

          since 3.9.88 i m aconsumer of m.b. enterprises, narkatiaganj wide dis.code 69131051 with card serial no.4696147, consumer no.000114, sv no.190215 i would to say since last 20 yrs. this gas agency is not serving properly to its custmers, several times complain made to concern area managers, several times the above said gas agency is fined also but the working style of the gas agency is the same.some times gas cylenders r distributed from gas godown in the early morning about 4.00am, some times consumers has to be in que on the main road for 10-12 hrs.under naked sky, some times gas cylenders r distributed at the local police station, here i would like know all this above said action done by gas agency r in behalf of consumers.no, it is not at all.in narkatiaganj no. of gas consum. must be near about[protected] aprox.handling with such no. of consum. with one agency is not possible, why not indane is appointing another agency at narkatiaganj, consumwers of narkatiaganj had complained to patna office also but the action is not taken, now we would like to take this matter to petrolium minister of india govt.through exmp dr.m.p.jaiswal of bjp for proper action in behalf consum.of narkatiaganj.meanwhile we would to know what actions indane is going to take against this agency, whom to contact for further actions.here, we the consum.of narkatiaganj would like to say the working of the gas agency is to be hussle free, proper home delivery n supply of gas cylenders on time.plz. inform n email me what indane is going to do in this regard.
          Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Pushpendra Gas Agency Rajendra Nagar Satna ( M.P.) . My consumer number is P-2754. My booked cylinder No. is 206 H.D. dated 19.08.08 but till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I enquired about the position, they told me that your number will come in 2-3 days. Daily I phone them, but the replied was same. On dt. 13.09.08 again the replied that on Monday i.e. 15.09.08 we will delived your cylinder. I again enquied on dt. 16.09.08, they ask me my full details ( they usally asked evertyime) I replied them, then they told me that your no. is not booked in home delivery category & they laughed on phone in very bad manner.. I personally tried to contact them on 17.09.08 but due to huge MOM I can not sucess . Then I dial them many times, but they kept the phone out of order. I request you to please look into the issue.

          I am residing in Swadeshi, Sodepur and having Indane gas Cylinder. When I book cylinder every month Abhijit Enterprise gas Agency, G.T.Road, 24 Paraganas, Khardaha (Ph:25533455,[protected] is not deliverying Gas in time. I need to call minimum 3 times to get delivery of Gas.
          For example I have booked a cylinder 22nd of September...but still date no luck of getting the cylinder. I have a small baby at home but who cares.

          They are creating lot of problem to delivery the gas.
          Please take immediate action on this issue.

            2. Coneection No. PGS- 14369 is connected with Mr. Surinder Mohan Madhok, S/o Sh. Amar Nath Madhok, aged 63 years a Senior Citizen (Bachelor) living jointly with my neiphew family Mr. Rajneesh Madhok.

            3. Connection No. H-03583 is connected with Mr. Rajneesh Madhok, S/o. Sh. Sat Parkash Madhok, aged 45 years and living jointly with uncles namely Joginder Pal & Surinder Mohan.

            4. Under which capacity you considered it violation of possession of multiple LPG Connections and under which capacity you blocked the connections.

            5. Restriction on unauthorized possession, supply and consumption of liquefied petroleum gas.-
            (1)A person having a connection for liquefied petroleum gas under the public distribution system, shall not-
            (a) possess more than one connection of liquefied petroleum gas granted under the public distribution system;

            6. Sir, when I have not having in my possession not more than one connection then how the connections have been terminated as per your Ref: PGS/MC/SA 10052 dated 27/02/08.

            8. Provided that the Central Government or the Chief Executive Officer of a Government Oil Company, may sanction more than one connection of liquefied petroleum gas under the public distribution system in favour of any person, keeping in view the difficulty and hardship experienced by such person in obtaining supplies of the LPG. Sir, though I have not availed this facility even. Under which capacity you terminated the connections of my relatives. Though you should show sympathy to the Senior Citizens but you are unnecessarily harassing me.

