I am an LPG consumer of Indane LPG gas with the company named United Gas Company, Sec-3, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P)-201005. My consumer No. is 12172 on my mother's name i.e Smt Hansraj Devi. I don't receive the Gas cylinder even after 15 days of booking. When I approach to the Manager in the said company & ask for the suggestion/complaint register of Indane/Indian Oil Co. kept there, he flatly refuse for the same without giving any reason. Is there is anyone responsible to apply check on this monotonous attitude of the manager o[censored]nited gas co. Pl take suitable remedial measures and confirm.

My consumer No. is 8744 on my fathers's name i.e Shri Suresh Pal Bana.i have been calling the Booking office from past two days but there seems to be no success at all, it seems tha the attendent must have placed the phone reciever incorrectly in order to avoid calls from customers.I demand an immidiate redressel to this problum. This problum is not only mine our whole society is suffering from this problum.Is there is anyone responsible to apply check on this monotonous attitude o[censored]nited gas co. Pl take suitable remedial measures and confirm.
This is not about services of a particular Indane LPG distributor/Agency of IOC.
I have my house No.925 in Sector-1 in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. My Consumer No. 18466 for Indane LPG is with M/s. Yadu Indane Gas, Link Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. There are my contact numbers of this agency for booking of LPG, which is never got connected. Surprisingly, the LPG Carrier persons do give their numbers to the customers and they do deliver the LPG as per their wish and collects at least Rs.25 more per LPG cyllinder and cyllinders remain short in weight.

Anyone can appreciate the constraint/compulsion of customer to accept the delay/poor services and over-priced supply of LPG cyllinder.

IOC MUST LOOK INTO THE FOLLOWING:

Periodical Survey of LPG consumers' satisfaction connected for supply with each distributor.

Maximum limit of consumers with each distributor.

Arrangements of weighment of LPG Cyllinder at the consumers' doors.

Convenience for (easy) booking and supply of LPG Cyllinders within 6 hours and provisions for supply at the convenience of the working customers.

Vasudhara township (Ghaziabad) has about 20 Sectors and well populated that deserves separate LPG dealer in this township to cater to the need of customers.

My consumer no. is 25027, I am having similar type of complaint of not picking the phones for booking of gas cylinder, everytime I am required to go and book the cylinder. I am old woman and every time I have to spend Rs. 30 for conveyance to book the number, no body listens to us. Recently I heard about the service on Airtel to book through SMS I send the SMS on 54625, but it could not register the same mentioning "Invalid Agency Code". I don't know th agency code hence cannot utilise this service also. Can anybody solve the problem of Rajender nagar residents?

My consumer No. is 22596. I am trying to book my gas over the telephone for so many day. The 3 numbers, provided by the United Gas Agency[protected], 2630846 & 2898061) are always busy. I am continuously dialing the numbers, but there is a messate " Dialed number is busly, pl. dial after some time." This can be checked by dialing at any time, the message is same at all time.It appears that company does not want to book gas on phone and the consumer should take leave from the office to book the gas on counter. The SMS facility is also not reliable. There is no confirmation about booking of gas through SMS. While checking about the gas booking through SMS, the reply is that we did not received SMS.

Yadu Indane Gas Seva, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad — Delay Delivery of Gas Cylinder

I booked my gas on 16/10/10 and today is 25/101/10 after 9 days also gas cylinder is not received,
pls help.

I have booked the gas cylinder through SMS ( 3 times ) 15 days before but we have not received the same yet.

Pl. note that I have tried on given phone nos from last three days regioursly , but all numbers are shown busy otherwise ringing only. No body have pickup the phone.

Kindly take the necessary action against the M/s Yadu Indane gas, link road , Shahibabad.

In my opinion, IOCL is appoint the delear network to help the customers living the all state/district.

I have booked for LPG cylinder on 14.07.11 at online no.[protected].My consumer no is 32876.United Gas Co, Sector-3, Rajinder Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.But till date we have not recd.the cylinder.When I contact to the agency they have asked your gas has not been booked.They also suggested me that book your gas on Mob No.[protected].When I tried to book through this no.they replied me, presently we are unable to help you.Kindly contact at your agency.So you are requested kindly look into the matter.
My self is Amit Kumar LPG No.3265861 booked for cylinder on[protected] by sending the SMS on [protected]. Waiting for delivery till 31-07-11 i visited at godown and know that the SMS number has changed. Therefore, i write a mail and send it on [protected]@rocketmail.com but at instant message received that we are unable to provide the services as per instruction of Indian Oil Corporation. Therafter i try to contact that mentioned number i.e. [protected] and the response comes back that we are unable to provide the services kindly contact your dealer. The problem is being faced by the me and more people that no body knows that what to do. KIndly problem should be resolve by the people of Gas Agency and now i am very upset so please take up the matter urgently and book the said connection and assure that early delivery may be done at 111, C-348A, GE-II, SMG-II, Sahibabd, Ghz. if required please contact [protected].

