[Resolved]  Indane Gas — misbehaviour

I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10901).with M/S Kurukshetra Gas agency, Kurukshetra( Haryana). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

INDANE GAS - KLEEN GAS — DIFFICULTY IN BOOKING

I am a consumer of Indane Gas, under the distributor KLEEN GAS, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Whenever I want to book gas refills on phone, the lines are always busy. Please tell me how to book online ?

my name is venkates i am living in tamil nadu erode district bhavani town to day i went R K M gas agency for i have multiconnection but i want surrender one connection that owner is very good response but that worker is very very bad responsible for my work and not respect not for me many other people two hours i am waiting and see what happend office workers all not good for consumer correspondance so please help to rural costomer and consumer they not foolees i requested to you please help to us

I have booked my cylinder through telephone [protected] on 9.1.2010 but the gas was not delivered and again I inquired then they told and your cylinder is being booked today and finally I went personally on 16.1.2010 and the gas was booked and same was delivered on 23.1.2010 with less weight,lekage and delivery men Asha Ram was no having any weigh machine .The matter reported to agency Sunder Shayam Enterprises,Janak Puri but no action till date .You are requested to lodge complaint against agency and deliverymen .Phone No [protected]

This is to bring to your notice that we are a customer of Indane gas for the last 37 years.Till september 2004 we took supply from the gas agency at Patel Nagar, New Delhi and we never faced a problem.Since the time we have shifted to Gurgaon with the Golden Gas Agency we never get the supply on time.Our customer id is 8560.All the customers of this agency feel harassed by their behaviour.They don't pick the phone on the no's[protected], 4075729, 4078233.Moreover when we go personally the behaviour is rude and this time we had booked our gas on 22.1.10 and it has been 13 days and the gas has not been supplied.There should be an enquiry of this agency why we never get the supply on time.

While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer. My consumer no. is 9995 and the Gas Dealer is L B Gas Indane Distrubuter, 32 East Ghosh para Rd. North 24-Paraganas, West Bengal. This problem is since long time. The delivery time is about 22 to 25 days. What is the minimum time of delivery date after booking date?

Gas disreibution system in my home town Motihari East Champaran, Bihar is very poor. They are booking Gas cyminder after 21 days after gas receiving and delivering the gas after 20 to 25 days after booking. Your repquesting to please solve this problems. We are in great problem for this.

I'm a Prabir Saha from west Bengal .My consumer no is 15141, recently i have transferred my Double connection from Kharagpur to L.B.Gas Indiane Distributer, 32 East Gosh Para Road .Authpur, dst :North 24 Parganas on 04/02/2010 . But they are denying to give my transferable connection to me besides i have been harassed repeatedly .Not only that he said" he won't provide me the connection ".
therefore i request you to look into the matter .So that i will get back my transferable connection as early as possible
Every day lots of complains and grivences are lodged from all parts of India, but now i think we have to lend our ear to the indane authority to listen to our voice.

the main complaints are
1. Gas Agencies are not supplying in time. they are supposed to supply within 21 days. but infact that is not happening, the practical scenario is it even take couple of months.
2. Do not maintain proper stock ledger.
3. Black Market is a common phenomenon. One Rs. 325/- cylinder is being sold at the rate of Rs. 700/-

This is the last letter I am probably writing to this site, because this site is also hopeless, space given here to waste the valuable time of the consumers.

Only written complain to the proprietor of the agency and copy to Consumer forum i am going place. u people also do so, show; i[censored] have any power!

I am a Indane Cooking gas Consumer registered with SUN GAS 26, LIC Colony, Coimbatore Tel No:[protected], 2342700, and 3255044, It is becoming very difficult or im[ossbile to book cyliders with these numbers, they have kept a recoded message saying "YOUR TELEPHONE DOES NOT HAVE THIS FECILITY" I contacted our local exchange they say that the telephone line there is no problem and this SUN gas has made this arrangement on their own. I dont know how they can make such an arrangement.
Please look into this matter and set right this situation so that consumers can book their requirement over phone and not to run to their depot for booking.

Hello Fellow Indians,
I am indane gas consumer having conn no:45844, having registered with Sri Sai gas Nagapatiinam.

Two years back with lot of pain and difficulty and torture with Agency manager I could able to get it transferred from Kerala, where I was previously working.
Right from the begenning response from Agency is very poor and on several occasions they misbehaved with me and and wife.
Once I tried to complaint to regional office in Trichy, but no use because thier customer service cell person behaviour is more worst than agency people.
Now I realised that there is no value for common man in India, either you have to be "goonda", "Politician" or influencial person.

This is Shanmugam from Konambedu near Avadi. I am your consumer for more than 6 years.
We are purchasing the domestics LPG cylinders from MV Enterprises, Avadi.

We have booked the new cylinder on 23rd March 2010, (Over 44 days) Still we are not received the same.
Consern-2
The delivery man is not delivery the cylinder to home. He put all the cylinders at common place, it around 1Km from my house. We need to carry the cylinder from that common place and replace the same. He keeps the cylinders at common place at 10:00 AM.
So we need to take leave for office when need to replace the same.
Please advise us what we need to do, shall we take legal action?

For last 2/3 months Indane cooking gas supply is very much disturbed and delayed in CHANDANNAGAR. There is no gas dealer in this town. I do not get new cylinder before 20-25 days after booking. Next booking is allowed 20 days after last delivery.
This time I booked on 11/6/2010 but till today (1/7/10) I have not received delivery of gas.

My complait is regarding the desiplinary action, at the date of 7-07-10 the service man came with cylinder and hand over the cylinder and my mother gave the amount 500/-, at the time in my mother hand dont have change.the service man talk some irresponsible like, you have keep the amount when your are booking at the time itself, if your are thinking you have to pay aditional 10/- rupees.At the time my mother has inform, if you behave like this we will complaint to your office suddenly he answer you make a complaint they dont make action against me.after that we make acomplaint to agences on that day they we inform the person will come and supply.Again we make a complait on 08-07-10 regarding this issue, today is 09-07-10.But still we cant recived the cylinder.so pls kindly take some action regarding the issue.we are waiting for your reply.through phone or mail:[protected]@yahoo.co.in

I have booked the re-fill of indane gas on july 27 2010 by personnaly. and they told me , we will deliver on day after tomorrow. After 5 Days I contacted him by phone they told me due to insufficient of stock we can"t deliver. we will deliver as we wish.My consumer no:17982 .Please take necessary action against them.

1. MOMENT AGENCY OPENS PHONES ARE PUT OFF THE HOOK. IN AN EMERGENCY ONE CAN DIE.
2. CYLINDERS ARE DELIVERED AFTER REPEATEDLY REMINDING BY VISITING PERSONALLY.THEY ARE NEVER DELIVERED IN THE STIPULATED TIME.
3. WASHERS ARE VERY OFTEN FAULTY LEADING TO GAS HISSING OUT ON CHANGING CYLINDER. NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP.IT CLD BE VERY DANGEROUS IF NO ONE NOTICES AND HAS ALREADY LEAD TO A FIRE IN THE BUILDING.
4. DELIVERED CYLINDERS ARE LEAKING . THE FAULT IS CAUGHT ONLY WHEN THE SMELL OVERTAKES OR THE CYLINDER IS CHANGED. IT CLD LEAD TO A MAJOR MISHAP.NO ONE RESPONDS AT THE AGENCY. HV TO CALL FOR HELP AT ODD HRS AT AN EXTRA COST.PLS HAUL UP THIS AGENCY AS THINGS ARE VERY LAX HERE.