            9. I have never used liquefied petroleum gas for any purpose other than for which the consumer is registered with the distributor of a Government Oil Company;



            7. Restriction on possession, supply and consumption of liquefied petroleum gas;-

            (1) Where a person has been granted a connection for liquefied petroleum gas under the public distribution system,

            (a) possess more than one connection of liquefied petroleum gas granted under the public distribution system,

            (b) possess or use liquefied petroleum gas filled in cylinders or in bulk unless he has received that supply from a Government Oil Company or a distributor authorized by a Government Oil Company;

            (c) use liquefied petroleum gas for any purpose other than for cooking;

            I HAVE NOT MADE ANY ONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED OFFENCE.

            Power of entry, search and seizure:- Under which Capacity you terminated the connections of my relatives, whereas you are not an authority:

            (a) An Officer of the Department of Food and Civil supplies of the Government, not below the rank of an Inspector authorised by such Government and notified by the Central Government or any officer authorised and notified by the Central Government or any Officer not below the rank of a sales Officer of a Government Oil Company authorised by the Government and notified by the Central Government may, with a view to ensuring compliance with the provisions of this order, with such assistance as may be required, for the purpose of satisfying himself that this order or any order made thereunder has been complied with:-

            (i) stop and search any vessel or vehicle or any other conveyance which the Officer has reason to believe has been or is being or is about to be used in contravention of this Order & can block the connection or terminate the connection.

            (ii) enter or search any place with such aid or assistance, as may be necessary; and

            (iii) seize and remove with such aid or assistance, as may be necessary books registers and other records pertaining to liquefied petroleum gas business, filled and empty cylinders, cylinder valves and pressure regulators alongwith the vehicle, vessel or any other conveyance used for carrying such stock.

            (iv) if he has reason to believe that any provision of this Order has been or is being or is about to be contravened and thereafter take or authorise the taking of all measures necessary for securing the production of the liquefied petroleum gas filled or empty cylinders, cylinder valves, pressure regulators, at the office of the Government Oil Company and the vehicle, vessel or other conveyance so seized before the Collector having jurisdiction under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), for their taking action against all concerned. Under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the competent authority is authoritsed to take action against the defaultor.

            (b) The provisions of section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) relating to search and seizure shall, so far as maybe, apply to searches and seizures under this order; Why you violated the act for not acting according to the rules and regulations framed by the Department.

            Sir, Kindly specify under which capacity you got the evidence of the possession of multiple LPG Connenctions in violation of the quoted provisions.

            And why you blocked all connections and why the consumer is called for termination of connections. Whether the connections in the name of my relatives could be terminated those are running from the last 20 years. What is the cause of termination of the connections. Kindly specify?

            Sir, Punjab State Consumer Protection Council has been constituted to safeguard the rights of the consumers as enshrined in the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Whether the affected Consumers should approach to the Distt. Consumer Disputes and redressal Forum for justice.

              i am a costumer since last 10 years.i have booked cylinder on 12th feb 08 with booking no 771 through your distrbuter M/S Asiatic Oxygen, Padi,Chennai and they have promised to deliver the cylinder by 22nd feb but still 15 days over after the due dt when i asked the concern people they told me there is no supply from iocl pl lodge your complain at iocl,
              Sir this is not first time happens with me it is aregular practise
              Please take some necessary action otherwise costumser will be forced to go for consumer court.

                Sir,

                I am a senior Central Government officer. I have come to Salt Lake recently and have taken a connection through Indane Gas agency, BD Market, Sector I, Salt Lake. The attitude and behavior of the gas supply agency is totally against that of a consumer service utility center.

                They do not respond to phones during business hours, book gas after 20 days from the date of the earlier booking. They do not even respond to internet booking. On one occassion, they had even provided a number over phone and later denied that it was a valid booking. As a result I found that I had no gas after 25 days.

                I tried to get the booking done directly through my domestic staff, but they refused to write down the consumer number and issue booking number unless it is written on their booking slip.

                Such a behavior is highly deplorable and it is requested that strict disciplinary action be taken against such unscruplous gas dealers.

                Please let me know what action has been taken against such a dealer.