    Warm Regards. we are facing gas shortage and misbehave
    I beg to state that I am a customer of Indane Gas, having Connection no.17184,
    Name:- Govind Vallabh Bhatt
    Distributor:-Shiv Indane Gas Service, Khatima
    Ph[protected] and Mobile No.[protected].
    we are facing to-much problems there given below,

    1. They are charging Rs.300/- and giving bill to us 286.85. They are taking excess money to us. They are blacking openly
    2.They have gas godown but they are distributing gas cylinder at Kutra crossing, why? they are not using there godown. and it is correct to distribute the cylinder at main road. and customer wait at main road on daily ?
    3.They are not booking the cylinder and answered to us when the Gas Truck will come at Kutra Croossing then you can take the cylinder from there only. we can not book your cylinder.
    4.No information given by them when the truck will come.
    5. Daily we are in "Q" after 3-4 hrs. when we are calling them then they said The Truck will not come today and it is repeating Every day.
    6.When the truck come they distribute only 25-40 cylinder while in a "Q" 100 peoples are there. Rest of cylinder they are taking for black from Godown. I saw them.
    7.Once in a week they distribute only 25-40 cylinder.
    8.But they informed to us by tommorrow Truck will come after waiting to many hrs. then they gave answered tommorrow the truck will come.
    9. it is happening on regular no one look this matter and they rudly behave to the customer.

    Kindly look into this matter and take action against the distributer.
    They are making fool to the customer.

    I am a customer of indane with customer no 12548 and have been registed with Verma GAS agency, Vinod NAGAR delhi (telephone No.[protected] . i am trying to book the gas since Tuedday 04/12/2008. but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy THIS HAPPEND ALWAYS THATS WHY I AM LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO bad SERVICE OF INDANE

    I can sure that if you go through RTI, you will see the very surprising results. You can also take the action against this type of PSU or corrupt people, Please file an RTI application and seek all the information, whatever it may be, status of all new gas connection and allotted in order, what is the current status, why not putting the add, tel no and distributorship no. everything, which you need to proov them corrupt. just send rs. 10 postal order. make sure to take the action as you suffered but don't let suffer some one else and also its your responsibility to make aware others please let me know if anymore info require "[protected]@yahoo.com". for more info ab RTI visit.

    Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

    Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
    This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

      Complaints on "LPG Indane Gas"

      I am a LPG gas consumer no. 21245, I deal with M/s Panchkula Gas service, Sector-17, PANCHKULA, who are the distributor of my area. My problem is, when i make calls for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer they do not attend the phone, although i made calls continuously daily, the gas could not be deliver befor one month of booking, without saying to office and delivery man.This process is going on again and again, i have too much harrassed from this dealer.At this time i have done booking for gas on 29-03-08 and they have done booking manually because thier computer is out of order for so many days, i am making calls since 12-04-08 but they do not attend the both ph. nos. Due to which, after all i lost my tollerance power now and am writing to you with a big hope, I arranged for a gas cylinder from here and there. i am facing too much problem as i am having a little child. SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM PERMANENTLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
      Can I hope any solution of this problem.

        Sub: Kutub Service station petrol pump ...fault in measuring quantity of petrol in the right hand side of FIRST manual vending machine on 17th September 2007 about 7.00 A.M.

        Sir,

        I have used the services of above mentined petrol pump and filled the petrol for an amount of Rs1000/- from the FIRST vending machine time and date already mentioned above. My submission is that I got less quantity of petrol between 4 to six litters. The facts are as below
        1. The service person has punched the amount for Rs 1000/- and then put the NOZEL in the cars tank inlet.
        2. the vending machine started very late after a pause of 45 seconds .
        3. The vending machine shown about 22 litters of petrol filled in the tank.
        4. The pointer was at 1/4 of the tanks level before receiving the fresh 22 liters of petrol. I was expecting that the pointer raised should touch the FULL mark of the meter but to my surprise it stooped only at 3/4 of the tanks capacity mark.
        5. Tanks full capacity is 35 liters thereby I received petrol by 7 to 8 liters less quantity.

        You are requested to please examin and grant me voucher for 8 liters of petrol at the said IOC authorised petrol pump.

