Not getting new connection

Dear sir,
I have booked a new connection with M/S Sri Thirumala Indane gas agency, Hosur.My registration slip no.18015 Dated 19.12.07
after three months ie 31.03.08 i got a intimation letter from the dealer to get a new connection.When i approached them again they are asked me to come after 15 days.
can i know the minimum process period for a new connection?
And the response from the dealer is very poor.

Shifting of gas connection

Dear Sir,
My gas connection number is A10153. It is in the name of my uncle Mr.M.P.Gopalakrishnan. We lived in Ambathur for the past 20 years and got gas cylinders from TUCS Ambathur. Now we are shifting to Mylapore. We lost the document that accounts for the ownership of the gas connection. We met the personnel in Ambathur office but they are unable to trace the bills in the records.
I request you to please kindly help us...

Non delivery of Gas Refills

I had booked a refill in the month of Feb, thru IOC online booking # 1260. This was never delivered. I again booked for a refill on 26-Mar and I have waited for one week. This has also been not delivered. I wonder if the refills booked by genuine customers are being sold in black for a premium. The fact that refills are available freely, provided one is ready to shell out 50 to 60% of the price as premium gives room for my above suspicion....

Harassments from IOC distributor

I am a customer of IOC Lpg cylinders since 1993. I got this connection in Delhi and on may 2007 I transferred this to the distribution area of Super Gas agencies Kochi, KERALA. Really I appreciate the customer service of this agency. But, unfortunately I couldn’t continue under this agency more

On 14th Feb 2008. I shifted my residence to the distribution area of Anand Gas Agency, Kochi and booked a cylinder on same day....

Unsatsfactory service of the dealer

I'm using LPG gas of M/s Indian Oil Corp. Ltd sold under brand name of INDANE. I'm using services of M/s Rohini Gas Agency, Sector 7, Rohini, NEW DELHI for the last 10 years. My LPG consumer number is 24711.
The major problem faced by me is that a lot of time is wasted in getting the telephone call connected to the dealer. The numbers remain engaged for long time. And if by luck, you get it connected, the bell would go on...

Extra money for extra or second cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam,

I already have a single LPG cylinder at home. But after it is finished if we book the gas, it is taking more than 10 days to deliver. To avoid all these problems I have asked for the extra cylinder but the delivery boy has told me to give Rs.2, 300/- for extra cylinder. Is it costs that much or they are just selling it in black. I don’t know what to do, please advise me....

Delay in connection despite allotment

Dear Sir,
I applied for Indane gas connection with one Vijay gas agency, Besant Nagar, Chennai-90 in June-July 2007. I received a post card from the above agency during Oct-Nov 2007 informing me about the allotment & their mechanic`s arrival for checking. Ration card verification n booking gas

Today I phoned to your agent Sri Revathy at 2/624 1st Main Road, Munusamy Nagar Medavallam Chennai 60l 302 for booking for refile .
They insisted me to go to their office to show them my ration card and I told them I am a senior citizen and I will arrange to show thro some help in a day or two. But the staff did not relent to me. How bad is your agents services . You have agents who does not have the basic manners to treat elders....

Dear sir,
I am a consumer of LPG in suravi gas.Durgapur west bengal.my customer nunber is LT6632.
1)The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.
2)They dont have any IVRsystem.
3)They do not accept booing of gas before 21 days of delivery of one cylinder. 4)4)Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
5)Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.br...

gas cylinder booking- no one responding

I am a resident of secunderabad, AP. I have e booked a gas cylinder (renewal) 10 days ago. with Anupama Gas Agency. Since there is no reponse I have been trying to contact them since last 3 days over phone but the number is continuously busy or it rings and no one picks up. This has been the state most of the months whenever I try to book a cylinder. Being a working women it is really difficult to leave all other works & trying to call...

cheating customers

I am an ex-service man and a customer of sri muthappan gas (indane) mambram, in kannur dist.Kerala. This agency has 2 phone nos.[protected] and[protected]which are hardly attended on repeated calls.you can verify this by calling several
times continuously without giving your identity.On booking,
customers dont get refilled cylinders even after 3 or 4 weeks.

I am a bonafied customer of Indian Gas taken the LPG connection from NOBLE INDANE, 797, Janpath, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. leakage

In most of the cylinders there is minor leakage when the regulator is turned off.
Spoken to Arjun Gas at Munirka, New Delhi who changes cylinder every time when we complain.
Todat at Arjun GAS WAREHOUSE I HAD CHECKED 10 CYLINDERS OUT OF 10
9 WERE LEAKING.

I feel that at the time of RE-FILLING rubber seal (which is below the pin) is not changed.
This should be changed everytime when the cylinder...

not received intimation letter from their distributor regarding allotment

sir, last year i applied to get an new connection of lpg providing by Indian oil corporation (Indane Ges). i don't receive any intimation letter from their distributer regarding alottment. i went there, but they are asking me to buy a stove or other private company's products.this was against the rule of the said company.so i request you to find an solution in this regard and advise me soon please....

phone booking service neglected

My Indane consumer number is 16967 at Lucknow and my distributor is Rukmani Gas service Nirala Nagar Lucknow.
I find almost impossible to book the cylinder over phone as there is hardly any response and the phone keeps ringing.I dare indane authorities to try this for themselves!!!
Is it not possible to book the gas online???...

Not get connection

Dear Sir,

I wish to apply a new gas connection at Nangloi Gas Service (Indane) new delhi.

but, they said that every time since last six month
"New Gas connection will be start next month" but they not start till date.

therefore, i getting lots of problem due to gas connection.

New connection

Delayed Deliveries

I have booked gas with M/S Dwarka Agency, Dwarka, New Delhi (Phnoe no[protected] & [protected]) on 18th March 08 (Booking no. 112659) ; but the delivery has not been done till date .
Their approach is too casual for deliveries but are punctual in regretting your refilling request prior to 21 days .
I don't know why Indane gas officials are sleeping onthis issue ; as it is bringing bad name to their company . br...

Dear Sir. We are having a connection of indane gas since last 35 years. we have 2 cylenders with us. Generally one is in use and other one is a stand by due to ertic supply from the company. when ever we go for booking for cylender company people tell that we should come after 21 days from the taking delivery of the cylender.