M/s GURU KRIPA INDANE (Indane Gas) UGF-25, SUSHANT VYAPAR KENDRA, SUSHANT LOK, PHASE - I, GURGAON[protected] is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 2570671, [protected]) remains busy and most of the time we have to send somebody to book. Even after booking they never deliver on the said date for eg: today i.e. 15/1/09 I have received the gas after a delay of 1 week from the promised date, no only that the delivery challan has 7/1/09 printed on it as delivery date. Every time I have to face this problem from this agency. Please help.
                I also have faced the same problem. It is almost 20 days since I got booked but till now I have not received it. I need it very urgently when i told them that if they have some problem I could also come with empty cylinder and can pick from their delivery centre they told that "company policy doesn't allow this". I don't know what kind of company is this...

                i am arvind kumar working as a scientist in research center in hyderabad. i went to this Indane gas agency from last two month.whenever i go to this gas agency. the authority of this gas agency always told come to next month and when i go the next month they again say this time we have very much work load .so you come in next month .sir from last two month they are doing like that.i told them that i m center govt employee and how many time times i will request you for the new gas connection.then that people that sir, our work is not like govt work. we work our timing accordingly. and once again they tole me come after 1 and 1/2 month later means after july.

                Indane Gas distributors does not give gas on time specially in Kolkata and Howrah,
                they dont pick up phone and sometimes say that we have dialled a wrong number.
                When we personally go to book our gas they use slang and push us out of their office.

                If you people have little bit of shame then please look after your distributors and agencies.

                If you dont look at our complaints then we will think that you have ordered your distributors to behave like this.
                I do have same experience against the Gas dealer here in :Dumdum Gas supply Agency" near Hanuman Mandir.The main factor of customer inconvenience are 1)non pick up of or delay pick up of telephone, 2) neither responding politely nor seems to have the attitude of hearing or to solve customer problem, 3) refuse to book with some unlawful ways particularly by quoting the word that " 15 is to cover after which you can book next cylinder. But the most alarming thing is that they disconnect the phone call without giving the customer any chance to talk more. 4) moreover the deliveryman is demanding extra money and threaten the housewives or others present at home at the time of delivery and are dare not to use the word "you are not paying more you have to suffer".5) The delivery man are either not carrying weigh machine or refusing to weigh at the time of delivery. My querry is 1) What to do for non/delay pick up or disconnection of telephone call.2)What is the periodicity of booking and periodicity of having cylinder after booking.It is alarming that even a delivery man is beheave like that quoted above.I want your immediate prompt action that mentioned herein.                   I am retired from airforce. i wasposted to Bikaner nal Airforce Station. there i have taken new connection after retirement i have transfer my connection to my home town P.O vahanali, Taluka Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur. Agency is in Kagal Gajanan Gas Service . I have gone to submit the TV for issue of gas connection but they are telling that bring the varifiction letter from old place that is airforce station Nal Bikaner in Rajesthan. Now it is very difficult to me to procure the same. I have told them to issue me the gas connection & further if you found any forgery my connection may be cancelled but they denied to issue.

When I visited personally to them on 1.3.2008, I was told that the person had visited the house on 18th. and my house was locked. On asking the standing request, which was made with the agency earlier by me for the delivery of the gas after 3 PM and it has been working since two years why this is happening now. The person at the agency agreed to send the gas on that day itself and the cylinder is awaited till date.                       Sir, I have booked for gas on 05/02/2008 over telephone and the distributer(J K Agencies, parrassala,thiruvananthapuram district) did not supply gas till 06/03/2008.when i have enquired over telephone in the morning of 06/03/08 the distributer told me that as i have not produced Ration card for verification gas can't be supplied to me. So in the afternoon i went to the distributer's office and given my ration card.At that time the distributer informed me that gas was issued on 14/02/08 but the delivery boy could not deliver the same due to locking of door. but i informed the distributer that in the home my old mother will allways be there and even if it is locked on that particular day you had to either supply it the next day or to inform me the position. On enquiery it is found that the distributer is applying the same techninique in case of everybody and smuggling a good amount of cylinders. To justify his position he is showing a self generated statement in his computer .Usually the poor people of this boarder village belive it . when i have not agree his version he shoutted at me saying that there are officers to look after the things. i have registered a complaint in the complaint register kept at his office. In this locality LPG cylinders meant for domestic use are largely used in commercial centers like restaurants. And indane cyliners are commolny sold by private retailers at exorbitant price. this kind of a malpractice is not possiblie without the help of some corrupt officials also. Immediate action may be taken to ensure prompt delivery of cylinders and to stop all malpractices in this.