        Indian oil corporation — refiiling of gas cylinder

        Sir,

        I am a consumer of Vikram gas Agency West Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi.The telephone numbers of this agency remains out of order or busy.No one pick up the calls for booking of gas cylinder.Last month ( April) I booked my gas cylinder thrgh 24 hrs booking no.1260.I was given registration no.2 but till this date no cylinder was provided.However later on I personally booked the cylinder .The Weight of the cylinder is also remained 4 to 6 kg less.
        Today again I have booked the gas on 1260 with booking No.3. Please check whether the cylinder is delivered with this booking number or not ? If not so than what is the use of this 24 hrs booking No.

        My consumer no is 33949 with Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir Road, Palam, New Delhi. I have been complaining for last two/three days for refilling of cylinder but nobody is responding.
        Kindly supply cylinder at the earliest.

        Sir. regarding the above subject the boy refuse to use electronic system to pour the petrol. The petrol bunk sittuated in periyapatna, mysore district, karnataka state. The agency address Kavery fuel service station periyapatna.

        Indian oil corporation — DAMAGED VALVE IN REFILL GAS CYLINDER

        WE HAVE A SERVICE CONNECTION WITH INDANE GAS COMPANY AND RECEIVING REFILL CYLINDER IN EVERY MONTH.

        WHILE I AM CONNECTING THE CYLINDER THERE IS HEAVY LEAKING. THEN I COME TO KNOW THERE IS VALVE PROBLEM WITH THAT CYLINDER THEN I ASKED TO DELIVERY PERSON ALSO HE HAVE REPLACED THE VALVE (WHICH HE HAS GOT FROM ANOTHER NEW CYLINDER). ALSO I ATTEND THE SAME PROBLEM IN MY NEXT REFILL. THIS TIME NO DELIVERY BOY ( MEAN TIME IF MY MUMMY CONNECTED THIS REFILL WE WILL GET A BIG ACCIDENT). I DON'T KNOW WHY INDIAN GOVERNMENT RELEASING THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMATIC REFILLS TO PEOPLES.

        ALSO ALL INDANE REFILL CYLINDERS LOOKING VERY OLD.

        IT SEEMS THERE IS NO SAFETY WHILE USING THE OLD REFILL CYLINDERS, AND THEY MUST REPLACE ALL OLD CYLINDERS.

        IF THIS PROBLEM SOLVED IT WOULD BE GREAT HELP FOR TAMILNADU PEOPLES.

        sr no 7454. but they are not ready to deliver the cylinder . they are givingdate on date. but not delivering .
        i am mentally puzzled and facing problem of gas cylinder.

          GAS LEAK / LATE DELIVERY etc

          I was given a refilled gas Cylinder 2 days late, which leaks when a regulator is fited on it, I have tried with another Regulator but the same problem exists.
          My gas distributor is never available on Phone his lines are busy through out working hours non stop. I have been trying to call him from the last three days but could not get to him to register the Gas leak complaint. Try out these number your self,[protected],[protected]br...

          I have Indian Oil Corporation LPG connection. My present agency is M/S Ambica Gas Agency, Isanpur, Vatva road, Ahmedabad. My consumer No is 7523. I have booked my refill cylinder 20.03.2008 till today I have not got my cylinder despite repeated reminders. They are giving false promise to supply the gas immediately. And last time when a delivery boy came to supply the cylinder he did not behave properly and says that you have not purchased us for Rs. 310/- . When we try to contact over telephone mostly the phone gets engaged not because of busy telephone but they put the receiver aside. and when we get chance to speak the reply is not proper and they say " aayega tab ayega ''.

          I approached personally also and now they clearly said that we will not supply you refill without any reason known to me. It is very difficult for me to approach personally time and again as I have to look after my shop as well as to take care of my old mother .Really I am very much fade up with the situation and attitude for the customer service. So Please look in to the matter and request you to please take necessary action immediately and ensure that they supply the gas to me immediately . It is requested that suitable action as deemed fit may please be taken against the gas agency and also the gas agency may also be checked frequently by the Indian Oil corporation to avoid further inconvenience to the consumers of Indane GAS users.

          We have been trying to convince Indane to rectify our gas leak problem with our regulator but of no use. We have not received any mechanic to repair the regulator, The office staf says to change the regulator, we have already changed regulator from you office once but still gas leak persists with new regulator.

          Gas stove has been checked by local gas mechanic by our cost, but he says problem lies with regulator.

          We hope to get some solution to this gas leak. As it is harmful and can lead to some accident as well. Take up this issue at top most priority and satisfy a very olf customer something like 30 years old.

