[Resolved]  Indane Gas — misbehaviour

I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10901).with M/S Kurukshetra Gas agency, Kurukshetra( Haryana). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

Indane gas sucks... mother cheaters... no manners.. specially the agencies holder in varanasi and up aur like . Indane administrator suckers have no control on them. Local agencies even fill liquid or something in cylinders to fill less gas. and all these are united for this curruption .
They are not even scared of this complaint i know... one more thing this is not a complaint u but true and still u cant even touch these ... suck u ...

jai jawan gas service,indane gas — not receiving gas and or inspection

i did not receive gas cylinder .he forcely gave me chulha ,idid not accept then he told me about inspecton,then i accepted for it but till now[10 days] now inspection occured

we have gas connection from kedar gas agency, when ever we call up the office to book a gas neither they lift the call, it just keeps ringing or busy, more over the delivey time what they say is also not on that particular day they say your house was shut what can we do. if we go to the office and compalain, the owners say this is the service we can offer if you want continue with us or you can opt for another company, the delivery boys take Rs18 excess for delivery.
solution is to have another gas agency in the particular location or take strict action againt the agency

This has become a regular habit of our Indane Gas Distributor m/s Kleen Gas, Bhubaneswar to deliver the gas after 25 to 35 days.The person receiving the telephone behaves so badly that one can't tolerate.In this connection I may bring Ur kind attention that Kleen gas office, Bhubaneswar is closed more than 20 days. Nobody is there to help people.I have been booked for gas for more than one months & I have been waiting for gas since the booked date.We will very happy i[censored] kindly host Ur regional office mail id & telephone no. who will take action against such gas agencies who are harassing the people .So that we can directly lodge complaint against Kleen Gas Bhubaneswar.., , Please help us...Thanking you

(muthumani) gas services — not proper service

my name is V.Suresh arockia raj. I am the custemer of MUTHUMANI GAS SERVISE for indane gas cilinder,
this agencies not give proper servise. very very worst servise and the manager not give respect to the customers, he expected some amount for yearly service.I didn't get cilinder in proper time even one time.
please consider my complaint.

Gas Cylinder Booking Problem
I am the customer of Indane gas and I get the delivery of Gas cylinder from Jivan Jyoti GAS Agency

I tried a lot to book the gas cylinder at the provide contact number, but even after long trying atleast whole day no one pick the phone even if the phone is ringing. This didnt happens one day but every day ultimately we have to reach this Jivan Jyoti GAS Agency to book a gas cylinder. This is so ridiculous that one agency who is owned to sell a product of IOCL and providing so low quality services can not even pick a phone and harrasing a customer. They give the excuse that we handling the so many customer a day so the numbers are getting engaged but truth is that they pick the reciever of the phone keep it side by and sell the gas cylinder illegally.
Please provide me the Justice.

I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER THROUGH TOMO GAS BOOKING SERVICE, BOOKING NO 22431, DATE OF BOOKING 28/09/2010, DELIVERY DATE 04/10/2010 WHICH WAS POWERED BY NEIT. IHAVE GOT THIS MASSAGE ON MY MOBILE. Even I am also facing problem regarding delivery of Gas Cylider.
My consumer no is 63124.
From last four months I used to call the vendor(KK Indane Iblur, Bangalore Karnataka) at least 4-6 times, I use to follow him continuously then I am able to get Cylider.
And if I am asking him why is this delay he use to give excuse of shrtage of stock, but at the same time same vendor is delivering Cylider to my neighbour without any inconvinience

Indane Gas — not writing order number and taking long time for delivery

Dear Sir,

In the Domestic Gas consumer card (Indane) we have column for gas order number / expected date of delivery. But nobody is writing the proper gas order number or expexted date of delivery in that column. Instead of that they are writing only the date of booking.

Also it is taking more than 10 - 15 days for the delivery every time and no response when we calls up.


Please do the needfull at the earliest and avoid this kind of corruptions.

I am vaidyanathan residing at Kuwait, my family was travelling here and there(india).we could not book the gas last six months, my family is back to chennai.
My customer no 47630, Rose gas agency, Adambakkam, Chennai88.
Today she met the agency, they are not properly answered .Please activate the my customer gas connection as early as possible.

Rose Gas Agency - Indane — Irresponsible behaviour of Indian and Rose Gas

Rose Gas agency seems to be the worst company that we have ever dealt with. Pathetic and rude people.

My parents have been having a indane gas connection with Jeyalakshmi Enterprises Nanganallur for last 25 years and recently they visited us to US and stayed with us for 6 months. When they returned back they were surprised to find that the agncy had been closed and connections had been transferred to Rose Gas. SInce they were out of country and have not booked a refill for 6 months their account seems to be inactive.
Rose gas had been telling stories like the account is disabled/dead. Every day they are coining new words to my fathers connection status and offer no solution. My father went to Indane office provided proof that he was out of country and he has visited Rose and Indane office atleast 25 times since he had returned back a month ago and he has not received any help.

Can people who have had the customer for more than 25 years loose their record just in 6 months. Have they given the connection to someone else and trying to fool us?

Never in my life I have heard my father feeling so irritated or frustrated. A senior citizen treated so bad can happen only in our country. Is there someone whom we can esacalte this to? Are our worries heard in this forum?

I have transfered Indane Gas Consumer No 66867 from Sridhar Gas Service, Chennai-16 to Pollachi, Copimbatore District vide Running Sl. No 11246 on 20.10.2010.My connection was not deleted from thier list through on line entries in indane web site. Iam not able to receive cylinder from Pollachi dealer. Take action.

I am a Government Officer, transferred to Vadodara from Jamnagar In Gujarat state.
I have submitted my cylinder & regulator to Ms Shree Jamnagar Cetral cons. Co-op. stores Ltd Jamnagar & got the termination voucher No [protected] on 1112010.
Following is My problem:
1, Hariom gas agency's demanding Rs. 2350 by refusing giving any detail.
2, Even though I agree to pay demanded amount, but he denied to give me connection.
3, Way of talking was not proper, speaked in non respective manner.
4, His subordinate staff tallied me that U go out, otherwise Owner will through out u out of office.
5, Now where to go for Registration?, my residence is Inside Shee Shree Hari Township ( A -21 Gokul Tenements, Ajava road Vadodara) Mob. No. [protected]
I booked a cylinder with ANBU Gas Agency, Arrubakkam, Chennai on[protected], and no cylinder supply till date.The Agency denies registered code when asked for. On phone conversation, they gave false promises saying after 2 day or 3 days till date. No action taken when the same complaint being lodged to Indane customer service cell, chennai . The same Gas Agency had booked a false booking in our consumer no. without our knowledge on 5th October, 2010. On being questioned about the same, the agency admitted their mistake, is a simple computer mistake in records. But till 19th November, 2010. Please take necessary action on the same

Indane Gas — Misbehaviour by delivery boy

I stay in Aundh area and my custoemer ID is 3718, i had booked a cylinder via the Guru Prasand Agency about a week back. When i called the delivery boy today asking him to get the cylinder he said that he would be delivering within an hr. That hr turned into 7 hr and even after calling and asking him to deliver he finally refused to come and when i told him that i will complain about his behaviour, he said go ahead and complain , do what ever you want and on top of that he had the guts to say that now i will not even deliver for next days.
This behaviour is not aceptable from a worker of Indane.If this continues then the only way would be to leave thi company and move on to a better one.