                      1. Ever since the inception of the Mobile Booking
                      System, I rarely get my Refill cylinder on my own Booking. Whenever I Book
                      through Mobile, the agency (distributor) cancels it after a few days without
                      assigning any reason. After that, they (the agency and its staff) never respond
                      to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they Book
                      it for us and Deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or

                        I'm one of the consumer of Indane Gas. My customer no. 47898 in Rajalakshmi Agencies, Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu, Pin-636701. As I'm working in public limited company which is transferrable job in short period, i have not obtained "Ration Card". Now, for obtaining the refill cylinder the above agency is restriting for booking cylender as i am not having RATION CARD. Though i have obtained Local Administration (i.e. Taluk Supply Officer's letter containg I doesn't have ration card).

                        Now The agency is repeatedly asking every 3 months you should get one letter from Taluk Supply Officer (For not having Ration Card)and submit to us. Then only we will supply refill cylender.

                        Kindly suggest me and help me regarding getting refill cylenders in time.

                          I recently shifted to Kundalahalli, AECS layout and got a new ration card too. But when I called HP gas agency in Marathahalli, they told since from 3-4 months no new connections are given and I may have to wait for one more month. I am surpiced hearing this as I assumed I should get new connection when I give them all the mandatory documents. How can I check whatever they are saying is true ? There is no official annoncement made in their website too regarding this.

                          And if it's true, they should have taken the request and given us the referance number so that when our turn comes, we can get it.This also they have not done. I would like to know if there is any governing body to regulate all these or they can play as they like ?
                          his complaint is against Shashi gas service which has taken over Rudauli gas service in town Rudauli of distt.Faizabad.My Booking No's is [protected] dated 07/12/2009 but i did not received the documents yet. I have paid all amount and not receive dthe documents till now. In Rudauli there is a huge crises of Indane LPG and it is created by the staff of the agency because of black marketing.Agency staff is hand in gloves with black marketers and we can not rule out the possiblity of area staff of the I.O.C. being invloved in it.At times fully loaded truck of gas cylinders, ment for Rudauli is diverted to faizabad for Shashi gas service and there at the distribution point people keeps on waiting without being informed.More so, the staff of the agency also misbehaves with the customers specialy the manager is very abusive.

                          Please take the matter seriuosly as it is directly ralated to public interest and it is also damaging the image of the company.

                            Sir,
                            I have been using Indane cooking gas (14.2 kg) for last 12 years and performance was satisfactory. About 15 months ago, I have been transferred to NOIDA and Gas connection was taken from M/s AGNIHOTRI GAS SERVICE, Shop No 10 Godavari Complex, Sector-37 NOIDA. Different type of problems were faced since then---

                            (1) Inside cyln, water is found very often. While delivery, Gas + Cyln weight = 30 kg; but after using 2 days, no gas supply through oven although (Gas + Cyln) weight = 19 kg. Informed to Dealer, they simply exchanged and telling that gas consumed is 11 kg (as cyln weight 16 kg + 3 kg water + 11 kg consumed = 30 kg). How can I consume 11 kg gas in just 2 days ? 3 times it occurred. (similar incidents occurred for other consumers of same Dealer)

                            (2) From first day of new cyln, flame was red (abnormal as observed ,anticipating poor quality of gas; same oven performs normal with other LPG cylinders; it denotes there is no problem with oven); informed to Dealer; no response; gas cyln got empty in just 9 days (normally earlier 40-45 days consumption pattern); Again oven was checked and found to be satisfactory.
                            (3) Very difficult to book the gas; ideally booking by SMS; does not work. All four phones show busy continuously. Response is very very poor. Perhaps I will have no option but to change the Gas Agency.

                            Quality of gas is doubtful; please investigate.

                              I am consumer of Pooja Gas Thrikkakkara, agency of India Oil Corporation, with consumer No 35626, from where gas refilled cylinders are supplied.