          Customer no. 3421 with Isanpur Indane Agency, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
          Our gas cylinger is over by 20 days and we are supposed to book new cylinder once we receive a cylinder after 21 days, having 2 cylinders our one cylinder is always empty and have to borrow cylinder from neighbourers every time. What can be the solution to this.

          Should I buy Bharat Gas Cylinder as they provide cylinder next day we book one.

          Look into the matter and increase customer satisfaction.

          Last cylinder got emppty in 14 days what to do with this leak.

            Non delivery of LPG cylinder

            Sir, I want to draw your kind attention for very poor service provided at your Indane Distributor M/s. Parekh Indane, Savsar Plot, Morbi and surely this will effect your Good Office.

            I am customer of Indane with No. 00916 since long. Sir, I have a single cylinder connection. If I want to book for cylinder I have to wait for 21 days from the date of my last booking, but suddenly, the distributor has changed the rules and now they will book my cylinder after 21 days from the last date of delivery of the cylinder. Sir, I have a single bottle then and then they booked my cylinder on the 09/04/2008, instead of original booking date was 04/04/2008. On the 09/04/2008 they replied that they will deliver within three to four days, but I regret to say that till today i. e. 16/04/2008 evening they have not delivered and this is failure at your good office. Because, I am a customer of Your Good Office (I O C). It is very difficult to survive in the daily/routine life without cylinder for eight days.

            Sir, I have requested daily thrice in a day to your distributor to make arrangements, but he has not responded. I am a simple service man.

            Sir, can you help to transfer my connection to your distributor M/s. Parimal J. Sampat. As I am not satisfied with the services given by M/s. Parekh Indane.

            Sir, I don’t know when they will deliver but can I know through you good office that from 09/04/2008 to till date how many cylinders they have delivered according the rules modified by themselves. Please I expect proper investigation for that from you.

            I request you to do needful in the matter and is there any rule to book after 21 days the date of last delivery of cylinder? Please inform me the truth.

              Kuchh jagah toh cashmemo bhii genrate kar ke online cylinders ki supply bhii show karke cylinder real customers ko nahi dete, black kar dete hain.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with kitchen aid Gas agency, new chandrawal, delhi and my consumer number is 25554. I have booked for a refile on 6th april 2008 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in two days. But after 1 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 14th april 08.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all kitchen aid gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                  My name is Jitender Jain. I am a customer of Indane. The distributor of Indane M/s Shaheed Subhash Gas service are making us pay for water instead of gas in gas cylinders. When we receive the gas cylinder we came to know that it is filled with water instead of gas and when we contacted them for the above reason they misbehaved with us and did not co-operated with us in the above matter. There staff members dont communicate in a well behaved manner.they talk rubbish for what so ever the query is.

                  So this is a humble request to the authorities to take a strict action against them. and show us a sign of relief.

                    today at around 4:10 in the afternoon i went to fill my tank on COCO badshahnagar lucknow petrol pump on 14/04/08 i asked to fill petrol of rs 100 which is 1.94 ltrs but the salesman in between stopeed the machine when it was only 70 when i asked what they are doing they started quarrelling with me and started fight with me i have to surrender because i was alone but still i manage to get the reciept .The recipt number is 23466 dated 14/04/08.Pls do the needful so that no other consumer should face the same problem.

                        I have submitted a Termination voucher issued by Ms.Singh Indane, Bistupur, Jamshedpur for transfer of Indane Gas connection at Maabudhi Indane Gas agency at Angul, (Orissa ) on 25/02/2008.When contacted on 18/03/2008, I was told by Maa Budhi Gas angul that the confirmation from Singh Indane, JAsmhedpur has not yet been received.Therefore I have not been provided gas connection at Angul, though it is more than 20 days since I have submited the TV.
                        Dear Sir,

                        Would like to know, that i have surrendered my Gas connection in Kolkata and that how soon can i get it reconnected as i have been transferred to Bnagalore.

                          I am an existing Indane customer and working in Indian Coast Guard( Ministry of Defence). I hve been transferred from vishakhapatnam to Pondicherry and I have surrendered my gas connection with regulator to Godavari Gas agency based at Vishakhapatnam on 01 Apr 2008. I came Pondicherry with family on 02 Apr 2008 and joined duty.My residence comes under 'Rajiv Gandhi Gas Agency at Arriyamkuppam area . Till todate I have not been supplied any connection .Staff is not aware what exacly is to be done.I have spoken to Propriter, he took my phone but useless. Where shall I go without gas. Is it the way you deal with your customer. I am sorry to inform that whwnever I went to 'Rajiv Gandhi Gas Agency, Propriter is always missing.

