[Resolved]  Indane Gas — misbehaviour

I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10901).with M/S Kurukshetra Gas agency, Kurukshetra( Haryana). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

Indane Gas — Less gas received

Sir, my consumer no. is 36251 in the name of Mohan Ram. I always receive the less gas from the supplier Hari Singh Gas Service. Everytime I make complaint they tell me that next time you will receive the full gas cylinder. But again I receive almost 2-3 kg less gas in the cylinder. Mr. Kuldeep is the delivery man who always bring less gas. He brings one kanta (weight measure) which shows the 30 kgs. But when we measure it outside somewhere it shows only 27 kgs or maximum 28 kgs. Kindly do something for these kind of cheaters. Thanks & Regards

This is regarding non-supply of cyclinder by the Ashu Gas Service, New Delhi.

It is to inform you that I have booked refilling cyclinder on[protected] vide booking No. 4011 through Internet under connection No. is 1374. I have made several request to the company for supply of cyclinde but uptill now they have not supplied the same. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter personally and direct the company to supply the same early as already 10 days' past.

I am a Indane Cooking gas Consumer registered with RAJ HANS GAS, Trimurti DELHI, Tel No:[protected], It is becoming very difficult or impossbile to book cyliders with these numbers, they have kept a recoded speech "Please Visit to Godawn and take clylender from there, we are not able to supply gas any more" I contacted Office, they say that they are not able to arrange autowall (delivery Boy) for supply the gas. how they can make such an statment.
Please look into this matter and set right this situation so that consumers can book their requirement over phone and not to run to godawn for gas.
Yes what he says is very much true. They are not doing service they harass the customers. Cylinders are not issued at right time not even single time.

what to do. for booking they are not picking up the phone.their phone is always engage.you have to go personally there to the office.there also they dont respond to you properly.no it has been already 30 days i have booked but still i have not recieved it.when i go there they always says you will get tomorrow.but tomorrow never comes.i hope the concerned higher authority takes some action against them.i think they are doing some black business.my consumer no. is 70634

B-6168. as i am suffering from last 3 months i am trying to book my cylender but they have book my cylender after. 3 months. now i want to my cylender booking details as per their record. but they denied me to give details . plz look in to this matter.

Indane Gas — Despite booking no arrival of product

I am a consumer of Indane gas of consumer no. 17110.Despite booking early our cylinder is not supplied to us. This delay due to poor service of D.S. Gas agency has caused great inconvience.
Thus i request you to look into this matter
nothing has been done against sridhar gas agency, alundur, chennai, so far. they are still not responding to customer like me properly.gas is not being delivered.

they are not giving the gas after the booking is done more than 20 to 30 days.you have to go personnally to the office many times and request them to give you the gas. many times they just ignore you as you are just a piece of .they phone is always engage. which they have done it dileberately.please somebody take this issue seriously and fixed it for the welfare of the consumers. thanks..

On 10th June 2011, the fresh cylinder containing LPG was fitted to my stove,
and when used found leaking and smell of gas was in the room, then I immediately
informed M/S. Chakra Agency. Tenkasi. They told me that they will send their staff
to attend the leakage of gas. Today also I went to their office and requested to send
their staff to attend to the leakage, but nobody turned up till now to attend the leakage in the gas cylinder.
My consumer No: is 3273 Name P. Parvathi.

sir this is to inform you that today i was visited to M/S PUNIT NAYAN ENTERPRISES ANISABAD, PATNA for requested for GAS, my booking was dated 30/0602011, my consumer no is PNE 2506.
THEN PUNIT NAYAN STAFF WAS MISBEHAVE WITH ME.HE TELL ME ABUSE LANGUAGE AND TOLD U CONTACT LOCAL OFFICE FOR GAS THIS WAS HAPPEN IN PRESENCE OF MANY PEOPLE.

consumer number 9465, minhaj bashir ansari, booked gas 15 days ago still the agency has not delivered the gas when we call them they told us tommorrow you will receive but they have not delivered till today and when i have call them again why you are not delivering the gas they told me what u can do do it we will deliver the gas when we want do whatever you want to do. Do you say that complain cell is workable in India for gas service ? every man know that gas service in India plenty of complain arise every corner every day so i request you first try to serve the service in which man get full satisfactions and declared the active phone nos which subscriber may call directly ( govt.try but not satisfactions) and try to punishment the distributor who, s may cause the complain thanks and oblige

Anbu Gas Agency/lpg gas — Speaking rude to customers

I had my previous service at Sree Ma Krupa. Now i have shifted to a different area where they cannot provide their service. I went to enroll my name to the dealer assigned to this area ie. Anbu gas agency. I had taken my gas book ration card and other requisites even during my first visit and unnecessarily, we were asked to come again with my insurance copy as address proof. Today I went there with all the papers specified by them. The lady sitting there, is not treating human beings as human beings and chasing us. I dont understand if this is a free service provided to customers or they are doing any charity.
I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 0768574).with m/s guhan Gas agency, venjaramoodu trivandrum( kerala). we are getting home delivery till last booking but this month on wards we are not getting. i called to this office and ask about this. that time they told me home delivery is not available also they misbehave me. we have a good road in front of my home. so kindly take action against this at the earliest .
I am an Indane Cooking Gas Consumer, Having Consumer No.1728R in the Name of Shri Sahib Ram, Address- H.No. 491, Sec-14, Near Community Centre, Gurgaon-122001. Here i would like to complaint about the Indane Cylinder i had received from one of your Dealer situated in Gurgaon Zone named Sheetla Mata gas Agency, Gurgaon.On Tuesday, 14th February, 2012 we had lodge a Complaint in there centre that the we found some leakage in the Cylinder and get informed that their person will visit at our home within an hour, but till date no action has been taken on this behalf.
KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE SAME...
