[Resolved]  Indane Gas — want to change name.

Dear Sir,

My name is K.Swaminathan, we have Gas connection which is in the name of my father. My father expired two years back, now i want to change the gas connection to my name. Request you to pls provide the formalities and paperwork required for the change of name.