                            I am shekar residence of gajwel, medak dist. Recently i applied for indan gas new connection in sheshama indan gas agency. It was sanctioned, but he is asking pay 5500rupees for that new connection. Actual cost for that connection is 2091rupees only as for the indan gas company. i.e he is asking to pay more than 3000rupees. i asked about company price list. but he did not give. what can i do?

Call many and many times, but no one is picking the call, expereincing very difficult in having the Indane Gas connection with JN enterprises. There are people in our apartment compless who are having Bharath Gas connection, not having this type of issues. It's with only Indane Gas services. I am feeling it's worst to have Indane gas connection..

                                Indane Gas — Distributor not providing proper service

                                M/S KWIC GAS SERVICE in Jwalaheri Market are not providing proper service. They do not lift the phone. One has to go to their office for booking gas. Their behavour is lso rude. This is a perrinial service for a long time.

                                INDANE GAS COMPANY — the responsible person does not give proper answer

                                Dear sir,

                                This is Dilip from Deesa

                                I have complaint about LPG Gas Cylinder Bottle which is supplied by Indene Gas Company.

                                I am not getting my LPG Cylinder within time as per the company's policy.

                                Whenever I go to regional office for complaint, the responsible person does not give proper answer and every time convince me by saying the Cylinder will come today itself. And amazingly that comes also.

                                My complaint is if he wants to give Cylinder after my visit to office only then what about the company's rules.

                                He is not obeying company's rules and perhaps he might be selling the Cylinders outside market for his own benefit.

                                Please help me about this promptly because the LPG is product of our day-to-day use.

                                INDANE GAS COMPANY — not turned up on emergency call and not supplied lpg cylinder in time on every month

                                my consumer no is 02435.on10.11.10 at 1.30pm there was leak in the gas cylinder i conduct over phone and emergency service of premier gas agencies.but they did not attend all calls.further everymonth they didnot supply in time.need necessary action immediately. .
                                my consumer number is 15873.
                                actually we have not yet received the cylinder as delivery date is 3 jan 2012.
                                and the suppliers supplied a leaked cylinder.
                                when we called to supplier first they said it's wrng no. but after they agreed that it's his no. and cut the phn n then swtchd off the phone.

                                  As per our subject, My self is "Kaushal Kumar Singh" Res. Add - C-486, Nirman Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur - 302019, was applied for new LPG Single Cyllender connection in "Indane Gas Agency", Kaveri Path, Mansarovar.

                                  I was applied on the dated 4/1/2008 and our WL No. is - 2098. After FI dtd. 3/4/2008 he is not giving my connection. He is demanding extra money for this connection Rs. 3600.00 for single cyllender. Otherwise he have not available. In Black he have available.

                                  last 10 month i m waiting for lpg gas cylinder from Indane gas Agencies my Gas booking No . is 2216 Every time they told us we r sending for people verification at your home .There is no rule and regulation for general people

                                  The INDANE GAS AGENCY at JAIPUR in Mansarovar is black marketing the cylinders for marriages and does not providing to their customer .. I must say i m one there lucky customer and i get my cylinder after 90 days or more usually tht to after regular follow ups...
                                  I need to put this openly for people living in mansarovar, jaipur that kindly dont go for this agency .. these people are mother[censored]ers and cam only provide you the cylinder in BLACK...

                                    I had a Indane Gas Connection - SV No: 35430 from Gurudatta Gas Service, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, which I bought at a total amount of Rs. 4000/- being cost of 1 each of Cylinder, Regulator and a Gilma make Gas Stove (which the Dealer has forced me to take) on 11.12.2006.

                                    On 24.02.2007, I had applied for a Double Cylinder with the Dealer (No. 603154), which more than a year now and whenever I contacted the Dealer, there was no reply from his employees and the owner of the Firm (Gurudatta Gas Agency) is not to be seen in the office. The staff at the Agency, say that they got clearance upto January'07 and the Indane Authorities are clearing about 15 to 20 Cylinders per month, if it is a fact, I must have got my Double Cylinder by now. The Gas Agency staff gives me a number of answers whenever I contacted them, but they fail to give a correct answer, as to when I am going to get my Double Cylinder connection. They say one Mr. Karunakar Reddy, the Manager with Mobile - [protected] is a very helpful person and would immediately resolve the issue. But I never got him on phone and whenever I go to the Agency office to meet in person and resolve the issue, neither he nor the owner of the Agency were available. Is there any possibility to get information from the Gas Authorities to get correct information on my connection by

                                    I request the Indane Gas Authorities to have my complaint registered on Right to Information Act and look into the issue and solve my problem.