                              I have got the following objection/complaint against the agency

                              1 My connection is dealing with the Office of Pooja Gas at NPOL. But no complaint register is maintained there. For registering a complaint, consumers have to approach their office at Unichira, 4 km away from office near NPOL
                              3 The office of Pooja Gas at NPOL Kakkand opens only at 10 O’ clock on every day. No notice of working Hours is exhibited therein
                              2 The complaint book maintained in the Office of Pooja Gas at Unichira is a register. No facility of taking carbon copy of the complaint is provided in the book.

                              3 In the office of the Pooja Gas, no notice is exhibited showing up to which date application for refilled cylinder is supplied.

                              4 Last time I have registered for refilled cylinder on[protected]. Since no supply was given for a period of 50 days, I came over the office of Pooja Gas and collected my refill. But charge for door delivery is received. The supply charge is not reduced. In this regard on[protected] my complaint was registered in Pooja Gas Unichira, Thrikkakkara.

                              5 I am residing at Chithethukara in Kakkanad. In that area there is no proper door delivery of the gas cylinders. The delivery is given only on road sides. For the same also the consumers are forced to put their empty cylinder, for days, in the road side from morning to evening, waiting the delivery van. There are instances of loss of cylinder from road side. When the delivery van came, the consumers, including aged ladies, are forced to seek their attention by hoo hoo sound and follow them with the cylinder. For delivery in that place also the delivery men charges Rs 10/- in excess of the bill amount. No bill is supplied to the consumers either for the refilled cylinder or the excess amount they paid.

                              The about acts of the agency is against the norms and in violation of the agency agreement. It would also underlined the allegation of black marketing of gas cylinders for commercial consumers and non-consumers.

                              In this regard necessary action may be taken for the proper door delivery of the supply of gas Cylinder on the basis of seniority of booking for refilled cylinder.

                                Hi,
                                Last week i went to Indane Gas Agency (Spruthi Gas Agency) located in my area (Alwal, Secundrabad). They are asking Rs.3800 for new connection but in the IOCL website they mentioned Deposit is around Rs.1000 + Gas stove charge.
                                I don't think they will provide the stove for Rs.2800. Please check this and give me a feed back. I'm waiting for your reply.

                                Indane (IOCL) — Cylinder not delivered - 7days passed

                                I am trying the following telephone nos.[protected], 25085414, 25087549, [protected]) of Jai Jawan Gas Service, Dwarka, since morning i.e. September 16, 2008. They are constantly coming busy. How is it possible that even the mobile no. is constantly busy. I have to book the cyclinder and it has waisted my lot of time in ringing these numbers. I would be thankful if something has been done to help the consumers.

                                    sir I am Mr, Shabbir from jehanabad ( Bihar). My cosumer no. is 16841. I booked for refill on 30 Jan 08. but till date I did not get it. when I enquired they to me to wait for futther 20 days. this thing is not happing first time, this is a routine business for them. At least 90% consumers are suffering with this deases provided by local gas agency( Jehanabad). Staffs working in this gas agency are very -very rude. They have made their own rules & regulations. They behave as they are dictator & independent of all rules & regulations of Govt. as well as of Indane. A gentle man can't wish to talk to them. This may be the worst Gas agency in India. I even didn't get the DBC After four months as I have no links/ approach.I am surprised how indane has alloted agency to people like this. Sir, Kindly do the needful If you can. Thanking you.

                                      I am Pankaj Rai, professional working with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., In the morning 9:15 AM I reached at your Indian Oil Pump M/s Agarwal Brothers, V V I P , Road, Jia Mau , Lucknow[protected]. Took diesel 32 Lts , Rs. 1110/- Bill No 5448 and made the payement though my debit Card (HDFC).
                                      After Making the payment, the Manager who was standing outside Mis - behaved with me and asked why have you left the merchants slip inside ? You are supposed to provide it to me ? How will I come to know whether you have made the payment or Not ? Despite of showing Customer Slip which I was carring ?
                                      When I asked that Why are you behaving in this manner and I will put a compalint against you, he was cool and enjoying his own way.
                                      Sir, I will assure myself that next time onwards I will always avoid taking my fuel with any Indian Oil Pump.
